I really enjoyed eating here because it has a warm atmosphere, the service is good, and they should fix the facilities, as they're a bit rundown. The breads are delicious. I highly recommend buying them here, plus the prices are very affordable.

May 10, 2024. We found the place by chance. They had their dishes on display at the entrance, and they looked pretty good. Because it was Mother's Day, there was live music from some girls who sang very well and played songs about "lady in distress," haha. They had already prepared the menus; I chose shrimp broth for the first course, and it was delicious. Then, for the second course, it was a chicken salad. The third course was pork ribs in a walnut crust. So far, everything was good, but the meat was nothing like the dish they had at the appetizer. The meat was super dry; they didn't have the walnut crust, or if they did, it was just smeared all over it. The meat was super small, and they only gave me four potato wedges. I mentioned it to the waitress, but the waiter never came. The dish was cold, and they only added a few more vegetables. The cost was $195, plus the drink, which was horchata water, which was delicious. The service bread was very hard. There's no parking. The owner was the attentive girl who was the waitress. Overall, I think the price is high for a set meal... although it sounds delicious, it's just on the surface. They sell bread, pastries, and roasted chicken, which aren't cheap, but they look delicious. Oh... by the way, they serve dessert (a centimeter of flan! Haha). The waitstaff was very nice, and the girls who entertained were also good. The place isn't elegant, but it has good rooms.

The year-end stews, especially the cod, were delicious, but this year they were way overpriced. They sell trays of stews, but they don't tell you the exact weight. As for the bakery, the bolillos and baguettes were fine, but we didn't like the panettone, and the tres leches cake was bland and dry. The service was just okay, and the staff wasn't very friendly.

The bakery is in a state of disrepair; the visible part of the kitchen has a broken floor, which poses a significant danger to customers. The staff were incredibly rude and didn't treat me with the respect and courtesy I showed them. I had to approach a worker for assistance, and they responded with disdain. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it.

Their holiday dishes are expensive and mediocre, but the worst part is that they're displayed on a table without refrigeration, so they spoil quickly. We bought spaghetti and it was already starting to go bad. The traditional Three Kings' Day cake is very dry. The service from the young woman showing the holiday dishes wasn't the best; she was very apathetic.

El pan no está mal, pero siempre revisen su ticket, me quisieron estafar con un ticket inflado agregando piezas de pan que ni siquiera. Estrictamente eso es un delito y es terrible que por un par de pesos tengan esa actitud deshonesta e inmoral. Tengo la sospecha que es una práctica habitual porque cuando regresamos a reclamar, todos tuvieron una actitud grosera y poco empatica.

As for the calendar they give away, they'd be better off not giving anything at all. It's a joke and disrespectful to give away a cardboard box. With all the money they make, they should give a proper calendar, with a landscape and calendar pages. Besides, the pastries they make are as thin as wire; they're a disgrace. The pastries should be wide and cover the box they give away. But they've already started stealing. They already make a lot of money on bread, and for the cardboard calendar they give away, with the pastry as thin as wire, and it doesn't even come in a box, they've lost their reputation as a company, becoming loan sharks.

A terrible experience. The cashier, Rocío, was rude and unprofessional simply because I didn't have a smaller bill. She intentionally gave me all the change in coins, even though I had bills, since she gave them to the person in front of me. When I asked her about it, she gave a dishonest excuse. The staff who make the tortas were arrogant, unfriendly, and completely unfriendly. The food is mediocre, nothing that makes up for the awful service. I'm a local and had been here before, but after this experience, I'd rather not return. A place is remembered for its service, and here it was terrible. If you can avoid coming here, do so.

The attitude of some employees was appalling—apathetic, rude, and even filthy. The young woman who packs the bread was eating, who knows what, but she was quite pleased with herself, licking her fingers. To serve me, she half-wiped her fingers on the cloth they use to clean the trays—a cloth that was quite dirty, by the way—and then tried to help me. Frankly, seeing her open the bag with her fingers wet and drooling made me sick. It's not the first time I've seen things like this. I've already spoken to the managers and even the owner, but they're still the same. The solution? Never go back to "La Susy." It used to be so delicious, and now it's a shadow of its former self. But since it has a loyal customer base because it was a tradition to buy there, they know they'll sell despite the bad attitude and unpleasant things they do.
