Amazing, and quick service. I am always in and out in 5 minutes, and they always get my orders right. The people there never mess up on a order, and the place is always clean, never dirty and almost never packed.

I loved it! I was coming from a long flight and the staff was excellent and served the food fast! It was also very tasty ofc♡♡♡.

Decent coffee. The Texas toast egg sandwich with Turkey sausage was tasty. The largest bill they accept is $50 but they accept credit cards and their own loaded cards. The place was clean for the amount of foot traffic that they get. They have a drive up window and a small parking lot. The store is visible from Hillside Ave and easily gotten to from either direction. They have about 6 tables for eating in as well as take out. There are no steps to be negotiated but the door is not an automatic opening for handicapped persons.

I really love Dunkin! My fav drink always Dunkalatte, so good and refreshing. Also my to-go food is always cream cheese bagel. So tasty and fresh. Staff is very nice, always smiling and friendly. I go there many times and always good experience. But I just want to say one thing small — many time they don’t have Everything Bagel. I go specially for that, but it’s out of stock. Maybe more people like it, but still… maybe management can try to keep more stock? It’s sad when you want it but can’t get it. Also, this location always very busy. If I order latte and bagel, they give latte first and then I wait long for bagel. So hot coffee become cold by the time bagel ready. Not staff fault — they working hard — but maybe just add more staff? Because they really have so much work. One or two people can’t do everything fast. But honestly, I still love Dunkin. Staff very sweet, food and drinks always amazing. Just small things to improve will make it perfect!

Coffee is good, offers are great. Lubna is great. I ordered Tmobile free hot latte on Tuesdays and it was superb. Fast service, clean store, hard working girls, let s be nice ppl.

It's right by the bus stations for Q1, Q43, Q27, Q88--perfect for A.C. in the summer and heating in the winter when you're waiting for your bus, which, given that you're in the outskirts of Queens, is probably running late. Right by a 7eleven too, so you can grab all your favorite snacks while waiting.

Tried the new White Hot Chocolate, it was pretty good. Watch out for the syrup at the bottom of your cup - that may have settled, the strong taste is harsh going down! Friendly staff. Great location for kids that go to school around there and since its off of Hillside Ave, its convenient for passersby.

Average service, but great parking. I usually grab a bite to eat while I'm waiting for the bus since the window faces the street. Even thou they have a bathroom, the sign always says " OUT OF ORDER ". Please avoid mornings, this place gets really busy.

Ordered a black coffee for my brother and I. Went on a Sunday and there was only one worker working at the moment and it took forever for some orders to come. Seemed very understaffed but the employee was very friendly. Overall a 3 star experience.

I go to Dunkin donuts for 3 things only, coffee, hash browns & snack wrap. Other than that you couldn't pay me to eat those stale donuts. Once they stopped making fresh donuts and started delivering them in trucks it's been down hill from there.

Great to visit late at night, mostly empty then. Workers are limited however, and may go on breaks, meaning you will have to wait until their breaks are over to order.

Iced beverages are good. Only issue is there are homeless people outside at times approaching me or anyone else for money. It's not good for business if they allow people like that to scare off customers. I feel too scared these days to go there

For the last three weeks I have been putting in my order to pick up. If a store does not have certain items why do they keep it in the menu? I ordered a salted caramel cold brew with oat milk. No salted caramel and no oat milk. They have no had oat milk going on three weeks now. Take the option off the menu!!

The service is quick. Sometimes it could be a little dirty. I use to come here everyday when I lived in the area. It was really nice back then. I visited recently and it seems management or owners have changed. I was surprised when I was charged extra for the syrup and the whipped cream on a latte! Every Dunkin I 've gone to gives a choice of flavored syrup and if you want, whip cream on top. To be charged extra is ridiculous and petty. Needless to say, I won't go back!

Hit or miss on service and made drinks. Run-down parking lot. Neighborhood and most customers are ruff. DD products are over priced and below McDonald's quality. Yet they are charging Starbucks prices while paying employees below minimum or below wages... something is drastically wrong with DD business model!

What's a crappy place, smells like mold when you walk in. We pushed pass the smell and order 1/2 dozen donuts and our specialty coffees. The coffees were ok, the donuts were stale and tasted awful. I would not be going back to this or any Dunkin anytime soon.

I've gotten the wrong order one too many times... I ordered large coffee with almond flavor, milk and no sugar... Go my coffee extremely sweet with 5 sugars... The palce looks and feels nice and clean, hence an extra star. Regardless, I will avoid this place.

I usually go to this Dunkin as it is the nearest to my home. I had a free drink which I wanted to use. I decided to treat myself and sibling so I ordered two drinks. I had a normal tea and an expensive ice coffee to which I was going to use my free drink coupon on. When I had ordered the drink it turns out my free drink went towards the tea and not the iced coffee. I went into the store to try and fix things but the staff only made it worse. The man at the register was very rude and snarly. He offered no help and was very condescending towards me. He told me "I don't get payed enough for this" which did not help with my overall situation. Very disappointing trip!

I Bought 25 piece of munchkins but they gave me 10 instead.and the lady keep starting at me like she knows what see did but i was so busy had to drop my kid to school .what a rip off was for my baby school didn't know until it was late.

At any other DD on the planet, "coffee with 2 Splenda" is exactly that: coffee + 2 Splenda packets. But to these guys, it means coffee, 2 Splenda and SUGAR.

No problem with my order, but I asked the barista who made my drink if they are hiring and if I can speak to the manager since I saw the “hiring now” poster outside. I had asked the lady if she was Bengali because she looked familiar and she responded yes. But the next thing she said was that they are not hiring any Bengali people because they have a lot already…. ok 🤨My question is why does race matter when hiring at Dunkin? What does my race have to do with anything in this job? Why should my race be the reason that without knowing if I have experience or any skills that I needed for the job, (I do have experience as a Dunkin barista) you straight up just say you won’t be even considering hiring me. I want to know what was the reason of them saying that? If I have the ability to prove that I am worthy of that job and that my skills are good enough from the months of experience I had, why and how my race even matters here?

I live with in walking distance and frequent this place only bc its close. However this place has the wrong customer service Ive experience. Ive worked retail in my 20's and never seen such consistently poor service. Its like they dont even try to at least smile. No upsale nothing. Im sure they fail all thier secret shopper reviews. Horrible. Stopped in to get coffee and food for co workers employees. The employee at dunkin did not wear gloves or use paper to handle the food. When asked I was given an attitude and refused to serve me and took the next in line. This is the last time I will step foot in that dunkin. Disgusted

Definitely the worse customer service I ever experienced. I believe the woman that dealt with my transaction was the manager also. Literally wanted to tell her to be a little more respectful, especially the way she spoke to my mother. It felt like she thought she was doing me a favor to buy goods from them. There are plenty of other locations. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this one. I swear I think they might be slightly racist.

Extremely extremely bad service, majority of the employees dont understand English at all. Had to bring my order back for them to fix it even after telling them in detail how I wanted it. This Dunkin is pretty bad. I placed a mobile order and when I got there all the doors are locked. I couldn't go inside. They were serving people from a window slot. Why??? Also the building and the people outside the establishment are seedy and dirty looking. It needs major updating and possibly security to keep the beggers away. I wish corporate would see this review and do something!

Out of 2 employees working there, neither of them understood the simple things I was telling them. They made my iced coffees so light that they were literally more cream than coffee. All I wanted was a drink that was more coffee than cream. These people looked at me like I was the one not making sense, when I very clearly told them the issue. If you don't speak English or understand it, you should not be working at the counter. It's not complicated.

Ordered two strawberry dragondruit refreshers and when I got them they had no ice. I ask for ice and the staff say there is no ice. Now normally I would be fine with this because things happen but it's not okay to have me pay for drinks and not warn me about shortages. Mind you other people were ordering iced drinks and not mentioning there was no ice. I just took my drinks and left since as long as the drink still tasted good it would be fine. My friends, they did not even add the strawberry dragonfruit to my drink. It was only the green tea part. The staff either forgot, or did not have refresher either and pulled a fast one on me. Never have I had a Dunkin cheat me out of my money, most other stores would have the deceny to warn me of shortages or outright ask me to order something else. I'm never coming here again and I hope that I can warn others to avoid this place since management is ok with scamming their customers here.

This used to be a good location but now is really bad... placed a móvil order for 12 donuts and when I got the store they didn’t even have any donut in the shelf ... had to replaced my order for munchies and they only had 2 flavors 🤦🏻‍♀️ . This is not the first time this happen to us I haven’t order from this store in a long time but this last time I placed the there because it was the closest one to us. But, I know now to better drive a little bit farther than making a purchase there.
