I don't know about other people's experiences but I've been ordering food at this place for the last 2 years and I'm always happy with the food and service. I always order the boneless spare rib tips combo with either vegetable fried rice or vegetables lo Mein, and it tastes good every time.

Don’t listen to the bad review. I order from here all the time. The quality is really good and the food is delicious. I’ve tried a lot of Chinese in ny this one is one of my favorites

Awesome Chinese Resturant where the food is fresh, hot, and delicious. Your always greeted with a smile, they remember your order and how you like it. I've been visiting them for a few years now and the service has been consistent. No I'm not from the area but they're worth the drive.

Visted from out-of-state. I don't know who made our food but it was so fresh and damn good! Our shrimp and broccoli 🥦 was steamed without lots of oil. Rice was fresh. Enjoyed the shrimp 🍤 eggrolls. I would definitely return.

I called and ordered a few combo platters for my family. They all came with egg rolls but we don't eat pork. Naturally, I asked for a sub for the pork. The response was "no substitute. Either pork or no egg roll". Just like that. I asked can I get sodas instead? The answer, no! I explained the importance of customer service and simple flexibility but the woman I was speaking with couldn't care less. Not rude but just not interested, at all. The food finally arrived 60 minutes later. It was just ok. Was not the slightest bit impressed. What really irritated me was I ordered almost $60 worth of food and didn't even get 1 fork. They gave 2 duck sauces.... and maybe 4 napkins (the cheap kind). Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here ever again. Way too many options to have to put up with this nonsense. The only reason I ordered from here is because the spot nearest to me is closed on Tuesday.

My food had a cockroach in it. Never again. This was purchased Oct 29th, 2023. I will be filing all the necessary reports with the health code agencies. If you cannot maintain a safe business for the public, you should not be in business. You cannot compromise public health for profitability.

I've been ordering from Eastern for a few years now and food was always exceptional. I ordered food last week and did notice a change in flavor and figured well it happens. I just ordered 3 lunch specials honestly it's the worst chinese food I've ever had and Im just reading its new owners... unfortunately they have lost me and everyone else I know as customers. Too bad

I try not to give bad reviews for establishments unless it’s truly necessary. This restaurant has lost its touch and will be losing customers due to the switch in management and owner. Menu is over priced now and the food quality isn’t the same. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.

I ordered food and the person come to my house with a flashligh pointed towards my door and face as they approached in a car with the delivery..then as they see me, told me from the car to come to the car or I couldn't have the food. I don't know if he was scared to actually delivery the food or if it was because I was black but i live in good neighborhood and I was wet fresh out of a shower and had money in my hand with a mask on. I feel I was highly disrespected and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

This place has gone downhill since the new owners took over. The food delivery is always cold. Do not even think about asking for sauce, it will all but kill them. Please do not order food for me. The food I received was only. The texture was completely off with the meat. We threw it all away.

I order Chicken wings, they are as small as a birds wings they are dried and looking disgusting, I’ve been ordering from this place for 18 yrs and I’ve never experienced this before I get to understand the place is under new management but my God you can do better, I’m sorry but you lost a customer I will Never buy from you again.
