Undeniably the best Dominican food in town, you might get better tasting food in DR but that’ll cost you more than 12 bucks with an included drink or side salad 😂

Rice & Beans is the best hole in the wall Dominican food you'll ever find. First the quality and quantity for the price is unrivaled, its fresh abundant and the price is perfect. My go-to is the rice with lentils, brown beans, plantains, and stew chicken for 8.50. The atmosphere is cozy, the ladies serving the food are very nice, please be kind and patient with them. David is the coolest most humble dude I've met, never receives any praise always thanks the community. If you're in Queens Village and pass this restaurant, you're missing out! 5/5

This place is a hidden gem! Sometimes it’s a hit or a miss with flavor but overall the food is usually tasty. The only reason why I didn’t give the full 5 starts is because over the years they got stingy with how much food they put in the trays. The family meal has definitely decreased in size of the rice and beans . They used to pack the rice until the plastic cover can’t close properly but now, I barely have enough for me and my 3 year old to share.

Normally this salad is colorful but it was rushed and over priced, the regular price is $7.00 but today it was $7.99 so some ingredients were missing and extra 99cent was charged

The food is good you can’t take that away from them but the customer service is non existent. The servers are the nastiest people I’ve ever met which is a shame because the owner is a nice guy. It’s not even worth complaining to the owner about because one of the servers is his daughter. Nothing will be done. Also the catering prices are a bit ridiculous. If you want good food with condescending attitudes and the occasional eye roll look no further.

Bad attitude from the woman servers and the food is inconsistent. Some days it’s ok and the other days it’s not.
