This place has the best halal burgers and fried chicken. There fries are better than Mickey D’s and their prices are not too bad. I prefer their beef burgers over their chicken. The place is a bit run down but it makes it more homey. One big complaint is the guy at the register is pretty creepy. He says these wierd comments to girls about taking off their masks and suggesting they take off there sweaters. He gotta go. But the food is too good to not go through this harassment.

Buffalo wings and burgers are banging. Their beef Philly cheesesteak are also worth trying. Pizza is 8/10 as expected given they also focus on other fast food items. Overall I give the food 4/5

I often go there. Burgers are simple but tastes good. Love their grilled chicken burger. Chicken pizza was really good too, and fries were always fresh. The owner is very kind and nice to customers. He does his best to respond to a customer's request in extra service. While back the staff were not as good and I found food not like its supposed to but now its way better and they are doing well. The only problem is which I see in similar places that the cheesecakes they sell are not fresh, tasted bad.

I love the food here. The only place that I can find halal Beef Patties that tastes like Jamaican Patties. Although the price for the beef patty has increased by $1.00, it's $3.50 now. The pizza was delicious, so was the Fish with Rice, the Spinach roll, fried chicken and wings, the rotisserie chicken. The customer service was excellent. One day they didn't have one of the items in the order; the restaurant staff called to let me know that the food item sold out and I requested the food item to be replaced with something else that was more than the original item. They replaced it with that item. That's going and over and beyond with customer satisfaction. There are other days where they forgot a beef patty which I never received that beef patty ever again. This time I changed the rating from 5 star to 3 star because three times they made ordering mistakes. My most recent order was missing biscuits and mashed potatoes, which they didn't have and they did not call to notify me to choose something else but instead gave an item that we all could not eat, which was 2 large french fries; I rather have two beef patties or other side orders instead of fries. They only gave me a pepsi when I had two combo orders that came with two sodas. So, that kind of sucks. Although their pizza and fried chicken are very delicious, I do not think anyone should do online ordering; instead order it from the store, that way you can see if all your items are in the bag.

Bought 6pc chicken, the dude said he gave me extra at no cost , I said No problem, went home open the box of chicken, all of them are hard and old, like it was there longer than it should be, no wonder dude said I gave u extra cause if it was fresh food that u should be selling they never “give you extra” , wasted my money my time and to buy hard dry stail chicken - CHECK YOUR FOOD BEOFRE U LEAVE FROM HERE!!! Make sure it’s fresh and not old food they selling you.

Response: In response. I had to figure how to respond on this. But its best to meet you at your restaurant to hand you a few forms and dates if i can remember but the date is a bad memory I clearly remember. Review: I used to like eating here. Now I have food poisoning. 5am could not sleep from the pains. The owner was always nice to me. Unfortunately the staff needs to learn to wash their hands and follow proper food handling protocol . Besides my bad experience today. I always thought Medina was a great establishment but it seems like it's a revolving door of Russian roulette with kitchen staff. Going to the hospital. My last time I eat here. Sorry Medina.

Worst experience ever. Never seen smallest chicken over rice like this.. we bought 2 chicken over rice.. but the size was lesser then gyro..little rice little chicken.. was supposed to be 3 dollars for that kind of portion.. then we called to complain they started arguing with us and became so rude... never recommend this place to any one.. we have been living in that neighborhood for long time . My all relatives live in that area.. now I will tell everyone not to order any food from this shop..

The owner is so rude. He was kinda behave like giving our food for free. Owner behave his employees like a slave and doesn’t know how to talk. Very rough and rude. Never ever going there. Burgers are so dry feels like nothing inside also the chicken was terrible. We are never goin back to this store.

Cheap quality food marked up. Ordered buffalo wings that looked and tasted like normal wings but with a higher price tag. Their fried chicken tastes like the delta valley fried chicken you can buy prepackaged at Jetro for 1/4 of the price.
