Franco makes the most delicious chicken soup I have ever had from takeout...in fact all of his soups are loaded with flavor. I was introduced to Original Napoli's Pizza by an out of town friend who googled restaurants that delivered to my job, because I was feeling under the weather. What a find! Not only did my cold get cured by the amazing chicken noodle soup but I was also blown away by the flavor of the shrimp parmesan over pasta. The shrimp are carefully butterflied and breaded, and are tender and delicious. The pasta's red sauce is much better than any I have had in any other restaurant. You can see and taste the oregano and basil...mmmm. I can't believe how fortunate I am to have such a talented chef so close to where I work! Try any of the dishes on the menu, you won't be disappointed.

Reminds me of the slices I would get in the 80’s for 75 cents . Nice crust , cheese and sauce . Not greasy at all and was great tasting . Highly recommend trying the sausage cheese pie

napolis is one of the best pizza shops on the east side side of Brooklyn, when you go in not only is all the dough fresh and delicious, you can also see so many famous people on the walls in pis with the owner like hulk hogan , remember the hulkster? anyway stop in and enjoy

My hubby and I travel for work. It was our first time in Brooklyn. We order the Napoli pizza and it was one of the best pizzas we had ever tasted!! We've tried several pizza places and this by far is one of the best!

After being frustrated by domino’s I ended up calling my local pizza place which turns out to be here, and I order whatever I want and they make it super quick and they were super nice and here I am, a happy Customer. Should definitely give it a try

Prices might seem a little high but honestly it is worth it cause their quality and size portions are good enough. It totally meet my standards and I am a very picky customer. Their chicken Alfredo pastas are their more delicious dish in my opinion.

Great tasting fresh food. My only gripe is they trust Uber Eats/Postmate delivery personel too much & don't put tape on the orders to seal them up a little. People are devious in this world & will tamper with their customer orders. That's a giving.

Today I ordered a Sicilian slice for my husband and a grandma's slice for myself. I haven't tasted pizza that good in a long time. The grandma's slice was the best I've ever had. The sauce and tomatoes have a taste that is incredibly delicious. I also ordered cannolis but they were just ok... not as good as they used to be a few years ago.

I was passing through NYC and stayed near this place. We liked it so much that we had lunch and dinner there! excellent pizza and service. I don't remember the name, but we ordered the chicken caesar and the regular one, they are really worth the grief. At night they gave us some very delicious sweet buns! If you are passing through Brooklyn, this is a must stop. thanks for being so kind

If Im not mistaken. Actor Frank Sivero from “The Godfather and Goodfellas”. His family owned this pizzeria 1960s-1970s not sure how long after they sold it or maybe they still own it idk. But I thought it cool to Mention it here. 😃

What’s not to like about this neighborhood gem? It’s an Italian pizzeria, they got everything. Everyone’s friendly even tho they may look like they’re in the mob lol. Very accommodating, decent amount of seating. Prices are fair for the quality imo and the quality is fantastic!!! I mean if you just wanted a cheap slice, sure, you could go up the street but if you love pizza and can appreciate a good crust to sauce to cheese ratio, you notice a good quality sauce, the bake is just right, come on, you gotta check this place out! A family owned pizzeria (I am assuming here tho) with some very good quality pizza selections. I've lived in the area for some time now and was skeptical at first about trying them out! When I tell you they did not disappoint! I got a Chicken Cesar slice with tomatos and red onion, bc there was literally ones slice left. Im def that person, I wana taste why its gone so fast!!😏An now I know🤤 With a Pepperoni Sicilian slice with extra cheese! However I'm definitely going back to try that BBQ Stuffed Chicken slice, lol, it was a rough and close call between the Cesar slice and that BBQ tho!😅 Like I've never seen pizza eye candy in person, it's diabolically delicious looking, but I'm sure it taste even better!!😌 The lady who took my order and prepped my food was very pleasant and I appreciated that! It's business ethics like that, that get my return business!

The stuffed Chicken Pizza with the BBQ & Ranch pattern swirl was a slammin Pizza. It was visually appealing and delicious. Price point was a bit much but I would totally go back

One of the things that I look for whenever I go to a new pizzeria is when I’m holding the slice if it starts dripping profusely from oil off the cheese. That’s not happen here and the bread is perfectly crunchy the sauce is nice and sweet in the cheese is perfect. This is a hidden gem and perfectly priced.

I go there every time I go to my sister's in Brooklyn. They NEVER disappoint. It's a NYC pizza house nostalgia at its best...

Cool place to get pizza. Really enjoy different toppings of their pizza. Chicken wings a bit salty to my taste otherwise I have loved everything bought here.

The pizza there's pretty good that's a little Lynch are times where the bottom of the pizzas start because they heat it up so many time but otherwise is pretty good there you can't even say because of this crazy pandemic but otherwise if you ordered a pizza fresh is really good

This is first time i am ordering here. I ordered here after waiting 2 hours for dominos to make my pizza. The young lady who picks up the phone gets 2 stars. She answered the phone with the most exasperated voice as if she is doing you a favor to pick up the phone and take your order. She sighed her way through me asking about prices and the whole order. If it wasn't for me waiting for dominos for 2 hrs already and being extremely hungry, i would have hung up on her and taken my money elsewhere. The food gets 5 stars and is the ONLY thing that saved the service. The pizza was delivered under 1 hr and i used my card to pay over the phone. Ordered a medium Hawaiian with bacon and wings. The pizza was so damn tasty! The hot wings i could have gotten somewhere else but the pizza, that was the saving grace. They were very generous with toppings it was great. Will be ordering again.

Well, the food is good.....but these folks, I don't think they like certain people 🙅🏿🤷🏿‍♀️🙎🏿‍♀️so I just get delivery from their establishment. At least they don't have street walkers, junkies, and panhandlers loitering around their place of business morning, noon, and night like 24/7 Eats Deli & Grill on the corner of Crystal st. I'll give that to them.

The pizza was really good but the minestrone soup was honestly disgusting, severely salty, they used ziti pasta and it was just bad. The zeppos were very oily as well and barely had sugar coated. I won’t be ordering those two items from them again

Pizza was good, delivery took almost double the time it said itd be delivered by. driver was rude and said we were too far and dont ever order again. We were only 2 miles away. Also they called to ask if i wanted ham on half the pizza or the whole thing and after i said the whole thing (and paid the $3 for the extra topping) SURPRISE they didnt put any on it 🤷‍♂️

Service was quick , food was hot as it should be , shrimp and parmesan hero sandwiches , (eat them hot) they're okay. tables weren't wiped down from previous customers, this is unacceptable and especially when there's 7 people behind the counter so I had mine to go. $15.75 for two sandwiches is good. Plenty of space for seating though ATM machines also , parking is a bit tricky if your driving alone.

I didn't call my order in beforehand and was disregarded by the young teenager behind the counter. The older gentleman (owner) took my order and I was out of there in 15 minutes. The pizza and garlic knots were awesome.

I was genuinely confused and disgusted. This is a very good restaurant that I’ve come to for years. But my concerns regarding sanitary practices, make it impossible for me to return.

It’s always, either they hit or they miss. No In between with them. Delivery service is horrible, the driver does NOT take precaution with the pizza. Every time we’ve order delivery, it was a disappointment. Cheese and oil everywhere but on the pizza. But getting it in-store is the best option. Edited to respond: I have called on the occasions we had the delivery issues and nothing was done about it. I just know to not order delivery from you all.

My school has been using Napoli pizzeria for years. I have ordered from time to time and I now have a bad taste in my mouth... Last week I ordered a medium pie, two of the slices I as for "Dark, crispy with sausage" I receive the 2 slices fat with cheese, not dark and crispy. I gave them another try, with complaint about last week and the same results. I have ordered from other places such as the shop on Liberty Avenue and ALWAYS get what I desire but Napoli did NOT adhere to a customers request and for that I will NO LONGER order from them...

Ordered shrimp parm hero and it was soggy and the shrimp wasn’t good at all. The delivery person never got out the vehicle. He wasn’t friendly at all.

I usually order from this shop. But I recently ordered from them and was given a pizza that was clearly old and not freshly made. The pizza dough was tough and hard.

1.18.24 8:30 pm submitted an order via ubereats—tried to edit the order within e 1 minute of submitting it and was told the restaurant could not edit the order. Uber then said neither could they. I find it to be strange that I could not edit an online order by phone—usually like Thor food, but this occurrence left a bad taste in my mouth. Clarify your details with Uber. It will help to maintain the “family” type vibe your establishment is built on. Very disappointed. Not surprised.

I whent here to pick up an uber order I took about 10 minutes to get there I ask for the order they told me I gotta wait okay. 15mins 9rder is ready not hot very cold because it was ready they just wanted me to wait I guess not nice. Last time I order from here. I ordered a pizza pie and the entire bottom of the pizza was burned....ive never had a bad experience with them so I thought I'd give them another try. Placed an order online through grub hub order was confirmed and processed was told would be receiving at a certain time and it never came. When I called the store to check status of order receptionist was rude put me on hold before addressing my issue and lied about the status of my order. I called again after waiting an additional 40 mins spoke to the owner of the store who told me they were close before finding out what I wanted after expressing my concerns for my order he said he would call to find out the status of my order and call back without taking my info. Needless to say he never called back I never received my food and now I have to go into the store for reimbursement.

I bought two large pies like about 4 days ago and let me say just this the only thing thicker than the crust on those pizzas are the wheels on a formula one car. Even the Rock didn’t want to know what was cooking when these guys were making the pizza. I’d rather die twice than come here again. Horrible Horrible Horrible

They don't have their business in order and unison. I order a product and when it's time to pay, the man attending me says $6. Then another man yells from the back, it's $7. So which one is it? If you want a tip, provide exceptional service. Don't yell from the back for an additional dollar. Not worth the extra buck. Thanks but no thanks.

The large pizza I ordered was not throughly cooked properly, also I don't understand why do you have to stand and wait for your order, even if they don't want customers eating there customers should not have to stand and wait between 10-15 minutes for their order. Also the entire staff had no mask but customers have to wear masks.

Ordered and paid for extra sauce and extra cheese on my garlic knots.. Received them with barley anything on them.. Called and told them so.. Ordered 3 pies over the weekend & I have one word: HORRIBLE. Kept it simple with one cheese and one with pepperoni, the crust on both was thick, there was more cheese than anything else and there wasn't much flavor. As if it can't get worse I also ordered their veggie pizza and added chicken on half. The crust was doughy and UNDERCOOKED, there were so many toppings that it was impossible for the pizza to cook through, I'm not sure why they didn't bake it twice since that would've been the smart thing to do. I was once a frequent patron at this pizzeria but I won't be returning, I can find much better pizzerias to go to. I'd rather pick up a pizza in Manhattan and eat it cold before eating here again, don't waste your money like I did.

Im so disappointed I'm Napolis. This is the second time ive ordered from here this year and the food has been horrible everytime. I usually always eat from here. Today i ordered a chicken Alfredo and it was salty beyond belief to the point i couldnt even eat it. I ordered from Pizza Slice (an app).. and deleted their app as soon as Napolis pizza came... it was horrible! I ordered the #2.. it was suppose to come with a pizza pie with extra cheese (hardly any cheese & very salty), garlic knots (dry as hell), zeppoles (dry & tasteless), buffalo wings (was okay), & a 2 liter soda (which was 1 litter). All for for $29... NEVER AGAIN!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING 4 MY WHOLE FAMILY!!! And trust me, the people that's saying they're good.. obviously never had good pizza; or their family/friends...

Napoli's was easily one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever eaten at when I first moved to East New York. Apparently they have a new chef and the taste of the food has gone downhill drastically. It tastes terrible now, and they tell me it's a five star chef from Italy but he needs to go back there cuz this new guy can't cook Italian food for his life! To add insult to injury, they've owed me $30 that they overcharged me on my cash app card for over a year now and think it's a joke and refuse to give me my money back, so be careful if you use a credit card with them.

This used to be a really good pizza spot, but things have totally changed. I paid $22 for two beef patties(both with cheese and pepperoni) and what was supposed to be a pepperoni roll. When I started to eat, I realized that the cheese was almost nonexistent. Could they spare it? Both patties barely had any taste and ended up in the garbage. The non-pepperoni rolls tasted like pepperoni in over parsleyed thin pieces of dough. I could have done without these. And they soon joined the beef patties in the trash. I don't know what happened to this place, but they definitely lost a customer.

Ordered a plain cheese pie through Uber eats, the Uber eats did their part right with delivery time and efficiency! HOWEVER the pizza was trash!!! If I wanted cheesy bread I would’ve ordered cheesy bread. This pizza had 0 tomato sauce and basically was a white slice. I had to add my own tomato sauce to make it edible, personally I think these ratings of 4 stars are overboard. I had a lot of great pizza and wasn’t expecting this place to be like 10/10 but I was expecting tomato sauce in a pizza as a main ingredient. I’d give this place 2.5 stars 3 being kind however they need to know the difference between a plain pie and a white pie. I saw no difference. Thanks for all your hard work pizza makers however tell the owner he needs to upgrade his recipe.

Yesterday was a very bad experience I ordered baked ziti that comes with meat sauce cheese ricotta etc I spent nearly 15$ on a dish that was half done this is noddles and sauce no meat at all I don’t understand what baked ziti has no meat.
