Order the specials or they will sneak you an old pie if you order the Classic. I didn't even see where my pie came out from because there was only one in the warming rack and then there was 3 there now. You can tell if the pie is not fresh if you are a regular pizza consumer. I just figured that's my cue for the next time. They always say you will have to wait for the specials.

The young lady that works in the evening does not speak or understand fluent English making it very hard to place any special orders you have to show her pictures of the order or order basic named stuff, So if you are not familiar with the menu can't really order anything much.

From my experiences, this little Caesars is a hit or miss. Sometimes their pizza is super on point while other times it's below expectation. And that pretzel Pizza is definitely not worth it.

Can't really complain when a pizza only cost $5, but there was one time i went to this store 10minutes before closing and purchased a pie that tasted like it was cooked from start to finish in the microwave..

Ordered via Uber Eats 3 times and I received the pizza cold, soggy and not fresh. But I liked the flavor. I ordered all three items the Pretzel crust cheese pizza.

It's my first time trying little ceasers at this location and I'm kind of disappointed on the service and food. When I walked into the store I just wanted to order the 5 dollar meal like it advertised,but I was really sad when the lady in the front just gave me a cold leftover box and didn't even reheat it or anything. I also felt really uncomfortable when she kept asking me questions about my ethnicity and my religion and even said how if I'm Muslim I can't eat pork when all I just wanted was my food. It was rude for her to assume my ethnicity as well. Overall the service and food at this location isn't really the best,I wanna give little ceasers one more chance but definitely not here.

The location doesn't look like it's the cleanest and has many poorly handwritten signs that say things like "No Apple Pay please" and "Crazy Bread 2 for $5 with one sauce" which I find really strange. Little Caesars is a billion dollar, multinational company and yet this particular franchise is operating as if they want to spend as little money as possible on signs and advertising materials from Little Caesars. You definitely can't beat the prices here though. They have an 'A' restaurant grade on their window outside which lessens my anxiety about unsafe food and honestly I think the pizza tastes pretty good. However, it's worth noting that the 'A' grade they received is from June 2022 and they haven't had an inspection since. That makes some of the other reviews I've read a bit concerning to say the least. Anyways, I definitely would not get their wings again. They're dry and have a cardboardy black pepper taste to them. I've tried their wings before from another Little Caesars location a couple years ago and it was more or less the same taste. Not sure why people still buy them. Also, I feel like nearly everyone working here is bad at speaking English which means you probably have to repeat every single thing you say at least 3 times. Also, I've ordered from the app twice to pick-up my food and they've taken around 20 minutes one time and about 5 minutes the other time so it's hard to say how you should time your pickup orders because it's anybody's guess. Personally, I would keep coming here but I really wish they would neaten up their store. The least they can do is get someone with better handwriting to do rewrite their 4 signs at the register. And it would definitely help me sleep better at night if the city came and did another food safety/health inspection.

Pizza was amazing, but this location needs a computer system update. Ordered via the app 2hrs prior and paid. Arrived at store and Order was not ready or in their system. Cashier was oblivious and lost and needed training.

I ordered 2 pizzas (slice-N-Sticks pizza and extramostbestest pepperoni thin crust) online 11/27/2020, had it delivered. Both pizzas were freezing cold and only 6 pieces of pepperoni were on the pizza that was supposed to be extra pepperoni. I’ll never order online again because their a ripoff. Go in person so you can see what you’re paying for.

Horrible location. Lady changed the price on me 3 times and I couldn’t figure out how much each item cost because she refused to give us a receipt. Online prices are also different from the store price. I wouldn’t come here ever again!!

They never understand nothing. Pass you on one person to another. Cut your off while speaking to speak to another customer. Causing to customer issue not resolve. But the time I was finally able to place my order I had already lost my appetite. Can you just place simple order? Why does it have to be so complicated. Horrible customer service.

I ordered this thin crust pizza after seeing a commercial for it. In the commercial, as well as in there website...the pizza is cut into little squares. The pie I received was cut into normal triangles. Disappointing. Pizza wasn't very hot, but was tasty. I had to cut it myself to share with the kids. Attention to detail is important.

Always get a receipt as soon as you order. They overcharged us at least $5 and couldn't find the receipt when I wanted to verify.

Went to pick up 2 pies that were posted as ready for pickup and they were not. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes with no updates. As Im waiting, I see a guy rolling a trash bin out, come to the register and then go straight back to making pies from scratch with his bare hands. Absolutely disgusting. I'm in flames. No mask. No gloves. His hands never touched water, soap, hand sanitizer, nothing. Very upsetting.

Hands down one of the nastiest places in New York City. A fresh and ready 40 minute wait Pizza stuffed with roaches. I watched as a friend bit into her first slice and severed the head of two roaches buried beneath the cheese. Called corporate and told them about the issue the franchise owner never got back to me and it's been 2 weeks. Everyone should steer clear of this place. Disgusting.

Asked for lunch combo, which is a four slice detroit style pizza with a 20 oz soda. Was told the soda is not included, so now the price is $9+ instead of $6.52. I thought the Lunch Combo was a company wide deal. I guess not at this little caesar's

I placed an online order for pickup today. I had an email confirmation and order number. When I arrived they told me they didn't have my order and refused to make it. I had already paid and they told me it wasn't their problem. Stay away. Zero stars.

The chicken was spoiled and looked like it was bitten into. One of my cheese pies was burnt black. The other two cheese pies weren't cut properly and the cheese tasted old. My pepperoni pie was also old and nasty. Every lil ceasars sell their pies for $5 now not six. But this one crossed off the $5 and put $6 and $7. This was the worst experience ever. And I am definitely writing to headquarters. Their brand should not be tarnished by this franchisee.

This location never has any Hot&Ready when I come here. If it wasn't for the fact that my child liked to eat this pizza I'd never come here because they make me wait for food that is supposed to be already made.

Absolutely horrible I ordered the thin crust pepperoni, I think I just ate cardboard, it just breaks apart in your hand, and the cheese tastes horrible. I don't like leaving bad reviews but that was just not good.

First, I ordered the pizza, and in less that 10 minutes, I received an email that pizza was done. As I walk in, there was no pizza ready and waited about 15 minutes as a new pizza was being made for me. The pizza was subpar as the crust was awful. Stay away from this place, save some time and money going to a local spot or another chain.

September 21 2021 I’m order 2 cheese pizza by the phone call. Ordered pickup 4hrs in advance and my order was not ready. Then the cashier gave me a hot n ready pepperoni when I paid for ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni which is almost double the price. And then tried to convince me that it was the same thing. Why would cost almost double if it was the same pizza?

Really poor experienced. Walked in here for the first time and how they treated a client was appalling. They hadnt fulfilled the customers order correctly then demanded the customer pay 64 cents for a sauce. Not a big deal so the client paid but when client complained that the last order they paid for one and didnt get their sauce I felt badly for them and no one tried to waive fees or apologize or anything. So anyways I order. Their credir card machine isnt working and theyre trying to convince me my card failed when I can clearly see the error that their service is down. Its not so much that they were issues but the customer service was just so poor imo. I was so hyped to try the wings and the 5 meats pizza but now it just left a bad taste in my mouth and wondering if little caesars be like this everywhere. Prob just here in Jamaica though.

This is a review of this specific store. I've gone here twice. First time I went, they forgot to make my order. They made me wait another 20 minutes in the store after the designated pick up time. Second time I went, I ordered cheese bread, it was terribly made. I've had little caesars cheese bread from other locations and it was great, lots of cheese, thick crust, the correct size. The cheese bread from this location had barely any cheese, half of it was not risen properly, and it was much smaller than it should be. Both times a terrible experience. Also it's right on Jamaica ave with tons of congestion everywhere, good luck finding a place to park because there is none, I had to risk parking in front of a hydrant both times. I will never come here again and I hope you don't either, for your sake.

This shop is a vulgar shop and their behavior is not good at all. They cannot treat people well. They abuse the delivery man and there is a vulgar woman who abuses the boys with excessive gestures. There is a boy who also abuses the customers and now abuses them. This shop is not at all standard because they treated me very badly and sadly on top of the behavior of coming to a shop.

They have a website showing the progress of your order. It was not updated after, it said pizza is in the oven. Pizza was kept in the hotbox but pizza was cold. Pretty greasy for a pizza.
