Pizza was amazing, but this location needs a computer system update. Ordered via the app 2hrs prior and paid. Arrived at store and Order was not ready or in their system. Cashier was oblivious and lost and needed training.

They never understand nothing. Pass you on one person to another. Cut your off while speaking to speak to another customer. Causing to customer issue not resolve. But the time I was finally able to place my order I had already lost my appetite. Can you just place simple order? Why does it have to be so complicated. Horrible customer service.

I ordered this thin crust pizza after seeing a commercial for it. In the commercial, as well as in there website...the pizza is cut into little squares. The pie I received was cut into normal triangles. Disappointing. Pizza wasn't very hot, but was tasty. I had to cut it myself to share with the kids. Attention to detail is important.

This is a review of this specific store. I've gone here twice. First time I went, they forgot to make my order. They made me wait another 20 minutes in the store after the designated pick up time. Second time I went, I ordered cheese bread, it was terribly made. I've had little caesars cheese bread from other locations and it was great, lots of cheese, thick crust, the correct size. The cheese bread from this location had barely any cheese, half of it was not risen properly, and it was much smaller than it should be. Both times a terrible experience. Also it's right on Jamaica ave with tons of congestion everywhere, good luck finding a place to park because there is none, I had to risk parking in front of a hydrant both times. I will never come here again and I hope you don't either, for your sake.

This shop is a vulgar shop and their behavior is not good at all. They cannot treat people well. They abuse the delivery man and there is a vulgar woman who abuses the boys with excessive gestures. There is a boy who also abuses the customers and now abuses them. This shop is not at all standard because they treated me very badly and sadly on top of the behavior of coming to a shop.

Food is good. But no glapes in hand. And one woman reading glasses was very bad. She didn't want to listen to me properly. Maybe he doesn't even know what he is talking to me. the woman speaks bad English. I thought he couldn't. He spoke in whispers. Even I stood and saw him whispering to his co-workers.

Worse little ceaser in the neighborhood. Super Rude . Unhygienic. The guy with chain on the hand is really uneducated. He was smoking and yelling . Very bad customer service . I so saw the the guy picking up food from the floor . Curse customer in their language. Never Recommend. I already call the food department. You should too .

They have a website showing the progress of your order. It was not updated after, it said pizza is in the oven. Pizza was kept in the hotbox but pizza was cold. Pretty greasy for a pizza.
