A friend recommended Panorama when I was looking for a place for my mom’s 80th birthday celebration after being ghosted by another vendor. I went in person to speak to the manager and try to food. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. She even gave me her personal cell to answer any questions we had. We decided to book it after seeing the beautiful space in person and trying to food which was amazing, highly recommend the ceviche de camarón. Our waitress Karen, the bartender and DJ went above and beyond to help make sure everything was taken care of and that everyone had a great time. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Panorama for help making my mom’s party a night to remember!

A family member found this venue when my partner and I were looking for place to throw our baby shower. Their main venue fit our needs the best and the price was great which included a lot of features. Couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The venue is clean, the staff was so helpful and worked with us in answering any inquiries we had, from the menu, to the bartender and DJ, etc. Loved that they were accommodating when it came to how we wanted to decorate the venue. They didn’t limit us in any capacity. Just make sure you get a contact number when booking the venue. What we did is, dropped by the venue a month in advance and coordinated minor details. Thank you Panorama staff.

The food was very good and tasty. Brought home ceviche to try out as well. Update on the fish ceviche; not so hot. I think they might be boiling the fish too long and put it in the lemon but is mushy. I still will go back for their other foods.

Great food, great service, and lots of fun. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. There was no long delay in getting our food. They have authentic Ecuadorian food as well as Colombian style dishes. I ordered the seafood Ceviche it was delicious! We will be making more trips to this restaurant.

Food and service was great until it was time to pay. Originally the server said my daughters strawberry milk shake was on the house but they charged it to our bill, no big deal. The portions were big so we asked to take home the left overs. They added $2 per each ToGo tray (small round plastic containers that only fit small sides) if you want to take home left overs which I've never heard of in any other restaurant. They also automatically added a 18% gratuity for party of 2 adults, one toddler and one infant. The place looks decent but was very empty. Not sure if I'd go back due to the sneaky fees they add without telling you.

Just to be clear, this review is fully my experience with no hateful or negative feelings toward the restaurant. I called for delivery, and the lady raking my order clearly did not understand my order, I had to repeat it to her three times. I ordered the "Pollo salteado", which is the one in the picture. That Pollo Salteado was clearly not even close to what it was supposed to be. They were not pieces but chunks of chicken with veins that make it uncomfortable to chew. Worse part of all, the sauce had SOOO MUCH OIL in it, not a sauce at all. Good thing they gave me the rice separately because I don't know how I would've handled it. I haven't tried their other food, but the prices don't convince me, especially with this first time experience

Not sure how this place has 4 1/2 start, maybe for private events they are great. The bandeja paisa was salty and the chaufa de Mariscos I had better. Went to order 3 Items and my total came to be $54.91, not sure what kind of taxes they are doing but you can clearly see in the receipt. Explain to me how my total was $54.91, if you do that math which a computer/ table doesn’t mistake it I should have be $52.80. So make this make sense. If you going to order from this place, call for pick up it took them over 45 mins to get me order also pay with cash!!!

The atmosphere of the place is wonderful, especially if you love Latin music. It has wonderful vibes and you can dance something I can relate to as I’m Latin and grew up with an ambiance like that. Now, as a restaurant the service is horrible. No attention to your basic details which is what I expect I don’t need a Michelin star service but the basic like hi how are you can I suggest this, this is the special instead of I don’t know, what do you want. Beware of this pink sauce it’s extremely spicy even for a person like myself who enjoys spicy food that sauce is inedible. I wish my waitress the lady with green eyes would of answered my question instead of brushing it off. I was excited to eat and put the hot sauce my whole experience ruining. The food looks like your average Latin cuisine I couldn’t tell you how it taste I couldn’t eat mine. The wait time is long which makes sense they can get busy so I would suggest an appetizer to share with your friends&family. If you pay cash you get a discount another thing to be aware of. The gratitude is including which for me is fine I’ll do my part but, this is the first time where I hesitated to pay for it I was disgusted with the treatment from my waitress, the only person that saved it was a charismatic I believe Colombian waiter I wish I remembered his name but I believe it was Andres. He is knowledgeable about his craft more than I expect and again I just expect the basic. First time eating here and I wouldn’t come back the service is horrible from all except for one waiter, not even for the ambiance at that point I would just go to the club.
