Harvest Restaurant is known for its pizza, friendly staff, and a throwback atmosphere. Many love the Rachael Ray pizza and French onion soup. Some find the pizza sauce inconsistent, and it can get crowded and loud.

Opinions de Harvest Restaurant Queensbury
We had senior spaghetti dinners. With it came soup, which I opted for. Or you could have salad, which my partner got with blue cheese dressing that was house made and a good size. They sent four slices of bread. Which we wish could have been villa. The bread always feels stale. We also got a good size meatball each. If you wanted extra it is pricey. We opted for extra meatballs and sauce. The bill came to $30 and some change. It was very good. Worth noting is that our restaurant bills have been significantly more recently and eating out will probably be ending for a while.
Fantastic food and drinks. We started with Potato skins. Crispy, soft, and cheesy. I had a pizza and it was great. Nice balance of ingredients with a crispy crust. Can't wait to return!
Harvest best pizza delicious crust and sauce ratio of toppings perfect. If you love meat you'll love there lasagna, bread is light and airy.. shrimp were cooked perfect succulent, and there Alfredo was creamy and smooth pasta was aldente. Meals for a family of four all were happy.
The waitress was awesome and the food was so delicious! My mom and I went for pizza after spending the day in VT and it was well worth the 2.5 hr drive! My family has been eating here for 28 years! Their house salad dressing is my favorite!
Great food, service and atmosphere
This place is a gem, We ordered the eggplant Parmagan and the lemon crusted Haddock, both came with a salad that came out in a chilled salad bowl. Both meals were great, and a good size portions. Deffantly worth going to,and it's a family owned establishment
This place was so good! Extremely busy. We sat at the bar for dinner. As busy as they were, the food and service were excellent! I haven't had such a good meal in a long time. Would highly recommend.
Best pizza in the area. French Fries with Gravy is the best app but there other apps are good as well. Dinners are expensive and not really worth the price. But like i said, best pizza around. Great service too. Colin and Heather are awesome. Colin has been serving me for years.
So they have one size pie which is 12". That is like a large personal pan pizza. The dough tasted like a frozen crust but the pizza was good. We ordered wings and did not expect them to come out in a brown bag but these breaded extra crispy wings were very good. They did not have much sauce but there were good.
It was busy, but my parents are regulars and they got us seated quickly. Obviously lots of regulars by the number of people my Mom had to stop and visit with. Lol Good pizza! Well worth it.
The pizza from the Harvest is the best in the area. We order it once or twice a month and it never fails to be great! When we eat at the restaurant the service is great too. Even though they are often busy, they know how to serve great food in a efficient manor. Thanks as always to the staff and cooks at the Harvest!
I met with a friend for lunch. I had a turkey sub. It was great and stacked with lots of Turkey, lettuce, tomatoes and bacon. My friend ordered pepperoni pizza. It had some of the best crust I've had in some time. Service was great. I would go back again.
My friend and I went early on a Friday day evening. Had fettuccine Alfredo. Quick, hot and good.
The hostess and waitress were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was great! We will definitely be back again.
Pizza is amazing, great wings, meatballs, never have a bad meal there.
This was the best place I have been to in a hot minute, the food was great! If you like Ruben or New Yorkers, I highly recommend this place. They were not stingy with the corn beef! The staff were very nice and the place always very clean/ lively.
Always a favorite. The staff is friendly and attentive. The space is clean and inviting. The food is delicious.
My parents went there to eat. I had them bring me home a French onion soup with extra cheese. I love French onion soup and I’ve had it at many places, some good some bad, this was one of the best ever. first off for takeout French onion soup can be complicated but they nailed it 100%. They put the broth and the onions in one cup and on the side in a plastic bag, crunchy croutons, and several extra pieces of semi melted cheese. I put everything together and heated the cup up for a couple minutes in the microwave and it came out amazing. The main thing besides the extra cheese is the broth so rich, flavorful and robust. I’ll be going again just for that soup.
Great Food, Great Prices. Cozy Family Friendly Atmosphere. Danielle was our waitress, she's fantastic, friendly and attentive!
Been around forever and easy to see why. They server good food at reasonable prices best known for their pizza. They go a little heavy on the toppings so if you like an average amount of toppings you might want to order light on the toppings. Pizzas are on the average size so might need a few to feed a large party. Been here many times and will come back again for Sure.
Honestly, you can not go anywhere and get full meals, salads, soup, sodas, and an app for under $100 for 4 people, and here, you can. Food is consistent, hot, and fresh, and service is impeccable each time. Turkey clubs and hot roast beef sandwiches are the favorites with us.
I love the pizza. They have a salad plate that has tuna and vegetables that is delicious. If I'm alone, I like to sit at the bar. They have a good selection of wines and you can order and eat your food there.
Great food. I could tell the food was made fresh. Large portions and a the staff were friendly and polite. Will definitely be going there. Highly recommend
We come here often. Food is always EXCELLENT. I love Eggplant parm. Salads are large , soups are fresh and so good. We had Paul as a waiter this time and he was awesome! All the wait staff is wonderful. Such a great place.
Food: Incredible! Reasonably priced! Service/Staff: friendly and knowledgeable! Atmosphere: mostly comfortable, except for two oddly shaped, corner-seated booth tables that are a bit tight. One Rule to keep in mind: when you arrive, your WHOLE PARTY needs to be present before they will seat you. So plan ahead, and coordinate with your group before you head over! Overall: 5 Stars all around! Still curious on Specifics? I got you! To start, if you can't find *something* that you like on the menu, it might be a you thing! Their menu is fairly large, and everything tastes like it's been made from scratch with skill and passion. Maybe even some love! Their rightfully legendary pizza comes in one size, with one crust style, but you won't mind on either of those facts, because the savory and crispy edges are so good you're gonna want to save them for your last bites! If I were to classify the rest of their numerous culinary offerings with a general nationality or theme, I think I'd say their options fall along the lines of Italian-American. I could go on about every tasty and satisfying dish I've enjoyed here at the Harvest restaurant, but I'll just wrap it up by telling you this: you won't be disappointed!!
What a great experience Great food Great atmosphere Everyone was so nice I will be back!
Met friends here for a mini reunion. My wife I split a chicken bacon ranch pizza. The crust seemed a bit different but it was very tasty otherwise. Amanda F, our server was a charm.
What a wonderful place to eat! The service was great, our waitress was very friendly, and the food was fabulous. There were six of us and everyone enjoyed their meals. I, personally, love the pizza!! Congratulations to the new owners!! I WILL be back!!
This place is phenomenal. I've been here 3 times and each time we had really good food. Their pizza is amazing but for my 3rd time here, I got the hot roast beef sandwich. It was by far the best roast beef sandwich I've ever had. The garlic bread with cheese is also really good. The staff is always friendly. This is my new favorite restaurant.
I grew up in NY and now live in Colorado, This is one of those places that I have to go to when I come back and visit family and friends. I truly love Harvest pizza
We’ve been eating at the Harvest for years. Good quality meal and service is always incredible. Jamie and Alyssa do an amazing job juggling the bar, drinks and to go. Rest of the staff is top notch and always treat us like family.
Best pizza around. Friendly staff. Been going there for years.
The servers were at their top notch behavior and the food was great.
Way more than just pizza! This restaurant is a classic family delight. Sandwiches are high-quality and the onion soup is to die for!
My favorite place never disappoints. This last trip I even flew up from Florida to go there to eat
A friend recommended this place for it's pizza. He wasn't wrong. We ordered "The Harvest" pizza (basically had almost everything, but no anchovies or olives) and it was so loaded with toppings, there was next to no edge crust. The bread had a pleasant, sweet flavor reminding me of a family recipe. We need to go back and try other menu items. There were so many, it would be difficult to choose. Note: we did not see gluten free options.
From the moment you step into The Harvest you are greeted with smiles and warmth! The food is exceptional from the appetizers to main dishes. The service is impeccable. The owners and staff genuinely care about your dining experience, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring every need is met. Everything was absolutely perfect! Whether you are a local or visiting from out of town, this is a must - visit destination for food lovers. I can’t wait to make this a weekly destination!
My girlfriends and I got together for lunch last week and chose the Harvest. Our waitress Kayla was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel like we were family and she gave us such a great experience. We also all stayed for a bit after our lunch was over and she was so pleasant about it and even joked with us a few more times after we had paid our bill. We will be asking for her every time we come in. Our lunches were great too. We all had some sort of sandwich with a side and it was very filling.
Danielle was the best waitress I have had in a reallllly long time ! Awesome customer service. I travel a ways away to come and dine at harvest. The clam chowder is 5 stars. With breaded wings out of this world good . Last but not least my favorite is the veggie pizza stars ✨️
We typically do take out here as it’s usually a very hopping place! We love the pizzas and have never had a bad one! We’ve been going for many years. Love the crust and the sauce that’s used!
The pizza was fantastic, as always, and the chef salad was a hit. The service was good, and the restaurant seems to have maintained its high standards. While they may have added some new items, it feels like they've wisely kept all the classic recipes that make this place so great.
Have been to The Harvest several times and there hasn’t been once where I’ve been disappointed. You pay a bit more than other places but the quality and taste of the food makes you realize why. Pizza is excellent Wings are great and the salads are tasty. Entrees I’ve only had once or twice but each time they were plentiful and tasty. Pro tip if you order ahead go early and have a drink at the bar staff is friendly and attentive.
The waitress that served us was just lovely and we didn’t wait to be seated for a very long time. The only thing that I didn’t like was their pizza sauce, the tomato sauce was very weird tasting which made the entire pizza taste a little bad. I wouldn’t order pizza there again. But our Fettuccini Alfredo was very good and the shrimp was cooked to perfection, which I appreciated a lot !
Pizza is fantastic and prices are still reasonable. Parking lot was packed but there were still tables open. Waitress said right away pizzas are 30 min wait or 45 for everything else, which was nice to know up front but it was expected. Created our own meatball and garlic pizza and it was hot enough we needed to use forks to cut it and eat it like civilized people, which was probably for the better as the crust was thin and flimsy... But good. More cheese than sauce which also added to the mess but worth it for a $15 dinner for 2.
Ordered a cheese pizza, bbq chicken specialty pizza and some boneless wings (Honey BBQ & Buffalo) To Go They were very friendly, and were pretty spot on in terms of how long to expect (they were pretty busy for it being only 11:30 in the morning.. figured it’d be quiet, but it was relatively busy for a Saturday morning) The pizza tasted great! Sauce on the plain cheese is very sweet.. not your typical marinara sauce. I really liked the boneless honey bbq wings too. It was a little pricey for portion size, but I would definitely go again because the taste was really good! ($51.79 for the pizza’s and wings) Nice location.
Phenomenal food, good atmosphere, and friendly staff. The only thing I would change is the phone system. My wife and I have called dozens of times over the 4 years we've lived nearby and this was the second time we've been able to order. The phone is always busy whether it's 3pm or 9pm, over 99% of the time. But when we do get through we're always very happy with the food.
Hostess was a little snippy at first otherwise loved this place. Food was awesome!!
Our party of 6 was seated almost imediately, but then came a long wait for service...almost a half hour, after which the service was good. The apps were good, and dinner was comprised of 3 different styles pizza, all were good with plenty of toppings but none were exceptional. Dinner was followed by tasty desserts.
Our server and the staff were amazing! We truly appreciated the 'small town' feel of the restaurant. The food was great & we would definitely return!!
I was there for the first time last week. Menu was very appealing. I ordered a fish sandwich. It stated it was fried but I ordered it anyway. It was very greasy. The fries were delicious and my husband enjoyed the soup and salad.
We stopped in for pizza this week. It's a busy place around 6pm, that's for sure! The pizza is good. It's the thicker, doughier variety with a sweet tomato base. The toppings of pepperoni, meatball and hot peppers were plentiful. It's not my personal favorite style of pizza, but it was enjoyable.
Nice to see this restaurant being busy and successful despite the staffing difficulties out there. Service was prompt and our server was good. The pizza is always a great choice here and the Margherita pizza did not disappoint. The house salads were also fresh and of good quality. I would recommend coming here regularly as their menu is extensive with many good choices.
I love this place, and it seems I'm not alone. The Pot Roast was amazing. The Clam Chowder is a true jewel. The service is outstanding, they treat you like family. Definitely staying on my favorites list.
The pizza was very good. The wait time to get pizza on a Wednesday night was over an hour. It was very crowded at the bar area waiting for my food as other customers came in to pick up their food or to sit at the bar. They had no trouble taking my money as soon as I arrived, but not once did they apologize for the delay.
Took my wife here for dinner recently and found the experience very good. Hostess was quick to greet us with a smile and had us seated within minutes of arriving. Server was attentive to our needs and order came out in a timely manner. Food was good, I had the Chicken Parmesan and the wife had the Parmesan Haddock. The chicken was perfectly cooked and tender, the haddock was white and flaky as is should be. Total bill for 2 with tip was $53 which is reasonable for the amount of food you get. I would definitely recommend the pizza's, they do something different with the crust and it is great. I recommend trying the place for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
Consistently great food, quick friendly service and reasonable prices, make this one of our favorite local restaurants for both dining in and take-out. Not your typical "NY" style pizza, but their uniquely delicious pies are downright addictive. This is the kind of place where locals who've moved away, HAVE to visit or order from every time they come home for a visit. Along with their awesome pizzas, the club sandwiches are legendary and their gigantic chef salads are simply outstanding! Definitely one of our top 3 local family restaurants. (And Rachel Ray agrees! She even has a pizza named after her!) Just one con that I can think of: On weekends, during "standard" dinner hours, be prepared to wait anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes for a table.
We had a good meal with Harvest. There was no wait at 6:30 on a Friday night. Parking was easy. Our server was friendly, prompt, and accommodating. The clam chowder was sooooo good! My daughter and I both had fettuccine alfredo. I had shrimp added to mine and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. That being said, my daughter and I didn't care for the alfredo sauce. It lacked flavor, it could have used garlic for sure. My son did not like the pizza, but my husband really enjoyed it. So, the food turned out to be a mixed bag for us but the chowder was so good, I'd go back just for that!
Besides the loud patrons it was great, I wouldn't consider it a quiet dining experience . Staff wouldn't step in when people yelled. Foods great, wine great. 5* if the staff actually stopped unruly people
I ordered a meatball sandwich on a hoagie roll per the menu. Service was quick despite it being lunch hour. The meatballs with onions and peppers was very good as well as the marinara on it. However, the roll was nothing more than a doughy hot dog bun; very disappointing. Add to that, the waitress nicely informed me that it was a "large" hot dog bun when I said something. 🙄 Well, I won't order that again.
it disappoints with its slow service, causing frustrating waits for everything from food to the check. The pizza and pasta were average at best, offering no standout flavors or dishes to justify the wait. While the menu may have potential, the lengthy delays and unremarkable taste make it difficult to recommend for a satisfying dining experience.
The food and and wait staff was amazing however I ordered a third glass of wine and was told management cuts patrons off after two because they over pour. My husband was not drinking and we are both over the age of 50 and responsible certainly we understand they need to be careful but the need to judge each patron individually so unfortunately we will probably not re visit. They have a full bar do they only allow two drinks there?
Planned on dinner with 5 everyone coming from different towns I showed up with my cousin explained there would be 5 of us in order for us to be seated was told we had to order appetizer ok we did asked if we could get another marinara sauce waitress said we charge for extra I’ll just give you spoon ok we excepted the spoon. After 1hr waiting waiter came over to tell us it would be another 45min. Hot turkey sandwich was cold turkey and gravy over 2 slices of bread mashed potatoes were good and hot. Since I was there from start I was there from 4:30 to 6 prices were steep for the quality of food. From reading reviews I’m guessing it’s just known for the pizza
I can not say that it was the best Reuben sandwich I have ever had......but it was t the worst either. Corn beef was in approximately half the sandwich, the remained was just the cheese and dressing. Bread unfortunately was soggy all the way through the bottom. Mac salad was good. As far as the service, it was a Friday night at 6pm, only had a 10-15 min wait to be seated, but a 30 minute wait to get the food (party of 3, 2 reubens and 1 turkey club). Apparently we should have ordered their pizza instead.
Pizza was terrible and we love their pizza usually! Sugar should not be added to sauce! Crust was sweet and sauce was sweet on a mushroom pizza! Will not be going back for a long time… My husband brought it home from restaurant.
Disappointed with food. Dinner salad very good. I had baked haddock. It had no flavor. Peas were the mushy kind from a can. Others had eggplant Parm. They complained that the sauce was too sweet.
Two great pizzas but the chicken alfredo pizza's crust was still dough and inedible. Let the server know and she took what remained back (disregarded what was on 3 plates) and they put it back in the oven. When it came back it was edible but still doughy. The plated pieces were a loss and they still charged full price. It was a menu item, not something we came up with ourselves. If you can't execute it, remove it. And if you fail to execute, compensate. It was a serious disappointment because the reviews were strong and the cheese and pepperoni pizzas were perfect. It took serious effort to get their attention to point out the problem, too... Probably won't go back, mostly because of the staff's indifference. There's plenty of other opportunities to try around there next time we're in town.
The Harvest Restaurant has always been the place to go to share a Great meal with your Family or friends. I have always had nothing but praise each and every time I have attended the Harvest. Last weak, I ordered a Pizza. I wanted the bottom browned which I told the waitress, The waitress brought me a pizza that was black on the bottom "BURNT" I didn't say anything because I figured it was my fault for saying I wanted the bottom browned.I won't do that again. I was so disappointed today . We each ordered a hamburger which are normally world famous with a charcoal broil flavor. It took about 45 minutes before being delivered to our table which I thought was odd . I mean, It's only a hamburger right? The waitress was great as always, I can't praise her enough. I did ask her if there was a new cook and she said no and that she didn't understand why it took so long and apologized for the long wait. As I picked up my bun to eat it, The Bun felt like it was still partially frozen, - It was "Ice Cold!" We both ordered the hamburgers cooked Medium. My burger was Great but my friends burger was VERY RARE to the point, I would have sent it back to be cooked. My friend didn't want to make a scene so he ate the outside of the burger that was cooked and left the raw meat on the plate. I have to do some serious thinking wither or not I will come back to this restaurant and I can foresee this business loosing all it's customers. How sad such a wonderful Restaurant can go down hill so fast. I might try this restaurant one more time but 3 strikes and I'm done.
After a long wait the food arrived. Fries were old. The meat ball sub/sandwich bread was completely soaked though with sauce. Toasting the bread would help with this. Buffalo chicken sandwich was great but I feel it's incomplete as it's just chicken and sauce.
Was told 30 mins for 1 pepperoni pizza for pick up showed up after 35 mins an then continued to wait for another 15 mins. Got pizza home and pizza was uncooked and super greasy. Not the first time this has happened.
Service was horrible. Our food came out with our salad. Marinara sauce was scarce and tasted like canned stewed tomatoes, barely seasoned. Waitress was clueless on service. She was in such a hurry to get us in and out. Sad that the wonderful food and service that Phil Hart maintained over the years has fallen so short with the new owners. Seems to be the common theme with local restaurants that have sold. I won't return to Harvest.
Food tasted premade, not fresh, could of got better from a Walmart deli buffet. Servers seem over worked and not treated with respect. Your servers keep your business going, treat them right!
We ordered the blossom onion today changed the batter and size changed not worth 10.50 Also got Turkey Dinnet the Gravy tasted like it came from a can won’t be returning
Tried to have a nice lunch with my parents at a local business.which didn't go as planned. We ordered two salads and a hot turkey sandwich. Half an hour goes by and we asked nicely if it was almost ready because we had an appointment coming up to go to (knowing we had more than enough time when we came in). The waitress seemed rather annoyed we asked, came back and said due to chicken added in the salad it takes longer. Then another girl came over said "we make everything to order and chicken usually takes 25-30 minutes to cook...WHAT? Would've been believable if the chicken was hot, but it wasn't. Instead of apologizing for the wait they just became more rude. After our food was brought out, never came to check and asked if everything looked okay or how it was. Just proceeded to have more staff look out at us, along with waitress. It was rather an uncomfortable feeling. We ended up boxing up our meals, and left to make it to our appointment. Being a waitress my whole life I understand you're not going to love when a customer asks if food is almost ready. However, neglecting your table, no apology, and then rolling your eyes at us put a negative light on The Harvest. We've ordered out a lot and dined in, but this will definitely be the last. I hope the owner doesn't encourage this kind of behavior, it was very disheartening for this community.
I ordered a kids meal for our toddler along with dinners for my husband and I. In the time it took our son to get his food two groups of people came, ordered, ate their dinners, and left. I didn’t realize a grilled cheese took almost an hour to make. I will not be coming back. And to those that kept staring at my hungry child, you can blame the kitchen and staff for your interrupted dinner.
Ordered a large cheese pizza "for pickup", received a 12" pie. The underside was golden brown and the top was mush. Rating this pizza on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate this pizza a 4.3. This pizza is comparable to a pizza you would get at Chuck E Cheese. Very bad.
Was told the pizza was good by the front desk where we were staying. It may have been the worst pizza I have ever had. Seriously, Pizza Hut is better. Hostess was grumpy and unwelcoming, but our waitress was great. The new england clam chowder was good though.
Let me start off by saying I chose this place based on the star rating on Google maps (I didn't check Yelp). Do not let the high rating fool you, we came and were immediately told that there was going to be a 30 min wait to be seated and it was going to take around an hour for food cause the kitchen was backed up. This was when we SHOULD HAVE just said okay and found a new place. We were sat in less than 20 mins, so naturally we thought everything was ahead of schedule, but that was the furthest thing from the truth. Appetizers were ordered when the server finally came to the table 15 mins after being sat, and came out in about 15 mins. Apps were both really good! This was when the sorry excuse for "service" began. 2 pizzas were ordered and the table conversation began because we figured it would be an hour before we saw them. As tables were sat, served, bussed, and re sat around us we the questioning began, "Where is the pizza?". 90 mins had passed at this point. Next came, "If they're not out here in 15 mins, we minds well just leave." This was when the first pizza made it's appearance. A simple 3 topping, no frills, no customization, nothing that would take 90 mins to do. "Your other pizza just needs a few minutes to get crispy"... Excuse me?... More time for the other pizza?... Okay, it was a specialty. By the time we saw the server again, the first pizza was gone, and we're an hour and 45 into this debacle. "Your pizza is going to take another 8 mins"... So what your telling me it was never made, it needs "a few minutes" to prep and "8 more minutes" to cook.. And off she went, to be seen 10 mins later after we had stopped another waitress to tell her to box it up for the road. After 2 "no tips" following the "service" our table was aggressively bussed hoping to find a cash tip... Wishful thinking! This is the first place I have not left a tip at. Food was great. "Service" was astonishingly bad. Unless your thing is spending hours inside a pizza restaurant watching other people be served, I'd recommend the gas station across the street. Pizza may not be as good, but the service would be head and shoulders better!
Quite possibly the worst pizza, worst service, and worst atmosphere in any restaurant in the area. This place survives on locals inflating it as a “great place to eat.” No one who has been anywhere else would ever think that.
Craft mac and cheese dried-out Canned corn. You can make this at home for better and cheaper by following a recipe from Google. And the atmosphere feels grungy and dated. If you want to taste the brown walls and dirty carpet with your eyes while you eat. You have to be 65+ and lose your taste buds to endure this place.
DO NOT buy gift certificates at The Harvest restaurant! We received one as a Xmas gift. We tried using it in June of 2024, that was the only reason we went there because we had the certificate. When we tried to use it they said they couldn’t process it at that time, that the computer wasn’t working right and they hadn’t been able to process any for over a week. There was no mention of this on their social media or on the door. They informed me their “computer guy” was on vacation so they were unable to fix it till they were back. Sooo today 10/5/24 we went there again and attempted to use the $50.00 gift card. Nope got another excuse that they got a new software system and they weren’t going to be able to process any gift cards for a couple weeks. The waitress did advise they can still sell gift cards. Why in the world would anyone want to buy any when you can’t redeem them? My question is if I can call and check the balance on the gift card, why can’t they? Seems a bit sketchy to me that they accept your money for gift cards that you can’t even use. Quite frankly I prefer Talk of the Town pizza and I never would have went to The Harvest if it wasn’t for the card. P.s. their pizza sucked today too, the crust was different, so dissapointed. Save your money and buy gift card, and dine elsewhere.
Made a plea deal with my wife. I enjoy.my favorite, and she gets to choose hers. I was born and brought up here and after 30 plus years I still want to avoid this place. It sucks andthe sauce is the worst . Over an hour wait to get our food!
Don't let the busy parking lot fool you. This is the kind of place only a local who has been going their for every special occasion their whole life. For city-like prices one would expect their noodles to be warmer than the ambiant temperature. The women's restroom was packed and the toilet wasn't flushing. I hope, for you, if you venture there that you have a much better experience than we did. Good luck.
When we arrived we were told a half hour wait. Not a problem. They mentioned pizzas would take an hour. Not a problem. The problem we had was when they forgot to make our pizza and lied about it. I understand when it's busy but y'all literally have tablets to put the order in IMMEDIATELY. I know how the toast system works I know how busy it gets in a restaurant. I know when service isn't great management should try to correct that. We got nothing. And when we left no tip the waitress made sure to slam our glasses down. That's the fastest I saw someone clean a table! Not impressed at all
First time ordering here, heard it was good. Found hair baked into my pizza
YUCK! The service was ok but there wasn't enough servers so they barely had time to listen to your order. The burger was ok but the soup was so salty that was all you could taste. The turkey gravy was straight from a can with added salt. The green beans were gray from a can and not even hot. The baked potatoes were grayish brown inside and lukewarm with leathery skin... WARNING , baked potatoes that sit around for days are a breeding ground for botulism. But the WORST was the wings. 3 out of 10 had shattered bones ... a choking hazard. The meat was stringy, chewy and the flavor was ROTTEN. All this in a dingy, drab environment for $$. SAVE YOURSELVES!!
Waitress was very friendly and fast. However I order clams in white sauce over spaghetti. When my plate was brought out It looked like noodles , clams & butter with a lemon. I asked if I could possibly get an Alfredo sauce so I didn’t have to eat dry food. Waitress returned and told me no i could only get a whole new order . I just decided to pay my bill and go to olive garden .
