The first time I tried chilaquiles, I thought it was a brilliant concept. From the little box, like the kind you see in movies, transformed into Mexican food with a distinctly Mexico City flavor, offering different protein options and a wide variety of chilaquiles, the originality, organization, and especially the hygiene are outstanding. Pasé como 8:30am y súper bien todo, las chicas muy amables, me explicaron bien cómo funciona la orden de chilaquiles. Pedí los suaves ( por eso se ven batidos) con salsa morita y mi sorpresa fue que la salsa está buenisima, picosita de buen sabor. La porción de los ingredientes viene detallada en el menú, vi que pesaban Tod así que todo legal. Si recomiendo.

They have a nice atmosphere with good music, the waitress provides good service with attention and care, and the food is satisfactory, although the green chilaquiles are a bit acidic, causing heartburn. The portion size is good, and the bread roll is a decent size. On another visit, I'll try a different salsa flavor and give my opinion.

The place feels small for eating in, but otherwise (takeout, delivery, and product quality are very good). Only once did they mistakenly serve us some spicy chilakids. But the rest of the times we've eaten there, everything has been excellent.

From the start, the waitress' service was poor, in my opinion. She was rude at times and showed no interest in answering questions about the options. The portion seemed small compared to the price; the flavor was unremarkable, with dry tortilla chips and spicy salsa that was flavorless.

Unfortunately, they've suffered the same fate as other places that become popular: they start lowering the quality of their food just to sell more.

Compared to when they first started, everything is very different, from the staff's service to the food. Honestly, I wouldn't go back. They treat you like they're doing you a favor, and the quality of their products isn't the same anymore. The flavor of the sauces has changed a lot; they're very bland.

We ordered two orders of chilaquiles and waited over 30 minutes. People arrived after us and left before us. They ran out of gas and couldn't tell us beforehand. The portion was small for the price. The flavor was a 3 out of 10. It was a decent portion of protein; I got home and added plenty of cheese, onion, and cream. The person who took our order was friendly.

I asked for the Sonterra delivery menu and it turns out they charge 100 pesos for delivery to the area, which I find completely outrageous. Obviously, I didn't order them, and seeing the reviews, it's not worth ordering them, much less going out to buy them. I hope they improve their attitude, service, food, etc.

I ordered through Uber Eats, and for the price I expected a bigger box, but it arrived tiny—a disgrace for the price, and they didn't even taste good! I absolutely do not recommend them. Don't waste your time or money.

The chilaquiles in a torta (with green salsa) are too dry and lack flavor. There's hardly any cream. The cheese is very artificial. I won't be buying again.

I had to explain my order three times, and in the end, they sent me what they wanted: chicken chilaquiles with three pieces of chicken. I imagine the Maruchan soup with its three mini shrimp is overpriced!

I ordered through Uber Eats and they don't even take care with the delivery of the products. I ordered chilaquiles and they sent me menudo, which is nothing like it. I don't recommend them.
