This is our favorite place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They make it so special, from the little hearts confetti on the table, to the free toasting champagne, the complimentary chocolate covered strawberries, and little box of chocolates at the end, everything was perfect! The steaks were delicious and they have a great wine list too! And a shoutout to Daniel our server!

Outstanding service from start to finish. We were celebrating a friend passing their exams and they brought confetti and a card to the table and added celebratory messaging to her dessert! Food was all excellent - the steaks were cooked to perfection. The desserts were next level - the lava cake was super decadent! Highly recommended for a special occasion.

We came for Tomahawk Tuesdays to celebrate my birthday. Delicious steak, salads, sides, and dessert. I requested for a booth for our child, but unfortunately didn't get one. Our child has been way more active and rather not sit still in a high chair. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Been going to this Fleming's since it was in it's original location at Stanford shopping center. Stopped by recently for social hour at the bar and had a glass of wine and shrimp tempura followed by the prime burger which is pretty thick & very good! It also comes with tasty fries. Allen and Kim were behind the bar. Both of them are the "Best" imo as we always have a great time with them. Latest update from December 2024. Went for dinner and sat at the bar to see Allen and Kim. Again, we enjoyed seeing both of them. We had a Dirty Martini and some wine. Started with crab cakes and French Onion soup, which was very good! Our entree's were the prime New York steak and double breasted chicken. Both were really good! For dessert we had the strawberry cheese cake that was delicious. Update: Went to the Easter brunch, and it was really good! Kim, the bartender, was working and we always enjoy our interactions with her. We had the potato leek soup, lobster mash potatoes, and shellfish louie salad. Dessert was a lime cheese cake tart.

10⭐️for service. The staff are friendly, helpful and super efficient. Appetizers were tasty. Bread and butter was super delicious. My serving of mignon was redder than I usually take it, but it was well prepared. Very tender, moist and with the right amount of seasoning. Chocolate cake was excellent, carrot cake was good, though a little too sweet and could use a bit more nuts and some raisins. Come for the food. Come again because the service is excellent.

Fleming’s has some of the friendliest staff I’ve encountered—warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make your experience enjoyable. The service was exceptional, with every detail thoughtfully addressed. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the level of service. The dishes were mediocre, lacking the flavor and refinement you’d expect at this price point. It’s a shame because with such an amazing team, the dining experience could be spectacular if the food quality improved. I hope they bring in a more skilled chef to elevate the menu to match their stellar service.

After medicore bread (and yummy cheese and pumpkin spreads) and water served it took 1 hour for main course to be served (Big party in next room with priority?) and only after we told waitress we only had another 30 minutes to finish. My scallops were raw. And risotto was barely warm. I ate a few bites and cooked properly at home the next day and it was delicious. My daughter said lobster roll was also delicious. I had much higher expectations for a very expensive restaurant. No appetizer nor booze and we split one side and dessert and bill was >$140.

Went on 2/13/26 for the first time and it wasn’t a good experience with courses! I paid a valentines (special) to get bread with sour cream as appetizers, a strip of lobster, steak was good but under cooked when I asked for well done! and a little kids dessert for $240 for me and my wife. The server did his best but it was not as expected, it was just a disappointment. I’m not a picky person but waking up the next day I felt like I needed to do this review because it’s just not right and whoever came up with the valentines idea needs to do better.

Went for Valentine's Day. I had been here once before and thought the food was good. However, this visit was different. The bread wasn't good. We hated the red butter, and the champagne butter was so salty, it was inedible. There were 2 slices of what appeared to be dried prosciutto on the salad that was also extremely salty. We ordered steaks, and the waitress convinced us to get it medium. It was bloody, then she took mine back to get it medium well, and it was still undone. She offered to take it back again, but I told her that we would just take it home and cook it....which I did. The au gratin potatoes also had an off-putting flavor. I brought it home and tried to hide that flavor, but nothing helped,except eating it with the meat on top. After some cooking at home, the meat was perfect. It was seasoned very well. Overall, the service was great, our drinks were great, but the meal was awful.

I brought my son for his 40th birthday. My chicken came out cold and very grizzly. I left it there. My son had a ribeye. The bone was really big not much meat all Flemmings advertise. They give you a box of truffles for a special occasion. That’s false information we had to ask for more bread. The waiter did not come over with it. We had to ask for water and wait for that. I would not recommend Flemmings at all unless you want to be disappointed. Do not make it a special occasion that’s for sure if you go to a steakhouse you expect to eat a nice steak. Everything is à la cart which I expected that but A would buy $100 is a little much With no potatoes or vegetables, overpriced, bad service and ignored me and my son so they say that they make it special for a special occasion like a birthday and you should be getting truffles false information we got nothing

Guess I'm going against the grain here, but we were a party of 9 and only 1 of us liked our meal. The steaks (petite fillets; there were 5 of them) were all under cooked. They were all ordered medium rare on the medium side and were delivered the same as the rare one ordered. It took forever and yet only took about 4 minutes to deliver them back well done. Wrong again. And the steaks were small and very fatty. It took over an hour to deliver our order; we did not see the server in our room often, and when we did were not able to make eye contact. Basically we all felt Flemings was WAY overpriced for iffy service and Burger King food. Of course a 20% gratuity was automatically added, which I felt was part of the reason the servers provided, in my opinion, the least service they could. We may be a one off, but won't ever be returning. UPDATE: I did contact them as requested by their response to this posting. The restaurant manager was responsive and upset that we did not receive their usual level of service. She offered a credit towards another meal to try the restaurant again. 2 of us will do this and I will update this review. I am impressed that the restaurant followed through with their response.

Loyal customers disappointed by racial microaggression We've dined at this location multiple times for anniversaries and birthdays as loyal customers, but this recent visit with my mom and sister was deeply disappointing. Writing this after speaking directly with the manager, Luis. Service was very slow from the start: our server disappeared and we had to flag down another waiter just to get help with a drink issue and to be served bread. The manager told us they were not understaffed, which made the lack of attentiveness even more frustrating.​ The core issue: Two waiters (one tall, one short) came by our table. The shorter one said what sounded like "hi" in Korean--while both waiters were laughing --then walked away without further interaction. The taller waiter, dropping off appetizers, confirmed to us that his coworker had greeted us in Korean. Shocked and upset, I addressed it when the shorter waiter returned. He then claimed he was speaking Spanish ("eso es" about the dish), directly contradicting his colleague. It felt dishonest and left us feeling singled out and stereotyped. We saw only the tall waiter go to the manager and glance our way several times. Our actual server rarely checked in; multiple staff rotated through until the end for dessert and the bill. I asked for the manager. Luis interrupted my sister repeatedly as we explained why this felt like a racial microaggression. He dismissed our concerns--refusing to let us speak with the tall waiter to confirm what he'd told us, never reprimanding the issue but instead repeatedly denying it even happened--which made us feel really disrespected. The denial and lack of accountability was a big issue as well, making it insulting and even borderline misogynistic, because we were a group of three women. He said things like "I don't believe any of our staff have malicious intent because I know them," "Yes, but what can I do for you now?" "I can't reverse time," and "All our servers speak Spanish, not Korean." He suggested "hopefully we can start fresh next time" and said he'd leave his card--but never did, further indicating his lack of sincerity and care. At the end of the night, he didn't apologize for his employees' actions, only saying he apologized for how we felt and how our evening was ruined, which came across as insincere. If people have problems here, they might be dismissed and belittled.​ Luis comped three drinks and $40 off a ~$400 bill (we paid ~$300). For fine dining, the overall dismissiveness toward our experience was unacceptable. I hope management trains staff on cultural sensitivity, follows better complaint protocols, and takes guest concerns seriously. We won't return.
