They have some great smoothies and the consistency of the drinks are great. The people who work there are always kind and friendly. One of my favorite places in Rancho to grab a drink

Great service and great tasting smoothies needs more alternatives and a price drop. Other than that the smoothies were fantastic like the mango one and peanut butter.

TropiKale is my go to drink... So delish. Staff is very attentive and store is always pristine. I've never have to wait long.

Been going here a lot lately. The service is always excellent and their selection is great! I've only gotten a couple of different smoothies soo far, but each one is delicious! I now prefer Robeks over some of the other smoothie places around.

This is go-to salon for eyebrow and lip threading since they opened in Rancho about a year or two ago! I've tried a few stylist here but I love the work that Teresa does. She's fast, efficient, and very polite and personable. Her work is always clean and neat. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone interested in threading needs.

I always enjoy ROBEKS. As a suggestion.......it would be a great idea and I certainly would appreciate the reminder....... (Would you like to add a supplement to your drink order?) Yes, I would. I wasn't asked and I forgot to tell them. Bummer. I wanted to make the most of my visit.

Good fresh smoothies, lots of choices of fresh fruits and granola, but as with any fresh organic ingredients, the price is up there too. I am a big Jamba Juice fan, but this is a good runner up for me when I cant find a Jamba!

My son has a favorite place to get Acai bowls by his college (25 miles from home), so we tried to find something closer to home and I think we did.

I got the acai especial bowl with added dark chocolate and coconut chips. The total came out to about 7 dollars and some change. Overall it was delicious, fresh, and the service was good. The downside is it was expensive. Worth checking out for a quick bite or something healthy.

2025 They had a grand reopening.they finally cleaned up and repainted the place properly .so glad to see the changes ( no more mold and dust all over the place , much more sanitary than before) .its more modern open with a beautiful mural and a great wooden accent wall. Sadly with the upgrate came price increase .i was shock to see a large is now 10-12$ ish .2 people 24$ + tip .you can order a full meal for that price .this is straight up insanity .i went on a week end i was shock there was no line no one . I was able to order right away . Overall ,the drinks are good the place is beautiful but the prices are a huge turn off .

I order Robeks all the time. This location is a hit or miss. Most of the time they get my order right but be sure to taste it before you leave just to make sure its made correctly. They tend to run out of ingredients a lot also so be sure to double check that also if you order online. They wont tell you when you pick it up. They will just hand you your drink without mentioning it.. Other than that Robeks is awesome.

I gave 3 stars only because they NEVER ask if I want to add any supplements. AND I forget to ask. However, They know the menu and the product and I really count on them to remind me, and ask if I want a supplement added or the green stuff, (which eludes me right now). By the way, I would say yes. Which would boost sales. Think about it🤔 sales.

The drinks will turn into liquid if it's not cooled and the taste will be a bit sour.

While they were making my evergreen juice the girl dropped a cucumber on the floor, the other lady picked it up and gave it to the girl who was juicing & put it into the juicer DISCUSTING didnt bother to at least wash it, i called them out for it & denied it and said no we didnt, surprised i even said what they did and denied it, immediately i asked for a refund i really wanted to try them out but nvm😒 They told me we dont do that then why did i see this happening. Im sorry but thats poor customer service. Other than that nice place people are nice but lied. God bless this business🙏 If I'm wrong Im sorry.

They never refunded an accidental order. Called and no one ever answered the phone so i had to call corporate to get a hold of someone for a refund. They said they would take care of it. Called for follow up multiple times and they kept saying they would call back but never did. Never got my refund, they just took my money.

Today I ordered a berry açaí bowl , COMPLETELY NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. They serve a smoothie in a bowl topped with toppings of choice . It was also blended with almond milk . I was expecting the actual açaí sorbet . By the time I got home which is literally 8 min from my house it was completely mush. Definitely dissatisfied.

I frequent this shop because of the drinks, the staff at night have no expression, no manners(no your welcome, thank you, or how can I assist you). Trying to find another location where the staff are at least friendly.

I got an Açaí bowl… the açaí mix (had bananas and blueberries blended in) tastes like ice with a hint of bananas . It has no flavor, definitely not an açaí flavor at all. Do not recommend

I usually get the peanut banana smoothie. This time it was made extremely thick and slimy, I asked for a different drink and both associates told me no. He said all he could do was add milk to it. They added milk and it was the consistency of banana flavored egg nog. I couldn't drink it. My friend went back inside a d requested a refund because the drink was made improperly and they refused. She asked for the managers number and they refused and offered to take her contact information instead. I overall bad experience on the drink and customer Service. I will stick with Jamba juice. I had to throw the drink away without being given a refund.
