Love it better than Klatch because they have great prices, great coupons on the app, they are friendly, where as klatch I find the one in ontario to be snobby. 8.00 at klatch to 5 something at coffee bean or 6 makes no comparison. Love This place. Also sometimes I'll see a homeless person there that was a regular and I bought him a bunch of food and drinks from coffee bean and he had the biggest smile. God Bless Our Homeless population, get them a coffee and some food when you can!!!

Stopped by and grabbed a iced matcha latte with ube coconut cream - it was absolutely delicious. The person who rung us up was friendly and the service was very quick. This establishment was also very clean. Will definitely return.

Every time I go which is all because I go to study for school and I'm a full time student (just as a idea of how much time I spend there) they are always 100% friendly and I have never had them make a mistake on my order nor have had any issues with anyone there. It is a great place to go to concentrate. And they have great products. Guess you can only write one review but this is edit to add. Once again they have the best staff and are still great I love it here. I stopped being able to come for a few weeks and I come back and remember why I missed it. Just as good as Starbucks yet cheaper. Keep up the GREAT work guys!💕👍

There is a super upbeat lady that I think is the manager or a shift leader of some sort. She always has an awesome attitude and the drinks are always good. This is my favorite coffee bean to visit hands down.

Bottom line : great company & great staff. Been going here for over a year now, 2 - 4 times a week at different times of the morning / day / night. These guys are always happy and thoughtful. In getting 100+ drinks from this location, I only had one issue- it was a fluke thing, manager fixed it right away. Awesome! I usually have the same order in the mornings, having to order my large cup of water at the registers 'cause the app doesn't offer it, sometimes they'll have my water sitting next to my mobile order so when I come in all I have to do is pay and not wait around for the water. Never asked them to do that, they just started doing it one day. Very thoughtful of them! Reading the negative reviews for this location, they're are a little ridiculous. People have no idea what could cause a coffee shop to have an out of order restroom. Plumbing issues, pipe burst, a customer vandalizing it and it needing cleaned up, all of which cannot be fixed that day because of work orders and paperwork. Leaving a bad review for a restroom not working is over-kill. Seems like people now days get bent out of shape and instead of being an adult and bringing the issue up to a manager, instead they see it fit to leave a bad review. At least give the company a chance to fix the problem. This location doesn't deserve that type of negative review.

Absolutely one of my favorite coffee spots in Rancho. The coffee is always so high quality - especially the classic cold brew. Also really enjoy so many of their cold drinks on the menu. This spot is also well staffed so you can quickly order and get your coffee if you are in a hurry. Really nice interior sitting area as well that has a quaint cozy feeling.

Drinks and coffee are gonna be like every other coffee bean and major chain place....Their coffee itself so-so but their froo-froo coffee drinks are good especially if you want something sweet. To each their own at the end of the day. I do like this location. The place is always nice and clean and the staff is always welcoming and quick with our drinks even on busier times. There's decent seating inside and outside if you wanted to enjoy your drinks at this location as well. They have nice rewards and offers on the app which is one of the reason we do come here a bit.

I visited today about 11 am to have coffee with a friend. This is a good sized place with plenty of tables inside and out. The employees were friendly and the service was fast. I gave it 4 stars as the tables and chairs were dirty, meaning the staff had not wiped them down. At 11 am there were only 4 customers in the place, so I feel that it should have been cleaner.

We came to visit from Ventura County and all our stores have been renovated in the district so it was nice to see all the wood grain, reminds me of when I worked for Coffee Bean a few years back! The Baristas here weren’t rude they just weren’t very welcoming? There was three just standing at the register waiting for us to order but yet they didn’t greet us whatsoever. We weren’t the only ones that they didn’t greet either, everybody after us they kept their interactions to a minimum which isn’t what you expect from Coffee Shop Culture! It really does make a difference in your customers days especially those who’ve worked in Food Service, just like your employees!

When I visited this location it was busy but not too busy. The plaza its located in can be a bit confusing if you are not from the area like myself. This coffee shop is very inviting and tranquil. Seems like a good spot to sit and sip on some coffee while you work, study or have a conversation. The service was good.

the hot tea was alright. for a place with "tea" in the title, their option are highly disappointing. the sandwich was a generous amount but the turkey wasn't very good. + the cheesecake was very good.

They have some great coffee's and friendly staff. We got our order very quick! We will be back for another Viet Coffee very soon, my favorite! I have an issue with the app and the rewards offer. Every time we've tried to redeem something it doesn't work. This is not a location specific issue but an App issue.

I am thankful for going to the Coffee Bean at the mall before going here. I have tried this location twice and both times have been dissatisfying. Staff cant even pretend to care and the drinks just taste like something from the gas station.

I’ve been coming here for years because I like the location and indoor/outdoor seating areas. And the staff are PHENOMENAL! Very friendly, professional, and hard working. But this location has a couple MAJOR issues. Issues that make me question why I keep coming back. Number one is the restroom. Seriously how can a drink place, doing this much business every day, so frequently have both restrooms out of order? In fact, they don’t even let customers use one of them anymore at all. So now we are down to one and it is a 50/50 chance it’s out of order. It’s really ridiculous. Get it fixed! Hire a plumber or something and get them both in good working condition. This has been the case for YEARS. It’s shameful. The second issue is the manager. Mr. Lee is awful to his employees and treats them very poorly. He is not afraid to act out in the presence of customers and lash out unnecessarily at his staff either. It’s very inappropriate and uncomfortable. No wonder there is such a big turnaround of employees at this location. The manager is very unpleasant. I have dealt with him personally once and he was very rude and dismissive to a very simple question even though I did not argue with him at all. It’s a shame the employees have to deal with this regularly. He clearly does not appreciate them or treat them with any respect.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the discriminatory behavior of Mr. Lee, the general manager at your Rancho Cucamonga location. As a delivery driver with five years of service in the Inland Empire, I have interacted with numerous Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf branches, and I have never encountered such disrespect and discrimination. Mr. Lee has demonstrated an appalling attitude towards delivery drivers, particularly targeting those of Asian descent. His behavior is not only dismissive but also indicative of severe racial discrimination. It is deeply concerning and unacceptable that someone with such prejudices is in a managerial position within your company. I have already reported this issue to your headquarters as well as the city government of Rancho Cucamonga. As long as Mr. Lee remains in his position, I will continue to pursue this matter vigorously. I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into Mr. Lee's conduct and take appropriate action to ensure that all employees, including delivery personnel, are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, regardless of their ethnicity. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue. Sincerely

I ordered a drink on the app at the Rancho Cucamonga store. I went into the store and was told I did not have an order at that store. I was in a hurry so I left the store quite embarrassed thinking I ordered at the wrong store. Later in the day, I notice the charge on my cell for that particular store. I then emailed corporate and they emailed me back that I would have to go back to that store in order to get my refund. I even sent corporate a screen shot of my receipt. To have a customer travel 15 miles to get a refund is ridiculous. We all make mistakes but when you realize your mistake mak e it right! Corporate never made it right. Bad business policy and DEFINITELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Restrooms are not available cause they need to be cleaned 🤷🏻‍♂️Mr. Lee needs to be nicer. I don’t care so much for bad juju so early in the morning. When I finally got to use the restroom. 15 minutes later, there was dry urine on the floor. I don’t think Mr. Lee like my mustache, and made me wait. I really hope he doesn’t treat his employees this way.

Came in at 8:40 like every other day to get a cup of coffee, but tonight they didn't allowed me to use the restrooms because " we closed in 20 minutes and the bathrooms are now closed" there are two bathrooms in this facility. I understand if you want to be out by 9 o'clock but keep one open for the customers that keep coming until 9pm.

The manager at this location is super extra. I have always ordered drinks with no ice at any place that I order drinks from. Of course I have done the same at this Coffee Bean location the few times I have been there. However, whenever I order, the manager always makes a point of telling the other employees to only fill my cup half way. At the other Coffee Bean locations, they’re happy to fill the rest of the cup with just regular milk. But this specific manager insisted that she would have to up-charge me just to have a little extra milk. I don’t understand workers who act this way. She’s definitely not getting paid enough by this company to be like this and to be so loyal to them, when I’m sure they would have no problem firing and replacing her in a heartbeat. I didn’t argue with her because I know she also doesn’t get paid enough to deal with angry customers. She’s also young which surprised me since I thought most Gen Zers understand not to waste their time and energy being company bootlickers. Maybe she just likes the power trip. Anyways, I would avoid this location if possible and go to the other Coffee Beans where they don’t feel the need to be so extra.

I went to this location and when I asked question in regards to an order I was picking up the manager an older Asian man was immediately rude told me “stop talking to me and I’ll get your order done” I said excuse me ? And he turned his back and continued to ignore when the order was finally ready without saying anything he just place it in the corner and looked at me continued to stare it was intimidating and made me very uncomfortable I responded with “you should speak to your customers nicely” he said what ? You threatening me ? I said no not at all I’m just saying not every customer is going to tolerate that then he proceeded to embarks me in front of other customers his employees looked scared ! He told you “you come back here and watch,you can’t come into this store anymore” and when I asked he said he was management very rude,very unprofessional and horrible environment !

I bought two drinks today and the employees didn’t let me use the bathroom. How are you going to serve beverages that are DIURETICS and not allow paying customers use the bathroom? I was with my visibly terminally ill friend. Terrible service. Gross employees.

It was clear that their conversations amongst each other was more important than the customer and/or providing good customer service! I have no problem with the girls having conversations with each other while working but couldn't they have paused a couple of seconds just to ask me what I needed help with seeing as I had been standing there? It just felt so awful to just be ignored like that as a customer! Hopefully they get trained to give better customer service in the future! Also in my past experience whenever I have to wait to be helped, someone apologizes for the long wait!!

Now if only one of the girls had asked me what I needed help with mid their conversations while I stood there, they could have directed me to where my drink was right away and my drink wouldn't have just been sitting there for 10 minutes and I wouldn't have been just standing there trying to get their attention for 10 min! It was clear that their conversations amongst each other was more important than the customer and/or providing good customer service! I have no problem with the girls having conversations with each other while working but couldn't they have paused a couple of seconds just to ask me what I needed help with seeing as I had been standing there? It just felt so awful to just be ignored like that as a customer! Hopefully they get trained to give better customer service in the future! Also in my past experience whenever I have to wait to be helped, someone apologizes for the long wait!!
