Stopped by for lunch got the 3pc spicy chicken with steamed rice 🍚 and spaghetti 🍝 food was ready good which is surprising because the other Jollibees I’ve been to in seafood cities have not been that good. Only issue I wish they would clean their tables a little more often because mine was dirty.

This is without a doubt one of the best fast food spots in Rancho. I haven’t been to a Jollibee in the states for years because I felt like it wouldn’t stack up against what I’ve had in the Philippines and decided to try this location since it’s close to my house and WOW unmatched. Great prices, fresh food and there was nothing on their menu that was anything short of fantastic during my visit. One of the last places where the workers are happy to serve you and the place has a happy and upbeat attitude. Order. Everything.

The chicken was hot and fresh and delicious. They had no spicy chi Ken which I was lookin forward to trying but the original was good. The fries need work tho. They are just plain fries. Chicken is a 7 and an 8 when u dip it in the gravy. Staff was friendly, location is great too. Popeyes chicken is better but maybe it's better when it's the spicy chicken. Don't get the fries. 10 pieces of chicken for 20 bux.

This Jollibee location is much better than the one at Ontario Mills. The food has gotten a bit pricey, but the quality is still pretty decent. This is definitely the best fried chicken around.

Jollibee has the best fried chicken! I’ve come to this location quite a few times and they’ve always been pretty quick. My last visit I placed an order online and went inside to pick it up. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that I was missing one of my drinks until I had already left. I’m not sure how it was missed on their end too because they weren’t busy at all when I got my order. Their food was still as good as I remember though. I love their spicy chicken with the rice and gravy sauce. Such a delicious combination! Definitely recommend trying their spaghetti too. It’s a bit different than your traditional spaghetti because they include hot dog pieces and the sauce is a bit sweet. But it’s one of my favorite menu items. And also make sure you grab their pineapple quencher, it’s basically pineapple juice - but nonetheless - it’s delicious! Hopefully next time I visit they don’t forget one of my items. That’s the only reason for four stars instead of five!

The food is very good! Service sucks because they are overworked and underpaid (staff spread thin), so we don't blame the overall experience. The line can be very long depending on the time of day, but the food is worth the wait: quality and always hot. The setup is meant to get you out of there, not stay, bathrooms are gross. The original chicken sandwich tastes the best; the spicy chicken bucket tastes best. And Spicy chicken sandwich is not good at all, and the original chicken bucket has no flavor. Don't know how that works. We still need to try a few other options, but the sides and chicken are pretty on point (don't come here for burgers, nothing special unless you really cannot have chicken).

If you are looking for juicy, crispy, fried chicken 🍗 Jollibee is the spot. We got a 6pc half regular and half spicy, both so good, but the spicy was 🔥 😋 Mash potatoes 🥔 and gravy taste just like KFC,so good. Spaghetti was good, reminded me of spaghettios because of the sweet sauce. Overall, good food. Just try it 💯

I ordered Bucket Treat C yesterday after work and I found it was missing a Jolly Crispy Fries Large when I got home. It was not the first time. I like Jollibee, that's why I came back a lot. But the same thing happened in the same store twice. I called the first time and I have been told that I can come back to get the missing item. But I cannot come back just for the little thing. And then, I forgot about it. Yesterday, same thing happened and it reminds me that it was not the first time. Please, please focus on your job. Thank you.

I heard so many good things about the chicken so I went to try it out. I ordered the 2pc. Chicken with fries and mango pie. I thought the food was okay. Nothing about the chicken I would rave about. I thought it would be more flavor but it was bland in my opinion.

16 dollars for 6 pcs. most expensive not filipino chicken...its actually amerucan style southern fried chicken ...not worth the price or any hype. Popeyes is way better.

Just had the worst customer service. Ordered with the app, arrived by the time it says it’ll be ready by. The guy that was helping me said food should be ready by 5-10 min, waited in line. 15 min go by and I followed up and he said it’s not ready yet but when I checked my app, it says my order got cancelled(never notified me). He looked at the app and said “oh we’re out of the drinks.” I asked “is that the reason why it’s cancelled?” He said yes. I asked about the rest of the food and he said I’d have to re-order. I said okay, I’ll re-order, then he says it’ll be about another 20 min wait. At that point I just said never mind. But what a waste of time. If I never checked in again after the initial check in to see if my food was ready, I would’ve never even known my order was cancelled and kept waiting. I wish there was better communication, had I known they didn’t even have the specialty drinks in the first place I would’ve just re ordered something else but for me to wait and have my order cancelled after all that waiting is so inconvenient.

Food Was good but service was sucks, I came to order To go to take on our way home to Fresno for a friend and ask for half and half for the chicken cashiers said that’s fine, i waited patiently for my order to come out been waiting and waiting people was come and and go so i thought it’s just busy after 35-40mins I got up and ask cause the buzzer that they gave me never ring so I ask the 2 ladies at front what happened to my order that’s when they both look at each other and grab the order ticket that they thrown out and work for my order, I was waiting and when they hand me my order I ask the lady that my order was half and half and she confirmed and said yes so I left. Then when I open the bag to check I saw the bag was dripping with gravy all over me and saw the chicken was missed up and it’s all spicy one..
