The service and atmosphere has to be given credit by one of the best servers Elisa. Before my first visit at this location, I knew Elisa when she jumped into a burning building to save my dogs. Now being able to experience the exceptional service from her, I can say the franchise will do well under such an employee.

Came to Applebee's for a daddy-daughter date on a Friday night. It was our first visit, and we had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, and the serving staff was incredible. I accidentally spilled my drink all over the table, and they were so gracious and helpful. A special shout out to Josh, our server. He took great care of us all night. We will definitely be back!

The staff was absolutely amazing. We came in as a party of 10 with 6 kids all under 10. In particular we had a 2 year old who was screaming. They helped us calm the 2 year old down with some fries which helped us all enjoy our meal. They were all so attentive and definitely made an impact for our dining experience.

The food was really good, and was served fresh and hot. What stood out most was our waitress Annie, she was one of the most amazing waitresses and person I have ever experienced. She was so kind and quick and attentive. We didn’t even have to ask for extra napkins or anything, she noticed what we needed and brought it. She was so respectful and was genuinely happy to serve us. My family and I will be dining here for dinner weekly from now on, all because of the great experience.

Katrina was an absolute rockstar! The restaurant was slammed at lunch for all the graduations happening and she was running around with a smile on her face and a great attitude. Both managers stopped by and we made sure to sing her praises. The kitchen was understandably backed up but Katrina did a great job taking care of her many large parties. Even with some people whining, she maintained a great attitude and professionalism.

The best part about going to franchise restaurants is the dependibility of food quality, service, and specials! It is as good as most Applebee's restaurants. The food is great and at an affordable price. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the drinks and food options. I removed one star off of my review because of atmospheric reasons. Franchise restaurants make significant profits margins in comparison to local small business restaurants. So there is no excuse as to why there are exposed and crooked ceiling boards in the entrance, low toilet paper availability in the men's restroom, and week-old dry vomit caked to the back of the bathroom stall doors. There were also old liquid feces splatters on the tile behind the toilet, but it was up for debate as to how long it had been there. The dry vomit chunks on the back of the door were definitely over a week old. Please take care of your restrooms more thuroughly. It makes me nervous as to the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Food tastes good, but there is no way that is an 8oz steak. Pretty nice that there was no wait at 9 on a Saturday night night and appetizers are half off.

I want to give a quick shout out to this Applebee's location. My go to spot to catch a game, have a drink, and get some food. I like getting their appetizers during happy hour. Their Double Crunch Bone in Wings are amazing as well as their Wanton Tacos. I highly recommend both. I want to thank the bartender for making me killer Mojitos the entire night. They normally don't carry mint, but on the night I went they did. Please carry more mint. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, what more can you want? The wait staff is always super friendly and the orders are never wrong. However the last two times we have done pickup it was super cold. And this last time around my chicken I ordered was sitting in a cup of oil? I read and reread the description and it just said the seasoning nothing about oil. I stupidly ate it anyway because I bought it but it made me nauseous.

Paid a visit during a weekday evening and not my first visit. My party sat in the bar area which was full. The food was ok but the service is lacking, which has been a constant on each of my visits. After our first drink, there was no follow-up and it seemed the serving associates avoided eye contact. Asked the front help for help and was told they knew nothing about the bar area. Frustrating. The waitress made a big deal about me paying cash with a $100 bill. Nothing like assuming you have fake money and making sure that they make a big deal over it. Very rude and disrespectful.

The prices of this subpar food is ridiculous, if they’re food tasted better then I would understand. Not only did I order all you can eat wings which was suppose to come with fries, the fries never showed, I mean never. The fries wasn’t the only thing I didn’t get, they also didn’t bring me another plate of wings, since it was all you can eat. Our waiter was also nowhere to be found, I had to keep asking different waiters for things. On top of that, they still had the nerve to charge me for fries. I've never really had super great service here but today really bothered me. I had to leave shortly after my food arrived and handed my server cash for the bill and asked for 3 boxes. He came back without the coins in my change just bills and 3 of the smallest boxes. Mind you I had 3 almost full plates of food. When I asked for another container he never brought it and kept ignoring me after. I had 3 of my kids with me and I was struggling a little trying to get out since he also didn't bring me a bag for my boxes. I just felt very dismissed at the end as if I paid so he didn't have to deal with me anymore.

I had lunch at the Applebee’s in Rancho Cucamonga and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a salad expecting something fresh and healthy, but instead I received wilted lettuce, an overwhelming amount of fried noodles, greasy breaded chicken, and a piece of bread soaked in oil. To make matters worse, the dressing was extremely sweet, with no warning on the menu. I complained and was brought a plain salad that was still wilted. I asked for a to-go container, and they gave me one so small that barely a quarter of the salad fit—without even a spoon to transfer it. This reflects poor service and a lack of care for the customer experience. I truly hope corporate takes a closer look at how this location is operating

The first time I went here the wait was 30 min with a bunch of tables open. They said the kitchen was short staffed. The food was garbage and we waited for over 30 min for our food to come out. I wanted to try again. We walked in and told it was going to be 30 min because the kitchen was backed up AGAIN. This place needs to get there self together. Not coming back.

Everything was great until I asked for my second micheleda. I try to be as ecofriendly as I can so like everywhere I go, I take my own straw. The bartender was Karen and she decided to put a straw when I ordered my second beer. She clearly saw that I had my own straw with my first beer and have no idea why she decided to put a straw in my drink when she never did on my first. Not sure if employees where trained and informed of the California law that took effect in January of this year, that they are not supposed to give a straw unless asked for. And much less if the customer has their own straw!!! Common sense isn't so common after all

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. My wife and I visited for drinks and appetizers, and upon arrival, we were informed by the host that there would be a 55-minute wait. However, I noticed several empty tables in the vicinity. When I inquired about these tables, the host explained that she was the only staff member available to seat customers and that we would need to wait until she could accommodate a party of eight. I found it puzzling that, since we were next in line to be seated, we could not be accommodated before the larger party since they had to wait for a larger space. Regrettably, we decided to leave and had some drinks elsewhere.

Had chicken and riblets and was extremely disappointed. The chicken strips were dried out and all coating with a very small piece of dried out chicken and the riblets were fatty and tasted disgusting. I didn't even eat them. This is the 2nd time this was the case and although the riblets used to be good I think that they changed them because they are terrible now.

Never got our food, so we left I would say we waited 30 minutes. Never going back there again. Mixed drinks are ALL ice.

Today me and my friends went to Applebee's at 2:20 p.m. we walked in and the lady asked us where did we want to sit at we told the lady at the front that we wanted to sit at the bar so we can have drinks for happy hour so the lady that was working the bar she asked us for our ID we showed her ID me and my friends and one of my friends she was just staring at her ID and she told her I need to get my manager to verify your ID so she said okay so the manager came over there and she said that I will not be able to sell you a drink because this don't look like you on your ID so then another manager came out he was in the from the kitchen and the actual manager Heather and him was looking at the ID and they said that it doesn't look like her on her ID so she asked them for their name she gave him their name and she says so this don't look like me on my ID she said it doesn't look like you she said that's crazy that is me on my ID and they still proceeded to say that that wasn't her on her ID they were racially profiling because she was an African American woman so we proceeded to after we got the information we walked out we did not stay at that establishment and I advise people to be aware of how people treat you at a restaurant just because they think that's not you on your ID who's going to be walking around with a fake up with a fake ID and ID that belong to somebody else that does not make any sense when people start racially profiling you at these restaurant we need to start protesting and then they will start getting a big picture to where nobody start going to the business they'll start losing money once they start losing money they going to really start paying attention and not assume that somebody have a fake ID or somebody else ID so we got to start protesting people start standing up for ourselves so they just let us leave out of their establishment without serving us so we walked out and went to another restaurant that had better service than Applebee's do not go to the Applebee's on foothill in rancho Cucamonga they have bad service

Update: the day after posting the below update, I received an email with a digital gift card. We dined in and the meal was good, service was better. We plan to visit again, if the experience is good, I will change my rating. Update: 7/20/25, a representative from this Applebee's reached out via email to apologize. She offered to send us a digital gift card, so that we could give them another try. To date, she has never sent us anything, I followed up again, she apologized and said she would send it, never did. Terrible customer service. Sharing this experience on the RC Facebook Foodies page now. We went to Applebee's and arrived at 9:25 with a party of 9 they were pretty busy and we got seated in about 10 minutes, which was fast. We waited 15 minutes to place a drink order and another 12 to receive the drinks, 7 waters and 2 sodas, we then placed our food order. It took almost an hour to get our food and when we got it two people in our party didn't receive their burgers, we ate our entire meal and they still didn't receive them. A few of us ordered the all you can eat riblets, chicken or shrimp and all of them were terrible we did not even ask for a second order of any of it. The party across from us found a Black Widow on the window ledge, and had the same issues we did with service and food being incorrect. When I told the manager he was apologetic and said that they were backed up in the kitchen he adjusted the bill and it was $62 quite honestly I would have thought that he would have compted the whole thing, that's how bad the experience was. On top of it all the waiter was extremely rude, never smiled once, he was grumpy the whole time. Very disappointed, I only wish I had taken pictures to add here. I would not recommend

Honestly nothing wrong with the food but the worst server we've ever had. I understand he said they were understaffed but first he seated a party before us when we were there first then he forgot my daughters drink, he forgot our appetizer and then he didnt bring us boxes to go. I have never not tipped a server. This is the first time. Today is tuesday the 8th of July and we came in around 1030pm. I didnt get his name but i suggest you guys hire better servers. It almost feels like he did it on purpose. Ive never written a bad review until today.

Worst Applebee's. Came here on a show Saturday late night. Tons of tables open but still had to wait 30 min to be seated just to wait another 20 without being asked anything by the server. No drink order of even an an acknowledgement. Got tired of waiting over 45 min to even place a drink order. Won't ever go back

Ask for no mushroom the food that don't come with mushroom hat mushrooms in it. My boyfriend had allergic reaction.keep trying to get somebody on the phone, but Christina say she don't want to deal with me right now. The picture is the chicken and sausage pasta. It's new..

I did not like this location. Our waitress took forever to come back and we were celebrating our friend's birthday and I asked her to bring them the free dessert that they usually offer and she never came back for it so we had to leave. I was so sad for our friends.

waited for like 30 minutes for my food and they brought the wrong thing which i would’ve been fine w but the server laya had a horrible attitude n condescending tone when i said it was wrong so i just asked for it to be removed from the bill and she got more of an attitude and started talking about it to another worker. maybe she would have got my order correct if she wasn’t busy talking to john while taking the order. the guy who sat us was nice tho, refilled our drinks and brought us boxes as well as got our server for us since she didn’t want to help us after we asked for the food to just be removed. she came back to our table and said nothing just stared at us, really rude server. finally got the check corrected and just left.

There was a homeless person in the building which made me and my family supper uncomfortable…we got out table and got our order in. An hour later still no food!! I ordered a grilled cheese cheeseburger with fries annd soup. I then got this monstrosity of a plate while I saw others plates perfect. And Our food was cold and it was terrible. Do not eat here!!!

Once upon a time, Applebee's could contend with Chili's. This is no longer true. My boneless wings barely had any sauce, were extremely dry, had more breading than meat, and had a burnt taste to them. My main entree was the parmesan chicken fettuccine. It was inedible. The pasta was dry, saturated with imitation parmesan cheese, luke warm, and werecompletely entangled in lumps. I believe that the chicken was a piece of chicken from one of their chicken sandwiches. They simply used the same chicken breast from one their menued chicken sandwiches, melted some mozzarella cheese over it an passed it off as chicken parmesan. The chicken was dry and missed the mark of what true chicken parmesan should taste like. Try dipping the breast into egg and then season them with Italian bread crumbs. Just saying. The drinks were crap. We ordered 3 Cadillac margarita and they serve it to us in a martini glass.??? If, if you choose to dine here, I suggest you drink the beer or soda and then grab a meal at a local drive-tru. Just trying to save your wallet and stomach from being abused.

So, my two friends and I went on Wednesday. We just wanted to have some drinks during Happy Hour and eat something. Been to this one before, probably a year ago or so. So, Im thinking Applebee's. Right? No, wrong! Wasn't a good experience at all. First of all, we ordered Cadillacs, instead it looked just like the Perfect Margarita. The drink was okay, not tasty. We each ordered a dish. My friends got the 2 for $25 deal... which meant they got an appetizer. They got the boneless wings. They were dry, therefore they asked for more sauce. Didn't do no justice. Waited for our food. My friends chicken was dry. My other friend who ordered Chicken Parmesan with noodles was unsatisfied. It Didn't look like the picture and was very dry.i mean, it looked like something I would cook and I can’t cook! I ordered riblets plate with fries. Unsatisfactory! It seemed like tney recooked the fries or something. Riblets Didn't taste like they use to. Not good! Then one friend and myself ordered a Margarita. The Blue Something. Mama mahama. I forgot. Wish I didn't order... Wasn't good really. Oh and yes, they forgot or didn't take the sticker off the orange peel of the drink. Im sorry, but that's low key getto. Very disappointed. This Applebee's seems to be going downhill. The only good thing that came of visit... is taking off a couple of our meals. After all, we did loose money.

Not my first time at this location but the first time I actually received bad service. Brought my daughter with me, was seated right away. About 15-20 minutes go by no one had even helped us or asked what we wanted to drink. People that were sat in our section after us were already getting appetizers and drinks. Had to walk out cause my daughter was getting thirsty. Not sure why we were ignored
