Sushi Martini is a popular spot in Rancho Cucamonga known for its AYCE sushi and friendly service, especially from servers like Ruby and Logan. The Citrus roll is highly recommended. Some find the tuna quality inconsistent and the ambiance can be loud.

Tip: The AYCE option is popular and fairly priced, but ordering a la carte is also a good option if you don't want to eat too much.

Great food! However, today our server was not attentive and forgot to place our appetizer order. No apps, no refills on our iced green tea, and subpar follow up. However, if you love sushi, this place is great! Just be of mind that your service could be subpar.
This is our go-to spot for AYCE ! I wish I had gotten our waitress name, but she was so incredibly sweet & had a wonderful personality. We came to get sushi after my dad's chemotherapy appointment & she was accommodating for him. The little things mattered so much. Sushi was bomb as always, and whoever the young waitress was with medium length curly hair, skinny, & light complected, you are amazing ❤️
This has been my favorite sushi spot for a while now. Service is always considerate, prompt and attentive. The quality of the food is superb! Rolls range classic to modern, with tasteful creative direction AND consideration for what solidly works. The AYCE is the best I've ever had. The portions are not bloated with rice, and they're not skimpy either. I tell everyone to go here. EVERYONE.
Talk about worth the drive and price. I have been to many sushi places, and sushi martini blows them out of the water. You could taste the quality in each bite and I loved that the rolls weren't just a large amount of rice. They were a perfect combination of all ingredients. Will definitely be back and refer all friends and family. Oh and let's not forget the drinks were amazing and the customer service was exceptional. Only complaint would be it was loud were we couldn't always hear the waiter answer our questions.
First time at Sushi Martini didn't disappoint. IThe food, service, and atmosphere was great. It was a little confusing trying to figure out the four different papers we were presented with (menu, menu items description, order sheet, and I forgot what the other one was) but it worked after getting the hang of it. I really enjoyed the salmon skin hand roll. I had a roll too but the name escapes me... sorry.
Veggie & shrimp tempura were so delicious going back to try it all
Friendly staff, good service, fresh fish, great sushi! Highly recommend Sushi Martini!!!! Slightly limited selection on the all you can eat menu but the staff is fairly accommodating with certain rolls off menu. Also clean bathrooms which more than I can say for a lot of sushi restaurants I’ve been to in a close radius.
Recently moved here from Vancouver Canada, was worried that I wouldn't be able to find good sushi. This place has a lot of sushi, the fish and rice is high quality.
Not your average AYCE sushi place. (They do offer A La Carte as well) However, my husband immediately liked the Frankenstein roll while I went for the safety spicy salmon (not as shockingly good as his). Then the amazing Oyster and the volcano came!!! (See pics) We also liked the eel and spider roll. All the fish were quite fresh. Miso was not the watered down version you sometimes experience. The sushi rolls are huge - we were getting full after two orders of rolls. Our waiter Mikhael greeted us with edamame right away. He was friendly and attentive. Throughout the meal, other waiters will occasionally stop by to clear the plate/drop off dishes/asking if everything is OK.
Sushi Martini thrives with its bustling atmosphere and spotless environment. Offering all-you-can-eat sushi and an extensive selection of martinis, it's a haven for foodies and cocktail enthusiasts alike. With attentive staff and exceptional flavors, Sushi Martini ensures a consistently great dining experience for all.
Came just before 6 pm Friday night with as party of 3. We were seated quickly. Our server was polite and attentive. Ordered sesame seed chicken plate with brown rice. Very satisfied with portion of food, as half will satisfy a reasonable adult for their meal period. Will be be back again!
Home Run and Head over Heels are so good! The yellowtail was super fresh, the peppered albacore was perfectly seasoned and the cucumber watermelon martini was tasty and refreshing!
Really large portions. Server was really sweet and kind. Food was delicious!
Ruby was AMAZING!!! Super polite, so nice, and incredibly attentive, her customer service was 10/10 from start to finish. She highly recommended the citrus roll and WOW… SO delicious, I’m beyond glad we ordered it. The mussels this time around were 🔥🔥🔥seriously soooo good. This is hands down my go-to spot for all-you-can-eat sushi. Worth every penny, every time. Highly, highly recommend!!!
My family brought a Miso soup to my hospital room. The soup was the best miso I have ever had. I must have more soup soon. 🥰Thank. I just returned to eating and appreciated the experience.
Been coming here for more than a decade now. All time favorite spot to get sushi! Their AYCE is fair price, and the rice to filling ratio is excellent. Personally, I'm not a fan of sushi spots where the rice is just too much compared to the rest. This place has it down.
Great sushi spot, the quality is there, good flavor, wonderful service, the restaurant lacks oriental decor, but is clean and spacious, besides, we love the food more than the looks of the place. They have all you can eat sushi for 40 dollars per person, we chose to go with a la carte as we don't eat more than 2 rolls, the ones we ordered were between 15 and 18 each, so unless you eat 3 or more rolls, then is worth to pay for the AYCE, we also had the teriyaki chicken plate, comes with steamed rice, soup and salad, the chicken was amazing, cooked over open flames. Definitely recommend this restaurant and we will come back soon to try more of their offerings. Thank you for reading my review.
Great yellowtail and eel. The salmon was just ok. I feel like they should taste it before they serve it. The hand rolls are large and tasty. The service was great. I like to think of myself as an AYCE Sushi expert. For the price, it's a 7 out of 10 for the price. I go to ones in San Diego that are $36, and you get every appetizer, every roll and specialty cuts of salmon yellowtail, and many others. I think they can do better, especially when you charge $40. Overall taste is a 8 out of 10. Keep up the good work.
This is my favorite sushi place. The rolls are big with bursting flavors. Can get enough of the taste. When i go i usually order and eat 12 plates. Yea i finish all of it.🤣. All the rolls are bomb so you can pock anything on the menu and you will be satisfied for sure. Keep up the good work and keep those chefs. They are amazing
I've passed by this place for years and finally tried it yesterday. I thought it woukd be extremely expensive, but it was actually very reasonable. The place looked so fancy from the outside, but it was actually very casual indoors. The atmosphere was very nice, with dim lighting. Could make for a nice romantic date. However, there are also tvs everywhere if you're interested in watching the game and a nice bar. The sushi tasted really good as well. Definitely coming back!

The AYCE had many options and the quality was amazing. Their tuna is a little too lean for my liking but everything else was phenomenal and exceeded expectations

Great sushi , the waiters were so friendly and helpful. The all you can eat price is a great price! I highly recommend this place
For AYCE this is very good! The service is incredible and the staff are amazing!
Overall a very pretty and trendy place. Pricing is reasonable for the portion sizes. They offer half rolls which is nice so you can try a lot. Careful though, a large number of their rolls are spicy or fried so if you have gastro issues you might want to go elsewhere. The menu setup is frustrating. Multiple sheets of paper, no pictures and not all of the rolls are on the menu. Place is super loud, one large room so hard to talk. Introvert nightmare. Staff was amazing! Definitely would be the reason I'd come back.
Sushi was excellent. Egg Rolls were the star of the show! The wait to be seated was over an hour. The table was wobbly. Servers were all nice. Just took long to receive our check after we were done, and paying the check took a long time as well. Not as "intimate" of a setting as we were hoping for (if that makes sense). Bright lights, no music loud tables. Great for lunch. Not quite the date night spot my wife and I were hoping it would be.
Excellent food, and good service too. A bit expensive, but worth the extra to get great food. Sushi is always fresh and delicious. Drinks are great too. If I could afford it, I would eat here all the time. Update: as much as I love the food here, I had to stop going after about ten years of being a faithful customer. The reason is that the cost for food has increased so significantly, several times over the last couple years. It seems every time we went, every price increased. They used to have great lunch specials at reasonable prices. The prices have nearly DOUBLED since I first started going there. Very sad to leave this place.
Been here several times. The food is so good one of my top places. But the only thing I can complain about is the RESTROOM. the floor is always so sticky ! And it smells funky. Everytime. Hope management does something about it because there’s no reason a place like this should have a restroom like that
Great place, good food, lovely service. Price as expected. Just wish they used sushi rice rather than the long grain for their rolls.
Gave it a 4 because they didn't have more of a variety of nigiri. Wish they had ono and toro. Loved the sashimi salad. Loved their speedy service. Think I got my 1st item on the ayce order as little as less than 8mins. Looooove that you can go more than 3 rounds. Next time ima go w/ a bigger appetite. Overall it's a solid 4.3
Great food. Service was a bit slow, but pleasant young man.
Located off of Aspen and Foothilll, in the same plaza as Applebee's, Sushi Martini is one of your nicer Sushi restaurants probably on par with, let's say, Kabuki. I recently came here and had dinner with a friend. We sat at the bar had mixed drinks, shots, chatted, and watched a game as we waited for our food. Our drinks were good, no complaints there. They have a fully stocked bar and a friendly bartender. The food here is what you would expect from a sushi place. They have all the roll combination you would expect in either AYCE or a la carte, They even have noodles, soups, and meals. My friend had the salad and some rolls. I had the dinner plate with rice, chicken katsu, and some rolls on the side. Overall, the food was good, and the servers were friendly. Sushi Martini is great for meeting up with friends, for a date night, and for families. Check this place out.
They didn't like it when I said I was not wanting the "everything you can eat". Place is good but it was loud, a little hard to hear the person next to you.
Amazing drinks, service, and food! Price for value is great too! Staff was very friendly and checked on our table frequently for AYCE orders, drinks, and to clear out empty plates/drinkware. Awesome! Here is why I removed one star: -menus are crudely cut pieces of paper with no images. If you are a sushi place offering rolls, then you need to offer images to customers. Only half the rolls on the menu had descriptions of what was in them and many of them had lists of duplicate ingredients, so what is the difference between them? Customers need to see that visually. Menu is absent from their website, which is half built and also has ads??? Restaurant websites should not contain ads for anything. You should not be claiming adsense revenue from your website when you are charging $15 for a single sushi roll. Your primary and only source of income should be the food and drinks you serve. -2nd thing, a friend at our table ordered a strawberry margarita. Like i mentioned before, the mango-jalapeño margaritas were amazing. But whoever made this strawberry margarita.... girl, you need to pay attention to what you're mixing if you call yourself a bartender. It tasted like tequila, triple sec, barely any lime, and the tiniest splash of a strawberry (artificial, not even real). And if theyre claiming it contained real blended strawberries, well this margarita only had a single unripe tiny strawberry. Our poor friend had to power through her drink just to finish it and tried using the lime garnish to save the drink. It didnt help much at all. Price for value is great. The vibe is great. Very clean space. Music isnt too loud. Just add images to your menus, fix your website, and relearn how to mix a strawberry margarita.
Glad that we could finally get back to all you can eat sushi. The fish here was good and there was a super long wait, around 20 minutes to get in. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I would have given a five star, but the service was a little slow on the day we went. The drink refills took to long in my opinion.

Great food great service great atmosphere. I selection of all you could eat could be a little larger but it was still delicious. Would eat again!
Meh... Okay...I'll give more. As we parked and walked up to the building, it looked more like an abandoned place than an actual restaurant. We almost turned around and walked away instead of going in. Once inside, the place looked a bit dark...not your normal family friendly restaurant feel. Food was okay, not as good as other AYCE around town. Salmon is thick although something was off...maybe not taste fresh or properly prepped... I also feel back for the servers who work there with a poorly organized system and their paper for us to order did not even have the table number, which caused multiple times of wrong food being brought to our table. It makes me wonder if my food has been to other tables first while the other customers talked over my food...🤢 One of their TVs was also in very bad condition with the colour, not a great system when you have multiple big TVs all for sport events. Servers were professional and friendly Conclusion: if you want to watch sport with friends instead of conversation...good place. Family gathering? Try other places like One Spot Sushi or Kura Revolving Sushi Bar. Date? Maybe somewhere quieter.
Great staff, place was clean. Food? Could've been better. Any of the specialty items on the all you can eat just... Had too much going on. My least favorite was the donkey Kong roll, none of us wanted to finish it. To add, I think any of the typical rolls were better than the specialty ones. But the salted Carmel martini? Lord help me, I would've ordered 5 if I knew the food was going to be so overwhelmingly weird.
It was good but $40 for AYCE with hella menu limitations and no dessert is crazy
I've been here a few times and thought the sushi quality was decent and the service average, but my experience this evening was abysmal. There was only two other families in the restaurant when we were seated and we ordered almost immediately. My son's child's meal was out in 20 min.....my daughters took an additional 20 minutes. It took 30 minutes for me to get my first plate of sushi. Not planning on returning.....your experience may vary.
A far cry from when they first opened, can't blame the management, blame the times that have taken a toll on all businesses. As far as the quality of the food, I would say that the rice in the sushi roll is subpar and that affects the flavor. The employees were very energetic and helpful, very friendly staff.
Great spot for unlimited sushi! The prices are extremely reasonable and the fish tastes very fresh. The rolls are HUGE—you honestly don’t even need to do the all-you-can-eat option because a few rolls are more than enough. Definitely a great value and a fun place to satisfy a sushi craving.
The sushi was all nigiri or inside out rolls. The inside out rolls had too much meat in them for my liking. We ordered some more, this time wanting them as maki, and they tasted way better. The staff members were really understanding and nice. The fish was very fresh. The vegetables were on point. Perfect consistency. The Ton Catsu was really bland as well. Overall not a bad place to go to when wanting a small or large meal. The place got pretty busy during lunch hours.
Know before you go. Yes there is AYCE for $36.99 per person but not at the bar. There is no seaweed salad or gyoza available on the ayce. Know what your typical sushi rolls are because some rolls don't have ingredients listed which is scary if you have food allergies. I am gonna say that compared to sushi VIP I liked sushi VIP more. The ambiance here is better and bigger but I've never not been able to finish two 8 pieces rolls before ever and the pictures should explain why. The amount of rice used was so much that I couldn't even eat 6 pieces left which they charge $.75 per piece. The vegas roll which is deep fried and already heavy had 3 wrap arounds of rice in the roll. The rolls were so big that you honestly couldn't even have anything else. I also ordered the temporary veggies and the Tsunami 4 piece, and a veggie egg roll. Their lunch special with 2 half rolls is a much better deal for the price. Yes I would eat here again but only for the lunch deals. I won't sit down for AYCE again.
Came here for the all you can eat sushi, and to summarize quickly, there is really nothing special about the sushi here. Overall, it's fairly basic. The price is pretty much what you would expect to pay for this quality of all you can eat, not too high not too low. The freshness of fish was mediocre, it didn't stand out, and was nothing special. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, and small chance I'd come back here or crave sushi from here.

The service is highly commendable. They are fast and are there when you need them. HOWEVER, we tried the AYCE and we were extremely disappointed. Highly overrated place.
Eh not great, service was fine, just like any old sushi place that has AYCE. Food was mid, ambiance was dark.
They had AYCE but the menu was limited. If you wanted other items that normally are part of AYCE menus, you had to pay a la cart. They were more expensive than surrounding sushi areas but the quality was poor. The scallops were "cooked" and the food wasn't very fresh tasting. The place was so noisy we could hardly hear our waitress. The service was poor, we had to flag down any worker walking by to ask for refills. The wait time between orders took more than 10-15 minutes. It took over 20 minutes before we got the check and we even had to ask for it. I would not recommend.
Sushi Martini isn't what it used to be. Aesthetically the restaurant isn't as nice, looks a bit run down & dark. The food is just OK, baked mussels are quite disappointing (there's really nothing on them), fish doesn't seem to be that fresh & drinks are syrup more than anything. I used to think this place was the closest to a premium ayce but it no longer have the same standards.
I came in looking forward to a delicious meal and conversation, I ended up disgusted with the bar service and manager. The staff and manager allowed an over served customer ro verbally attack the guest. Hurling profanity and approaching a woman for a fight, when I brought it to the manager attention he protected the customer who was riled up by the bartender on duty Saturday night before close.Tge server was great, the waitress, the manager lousy, the bartender drunk aggressive.
The service was excellent. The edamame was delicious. I was not a fan of the sushi. It smelled extremely fishy. I get its fish and can't avoid the smell but haven't experienced it that smelly before. I ordered a Mojito, which was also terrible, all alcohol and no flavor. Honestly, I won't be returning.

The waiter had attitude and was not helpful.
I had not been to this place, but my wife had a few years back and spoke very highly of it. It was a very disappointing experience for the both of us, both quality and service. We got there for lunch before they opened hoping to be first in and out. We had the all you can eat, and our first 4 rolls weren’t the best. Our second order took at least 35 min and the rolls were sloppy and broken. We asked for our check, at this point one of the rolls 45 minutes later had still not arrived. I was fed up with the bs service to say the least, and the fish was not at all fresh.
On December 28th at around 7:30PM, whilst being served at THIS Sushi Martini there was a ROACH on a plate of sushi. The manager then came over, smashed the roach with a cup and left the smashed roach plate on the table!! The manager did not ONCE say his name, come by the table to apologize or say anything after! The waitress who helped us told us “he will come when he has time” and never came by. I was absolutely appalled by the fact he offered our party only FIFTY PERCENT off for a ROACH infested plate. A member of our party got corporate’s number but this was not taken care of and that manager on duty needs to be fired for how he treated our party for this. There was NO letter present on the front from the health department so who knows what this location is hiding.
READ BEFORE YOU VISIT. If you like sushi and have had good sushi before DON’T GO HERE!! Let me start by saying, i’m not a sushi snob; I love sushi and have had sushi from all levels from grocery stores to some pretty nice restaurants so i’ve had my fair share and am not too picky. This place by far is one of the worst restaurant sushi I have had. I knew it as soon as I walked in bc it smelled like a 99 cent store bathroom mixed with fish. The rolls that are supposed to be cold with the raw fish were WARM and tasted extremely fishy and as if they had been sitting out for a while and the color was off. This threw me off and turned my stomach and so i thought i would stick to the safer non-raw/non-fresh fish options: Spoiler alert they were also just as terrible. To top it off a waiter came by the table next to us and dropped off our order to them-10mins later when she realized she dropped it off at their table instead of ours she took the plate from them and still tried to give it to us after it had been sitting with those random people for 10min- she tried to say they didn’t touch it yet but it had been sitting with them for a long while and it should not have ever been offered to us after the fact anyways. Not even the soda was drinkable. Our waiter was nice but the other staff that sat us were more focused on hanging out with each other rather than being inviting. This place sucked and i’m upset i spent $100 for 2 people for some sushi that will probably leave me sick. My stomach is turning still just thinking about how low quality and disgusting the food was. Even the people next to us were openly saying they were not enjoying their food. Even if the food was free I still wouldn’t eat here again. We got the “all you can eat” option and I didn’t even eat one full roll. DON’T GO HERE
Where do I begin… we walked in and smelled like a public bathroom. We spent 100$ on AYCE and we love AYCE at other places. We heard good things about this place but the fish wasn’t fresh and looked very suspicious. All rolls we had were room temp and also we had to send one back. None of the rolls we had were good and we even left early because it was just making us sick just sitting there. On top of that the waitress dropped our roll off to another table and when she realized it after 10 mins at their table she brought it to us to attempt us to still have it and we refused. We won’t be coming back to this place again.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Lately the overall quality and experience has diminished substantially. Hair in our food and the manager came and said “it was a blonde hair Nd we dint have any cooks with long blonde hair” as if we had planted that hair. 3 days ago we were not charged $4.00 dollars for the kids strawberry lemonade but today we were- no consistency. Last time they didn’t have dessert ls for the kids except for the green tea ice cream. Today NO DESSERTS at all. They were charging me for the ice cream they ran out of and had to ask to remove from my bill. Has to stack my plates on top of each other so the server can pick up other than that they just walk on by. On my way out i let the manager Scott know about my experience and all he said was “next time we’ll do something for you”. There might not be a next time. Usually we come on average once a week- overall experience of service and food quality has declined yet still pay $31.99 per person. GREATLY DISAPPOINTED.
I have been to this restaurant dozens of times since they opened. Due to school I relocated to a different state, then Covid happened. Finally I came back and I was looking forward to dining there. Now the menu is reduced by at least 50% most of the good sushi is on the a la carte menu. The price increased. All of that I can blame on inflation and Covid but when I expect good food and get poorly wrapped sushi that falls when touched. Fish that is horrible grade, tuna and salmon extremely chewy… the spicy rolls smell and taste fishy. They don’t have regular soy sauce, the sashimi salad smelled bad and had almost no dressing and to top it they did not get me all the rolls I ordered. I expressed my feelings to the server he said he will pass the comment to the manager. The manager did not have the decency to come talk to us. I saw him look our way. I am beyond disappointed that my favorite sushi place became this horrible. I am never setting foot here again.
