BEST. BOBA. IN. TOWN! You know it's good boba when the boba is still chewy even after 1 hour. My favorite is their strawberry milk tea with boba. You can get it with either black or green tea, which I get with black because it has a bit less caffeine. I get it with normal sweetness, but you can ask for 25%, 50%, or 75% less sugar. I love that all their milk teas are made with non-dairy creamer, so it's safe for all lactose-intolerant folks! The drinks come in 3 sizes--regular, large, and x-large. I love getting their regular because the cup shape is a bit funky--short and wide. So cute and stubby! There's usually a line, but their service is pretty quick and I haven't waited longer than 5-10 minutes. Their prices are okay as well. Similar to what you would pay for a cup of coffee. I don't go anywhere else to get my boba fix!

Drinks are pretty good for what there is to offer around here ! I always get the citrus drink that has green tea and apple - it's super delicious and refreshing. I think it tastes great with a little bit of lychee jelly as well. It was pretty empty when I went in the middle of the afternoon and the service was quick. Looks like a great place to just hang or and I believe they also offer board games. The prices are also quite affordable and not too high.

I’ve been here 3 times and every time my drink has been amazing! I always get Thai Tea with boba because I love it so much and never try new things. By no means I am boba connoisseur but it’s so good here, it has slight sweet flavor and the drink itself is so delicious! I always get a large size even though I realized it’s just too big for me, but it fits nicely in a cup holder. I do wish inside of the store was a bit more appealing. Not that I stay to hang out, but most boba places have a cute style to them, with a bit of wall decor and some better lighting. Second time I came here I almost turned around as it was so dark and unwelcoming outside the store, I thought it was closed. I enjoy getting Thai Tea and have tried a lot of places around Chino Hills where I work, but this so far is the best place to get my drink!

Came here for the first time and ordered a Thai Tea with boba. The taste was great and the boba was decent size. Next time around I will definitely get no or light ice to avoid the "find the boba in the ice" game I have to play toward the end of my drink. Overall the indoors are really cute and super clean. They're fairly new (opened recently) so I think they are still working out some kinks but it was cute in there.

Consistently delivering the best boba and the richest my delicious teas just about anywhere. The employees are led for consistency. Everytime I come here, I imagine every single employee as a mixologist. Its the only way these drinks can be so consistently perfect. They just get it when it comes to making the perfect teas. They even offer fresh milk, my personal choice over creamer for the past 6 or 7 years now. If you have had boba and not liked it, try this place. If you've had boba and thought it was the best, try this place. Enjoy!

First time here we were not disappointed, there was a small line to get in but worth the wait. The drinks are tasty and a small drink here is a large in most all other places. We will be back.

My name is Alessandro Cuorvo, I love this store with all my heart, the customer service was sublime, for a second I felt I was at heavens gate while ordering my drink. Oh the drink! Don’t get my started on the drink, the rich, creamy smoothness of it, it flowed down my throat like Leonidas’ treasure, all my senses were pleasured, I ordered a milk tea. Once again I cannot stress how superb this establishment is. Thank you boba fiend, and in case I don’t see you, good afternoon good evening and goodnight!

Boba Fiend is unique shop in that their focus is different to 90% of boba teahouses I believe. More specifically, I believe they focus on quantity over quality rather than the tastiness of the individual drink. This isn't a demerit or anything it's simply their MO. You won't find a better volume of drink to $ anywhere. A whole liter with toppings for ~$7.30 (Summer 2025 price). That is the price for most places' 24 OZ cup. Plus, the staff, especially Marcus, are wonderful. If you are looking for a lot to drink, then I would go here.

Not a whole lot of Boba choices in the IE but this spot is very decent. Tiger Milk Tea is one of my favorites here. I also love the Kumquat Green Tea with Lychee Jelly! They are absolutly known for their Fiend Size! They have Like it (Small), Love it (Medium), and Fiend (Large). Service is fairly pretty good. Seems like a bunch of college kids or at least that age. Place is usually clean. Overall 4.2/5 Taste 4.5/5 Quality 4.3/5 Service 4/5 Cost: $

They have a large variety of drinks to choose from, that include Slush, Smoothie, Milk Icee, Fruit Flavored Tea, Milk Tea, Yogurt Flavored Drinks, and Flavored Juices. We visited this place twice and we really liked their Mango Slush and Thai Tea. The price was reasonable. The staff was well-mannered and helpful.

Pros: Service was quick and friendly. Drinks were tasty and the portion sizes are awesome! Cons: Tiger milk tea taste the same as the regular Thai. Random shoes stacked up in the back of waiting area. Overall: Well recommended if you’re a boba fiend! (:

Restaurant area is very clean and there's lots of seating. Good place to work on your laptop and meet up with friends. They play good music. Parking is decent. Boba was okay. Nothing special. They didn't have fiend (large) sizes. There wasn't enough boba in my drink and you can't ask or pay for more. The cashier was rude. Overall, my experience here was not well. I do not recommend this place.

I went with my daughter A few days ago on Sunday. The place was kind of dirty like trash cans, bathrooms were dirty. They claim it was a grand opening. It didn’t seem like it when I was ordering there was even tiny bugs flying around maybe due to unsanitary place. The boba’s were OK They didn’t taste like Boba’s. The place needs to be sanitized before they could even let customers in.

830pm. Schedule time say its closed at 9pm but its closed. People are inside cleaning and a few customers are inside. Not a huge deal but kinda sucks when a place has a time and says it closed at 9pm your gonna take that as its open till 9pm not closed at 830 but then you arrive and its closed especially when your going out of your way. Thats the reason its getting 1star. Sucks that has to receive 1star due closing earlier then time stated on google and also there front door. Closed at 9pm. I understand somedays you wanna jam out early but then make the closing time earlier.
