This place was DELICIOUS! The only thing I did NOT like and it was actually quite disgusting… the man passing out water cups was holding the cups by the rim where our mouths were and they didn’t pass us straws. It was also very loud, I could hardly even hear my friends sitting right next to me. Other than that… the food was amazing! I got pasta brio and my husband got pasta alla vodka and we shared truffle fries. The food was really really good! A friend of ours got the Parmesan wheel truffle pasta which smelled amazing. Will definitely be going there again. As you can tell the food was so good i forgot to take a photo of my plate. Only the empty plate left.

I came here specifically for the carpaccio, but sadly they were out—lol! Adrian, the bartender, and I were both heartbroken, but I quickly got over it and went with the Branzino instead. I also ordered the bread platter, which was a nice start. The atmosphere is inviting and the restaurant was spotless. Adrian was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and full of great recommendations. It’s always a treat to get tips from someone who truly knows good food (because who wants suggestions from someone without a developed palate, right?). As a world traveler with a background in the food and catering industry, I can confidently say this place is worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back—but next time I’m calling ahead to make sure they have the carpaccio! They have a great happy hour too, Monday' Friday 3pm to 6pm.

Zeke was the host that helped me out. I had gotten a table for 2 chef Edgar was the one that brought us the food. I had a really good time. Everyone was really nice. Excellent service. The waitress that was helping us out, was very attentive and the food was very delicious as well. I recommend this place to anyone who would want to have a really good night. I will definitely be coming back.

I am so excited that Brio is back open again. It’s one of my favorite places to go. The food there never disappoints. Daisy as our server was amazing. The happy hour is M-F 3-6. The happy hour portions are smaller than the regular menu. They don’t offer the free bread anymore which is a bummer. I wish they still had it. Now you have to buy it for like $5.99. I forgot to take pictures of our appetizers and entrees cuz we were so hungry. We enjoy our visit everytime we are there. Such an amazing atmosphere regardless lunch or dinner.

I had an absolutely wonderful lunch at Brio! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness. Our servers, Adrian and Cece, truly made the experience exceptional. They were attentive without being overbearing, quick to anticipate our needs, and so knowledgeable about the menu. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — but what really made the meal memorable was the outstanding service. Adrian and Cece worked seamlessly together to ensure everything was perfect from start to finish. Their genuine kindness and professionalism turned an ordinary lunch into a special occasion. If you visit Brio, I highly recommend asking for Adrian and Cece — you’ll be in excellent hands!

We had brunch on a Sunday and it was PERFECT. Very affordable prices, food had so much flavor and the service from the host to the server was excellent! Ask for "Joy" for a server, he really took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable, informative, patient and very genuinely JOYFUL! It's in his name for a reason. I've worked in the customer service realm for over 30 years and I make no false claim to say Joy was amazing. We just had to tell his manager how excellent he did (which I don't always do)

We finally ate here after getting a gift card in 2013 and are kicking ourselves for not trying it sooner. The food was delicious, and the service was great! It's a nicer place but felt very casual (in a good way) with the way the service was. We had the lobster and shrimp fettuccine, the steak salad, and the seasonal dessert, and they were all very flavorful. Our server was Natalie, and she took great care of us. I highly recommend this place. They have a good variety of menu items, and we were able to make a same-day reservation for a Friday night. We're excited to go again and try some of their other menu items.

We celebrated my sisters birthday here. There is plenty of parking, drinks were decent. My risotto was average and the scallops were super tiny and smelled fishy. I didn't enjoy it much. Only ate 1/4 of it and did not eat the scallops. My sisters and friend enjoyed their meal choices. Overall, we had fun. Jackie was our server and was super attentive 🙂

When we walked in I thought the food would be as good as the atmosphere. I was wrong. Not awful, but just okay. Definitely not worth the prices. I had the chicken spinach fettuccine. We used to love Brio before they closed, but our experience last night (1/31) at the Rancho Cucamonga location was an absolute masterclass in poor customer service. We had 6:00 PM reservations and were seated on the patio. Despite the "perfect" weather, the service was nonexistent. For 30 minutes, we watched a waitress visit the table to our left three times and a waiter visit the table to our right twice. Neither of them so much as made eye contact or acknowledged our existence. At 6:20 PM, I finally flagged down the waiter passing by to ask who was assigned to our table. He identified the waitress (Seraphina) who had already been out three times and said he would get her. I watched him speak to her, yet she never appeared. He then tried to find someone else to help, but by 6:30 PM—30 minutes after sitting down without even a water glass or a greeting we had enough and walked out. It is baffling that a restaurant would reopen only to deliver such a pathetic customer experience. If you value your time and want to feel like a guest rather than an inconvenience, go elsewhere. We won't be back.

I've been consistently disappointed by Brio over the years in terms of quality and portion size. Every once in a while I decide to give it another chance. I got the lamb for takeout this time. For starters i came slightly after 20 minute intended pickup time to allow for it to be ready and when i got there the kids at the desk had no idea what the order was. They had to make it in a hurry and i had to wait another 15 minutes. Any courtesy given? Not even a 'sorry for the inconvenience.' For over $50 dollars I got dry and small sized pieces and they couldn't even manage to give a decent portion of fries...you get more fries with a happy meal. what a rip-off. Also Brio manager, don't bother with the canned boilerplate response you give everyone. I will NOT be giving Brio any more chances to take my money and offer little value.
