Chipotle Mexican Grill

Did not label my to go order items correctly so the burritos got swapped. Apps forgot the cheese and the sour cream on my burrito bowl. Food is still good, if you order here, order in person

Foods good, sometimes the meat has chunks in it. Usually service is fine but this time my burrito got absolutely obliterated. Giant hole in the side and completely open bottom on the one side. Either double wrap the burrito or re wrap it but putting this in tin foil and serving this to me is poor service.

This place is the worst. The place is depressing. It feels dead. And the staff are the mist disgruntled, miserable staff members ive ever seen. Went there with my daughtwr and they are awful. Will never go back.

This location is not what it used to be... The last few months have seen a decline in quality. The restaurant is frequently dirty. See pic of the wrapped burrito I just got there, taken right out of the bag... The worker tossed it into the bag and slid the bag across the counter to me. lol

Not a boom, but a big DOOM. Got skimped, 80% of my burrito is rice and way smaller than what I’ve seen every time in person. Moral of the story, don’t order online.

Was rushed through order with no line behind me. The worker was nice but not with the portions. Food quality was poor in comparison to other chipotles around area. ps. They rush you doing your order to skimp on portions

The woman manager that was working today has horrible customer service. It’s not the first time she harasses me and talks to employees about me. I’ve wrote several emails to corporate about her. I noticed I’m not the only one. I do have to say the employees there are always nice to me. That lady is the only one that seems to have an issue.

I am a regular customer here and I have never experienced more disrespectful staff. I love chipotle and this is the closest one to my house. Time and time again I continued to go regardless of how poorly they treat me. Unfortunately the treatment is only getting worse and I refuse to give such a disrespectful establishment my money. There is one sweet guy who works the cash register and he is amazing! Everyone else rolls their eyes, scoffs at me when I ask for extra even though I let them know I am willing to pay more and continue to treat them with respect. I usually don't take the time to write reviews but this store is unlike anything I have ever seen.

Ridiculous Portions! Been to Chipotle in Rancho Santa Margarita twice over the last few weeks. The online stories of skimpy portions are real. My first visit included a burrito with not much meat, my second visit was tacos. It looked like it was painful for the server to place the tablespoon of meat into the tacos. I am not going back!

I try to call the store and I'm directed to online. Once online I'm told I'll only get a BOGO. Like for real!?!?!?! I wanted it corrected not an offer to come back to your store and be stuck with a bowl I won't eat.

When I go back in the store to swap it for a fresh portion, the employees become reactive and behave irritated and mean. If you give me bad food, why become bothered with a bad attitude because I come back for something edible and not black and spoiled? The aggressive service is not worth the time, expense or burden.
