An absolutely incredible restaurant in the heart of Rapallo. I found this restaurant through Google reviews and everyone before me was correct, the food is incredible, best food of our 3 week trip to Italy. We loved it so much we can back twice. I would highly recommend, food, staff and the owner were incredibly kind! Grazie Salvatore and staff for the amazing experience. Try everything, it’s amazing!

Amazing restaurant right near the beach in Rapallo! The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the service. Compared to many other meals during our time abroad, our meals were provided very quickly, and the staff was always close by to answer questions or clear dishes. As an added bonus, the neighborhood around the restaurant is beautifully walkable, so include some time to explore!

Sono stata a cena una di queste sere e devo dire carino come posto. Tavoli con vista sul mare e ben apparecchiati. Camerieri davvero molto gentili e premurosi. Cibo buono ma nulla di eccezionale (le cozze mancavano di sapore mentre il pesce alla griglia buono).

Abbiamo ordinato solo due spaghetti alle vongole. Porzione normale, il sapore molto buono e l'unica pecca era la cottura della pasta che era un po' troppo al dente (a non tutti piace questo tipo di cottura) ma in complesso il buon sapore delle vongole ha nascosto questa piccola pecca. Approvata!

Si tratta di un ristorante in passeggiata a mare con grandi vetrine e spazioso, le portate sono tutte di qualità eccellente così come il servizio dei camerieri e del titolare attento e cordiale. Se devo consigliare un ristorante a Rapallo in passeggiata fra tutti quelli che ci sono, consiglierei questo senza dubbio!

Abbiamo preso una tartar di tonno che si è rivelata molto buona . Stessa cosa per gli spaghetti allo scoglio , mentre le fettuccine all'uovo con i gamberoni avevano poco sapore . Molto cordiale il titolare che ci ha offerto il caffè e un piccolo sconto per via delle fettuccine.

ho cenato recentemente in questo ristorante, il personale è super accogliente e gentile, cibo di buona qualità e prezzi nella norma. L'unica nota negativa che mi sento di segnalare è che c'è un evidente problema di smaltimento odori della cucina che si riversa in sala. Infatti una volta usciti sia io che la mia ragazza avevamo i capelli e i vestiti che puzzavano di cibo e fritto in maniera incredibile. Abbiamo dovuto lavare il tutto e non mi sembra una cosa normale per un ristorante. Considerate che ora eravamo in bassa stagione e i coperti erano pochi, ma in alta stagione sarebbe ancora peggio!

Very nice restaurant on the water in Rapallo. The service was good but the food was disappointing. The red sauce on the gnocchi tasted so bland we thought it might have been store bought. Gnocchi was overcooked and mushy. Two guests ordered the mix grill and while the tuna on the plate was very good, the swordfish lacked flavor and tasted frozen. The veal steak was great! As was the fritto calamari.

mi dispiace dare due stelle per il cibo, in quanto avendo richiesto taglierini all astice per due persone che costava 35 euro a persona il cameriere ci comunicava che questo piatto non era disponibile e ci proponeva sempre taglierini con gamberi. Abbiamo accettato, ma la sorpresa è arrivata quando e stato fatto il conto , perche con 4 gamberi sopra i taglierini e stato fatto pagare 35 euro a porzione, che dire ..... consiglio a chi vorra andare in questo ristorante di informarsi bene per evitare spiacevoli sorprese

Personale cordiale e professionale. Sautée di cozze e vongole discreto, risotto ai frutti di mare buono. Piatti abbondanti. Positivo anche che sono accettati i cani. Purtroppo, nella zuppa di pesce, il pesce spada utilizzato avevano un sapore anomalo che ha condizionato il gusto del resto del piatto, per cui è stato offerto uno sconto alla fine del pasto.

Tourist trap. We booked many hours ahead and clearly specified that we needed a table not in the middle of the room because we had a baby baggy and the table they offered us was exactly in the middle of the room. When we addressed it, they moved us to another restaurant next to it, and all our food was coming through the street from the original place. The food was barely warm and definitely not worth the price. There were literally two prawns, three squid and a quarter of a fish steak on the plate for €18, and no side included. Even the grilled veggies were disappointing not even a quarter of a courgette or aubergine. The cotoletta was badly fried with soggy tomatoes and just a few salad leaves. They really need to respect booking requests, be honest about moving guests, serve food hot, and offer portions that match the price. I don’t recommend it for the price and what they serve, it’s very pricey for what it is. There are better places around Rapallo that offer better prices and quantities.

The food was disappointing, it lacked any sense of Italian soul or care. The presentation was very unappetizing, and the whole experience felt uncomfortable. Service was Ok. BUT it is too expensive for very a basically meal. We had to pay 90 euro for just 2 boring dishes (in Photo). Especially we had to pay automatically 3 euro per person, when we took the table. In Venedig we just paid 1,5 euro pp for it. Actually we went to Elisir, because we saw the lobster pasta online as well as in the menu. But the Restaurant didn’t have it, and they recommended me to take a scampi pasta with the same price. I was so disappointed, when i got the scampi pasta with only one scampi on the top. I also asked them about the small scampi. They said that they mixed 5 scampis with the noodles. I think, there were just 1-2 scampis in the noodles. They said the lobster pasta is just available, when the lobster is cheap and it’s very difficult to get cheap lobster and normally they don’t have it. So when you go to Elisir to eat a lobster pasta, if the waiter told you they don’t have lobster and recommend other dish. You should check other restaurant.

Senza voler essere troppo cattivi, è il Classico ristorante turistico. Abbiamo preso 4 scialatielli alle vongole che non sapevano di nulla, vi giuro di nulla. Anemici all’aspetto e ignobili al gusto. Un raviolo crudo, mandato subito indietro e fatto ripreparare. Abbiamo interrotto alcune delle altre ordinazioni per precauzione. La pasta precotta è oscena! La maggior parte delle pietanze è congelata. Il servizio è eccellente, massima gentilezza e cortesia ma mangiar bene è un’altra cosa.

Il menù é troppo costoso, il proprietario credo napoletano lo si sentiva urlare dalla cucina. Il resto tutto buono ma ho trovato non uno ma due peli nel piatto rimandato a farmelo rifare. Una cosa molto buona é la salsa che mi ha consigliato il proprietario fatta in casa da lui, era bianca e densa ma veramente buona che ho spalmato subito dopo su i gamberetti anche quelli molto buoni. Ogni tanto si sentiva una puzza di fogna venire dal mare peró questo non é colpa sua ma del mare che puzza perché c’è lo scarico fognario che viene da lì. La vista sugli yacht era bella. Del resto ho pagato per una cenetta piccola neanche poi cosi grossa veramente tanto quindi se avete i soldi andate se no sarà la prossima volta

Had an awful dinner here with my parents. We all had cotaletta alla milanese which arrived about 5 minutes after we ordered so can’t have been freshly prepared. The veal was beef going by the colour, and so tough it must have been microwaved. Absolutely no flavour and uninspiring presentation. Seriously the worst I have had ever. It was absolutely empty every time we went past over the 5 days we were in Rapallo and it’s no surprise. Message for the owner - don’t serve food if you can’t be bothered to make it with care. And if you have a restaurant that’s empty maybe don’t rush your only customers out? That said, we didn’t want to hang around!
