Everything was amazing, I highly recommend the beef ribs, they are huge, packing a lot of flavour and juice.

First time trying Dickey's today and really impressed! Haadi gave us excellent, friendly service. The food is delicious and halal, pricing is good, and they were very attentive to our requests about cuts and fat content. They even threw in complimentary sauce. You can tell this is a family-run business that cares. Already my new favorite spot at Erin Mills TC! (The atmosphere is just the regular food court, so that varies depending on the day/time. Nothing that Dickey's can control, but the food and service more than make up for it.)

Love the energy from the people working here- something new and exciting in the area at a fraction of the price I expected to pay - come visit as soon as you can!

We had their brisket, burgers and potato... it's so flavorful...100% recommended...balance of spice is just great. If you are a meat lover, you should definitely give it a try. The burgers were fairly sized and the brisket poutine was very generously portioned. The owner Zia was very sweet, friendly and enthusiastic. Quite good BBQ especially for a food court restaurant. Flavors from the sides to the meat itself are fantastic. The Drawback and why I might not eat here again is the price. It is EXPENSIVE. I ordered a 3 meat plate with an extra side and it cost me almost $40. I expected a good portion of meat at that price point and there was very little.

The brisket was delicious however it was hard to cut and chew, it would be a lot more tender if cooked for a longer period. The main downside here is that they are serving it right on the sheet which seems highly unhygienic and they could use at least a paper plate. The slaw and mashed potatoes were good too.

The food left a lot to be desired. The brisket was poorly cut ( like scraps ) and very dry, not like how you expect a brisket to be (tender and falling apart). Unfortunately was let down because when you think of brisket you expect a juicy and tender peice of meat. Tough meat to get thru.The burnt ends was also a let down. The fries were the best part of the meal which is sad for a BBQ spot. The mac and cheese was also a let down, most likely processed and not good. The people running it were very kind and pleasant the food just wasn't up to par. Especially when paying $30+.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and the food had some potential, but the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were inattentive and not as helpful, and even though I was the only customer at the time, they seemed preoccupied with other things. They also forgot to include the sauces, which was frustrating. The brisket itself was dry, though it did have good flavor. Portions were not really the greatest either. Unfortunately, the lack of service really took away from the meal.

While the food was decent the value is not there. If you're going to weigh portions I suggest you pre-portion your meat because it looks pretty stingy when you cut 1/3 off of a chicken breast and 1/3 off a sausage link. $20 for the chicken plate where you get 2/3 of a chicken breast + 2 sides and $23 for a 2 meat plate where we were served the smallest piece of brisket known to man and not even a full sausage link. The staff were friendly and we received good service but for the money you pay, it's just not worth it for the meat plates.

They purposely miss items when you order. They don’t do their job properly and miss adding items you paid for. And the food is very average for the price they charge! All the high star reviews are not real

I had high hopes but was absolutely disappointed. I got the two meat plate. The brisket was bland and didn't even seem like it touched a grill. Its like they steamed it. No flavor. The sausage also had no flavor despite being labeled as "jalapeño cheddar". There was no cheddar and no spice. Nothing. The mashed potatoes were horrible. The baked beans were okay. Just okay. And honestly the only thing that tasted good was the spicy bbq sauce. Definitely will never try again. There are better bbq spots that are worth the money. I would give zero stars for the food if I could.
