Came for the first time to Dickey's Barbecue and it was delicious. Very juicy brisket ans tasteful. Excellent service. Definitely recommend it and will be back.

Amazing quality and service with a smile! Fine restaurant quality food found in a food court! Great value for your money. Everything was super fresh, juicy and succulent. The brisket and ribs are to die for. The full menu is halal!! Definitely will be going again and again.

Had a great experience here at the new Erin Mills location!! Super yummy halal food options ranging from brisket (obviously lol), and different turkey and chicken dishes too. The burgers were fairly sized and the brisket poutine was very generously portioned. The owner Zia was very sweet, friendly and enthusiastic. He gave us many different recommendations and suggestions. The staff were friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for something different and completely halal.

Best barbecue in the gta hands down tender brisket and juicy chicken and the sandwiches are loaded up fries are seasoned perfectly and the sauces are on point the staff was super friendly and inviting definitely coming back soon

The best customer service I’ve had in a mall or food court. Food was great, we had the westerner and the loaded baked potato. Wouldn’t be surprised if I ended up eating here again next time I’m at the mall.

As a huge brisket fan, I was so excited to see Dickey’s Barbecue Pit finally open in the Erin Mills Town Centre food court. I tried the Brisket Sandwich, the meat was tender, well-seasoned, and had that authentic smoky flavor you look for in good BBQ. I paired it with their Mac & Cheese, which was incredibly creamy and the perfect comfort food side. Looking at the menu, they have a lot of variety, from wings to full meat platters and even poutine. It’s a great addition to the mall for anyone looking for something more substantial and flavorful than typical fast food. I’ll definitely be back to try another meal next time!

The smoked meat was incredibly juicy and delicious—the talk of the table! Those sandwiches were amazing too; definitely a must-visit spot.

Meat was dry and cold but the coleslaw was one of the best I've had at many BBQ joints.

We got the "Competition plate" which is 1 meat and 2 sides. We got their brisket with burnt ends, mac and cheese, and their fries. Firstly the meat was at a cool temp, which was surprising because we sat down right away. It was also pretty dry and we didnt have much sauce. As for the sides; the fries were good! Their Mac and cheese was creamy but you could tell that they use cheese powder from bulk barn or something. But all in all it wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't pay 30 bucks for this mediocre spot. But wishing this spot all the best! Keep trying buds!

Saw this spot in the mall . Thought I'd give them a try . Especially since BBQ is my weakness. I got the 12 wings and the special brisket with Mac and cheese . The wings were well done ( as in cook wise ) the flavour was lacking . The biggest thing for me was were was the sauce ? Only a few wings had it ( which I enjoyed the BBQ sauce ,hot BBQ) just was expecting them to be tossed in sauce so it would be evenly coated throughout the wings .this did not happen, as for the brisket and Mac. Same thing lack of flavour , the brisket was dry with lack of sauce . The mac had a weird tangy after taste ... Just overall gave it a 2/5 just small changes would of brought this up to at least a 4 . I don't mind paying for food BBQ but sorry this ain't it ( one of those times )

Genuinely a pitiful portion for the price. The only value here is MAYBE in the poutine. The three meat plate is highway robbery on a good day. Chicken was cold, mash was cold, chilli was cold, and the brisket wasn’t warm by the time we walked back to the table. Maybe I had higher expectations from a place reviewed so highly but this missed the mark terribly.

Absolutely terrible. The food looked nothing like the photos. borderline false advertising. I expected proper slices of brisket, not the sad handful of tiny, chewed‑up scraps. The portions were embarrassingly small for a two‑item plate of brisket and chicken... Total waste of money
