The Atmosphere was Inviting. Our 2 Lady Waitresses where Polite and Attentive To Our Needs. It Was Definitely A Plus. We Also Had A Large Group. (We Called In to Reserve Our Tables (Adults n Kids). (Called minutes before we Arrived From Movie Theater). We Didn't Wait Too Long Before Order Came Out. Thank you Ladies. Our Food Was Good may need a little more Season but overall Great.
Phenomenal service, love the new layout and design compared to older locations. The service was top notch, the food was flavorful and delicious. The grilled margarita chicken was absolute amazing. I think I said so over and over again while eating. My son really enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken frita. The bread sticks were hot and fresh. The Alfredo dipping sauce was so good. The salad was perfectly dressed and our service was wonderful. This is definitely in my top 3 of Olive Garden locations. I will definitely be back. Went back to experience for a second time, was just as great of an experience as the last time!
Nice Atmosphere not loud so you can have a conversation.The service was great,was there for a birthday our server LORI took care of us and other tables also did not miss a beat .CHARLENE the manager also has great customer service WELL DONE!

Amiah was our waiter and she was extremely nice and for the first time at any reastraunt plated our food into to-go boxes. That's new. The food itself was Olive Garden quality which is always nice. The building was very clean and I hope they keep it in it's glory. Great experience. Would recommend. Btw I had a Shrimp Alfredo. Delicious.

I ordered delivery. The website was easy to use, fees were clear and comprehensible, and was a seamless experience overall. This location really shined when I called in after discovering there was an item missing. They answered my call much quicker than I expected, and the sweet lady who answered asked me to hold. Then, I got to speak with Sharlene, Store Manager. She made it clear that she was going to fix it as soon as possible, and she went above and beyond with the solution. She's a true leader, and clearly plays a big role in all the reviews I've seen complimenting the customer service for dine-in experiences. Also, the food was fantastic. Don't skip the alfredo because it's just alfredo - it's not at all like the heated powder concoction some places use.
This was my first time at the new Red Oak Olive Garden. My co workers and I went for dinner and drinks. Our waiter was so hilarious and amazing - sorry I dont remember his name - and he made the experience even better. We had 2 pitchers of Sangria and the Watermelon was my favorite. I really like the layout and it seems to be a better looking Olive Garden then older ones. I only got soup because I couldn't see the menu without my glasses lololol but the soup was fantastic. I may have to give Olive Garden another chance now that this one is alive
Tonight was a great experience. We had Lilly as our server who was really great and made sure all of our needs were met. Management was great as well she politely greeted us upon our arrival and made sure we didn’t need anything during our time dining. Will definitely be back!
If I could give 100 stars and give this location their flowers I would without any doubts! When I say I truly enjoy my entire time from the time we walked in until we left. My waitress Liyah was a true delight and provided Exceptional customer service. I could not have ask or wanted anyone other. Last but, definitely Not least The Manager "Sherlene" is beyond Amazing! She is literally Heaven sent! The entire facility was a mood : Clean and elegant. Must go visit! I absolutely loved the experience!
Best To-Go/Delivery service around. Had one little mistake in an order and was taken care of quickly and with such care by the Olive Garden team. The food is always amazing and this brings joy to my heart that customers are a priority.

This Olive Garden is newer I came in today to dine in and there were some mishaps … I spoke to the manager about it afterwards just to critique and she was very nice very understanding and apologetic. She made the experience better so I appreciate her for righting the wrong.

Work on to go area, people entering from inside restaurant and then people who use the to go door, just ask who is next rather than assuming! I was not in a rush but I wss standing there for at least 9 minutes and skipped three times before I was acknowledged.
We enjoyed visiting the new Olive Garden in Red Oak on Saturday evening. The staff was friendly and inviting. Our server was able to multitask and serve other tables while making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and organized. The food was delicious and they served great portions.
Great experience, our server was awesome. We did feel a little rushed at the end but we had been there a while so I'm not mad. We had yummy food.

Food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. Darius was our server and was attentive and accommodating of all my special requests. It's located in Red Oak, off I35, in front of the new B&B theater. It was very clean. Management was visible and asked each table how the service and food was to their liking. We will return.
I love the new Olive Garden. The seating was perfect, the temperature wasn't too cold and the food was delicious. I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was fantastic. I'm going to rate it five stars but the service was a little slow. My waitress left several times without frequently checking in. This tested my patience!!!

Bad experience in a long time on a Olive Garden restaurant, we got there the server started very polite got our drinks fast and after that she got our order left the table and stopped at another table to greet and at the same time get the others people order and guess what everyone around us got their food except for us was not until I went to ask when our food was gonna come, we went to celebrate my birthday and instead we came back with a bad experience, my poor kids came home with a belly full of bread sticks and "some salad" my toddlers are not in the mood for some veggies wen we go out , plus you don't expect to receive your food so poor looking I thought because this restaurant is kind of new we were going to receive a decent service.

Fernanda C is very very rude. Provided horrible service, never offered the breadsticks or soup/salad that comes with my meal. After already getting my food I had to ask her for the breadsticks and she gave me a dirty look and said nothing and returned with 2 breadsticks. Never got a soup or salad even though I wanted a soup and she added a salad to my bill for some reason (free but I never got or ordered one). Rolled her eyes when I asked for clean silverware (there was dried up food on the set I originally got) Took her 15 mins to come to my table to take my order in a nearly empty restaurant, was too busy flirting with another waiter. When I was ordering the spaghetti with meat sauce it had in the description meat sauce OR the choice of 1 sausage. I told her I was ordering it with the sausage instead and she asked what kind of sauce I wanted with it, and I told her it said meat sauce OR the sausage, so I choose whichever sauce comes with the sausage. She cut me off while saying this, “so the meat sauce” and walked off. It said the sausage OR meat sauce. So I ended up getting charged extra since she didn’t want to listen to me, did not know the menu herself, and walked off before I could speak more. Won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered a takeout, the toscana soup and it only had 2 slices of potatoes and a few green pieces. I drove approximately 20 miles to Red oak. I call the manager and she said she was going to send me a gift card to refund me for the soup. Instead she sent me (join the e-club) buy an entree and receive a free dessert). I was telling her the truth I paid $8.49 for soup and it was liquid. She insulted me. I will never go back to Red oak Olive Garden again. I don’t understand why she lied. This is the first time something like this has ever happened . It’s my first time going to Red Oak Olive Garden.
Dear Olive Garden Management, I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. My family and I came in to celebrate a birthday with a party of ten. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication, slow service, and lack of support from management. When we arrived, the host mentioned they would accommodate our party. However, the manager seemed hesitant to move tables because he “didn’t want to disturb” a nearby group — even though there was a completely open middle section right behind us that would’ve worked perfectly. Instead of assisting, he walked away without a solution. After waiting and realizing nothing was being done, we decided to move the tables ourselves to make enough room for everyone. When the manager later stopped by and asked if we were okay, I mentioned that we had to do his job to accommodate our group. He had no real response and didn’t show much care or initiative. We also noticed another nearby table had to wave him down after being ignored for a while, and the bar service was very slow as well. I understand that restaurants can get busy or short-staffed, but that’s when leadership, teamwork, and communication matter most. This location used to feel welcoming and well-organized, but this visit didn’t reflect Olive Garden’s usual hospitality standards. I hope management can take this feedback seriously and work on improving communication and service for future guests.
I started coming to this location because the one in Duncanville, I always have an issue. This one has been my favorite - Ordered the chicken scampi and asked them to make sure chicken was well done- because the last time it wasn't done but I threw it away and didn't complain. Fast forward ordered chicken scampi added shrimp. I had one red big hunk pepper, no onions and no green peppers. I also literally had a scoop of noodles and the dish was very dry. I was home and did not feel like going back out so I called and spoke to manager - he offered to remake it or give me a gift card $20.00, when clearly my order was 27.00. I still don't have the gift card or my pasta. Guess customer service doesn't exist anymore!!!!

Worst service ever for me . I was extremely happy to finally have one open in redoak texas being that i drive to the one in Duncanville Tx once a week . I went on Friday 12/13 non rush hour walked in waited about 5 mins for hostess to sit me down . Waited another 15 mins without no one talking my drink order . Saw the manager asked him who my server was he apologized and said he would help me . He took my drink order brought my salad . I asked if he could please bring me a side dipping sauce for my bread and salad . He took my entree order waited for my sauce never came out . Overall I was there 45 mins only for my said and bread . I looked for manager and asked him to charge me for the salad and bread due to bad slow service and even explained to him 25 later I was still waiting for my sauce for my salad and bread and how much longer would it be for my entree another hr ? I told him I was a first time customer wad was no happy . He seems not to care and simply said have a nice day 😡

The one star reviews are consistent and honest. I came here on a slow Monday afternoon, I was greeted 10 minutes later. As I sat there, I watched 3 couples get their food and pay before I even got my what was supposed to be medium rare 6oz sirloin. It came out well done! The manager said he had a few call offs but that should've been communicated from the start! After we told him our concerns, he didn't seem that sorry or concerned.
