Why are your baristas so awesome? Every trip there i get the dang near perfect if not perfect balance of coffee and flavor for my Fraps! And they are always so nice and friendly. Definitely my fave Starbucks location!
I've always had problems with the Pink Drink I order here. Today, again, it was cloudy as if it had been sitting a while. But it already came separated and not the right color. I felt bad about asking to get it remade. The very pretty, thin, african american woman (I didn't catch her name..) that helped me remade it and brought it back out to me. Thank you for taking the time and making my experience much better.
Indulge every couple of weeks. Usually order by app and pick up by drive thru. Last order took unusually long and only got one of the two drinks ordered. Wait time in drive thru was around twenty minutes. Normally it's less than ten. Hopefully this was just an unusually busy time. Great drinks though!
Was having a terrible breakdown after a horrible game, I was embarrassed to order Starbucks to relieve my and anger and sadness, but this lovely gorgeous young lady made me a special drink and wrote a sweet note to it, i apologize for not saying thank you, my parents had told me after getting so I want to appreciate it here 🫶🏽 thank you for making my night better
Stopped again today, Jan 8. I ordered incorrectly today. I asked if they could change one thing. They went above and beyond and completely remade it. Thanks so much for great service!!! This location is my favorite. It's not the closest to me, but for some reason my drinks ALWAYS taste better here!!!
Needless to say that Starbucks has excellent coffees and non-coffee drinks and the personnel provide one of the best customer service - very polite and take down the order well. However, customers must specify exactly how they want their drink, otherwise, Starbucks will load the cups with ice receiving little drink for the price.
This is a fabulous new Starbucks. They’re consistently good and we’ve never once had a bad experience here. The staff is definitely new and learning but they’ve done a great job at getting up to speed. Let’s give them a chance or Starbucks will shut down this branch and we’ll have to drive 25 minutes for decent coffee. Love this Starbucks!
What can I say, good drinks. But, I think they forget to check the food mobile orders. This is the second time they forgot my food 🤦🏼♀️ Update: they are very very slow! I ordered 10 minutes before I got here and it’s not ready, I’ve been waiting at least five minutes. When I asked about it one lady was helpful while the other popped wicked attitude!
Even they took about 3-5 minutes to take my ordern they kindly apologized and were very helpful in helping me oder what I wanted since I don't stop here alot.
I DON'T DRINK COFFEE! But SB has so much more to offer - the refreshers, lemonade, tea (my drink of choice) and Chai Latte (my comfort drink). There's food and Bakery items and I love the various cups for sell.
Just want to say if you have a problem ask to speak to the manager! She would rectify the problem. Also the store just opened and alot of the people that are working it are on loan from other Starbucks . So give this particular New store a chance!!! It is like any other place kinks need ironed out . Trust me it will become one of the best Starbucks you will patron . The new employees/partners will be trained right and as with any new store with new employees they just have to find their groove and with that their speed and accuracy will improve.
This location got me right this evening. After a long work day I decided to stop here and order Vanilla Latte and Brownie😉 I was supposed to hit the gym but I have been craving coffee and sweets. The customer service amazing and I drove off listening to Marsha Ambrosius Losing Myself. I will hit the gym and park later on this week!! I gotta have my Starbucks!!
I came here this morning to get a very large order for our bridal party for my friends wedding. We had a TON of shaken espressos, and while I know it was a bit of an annoying order, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even wrote on the bride’s cup for me! They were very patient with the craziness of our order and even remade a few drinks I ordered incorrectly. Definitely the sweetest crew!

Exceptional service! Team members were so kind and very respectful. Got my order right. Offered to grind my bag of coffee. I didn't need this, but the kindness and sincerity on such a busy morning was appreciated. A very clean space, too! Plenty of parking nearby, in spite of construction.
fast and friendly! my drink was made well, and my experience in the drive through was great! had a great conversation with a barista by the name of Abida while I waited for my order, and made my whole experience very pleasant!
The best barista on staff is Madi Robbins she's always got a smile on her face extremely polite and hard-working.
I’ll start by saying, I’m not generally a Starbucks fan. That said, I needed coffee and was able to get work done which was very convenient. Staff was pleasant.
It's Father's Day... and whoever was making the drinks today was fast and on point! Drinks were extra good today. Usually, there is a wait on Sunday and an occasional mix-up or wrong drink or size.. but today was perfect. Thanks for making my husband's Father's Day experience with you great and yummy!
What can I say I'm particularly fond of flavored coffee... Sugar Cookie, Peppermint Mocha and Pumpkin spice and my ole favorite White Chocolate Mocha However its hard to capture a picture of my Coffee before Consuming, but I did snap a picture if these beautiful light globes at a Target Starbucks
Usually, the lobby is okay and the drive-thru is ridiculous. Today, both the lobby and the drive-thru were ridiculous. They decided to turn off mobile ordering today so my total time in line and and waiting for my drink was about 40 minutes. I've never waited that long. The young African-American barista with the long ponytails is an excellent barista though. She was really moving! As an aside, whomever is in charge of Starbucks real estate team has to do a better job picking sites. Parking is always a problem here.
I'm not sure if it was due to national shortages but this store seems to be out of specialty frappuccinos. I went there in July, then again in November, December and January and they were out. One barista handed a customer an empty wrapper with no food in it. The customer had to go to the back of the line to ask them for her food.
Cold brew has not been consistent in flavor. 2 days it was awesome then another day, couldn't even swallow it. They replaced my drink with another but since someone brought it to me it was hours before I could get back to have it replaced.
I really enjoy this Starbucks. The customer service is exceptional! They always speak and are very cheerful and willing to help and give great suggestions on orders :) Only negative was they were out of oat milk both days that I went. But that was fine I was able to order another dairy free alternative which was good. I am also allergic to dairy they were able to make sure that it was made carefully. I have been to this location a few times. I got to admit I will drive the 15 to this location for good drinks and good service. Hope you can get in stock of oat milk soon!!! I will definitely be back. (Also if your new to this location it is always packed in the drive through may be best to order a head of time or going inside the store). I do with the line was a bit faster.
I’ve been going to this Starbucks ever since they’ve opened! It’s a hit or miss on the drinks, but other than that, they always make it right! The employees are always super nice and energetic. The only thing I would complain about, is the parking and the line. I wouldn’t suggest coming here during their peak hours. It gets busy with chipotle and chick-fil-a being next to each other. Other than that, I love coming here!
Brand new place in Red Oak, quick access to I-35 and Ovilla rd. Big parking lot, quick service, the new staff still learning but so far they are doing good, kind of simple decoration but we are here for the coffee right? This is the second time starbucks opened a store in town, lets hope this time it will be successful. The rewards program is a bonus if you are a fan of this brand.
It can be a hit or miss. If you go when they are extremely busy from my experience, my drink is usually very watery. I always get a Carmel Frappuccino and it’s usually very watery. If you go about 7/8 pm then it’s really good. The staff is always nice just a bit slow.
Dissapointing ....Everytime time at this location this happens. I've asked for extra caramel and crunch for the caramel ribbon crunch frap and they make it like a regular...... I've been understanding if they were busy but today's visit they were not ...it would be nice to receive what i ordered 😞 I also took pics this time but no option to upload.???
Busy as always had to go inside. Ordered gave them my name and after a while it appeared that they put one of my drinks down but did not call my name and then after a little bit longer my second drink was appeared to have been put down by the other one and again no name called i had to walk up and look to make sure it was mine before taking it. There usually better than that.
This place is okay for coffee. They definitely need to up their coffee roasting. The beans taste a bit stake and old. I also think they should offer a lighter and more fruit forward roast. They could be exponentially better if their beans did not taste like 30 day old beans that were roasted to dark to begin with.
My coffee never tastes the same twice at this location. The service is usually good unless they are short staffed. Really need to relocate to a spot that's not competing with chick fil a for parking. It's an utter mess to move around over there.
I’ve been going to the Starbucks for two months. This is the slowest Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. I’m positive you order ahead they’re still slow drive-through. No sense of urgency. I never thought I would say this but why do I keep coming? It’s over divorce too much money for this poor, Customerservice coffee is not all that good for some damn strange reason right here in Ovilla please check my records. I am a fan, but I will be cutting the umbilical cord as I sit in the line at 6:24 in the lady in front of me is getting her receipt back. What the hell I told you
I love Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Excellent service, products, and price! Super happy to find this location to work from. A couple of structural / design issues is why I gave the a 3-star rating. 1. Free wifi is great, but super slow 2. The windows face West, yet there are no sun shades / screens. Other wise, coffee is good; great tea selection, etc. :)
On more than one occasion I’ve ordered a Grande Matcha latte (hot) and the cups are about a third liquid and the rest foam. I know it does not ever get filled to the top, but they really underserve at this location compared to other locations. The wait is typically longer than you would expect, but to be fair this is the only Starbucks in the area, and it has seen a lot of growth recently.
As a frequent customer,I was upset with the service today. They do move slow and its sad. I left money there and walked out because of the slow service.. Its crazy because I was the only one I side for about 10 ,15 minutes..
Super busy and the window gets drinks before the inside. Ask them to do my drink a bit different and the response was we don't do it that way. So much for my coffee the way I wanted it 😳
Lately they been A very slow with more people behind the counter and the drive thru not only slow but takes 5 min to get someone to answer box and they have been getting simple drinks wrong and when you complain 3 different occasion they say I DIDNT MAKE as if I care you guys are a team I have decided to drive up north to get morning coffee all of the stores in the southern sector are lazy and have no customer service skills and I have talk to managers and BARTISTA they are over worked and they are all part time employees no way to get consistent service
The last 4 times I've been to this location, they can't seem to get my 1-2 drink order out in under 20 minutes. This morning, after a 30-minute wait, it turns out they never even made it. It was also a huge hassle to get a refund.
This is my go too place and have some of the most amazing workers. However, it seems that the service is getting slower by the day and less acceptable. I had to wait in the drive through line for about 10-12 mins and missed an appt the other day because of this. I do understand peak hours however this is beyond a normal lengthy wait time. There is no way out of the line, so I had no choice but to wait. There seems to be no sense of urgency or even a sorry for the wait while waiting on the speaker. Its seems as though they try to clear a good amount of orders before taking yours at the speaker. Then, in some cases the drinks have been made but waiting behing several cars, I have gotten watered down drinks from melting ice. This is so upsetting because who wants a watery iced coffee? This is such a bummer, because I am here almost daily and with the uncertanities of the wait times now, I can't rely on this location unless I have leisure time. This used to be a fast paced location compared to the Pleasant Run location but now idk. Very upsetting.
Yesterday, around 6:00am Jan. 25,2021 I ordered a bag of whole bean Komodo Dragon and 2 tall dark roast regular coffees with 4 sugars and cream. I arrived at the window paid for my items and after a small wait got my order. As I left the store I went to take a sip and both coffees were stone cold! I frequent this location as I live in Red Oak and love the store but the quality of the beverages is waning fast.
This may be a one-off, but it deserves comment. On Sunday evening at about 7:30, I went in for a regular coffee. I put just a splash of cream in it. I then made a quick stop in the restroom and got in my car and started driving away. When I tasted the coffee then, it was barely lukewarm. There's no way it would have cooled off that fast if it had been hot when I got it. Please check your coffees in the evening to be sure they're still hot.
I come into town every six months or so and there is always something wrong that is completely out of the employees’ hands. I have been coming here for years. I remember how happy we were when it opened. This review is based on my experiences since the store opened. I like using the app to order ahead. I always try to use it at this location and inevitably I get to the checkout and the app says they aren’t taking orders at this store. They are out of stock of something every. Single. Time. I can get my latte, but my niece wants a refresher or a special flavor that is on the menu but she’s out of luck. I went there a few days ago and they were out of those green plugs to keep to-go coffee from spilling. Of course, by the time I delivered the holiday flavored drink to my brother, the sweet milky java had spilled in my car’s cup holder. Sometimes the inside is inexplicably closed. Sometimes the drive though is inexplicably closed. (It is closed as I type this now) On Christmas Eve, I was unable to order ahead (not surprised) so I walked into the store. There was a gentleman speaking to every customer letting them know their register system was down and if we ordered in the app, he could provide us with our drinks if we showed him what we purchased. Then, the app allowed me to complete a purchase but the ticket didn’t print (that’s why he wanted to look at my phone app) From my time there, I gleaned that this had been a problem for 2+ hours. He put a sign on the door saying the inside was closed but people could go through the drive through. Oh! Is this the type of reason the inside is sometimes inexplicably closed???? That gentleman handled the situation with such grace and patience. He was remarkable. In fact, the staff at this location always impresses me. It seems they have to deal with system failures and stock issues all the time but remain upbeat, professional, and consistent. There is a leadership problem at some level causing this Starbucks to have issues I don’t see at other locations. I live in NYC and go to *very* busy stores. Problems like this are rare occurrences everywhere else. They seem to be the norm here.
They took way too long for a simple order of two drinks and two bakery items. They had three workers I had ordered them at 1:26 and at 1:52 they didn’t have them ready. Drive through was empty and there was only one customer in store. When asked how long it would take the worker said I’ll start in a bit then went to go proceed to go talking to the other worker. Bad service.
I spent $24 this morning with you guys and I was very dissatisfied with my breakfast. My iced matcha was made horribly it tasted like pure grass and I have ordered this drink several times so I know what it should taste like when it’s done right. And my ham and Swiss was overheated the ends were hard as rocks. I spent too much money on this distasteful breakfast Starbucks….do better.
I’m not one to really complain about tipping but stop asking me to tip you through the drive-through. I don’t care that you have “an extra question for me on the screen”.
I purchase the Salted Caramel Mocha Frappacino any time I visit a Starbucks. Sure, it’s a seasonal drink, but every location I’ve ever been to has been able to make it without any problems. (They don’t have the salt, but that’s no biggie.) I literally ordered one just yesterday in Flower Mound. This location was completely unhelpful today when I tried to order this. First they said they didn’t have a button for it and asked me what was in it. Then, when I said I didn’t know (nutmeg, mocha, which caramel drizzle, but I don’t know the ratio), they told me “It’s seasonal, so we can’t make it.” I told them I get it all the time, and they stuck to their, “we can’t make it” policy. Isn’t Starbucks known for being able to make scores of “off menu” items? I don’t understand why this location can’t.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Went to Starbucks this morning got there about 5:09 stay in line, there was no signs out stating that the time that they were going to start. I approached the window and was stating my frustration to the clerk I told her I was late for work because I could not get out of line. I then asked to speak with the manager Karla. she states that she could not give me corporate office number she states she didn't have it and she's sure that I could find it. I called Desoto Starbucks spoke with Lindsey the manager she gave me the corporate office number. My drink was not right I asked for a white chocolate mocha with 2 extra pumps of white chocolate stirred well. My drink was nasty and i refuse to like her remake it again. Because I'm afraid she will do something to my drink.
This location used to be a good location. But now half the time they never have any of the products for the drink or they’re to understand or they’re hiring people with bad customer service. Last time I went to this establishment I literally got into an argument with the young lady at the window because obviously she wasn’t paying attention to her training and messed up my order. And it’s crazy because this location is right The street from my apartment but now I have to travel all the way to west road.
Ordered online and they didnt know what our order was. The drinks were mixed and cups had espresso all on the outside. Employee working drive through was not friendly and was annoyed when we asked for a cup holder.
Drive thru lady was rude was trying to tell her she gave us both drinks and she started arguing that no only one is out. So I hold up both to show her and she gets rude and was like then you can go. I’m like I’m sorry for the confusion.
Worst Starbucks ever they will try and give your food cold even though you just ordered but waited in line. The manager has a bad attitude! However the worker was apologetic for the managers nasty attitude. Take the extra time and go to the next closest one you’re going to be waiting anyways or needing drink/food remade.
Our Frappuccinos are never made right. No matter what the Frappuccino taste like a $8 PLAIN blended ice with a little milk added. Workers have been rude or not friendly. Waut tines are always insane. This is the only location in this city. I will be driving to the next city from here on out. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
I normally go to Starbucks in Dallas next to Del Friscos on Olive, however, I decided to stop at this one in Red Oak on the way home from work. Never have I had worse service at a Starbucks. The lady with orange hair behind the counter (I didn't catch her name) must have been having a bad day as she was quite unhappy. After ordering I picked up my drink (Grande Cappuccino) and it was almost entirely foam. There was probably 1 inch of coffee inside. As I tilted it almost horizontal before the first drip came out, I decided to ask if this was normal at this location. I say "at this location" because just 24 hours before I ordered the same drink in Dallas and the cup was basically filled to the top with an inch or two of foam. The employee's response was that this is normal and Cappuccinos are 90% foam. Another person sitting at the bar on the end disputed the employee's statement (I think she too was an off duty employee) and then quickly changed her tune. My guess is one of the two employees, who kept their backs to me the whole time, gave her a look to be quiet. I never question food and drinks, as there are more important issues in the world, however, this whole experience was pretty awful so I thought it worthwhile to write a review. In fact my wife walked in 5 minutes later and had a similar bad experience with the cashier. I should have just gone to Chic-Fil-A next door...always good service there and they have good basic coffee.
I would much rather drive to Waxahachie, Desoto OR Cedar Hill for a Starbucks drink. The service is horrible and unapologetic. I. Have never had a smooth experience at this location. There is always a problem.
I order the same drink every time I go to starbucks yet it taste completely different everytime I order it from here. There is no consistency. I understand if the taste may vary a little bit but it’s like a completely different drink every time.
I waited 30 mins for a mobile order placed 10 mins away from this starsbuck. After arriving and waiting 30 mins the app stated my order was ready and the bistro stated the app was wrong and I have wait another 40 mins, possibly. Not sure bc the system doesn't tell them where my order is. But drive thru is flowing fine. Refund was shorten bc the cashier acted like she could not read the receipt. This is a reoccurring issue at this starbucks. So unacceptable.
The worst starbucks ever. They never have anything in stock and they are always slower than most starbucks. They are lucky to be the only one withing 15 miles or they'd have a tough time staying in business. They truly suck as a store.
I go here everyday. They're fine, just like every other Starbucks. Today was extremely slow because a machine was down. I got stuck in the line with no way out. That should be illegal. I am now 30 minutes late to my meeting because I was literally STUCK in that line. I'm not upset that their machine was down, but there should be a way to leave the line if I wanted to. Just saying.....
I went there once and went through the drive-thru, drink was great! I mobile ordered on my way to work at 5:50am...ordered 11 minutes ahead of time even though it said it would only take 4-9 minutes to make it, I got there, drink was not even close to being made, they asked me what I ordered even though I ordered it on the app, didn’t look at my order that was on the sticker...ON THE CUP, and didn’t make it with the right flavor, it’s literally not that hard as at the other Starbucks I order it and it’s always right. Soooooo.... why. Tasted the drink, found it nasty as it was not what I ordered. I may not have this job, but is it that hard to look at my order that is right in front of you on the cup?
Pulled through to get a gift card and the lady at the window had the biggest attitude I’ve ever gotten at a drive thru window. “Next time stop at the speaker instead of just coming to the window!” While she rolled her eyes and complained to other employees about me. I should have spoke to a manager then, but I was shocked I was spoken to like that while giving them my business. I won’t be back!
I don’t usually write reviews, but i called before coming and spoke with someone an hour prior to closing. I asked the guy i spoke with what time do they close which he responded and told me 7 pm, i arrived at 6:55 on the dot through the drive-thru. They did not respond, i parked my car and went straight to the door and it was locked. i looked through the glass to check if anyone was inside & the workers were inside putting everything up, closing the register and coffee stand with headset on. What looked like the manager, came out and lied to me which he said “the were closed because of water issues”. You guys just did not want to make drinks prior to closing, but basically in all he just lied. will not be returning.
okay so Starbucks this is getting out of hand every single time I come and order online yall never give me the correct items one time I payed extra for almond milk receive regular and I’m lactose this time I got a match paired extra for Carmel and white mocha and yall failed to put Anything in it… im sick of this and I called multiple times no answer so I will be up there for some type of change im at work rn so I can’t come rn
Wow, from out of town on business came to get a nice morning coffee and breakfast the customer service here is unbelievably rude, they will get your day started all wrong if you don’t want to be at work and are going to have a bad attitude please don’t come. Respect others at most even if your going to have a bad attitude will not be returning.
My latte was great but service sucked. Treated like I was second class people. Unfriendly & wasn't thrilled about how I wanted my latte. We ordered 5 drinks & a pup cup. Which they didn't want to do. Have to visit there again bc only one around!!
If you want insanely long wait times this is the Starbucks to get in line at. The staff is friendly enough, and that’s the only reason they get even one star. My biggest issue with this location is the following : mobile order times given are never accurate and several times I have placed a mobile order for in store pickup for example 7:30am. I arrive to see ten other patrons before me also waiting for their mobile order. From my arrival time of 7:25 to 7:40 , around three or four walk in customers go to the front counter , place an order for two or three drinks , and ALL walk in customers receive their order before me or any other patrons that had been waiting patiently. This is simply not acceptable and not courteous to those who ordered ahead. What’s the point of ordering ahead and waiting 15 minutes past the estimated completion time only to be skipped for three or four other walk in customers ?
If you have an appointment or any place to be at a particular time DO NOT ORDER HERE. The drive thru line is consistently long, only to sit there for 40 minutes only to make it to the window and they tell you they are out of what you came to order. Now you have to sit in the line another 20 minutes bc your blocked in and can't pull out of the drive thru. I thought I'd avoid this by placing a mobile order to pick up via the app. ANOTHER FLOP. This is the second time I placed a mobile order to pickup, the app stated the time it would be ready for pick-up, only to arrive and still have to wait an hour for my order. Mind you I only ordered a Venti Iced Green Tea Matcha and Banana Nut Bread. Today was my last time visiting this location in Red Oak. Heck, the service at the Red Oak location is so bad Uber Eats no longer accepts orders for delivery or pickup from that location. And they have a nerve to solicit tips. GTFOH 🙄
Ordered my favorite drink and it tasted completely different than I have ever received it from any other Starbucks location. I didn’t start drinking until I was deep into my commute and I did not have the time or opportunity to take it back. I was so excited about this opening but I will not be wasting my money at this location again.
Complete mismanagement of Christmas Day. Apparently, they decided to stop making coffee and close before the posted close time but without telling anyone! And letting everyone wait in line for an hour for mobile orders that we weren’t able to get. Didn’t come out to tell us anything or post signs or try to explain. Someone even came out and said they would make mobile orders which is why we continued to wait! There was still a line 20 cars deep when we left just waiting for nothing. We let as many people know as we could just so they wouldn’t continue to waste their time on Christmas.
I visited here earlier today, I always get my tall pike w steam half and half for $2.63 ON EVERY LOCATION TWICE A DAY, EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE. They charged me $2 extra for the same order. They is the manager in charge at 12:28 pm on Wednesday. Work on your customer service and prices!
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Wait time used to be incredibly long in the morning; it seems to be fixed now…great. Now drinks are terrible. Please hire a good manager for this location.
They were out of ice. I told the lady that there was a gas station walking distance, walmart 1 minute away and a grocery store a minute away. It was before noon and still had atleast 8 hours to go for them not to have ice. Her response was (we already did one run of ice and that was costly) its a business and still have hundreds of customers that are coming during the remaining 8 hours for her to say that. She said that the ice machine was just cleaned. Why was it not cleaned last night at the end of the shift. Coffee sucked with no ice and the drangon fruit drink sucked with no pieces of fruit and like 4 pieces of ice. For a Starbucks and for the prices that we pay for our drinks her anwer was not acceptable
Went to this Store 9/3/22 in Red Oak since a friend gave me a gift card. Worst experience and poor service from the get go.Arrived at 910am, and ordered 2 coffees.The girl at the register did not know what she was doing.She did not know if they had Matcha or not and after some wrangling finally we just gave up and ordered what was available...at 930 ,order was not available yet so we went to ask.There were orders strewn everywhere and the completed orders where just being dumped upfront making it harder to know which is which.It was so bad at some point that most of the customers in the store expressed their frustration..You literally had to dig through orders to find yours...good luck.. 945am. order not done..reached out and the barista said said she would make it right away.. This store needs a manager who can direct staff and monitor orders otherwise its just a Starbucks Zoo Dissapointed at most and wondering how long this fiasco will go on at this store!
I have to say, I love this Starbucks for two reasons. 1. On the way to work. 2. Nice patio. - I order online every morning usually 8-15 minutes prior to arriving and 90% of the time I find myself waiting for additional 10 when I get there. What I’m struggling with is when I arrive, there is usually two to three standing around while one barista is doing the online orders only. I feel it would be more effective when the others are waiting for inside customers or drive thru customers, join in and help, but no one does. I’m still coming here but find it so much faster to come in and order because that person is always standing there waiting. It will get better, hope!
Took 18 minutes to make my mobile order first of all. After I received my order, it is the worst tasting coffee from Starbucks I have ever had. I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle. The drizzle was barely evident on the cup. The coffee tasted old. The service was slow and did not appear eager to rush to catch up. I have Starbucks everyday at least once a day, but I will not be back to this Starbucks.
Very snobby young people working here that think they’re better than the customers. Even though they work at Starbucks…..🤷♂️ Also, it took a long time to get my drink, even though there were very few people there. I really felt like they were intentionally taking their time. I’m not kidding…..
We have been to this location 2 different times where the employees treated us poorly. Looking at all the negative reviews are similar to what we experienced. The light colored african American girl getting impatient with us while ordering on one occasion. And the skinny african American with black glasses scolded us for passing the speaker to pickup our online order when there was noone in the dive thru and we had already placed an online order. Then when we asked for a straw for our drink she was rude. I immediately chatted with Starbucks, and they grateful reimbursed me and apologized. My thoughts are that if we had 2 seperate occasions of this happening it definitely sounds like the atmosphere created here is hostile, and that falls on those that are the managers. If the managers create an atmosphere of inconvenience and lacking customer care, then that is what is reflected in their employees.
I went to Starbucks today when I got my drink & drove off coffee started to spill all over my seat and pants I went back thru the drive thru and turns out the cup was cracked they remade my drink all wrong i told them it was incorrect they still proceeded to make it wrong again , very frustrating!!!
If I could give them a zero I would for service because customer service is non existent at this place. The way I’ve overheard them talk about customers on the inside to the rudeness in the drive through is ridiculous. The wait times are completely off so don’t go by that if you order ahead might as well order it there and attempt to wait. To be as busy as they are and the only Starbucks location in Red Oak it requires patience and none of the people that work there have it along with manners. Don’t bother saying thank you because you won’t get a you’re welcome. The fact I said thank you twice and got back silence then a nod of the head is ridiculous if you don’t know how to be polite in a drive through you need to get out the window. Let’s start with the fact I order not only DoorDash but mobile orders at about $30 a day as well and sometimes twice a day during the week and the bacon on my sandwiches are never done. The drinks hardly have all the ingredients consistently so with all that said I’m going to take it as a sign to keep my money in my pocket and put this habit of going here away! Today will be my absolutely last day spending money at this location do better.
Worst Starbucks ever. If one of their coffee machines isn't down then they are out of most of their ingredients and can only make certain drinks. If it's not any of those then it's the card reader and today it's the app reader too. So then can only take cash. It is always something with this Starbucks location and if you live in Red Oak then you know I'm not lying.
On December 24, at 1.55, I entered this shop and just wanted a coffee and a croissant. Unfortunately, even though I waited for 20 minutes, the products were still not prepared. When I told them that my waiting time was getting longer, they acted very indifferently as if they didn't hear me. I couldn't get an answer to my questions for minutes. The three people in the shop at that moment, 1 male and 2 females, did not help me. It was an incredibly dirty, neglected shop. There was no cleaning done. I will definitely complain. You must return my money to me. I have never encountered such bad and sullen service. I am very sorry and very angry. I'm leaving the shop right now without purchasing the products.
I went inside to pick up a delivery order and waited 7 mins before I had to just interrupt whatever someone was too busy doing just to be acknowledged. It’s so frustrating to see 11 pickup orders piling and lining up on the counter, while I’m in store waiting for an order. Customer service extremely poor on Tuesday October 17th 8:10 am. Especially from the lady with the long black wavy hair. I am not a ghost. Please treat people the way you want to be treated.
Went to the drive thru, there were NO cars in line. I ordered a frap and it was basically a cup of blended milk. I drove back to the drive thru window since there still were NO CARS in the drive thru to ask AZALEA could they remake it with more ice, it was too watery. She immediately became upset and yelled to me that I am to stop at the speaker first to let them know I am driving back up to the window to return the drink! I asked why, there are no cars in line? She took the drink back, slammed the window and walked off. I sat waiting and she never came back to the window, but sent Kaley instead. I asked Kaley for a manager’s name and she said Azalea WAS the manager. I said then what’s her boss’ name and she said with a smile there is no other manager. I asked what was Azalea’s name to make sure I read her name tag correctly and she said Alice and I said oh I thought her name tag read Azalea and she said sarcastically “oh is it?”. I was so confused as to why I was treated so rudely and given so much attitude when I just asked for my drink to be made properly because THATS WHAT I PAID FOR! I no longer wanted the drink for fear they spit in it and asked for a refund. Azalea refused to come back to the window but told Kaley to tell me she was just upset I didn’t stop back at the window first as if it’s a rule that I should be aware of! I have never been told that before EVER. She just made it up, which is ridiculous, even if it is procedure. NO ONE WAS IN LINE! KALEY was THE RUDEST, she flung the refund receipt at me and LITERALLY SLAMMED THE WINDOW CLOSED and walked off! There were NO apologies, NO professionalism displayed since it was their mistake, just rudeness!!! I now understand why they weren’t busy, this location is the worse Starbucks I have EVER visited and I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK. I do hope to hear back from the DISTRICT MANAGER (they refused to give me your name or contact info) of the Red Oak location because this is so unprofessional and unacceptable and I hope you care enough to make this right with your customers.
I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my experience at this location was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, barely acknowledged my presence. Customer service felt rushed and careless, which really took away from the usual experience. Hopefully, management addresses this
If I could do 0 I would the lady throw the food in the table she was not nice! The worse experience ever.

I’ve been to this location many times and finally deciding to post my experience. The caramel frap not good, they need to change barista, someone who can make w good drink worth the $7 I pay. I stopped going to this location. PS: Starbucks Please don’t bother to reply to my comment
If you’re traveling on 35, google maps will send you to this Starbucks and say it doesn’t add much time to your trip. The entire overpass here is destroyed with contraction and this Starbucks will add 30-45 min to any trip you’re making. Don’t stop here.
I go to this location very often and have been dissatisfied quite often so I decided to leave a review today. I get a matcha latte hot and ask to have it stirred very well. Today I asked the same and even asked again if it had been done prior to leaving. As I'm drinking it down I noticed clumps in my mouth so I looked inside and this is what I saw, huge clumps of matcha . This is unacceptable especially when I ask specifically to have it stirred very well.
Starbucks is located at 100 Sharaf Ave Red Oak, TX 75154 In the United States, I was met with racism and disrespect when my friend and I came to Cuppachino, a young black American girl misbehaved with us while we were shopping there, laughing without meaning, and disrespect. I am very sorry for what this girl has done to me and those who work with her also stood by the girl. I decided not to buy anything from Starbucks again
When we entered the store to order at the cashier, we were met by a weak, black-skinned girl with glasses wearing a pink shirt. When my friend and I ordered two cappuccinos, my friend spoke quickly. She asked him to repeat the order because she did not understand it. He repeated the order, but his language was not good because he was from Somalia. She burst out laughing at him in front of everyone and did not respect us at all. We tried to understand what was funny, but unfortunately she did not pay attention to us and continued laughing without respecting us. My Somali friend felt very embarrassed and hurt by this situation, as he felt shy and a kind of racism for his language. He left the store. I was the one who took the order and the worker continued laughing without any apology. I am very sorry for what is happening from these actions that do not honor the name of Starbags.
C’mon now Starbucks?! Yall are dead wrong for these little pieces of bacon!! These sandwiches were $5.25 each!! You gotta do better!! I love the drinks and the service and drinks is all I’ll be buying from Starbucks from now on. Tbh, yall really just need to stick to the drinks. Stop trying to sell everything and just focus on your niche. Jesus Christ
