I'm so happy to have an Arby's in Waxahachie again! The guy working the drive-thru was super nice, it took us MAYBE 7 minutes to get through the line (not a bad wait, I've waited longer in chickfila's line), and it was well worth the wait! We will definitely be back!
Everyone was really friendly for how busy it was. Food was, as always, excellent. We love the variety. Can't get enough of the Arby sauce! Service was excellent and wait was minimal.
The young man there was Fantastic with the serves.
Really good sandwich and orange cream shake…didn’t have to wait long. Dee was one of the sweetest servers I have ever had the privilege of speaking with; she needs a promotion.
Went through the drive thru. The lady was very nice, did not sound rushed. The window lady was very nice also. After ordering it was a 3 to 4 min wait. I altered an item and my order came out correct the first time.
Me and my parents went to dine in at this location food was good service was very good and i feel like this location needs more ppl at it because the manager was very nice to us while taking our order and even when we were on our way out the place thank you arbys waxahachie for this great visit.
Unfortunately, I did not go in, but it was my first time doing the Arby's experience 😅. I tell you what. I was very impressed with everything. But I do believe I need to do a repeat, so in the famous words of the terminator, I'll be back!!!!
Arbys was what was expected. They were busy during lunch, so while it seemed slow it was because they had a long drive thru line and several inside. I think they could have used some extra help. Otherwise, food tasted fine and staff while not super friendly weren't rude either. If you like Arbys food, I don't think this location is a bad choice as I haven't had a bad experience there yet.
So yesterday I ordered the Waygu steakhouse deluxe meal. Couldn’t really enjoy it bcuz there was too much sauce. Went back today (sauce on side) and it was the bomb yall!! Sooo good! Try it!
I went to Arby’s, yesterday morning. I was very pleased with the service I received. There’s a lady, by the name of Amber Shaw who proved to me, GREAT service isn’t dead. Awesome customer service, Amber. My wife and I will return, in hopes that you are working that day.
I have always loved Arbys Beef 'n Cheddar. It was always my favorite growing up. Sadly the nearest Arbys was 15 minutes in the opposite direction of where I live and my errands and such. So sadly I didn't go there but maybe 3 times in the last 4 years. But now this one is much closer to where I have to run my weekly errands. I have been here twice in 2 weeks and am very pleased. The staff was friendly both inside and when I went through the drive-thru. The food was hot and well made. I will be visiting again in the near future.
The Manager walked by and talked to us to see how was the food and even how we were doing and being the restaurant was slow, she stayed and talked to us like a friend for awhile, we talked like we knew each other for life. we enjoyed her company and conversation. Thank you for caring for your staff and customers.
The young lady that took our order done an exceptional job! we parked in the parking lot to eat before I started to drive. she come out and checked on us make sure everything was okay. some of the best service I have ever seen she really wanted to make sure her customers was happy !! GREAT JOB!!!!
I hadn't eaten at Arby's literally in 20+ years. I kid you not so imagine what I did when I seen their menu. 🤤 I needed a hour to check it out but the car behind me said hurry lady. So I got a beef and cheddar and crinkle fries. Everything freshly made and it didn't make it home. 😁😁 Oh they are the new sandwich shop. So I said no way and went back the next day for more of those delicious hot fries guess what I got delicious hot fries so hot you had to blow to eat them I'm a winner Arby's is my new sandwich shop shop for me.
Manager told me and a friend about a good special and saves us each about $5! Who does that these days??!!!! She was very friendly and even greeted us when we were getting in the car.
First time coming to the Waxahachie location and overall, this was the best experience i've ever had at an Arby's. There were 3 cars infront of us at the drive thru and we only had to wait 5 minutes. We ordered a double beef/cheddar, a classic beef/cheddar, and loaded curly fries, I alsod mentioned the app had a coupon for free loaded curley fries with the purchase of a double beef sandwich, she was able to quickly find and apply the discount. We rolled up to pay and were greeted by the sweet young lady working the window. Making small talk, I asked if she knew when the Waxahachie location was going to be recognized on the app, she giggled and answered honestly saying she didn't even know Arby's had an app until just then. 😅 We drove to our home in Ennis and the food was still hot and tasted amazing when we got there!
I've always loved Arby's. I have an unhealthy obsession with Horsey Sauce. Last time stopping by my 13 year old bottomless pit and I ordered the brisket bacon cheddar roast beef sandwich and some fries. Needless to say I have converted the uninitiated into a almost full child. Will be stopping by again.
The food was great but the ladies room was too dirty for my girl to use it. Our order had a mistake but the manager made it up with extra food so it's all good. I will go back again.
The mozzarella cheese sticks are very buttery tasting. Tasted great. Roast beast is the same as always, although I think the buns have gotten smaller. That's ok, but I recall them being larger in the past.

Love Arby's roast beef and cheddar and their Greek gyro. Last time I was here lobby was open. Now only the drive thru is open. It doesn't make sense that is why the 4 instead of 5 stars.
Struggled to understand the gal at drive through. Kept having her repeat herself. Could not understand her. She is telling me it was because of her mask. Order was screwed up. Got it straightened up. I tjought.. ended up with 2 extra sandwiches we did not order. But, did not discover until we got home..
Food was much better this time especially the beef and cheddars finally tasted like sliced roast beef and not leather.. I would have waited 2 more minutes in the line to make sure the mozzarella sticks were cooked all the way because they are usually the best thing there I can always count on being delicious.
Very good Arby's fast service staff were super friendly and food was very good.

I purchased the new Americano Roast Beef and it was tasty. I wanted the Pecan Chicken Sandwich, but they were out of some of the ingredients to make it... 😔
Me a d the wife went there for lunch today. The place was clean but the guy was well a bit dull or maybe just didnt want to be there. The loaded Frys tasted like they had sat there a while. There was very little ranch on them. Very little bacon and alot of cheese in one spot on mine. The bowl my wife had was the same way except it was only half full. The shakes was great. As was the cheese sticks. The mac n cheese wasnt bad honestly. Will be back for more motz sticks and shakes. I do not believe this review will be shared as stated below.
I’m so sad!! I’m heavily pregnant and have been majorly craving a buffalo chicken wrap. To my surprise, I saw that Arby’s had one! I went tonight to Waxahachie even though I live in a nearby town, because well, baby decided it MUST be an Arby’s buffalo chicken wrap. I order $40 worth of food for myself and my family. The server repeated the order back to me… yep, still getting my buffalo chicken wrap. I check the bags and all seems to be there and in order. I get home, open my wrap and it’s a HONEY MUSTARD chicken and bacon wrap. I was so sad and disappointed because it’s too far a drive to go back at this point, and now I’m dinnerless, pregnant and hungry still!
I went to the one in waxahachie, that shift or the shift from last night did not clean! Food and trash all over the lobby. The bathroom was not stocked or cleaned either.. Nobody was manning the counter, so I had plenty of time to look in kitchen area. The kitchen WAS clean. That's the only reason I did eat there... The kids working was very slacking... No reciept, no sauce offered, no napkins.
I love Arby's but I asked for unsweet tea received sweet and try sandwich. No Arby's sauce in the bag. Also do not like seasoned curly fries. Give us a choice. I will try again and update stars if appropriate.
Food tastes good here and is fresh & hot. The reason I chose 3 stars is because there have been repeated times over a year or two of coming here that there has been at least 1 or 2 items missing from my drive-thru order. More recently, my son’s French dip was missing in an order from just over a week ago. Last night, a Beef & Cheddar was also missing, but this time I caught it in time and let them know so I could get it before leaving. So food is great here, just a warning to double check your drive-thru order to make sure everything is in there before you drive off.
The food is good. But the service was okay. I was only one to order food while in the restaurant and had to wait a long time for my food. It was to go, when I got home realized I didn't get everything I ordered. I really enjoy the food and am just disappointed in the service.
My experience in the drive thru was just about par. The wait wasn't long, but the service wasn't great. The food was great! The soda was somewhat flat. The location is nice, though. I like how the parking lot and drive thru are setup. I haven't been inside yet, but it looks well kept and clean. All-in-all, the food is still great! If you are okay with the basic service and experience, you'll enjoy your visit.
First time to Arby’s in years and we were not very impressed. Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 wraps and and order of crinkle fries, not a complex order. Received the wraps but no fries. I noticed as we were driving away and my husband did not want to bother going back. I tried to call the number on the receipt 2x and it sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung up both times, so I’m writing to let you know you have a couple of problems that are not good for business.

There no customer service at this restaurant. No one was in the drive and we waited 5 mins to place our order. When we pulled up to the window the employee taking orders was walking around with a fake baby. There are plenty of employees just a lack of management. COVID’s over get back to work.
I ordered 12 classic beef and chedders. Was told they were not on the 2 for $6.00 menu. Should have been $36 for the 12, but got charged $72. I am not happy at all!!!
Sandwiches were cold, and tasted like yesterday. I ordered 4 sandwiches and only got 3. When I noticed their mistake I went up to the counter, but they were all in the back of the restaurant. I called out several times but no response. I rang the bell and opened the entrance door still no response. Finally someone came to the front, but that sandwiche was cold as well.
All I wanted were my sandwiches I ordered through the app. I got there 10 min early and they refused to make them, even during them the receipt/order. Lead was nasty about it. So many choices on 77, I see why they are empty most of the time. Good app, well run behind the counter. They have no soul, just a machine.
Ordered an advertised special. I was one of three people in dining area. Paid for good and waited for a long time. Finally went to the counter and the young lady had forgotten my order and so I waited at the counter while it got prepared. Sat down and had to go back and get a fork. Sat down and had to go back to get the ranch dressing. The girl said she was sorry for my wait but was otherwise unconcerned.
Coming from someone who has worked in customer service for 15 years and 8 of those being managing a DQ—- Usually the service here is great. Maybe it has switched hands. Today, my husband placed a pick-up order in my name and I ran through the drive thru to grab it since I had a sleeping toddler with me. I was told it wasn’t ready to park, wait, and come inside to get it. Now because there are ZERO cars in the drive through, I go inside to get it after waiting the instructed “5 minutes”, wait on 2 ladies to take the same man’s order (which I understand training). Get ignored then finally she asked if I had been helped since there are zero orders on the pick up table and the order is unlabeled, I tell her who I am and let her know I didn’t appreciate her telling me to come in side when I’ve never had an issue getting a pick up order for their drive thru or any other location. She told me that their times are more important. The sleeping toddler in my car is more important than your DT times, when a solution would’ve been “it’s not quite ready yet, can you drive back through in about 5 minutes?” Not park wait and come inside!!!!
Very disappointed in quality of beef. Bought 4 beef n cheddar and the meat was tough and cut too thick..like eating cardboard. Don't get to eat at Arby's very often due to distance and was looking forward to a good meal but didn't happen. All went in the trash. On the positive side..manager was very nice and put me on the "make it right" list. Asked questions about the reasons I wasn't satisfied so she could correct issues. I'll go back and keep my fingers crossed!
Went to order food for the family at the drive thru. They forgot 2 sandwiches and I had to make a 30 min round trip back up there to go get them. When I got hoem the second time and opened my sandwich up, this is the sad excuse for a beef and cheddar I was greeted by. There is more sauce in the sauce packs than were on my sandwich...
Fast food turned into a 25 minute wait. Then I watched them give my order to another customer, he returned it and then called us up. It's was still missing an order of fries Workers should pay more attention to detail.
Is this place in waxahachie if it is this place is the world's worse place to get your food thru the drive-thru. Made to wait 20 minutes to order. Then the employee wad rude. The food was good but service was the worst I've EVER had in my 67 years.
Service was great. Food was ridiculous. The sandwich felt like it came out of a refrigerator. Y'all need to do better.
DOOR-DASHER experience: I arrived to pick up an order at 7:35 but the inside lobby was closed so I just went through the drive through instead. Despite they’re only being three cars in front of me in line it took 40 minutes to get to the window, then they asked if I could wait at the front of the store and they will bring my order out to me. So I waited out front for another 15 minutes then I decided to call. After calling I found that they apparently couldn’t make the order but refused to tell me why… the manager was extremely rude and short tempered.. I will actively avoid this location from now on.
Two orders this week through door dash. First one a few small things were missing. Second one missing all the sides and sauces. No mozzarella sticks, no fries, no cheese sauces. Sounds like the Arby’s in Midlothian and Red Oak will be getting more business. Oh, and, everything we did get today was cold.
I placed a order through the drive through and the guy on the speaker repeated the order correctly as well as the young lady at the window, but when I got home all 3 sandwiches weren't the way we ordered. Someone( the manager) needs to make sure the customers orders are correct before the customer ever gets it. I'm sadly disappointed in how long the wait was and even after all the waiting for the order to be wrong. I live in Midlothian and won't be back to this store.
As of right now I have waited in the drive thru like for 30 minutes, and I still haven’t made it to the window. When we tried to order Kim rudely tried to tell us that they were about to close and that we needed to leave DESPITE the fact that there were four cars ahead of us and three cars behind us. We literally could not leave!!!! Finally someone else came on the speaker and took our order but apparently we ordered too much because their attitude quickly went south. ** I just made it to the window where a man was trying apologize to us for the wait, just to be interrupted by a young girl saying “give them their damn food.” I am already SO disappointed with this location.
I went to the waxahachie arby's Yesterday to take my mom to lunch. We ordered the new fish sandwich. It was over 6 dollars each. I had to wait around the back for 61/2 Min. When it arrived, I just drove to some shade because it was so hot. When we opened the sandwich it was dark brown!!! It was burned and very dried out. I have tried all day to call to speak to a manager, but phone is not being answered. Not a good way to start a new item. Poor service, and should not have even been brought to us. Not good.
I already sent a message to the main office, so please don't say the same thing on every comment. Phones don't work, web site hours are wrong or they are not open when it says, time stamp on ticket is wrong when I got home (30 min drive) with 1 Rueben sandwich and curly fries there was no sauerkraut. We won't be back. 3 people standing in the drive through area by the window talking. It's very sad.
I can't review the food from here, just the slow (absent) service. I walk in after giving up on the non-moving drive through. Restaurant itself is missing a cleaning team too, by the way. Nobody in line, I think this should be a pretty easy place an order and leave scenario. On the contrary, 8 minutes of standing at the counter not even greeted by a single worker in the kitchen. Eye contact was made a couple of times, so I know they saw me, but not a soul bothering to help me after 8 minutes. I walked out. I would rate with zero Stars I could, the one star makes it look like the kind of tried but the truth is they didn't. Won't be going back here.
$9.51 for a large shake (same size as a 16oz water bottle) and small mozzarella sticks. Had to wait for them and the shake was sour. Poor value with poor quality consistently.
Horrible, the dining room was closed and only the drive thru was open. I ordered my food and they told me they're short staffed. I understand that a lot of businesses are short staffed but I didn't need the attitude. I asked for Arby's sauce, didn't get any. I won't be back.
Ordered three roast beef got two! Ordered two curly fries got none! Asked for arby sauce got horserelish sauce. Only drive thru open and had long line. Noticed after driving off. I think I got someone else’s order. I was so mad. I would give zero stars if I could!
The only thing restaurants are doing these days is takeout, so you think it would be the best ever. After paying almost $20 for just 2 sandwiches and 2 fries and drinks, both the fries and sandwiches were cold. If you want people to come get takeout from you in the future, I'd recommend making sure the food is actually hot.
My beef and cheddar came with almost no cheddar. I asked for more and was told the machine outputs that amount and more would be an extra dollar. I showed it to them and it obviously was not nearly as much as there should be. I ended up paying another dollar for a tiny cup of cheese for my sandwich and won't be back again.
I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food restaurants since I tend to expect and receive average service, but this experience was awful and we won’t be returning. There were 3 cars in front of us and it took nearly an hour for us to finally reach the drive thru window. There were no apologies or explanation for the long wait and I get the feeling this is the norm for this location after reading other reviews. The red oak location takes about 5 minutes to give us our food
Arby's has the meats!!! Thats right..most of their sandwiches are really good. But... maybe... they just need to stay in the barnyard and foget the whole boat thing...as their fish meal is well...soo not worth the price. Paid $14 for this meal ugghh....and was totally disappointed. Ate one piece of their five piece fish sticks and threw it out, went down the street to Canes for some chicken. I was hangry to say the least. Sorry Arby's...but I think you should stay off of the boat and get back to the barnyard where you belong.
Was disappointed. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and when I opened the bag it was a chicken sandwich. It was the only thing I ordered. It was to far to go back to exchange. I took one bit and threw it away. It taste like it was left over from the day before.
Finally, in my adult life, I can afford a regular roast beef.... how disappointing it was. Seriously, its like they made a jr roast beef or something, only 3 pieces of roastbeef and the bun. Dry, bland, and no sauce in the bag. At least they got it to me fast, I guess.
Worst experience in drive thru I've had in awhile. Waxahachie Tx location. Given wrong price at speaker (drive thru) and was not honored at window. Just asked "do you want it or not" .... young employees w immature thinking in customer service!!! Will NEVER bring returning customers!! Sunday 1/30/2022 @ 430PM Central Time. No recommendations
The person taking my was VERY RUDE.. The cashier at the drive thru window wad very nice and polite. Food was good. Found out the person taking my order was the manager. She needs to learn how yo be polite. Will not go there again.
I went here with my daughter and the "manger" Lynetta was very rude. I have never not once seen a manger so unprofessional. I told her that i got the wrong burger and she said we should have called to report it instead of coming the next day with no burger, like what am i supposed to do? keep the burger for another 24hours. i asked for a refund and she claimed that she could not pull up a tab. not happy at all.
The cashier didn't speak up well. She fidgeted while she took my order. Took 15-20 minutes to get my food after I placed my order. I ordered crinkle fries and received curly fries instead. Didn't ask them to change it because I didn't want to wait any longer. Ordered the French dip & swiss sandwich. The sandwich was good. Had to ask for my sauce to dip it in. The sauce was room temperature. Not good! The place was not busy when I was there. It was after the lunch rush. Will be quite awhile before I go back to this location again!
Ordered 2 large roast beef and cheddar meals. Paid over $30. Ate a curly fry leaving the drive thru and they were already cold. Got home and opened 2 small regular roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. Very disappointed and will not return.
Had trouble multiple times but this time takes the cake. Ordered 3 meals and they only gave us 2 meals. No apology just charged us again and then we waited forever. All our meals ended up coming out smalls despite telling them over and over what we wanted. They had no trouble charging us for mediums but didn't give us that. Also my Mom asked 3 times for regular fries and still got all curly. Again no apology whatsoever. Done.
I order a classic. Roast Beef and ended up with a beef and cheddar. I went and tried to exchange letting them know I was given the wrong sandwhich. Guess what... after 2 employees rolling their eyes and then handing me a second sandwhich, that was wrong also and probably the same sandwhich I handed them. I ate it because I was starving and did not want to take the chance of getting another sandwhich. I hate this place now.
This place is the best of “ain’t got”. Always out of key items and they can’t seem to get orders correct if their life depended on it. I’ve never seen them very busy yet these things happen. Forget trying to reach them by phone, the line is always busy. Today was my last time trying. I ordered a turkey gyro and got beef. I ordered Dr Pepper and got a Diet Coke!
I grabbed some food through the drive through, and when I got home noticed I didn’t receive my fries so I called back to get a refund receipt in hand, and was told I had to physically come back to the store to receive a refund and that they would not be waiving anything else unless I returned the food I was not happy then when I asked for a GM supposedly the owner got on the phone hung up several times then when I finally got the supposed GM I was still told I had to come back to the store. Terrible experience and terrible customer service I would definitely make sure to check your order before you leave cause you probably won’t get your money back if they don’t put it in the bag. Update been 2 full days after filling complaint with customer service or corporate and still haven’t heard back from anyone so if you want a good place that steals from you Arby’s is the place to go.
We went there for supper tonight. Stood in lobby talking to each other while a worker from drive thru walked through on her phone and did not acknowledge the front counter. Husband made a loud noise and we waited a few more minutes no one came to front so we left. You could also hear workers talking in the back. Also, there are at least 8 sandwiches just sitting under the heat lamp. I'm not sure how long they had been there.
Whoever is working tonight 11/8/21 at 6:30 pm needs a refresher on how to treat customers and not to serve food they wouldn't eat themselves. We should have left when the girl in the drive thru gave us attitude and rushed us. We couldn't finish a sentence without being interrupted. The slider for the kids meal had soggy bread on one side and stale on the other side. The fries were not even warm. Terrible service. Oh yeah and the wings had so much sauce my husband couldn't even eat them it was so overwhelming. I forgot why we haven't been to Arbys in forever, thanks for the reminder...management needs to check on their night crew.
First, I love Arby's sandwiches and potato cakes. But not when they are cold, and definitely not when I sat and waited for the cold food for 30 minutes at the drive through window. And then had to go back into the store because part of the order was missing. Was so excited for this location to open, but it has quickly become a perfect example of how to not operate a fast food location.
I haven’t eaten at Arby’s and never will again. My husband ordered the roast beef and also a chicken sandwich. He found hair in his chicken sandwich. I ordered the new hush puppy coated fish with fries. The fries were overcooked and the fish appeared to be soaked in oil. The fish and fries tasted like they had been cooked in old grease.
Ordered a straight forward meal. Nothing special, no alterations, just a simple order. Got the the window and paid for my meal, however after I paid the employee came back to the window and got in a shouting match with me saying I owed them 22 dollars (my meal was 9 dollars). Once I finally pulled out my receipt to show that I had infact already paid she cooled off a little bit. If this incident involved 2 different employees I could understand the confusion, but what makes it worse is that it was the same employee, and the interactions were less than 2 minutes apart. I won't be returning, and would suggest looking elsewhere for food if you're in that area.
Updated 4-2-22 The drive thru menu has teeny tiny numbers on it, my husband and I had to get out our phone cameras to zoom in and read. Also, we were in the drive thru for so long that we put our car in park and rolled the windows down. Gas is too high for service to be this slow. Unfortunately, I'm having to change my 3 star review to 1. But the food is still tasty!
Meat cut to thick, ordered a beef and cheddar and it had a slice of cheese not cheese sauce. Ordered 4 cups of cheese for our fries and we didnt get them, had to go back in and get them at which point they were super put out that they had to fix their mess up. Overall just disappointed at the service, definitely not what I expect from Arbys. They are few and far between and I drove almost an hour to get these meals so not happy to say the least.
We went about 30 minutes after opening! The lady said I will be with you in a moment. To which I responded you are okay take your time. She asked what she can gets us and we got confused about some deals for online only. That's when she started being rude. So we briefly ( I mean like less than 10 seconds) were discussing which sandwich with each other. The lady just kept standing there rolling her eyes at us. So we walked out and went somewhere else. Our first time in that location too.
Joe and Kathy the manager were not honoring the 2-5 happy hour deal and would not give me the crinkled fries at $1 that is shown on their AD, and instead gave me a bunch of oily curly fries. Despite multiple requests to sell me fries shown on the AD(crinkled fries) Kathy said their computer would not show that price and thus they could not honor it. Zero customer service skills from the management of this Arby's. Every other Arby's doesn't care which fry to give these guys. Get new management please. Completely inflexible and don't care about customers.
Made wrong choice of their so called steak burger meal, first of all over cooked and not fresh, no taste, sloppy burger absolutely squashed and as if been sat on, too much what ever sauce. Curly fries hard as rocks , out of ketchup . Unfortunate as we usually enjoy their roast beef but this stopped that due to lack of care for the customer.
I ordered a beef n chedouble meal and a cup of cheddar. I got fries that weren't even full, the cup of cheddar was not even half full and the sandwhich...was a regular roast beef without even any sauce!!!! No beef n cheddar. I will for sure avoid this Arby's location. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 what a waste of time. I am so disappointed and upset. I didn't get pics of cheese and fries but I did of the sandwich
Manager and owner are rude people .think they are running a 5 star Michelin restaurant. First visit got cold fries they rolled eyes made me wait ten minutes ( place was empty). I explained to mgr ,I was done eating my food Went up 2x bout fries.she offers free sandwich Then say I'm kidding, Rude unprofessional mgr, going on about her being salary and won't get bonus if she gives a free fry out. How her fry girl makes more No what go drop fries Get new job
When i went it took almost 30 minutes just to get my food. And everyone was just playing around a guy came and brought me my food and he kept holding his pants up bc they kept falling down. Then when I got a food there was so many hairs in my food. I would not recommend going there.
I’ll never eat here again I order the new turkey sandwich it was full of mayo and grape jelly no meat fries was cold and it was 11:15 I’m the morning a waste of my money and I’m from out of town
I would give less than a 1 for the rude manager working the drive thru. He didn't speak and handed the food bags to me like they were contaminated.
I went to Arby's and was getting ready to order my food and the employee that was working the counter. He was getting an in the register and he looked up like he was going to take my order. I was getting ready to order and he said I am doing an order I will be with you in a minute. He was very unprofessional and just rude as hell. I wouldn't even give this Arby's a one-star if I could give a zero Stars they don't even deserve zero Stars. It's one of the worst Arby's I've ever been to. I've always liked Arby's, but this Arby's in waxahachie has very rude employees. They need to close the doors and call it a day. I won't be coming back
wife went thru the drive in and ordered a regular and large sandwich and two orders of curly fries with extra sauce. She had to pull up and wait for her order. When she got home two regular size with cheese that were cool, one order of fries that was ice cold and no sauce!!! Hope whoever got our order enjoyed it. Tried call but no answer. Threw both meals in the trash and had a can of soup.Not the first time got home with the wrong stuff.
It was my first time (and last time) to this location. Bought one sandwich. I handed them my cash. The girl handed me my change and said "$2.87 was my change". The window closed, I went to put my change in my purse, and I only had $1.87. When she came back, I told her and she asked if I was sure. I have worked in retail. This is why you count back the change to the customer so you both know the change is correct. The general manager then came to the window and said they would have to count the drawer and couldn't right then because there were customers behind me. I could either leave my name and phone number, and they could call me tonight after they counted the drawer, or I could come inside while they counted it. If I had time for that, I wouldn't have gone through the drive-thru. All of this over one dollar. They need to retrain their cashiers on how to count money. I recommend if you go to this location, check your receipt and pay with a card (or instead insist they count the change back to you). If I go to Arby's again, it won't be to this location.
We ordered a large double beef and cheddar combo and a small classic beef and cheddar combo. It was 6pm but they were not busy. Got home with a large fry half full and a small fry with literally 5 fries inside and both were cold plus a double beef on a sesame seed bun, no cheddar or sauce and a regular beef on a sesame seed bun, no cheddar or sauce. Called to see if they would do anything but noone answered. Did not go back to the restaurant to fix it, wasnt worth my time. Will never go to Waxahachie Arbys again, it wasnt our first bad experience but thought we'd try again and now we regret it.
