Shania is an amazing waitress, she was always on the spot with everything so respectful and genuine if only i could pick my waitress it would be her everytime. The food was also great, its one of the only deli restaurants I eat at now.

We were served by Grace and she was amazing. It was only her 4th day working there and she was very friendly and got our complicated order quickly and completely correct!! Kind of unusual in the days we live in right now. She was a breath of fresh air!

Very good experience! Even though there was a wait for spuds, the manager Rika came out personally to let us know and was extremely kind and apologetic. That level of communication and care really stood out and made the experience so much better. The staff was friendly, attentive, and you could tell they truly care about their customers. Great service like that always deserves recognition — we will definitely be back!

I had the best dining experience of the year, thanks to Assistant Manager Sharika at the Waxahachie, TX McAlister’s! I had a long, complicated order for 7 people that included soup, hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, side dishes & cake. Sharika handled it with such confidence and accuracy! Every person’s meal was labeled with their name, correctly served hot/cold, included the correct sides, and was completely ready-to-go when I arrived for pick-up. She even helped carry it to my car! Our guests all enjoyed the food and I enjoyed the quality of the service! We’ll be back soon! Many thanks!

The service was outstanding! The food was delivered quickly after ordering. Wherever a staff member would deliver food, they would ask the tables in that area if they needed anything. All of the staff were friendly and were genuine in their desire to serve you. I have been to a few McAllister's Delis in a couple of states and one of the reasons we continue to go to them is the food quality is consistently delicious.

I had to take a moment to write a review for this store and their amazing manager Chelsea. I came in around 10:30am needing a large order asap explaining it was a catering size and I was in a pickle. Her staff was glad to help and went above and beyond with getting it made asap. Chelsea jumped in the kitchen herself to help and other, each team members all took a portion of the order to get it made and me out the door with in less than 10 min. She could have easily told me no or that I had to order in advance. I thanked them over again. Very impressed and will be using this location again for catering needs in the future (: -Taylor from Tarrant Roofing.

Grilled chicken on a croissant was very tasty. The chicken was sliced thin, and the toppings tasty. The bacon spud could have been fresher. I like to eat my potato skin, but I wouldn't recommend it. Tea was generous and made even more so with a refill to go. Price not bad considering the tea was free, a benefit of using the app. The app works fine. The atmosphere was pretty good, not too noisy, but it was the middle of the afternoon. The service was excellent.

The food was awesome. The service was great. The vibe was super chill, with some cool 90s tunes playing. Everything was clean, and the staff was really friendly.

Customer service was good. The service was quick. Lots of dining space and staff were frequently cleaning tables. I got an Arnold Palmer and it was fair. The southwest chicken salad was large with lots of lettuce. The chicken was tender. The dressing was good just not enough. Sure I could have asked for more but didn't bother. The BLT was meh. The bacon wasn't crisp and they didn't use any sandwich spread. I've eaten here before and this was my first average experience. I still rate this location a 4. Update: I appreciate the responsiveness of management. I will visit again because this location has always been above average with quality customer service. The sandwich wasn't bad just not what I've always experienced here. Anyone has an off day.

How do you mess up a ham and cheese melt? Nuke the meat until its shriveled snd tough. How do you ruin a customer service experience? Have a dude taking orders who is more fascinated with saying things rapidly than being clear and coherent. I was on break therefore I had no interest in complaining, but I'll make a better choice as to where I spend my money next time. Broccoli cheese soup was watery as a bonus.

The service was solid, food was ready by the time I showed up to pick up. Staff is friendly enough and the place is clean and tidy. One of my office mates enjoyed her salad and cheese and broccoli soup! I ordered the Reuben which was wildly good(it was a tad small) but great tasting. My other buddy had the French dip and something wasn't right. Bread was fine, the ju was fine, but the meat was a bit off. I recommend eating here over Panera. *** Edit We gave them another shot today and it was much worse. I ordered a Cesar salad on the side and most of the lettuce was wilted and some even browning. I ordered the spicy turkey melt and the bread was burned l, the avocado was brown, the spring mix looked old. I will not be returning here to get slapped with pricey food that is inedible. I'm not sure what the issue is, but this is completely unacceptable. I threw the $16.00 sandwich away and will eat when I get home from work tonight at 10pm.

This is a nastiest McAllister‘s. I’ve ever been to the soup is watery, and there was a piece of corn in my sandwich. How disgusting. When we got there, they rushed us. Wouldn’t even let us look at the menu regardless of them being busy. I’ve only been to a McAllister’s twice so I needed to look at the menu, but I just ordered real fast to get out of the way and this is the nasty food they brought out.

Had 30 minutes to go grab food for lunch, just to get back to work and realize your staff cant read. Ordered my food with NO AVOCADO, because im allergic just to open it cover2d in avocado. So thank you to the staff for wasting my money and lunch.
