Ate here for the basketball semifinals! Great food and atmosphere!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings beer battered onion rings with southwestern ranch sauce. I haven't found another restaurant with onion rings that I find superior. The strawberry lemonade is good too, and I ordered both on this visit. I visited here at night with 6 other people, and we had a great time. Our table ordered two 30 count bone-in wings with 5 different sauce flavors on each. We had no complaints. It wasn't busy when we visited, and table service was good. I'd definitely consider returning to this location if it wasn't too far off my path between significant destinations.

If you ever come to Buffalo Wild Wings in Waxahachie definitely ask for Tim. Tim’s customer service and ability to read the room is superb and he’s super friendly. Everything was on point, beers, old fashion whiskey, wings, sides, and even the music. Definitely one of my top experiences at a BBW. Thanks again Tim. See you all next time! Dr. Cook

Working at the hospital close to here me and my coworkers visit sometimes 3 times a week. Our usual waitress is Jen and she does such an awesome job! She already knows what we drink, what we order and has to-go drinks ready! Me and other coworkers haven't had any complaints and the food is always on point. 10/10 will be back! Busy place with a 15 minute wait to sit inside. We ended up sitting outside as it wasnt looking like it was going to be 15 maybe another 15. We were greeted by our server . he was friendly and on his A game. Patient and it was impressed. Drinks were okay a little light on alcohol though. Appetizer sampler was okay. Food was great. Service was good. We picked up our order to go and notice that we were missing a box of fries. We ordered lemon pepper and buffalo seasoning on the 2nd. The lemon pepper we received had to be the smallest amount of fries I had ever seen for $4.00 a box. Went back in to get the Buffalo fries to which they did, but when they came back they only had one box to which they combined both in a single box. 🤔 now what was the purpose of that since we ordered two separate kinds!! Dumb !!

The food was okay, but wasn't extremely impressed. Hubby had a chicken sandwich (kind of small) and I had a chicken wrap. The taste was okay. I will say that our server, Lloyd, was very attentive, and kind. I don't know that we will be back though. I just didn't feel that the food was as good as the hype.

Got there around 5 p.m., not many customers today was seated promptly, our waitress took a good 5 minutes to show up at the table to get a drink order, which at that time we knew what we wanted to order, so food order was placed with our drinks. Food came out at a reasonable time, our waitress didn't check on us very often which surprised me being the restaurant was very slow on customers. The waitress was nice and friendly but slow on checking on our needs.

We had called our order in. We were given the time to arrive. I arrived a couple of minutes early to find my order waiting. My wife’s cooked extra crispy and mine finished just the way I like them. Service was prompt, pleasant and I was out the door. Job well done!

Sat at the bar. Took bartender 8 minutes to acknowledge us, because he was talking to a friend. Ordered fries with Chipotle BBQ dry rub, and they were good once mixed up the seasoning around the fries. Wings were good as usual.

So this was our first time at this location!! It was super nice inside with all the diff games and races on each of the TVs everywhere. I love when we were sat they gave each of my 4 kids tablets with FREE games on the. I guess this is a new thing here versus giving kid menus out that kids do even touch these days lol. Our server was great. The food was great too!!! My only very SERIOUS problem/concern I had was that the floors in the restaurant were badly planned. They are designed to look like court floors and it was extremely slick. It was raining outside and they had a few of the restaurant mat/rugs played out but the issue wasnt going in and out of the restaurant. It was actually the longer mat and the entrance going in and out of the kitchen where we got sat. Within 3 min I saw THREE people slip. One guy fell with a baby in arms as he was leaving and passed by 5 employees standing around and he walked thru them, 2 were standing by the kitchen entrance. The carpet coming from the kitchen went out into the restaurant too and he slipped on the edge of it and fell so hard on his hip with a baby on his other hip and all the employees stared at him and the manager was the only one who slightly helped. The guy was so embarrassed he hurried up and left. :/ The 2nd incident was MY OWN KID coming from the bathroom with my hubby. He slipped on the rug and both his legs went out to the each side of him. He was fine. My point is this is a HUGE safety issue. What if a handicapped person had fallen in that spot?! This needs to be looked after ASAP!!! OVERALL OUR EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD EXCEPT WITNESSING THESE INCIDENTS.

Edit: I just want to update this. A week ago I wrote this review and my husband and I have come back and sat in the bar area. We have noticed a HUGE change. The manager, I think his name is Tim, was very active with picking up plates and glasses. I'm not totally sure if it was due to this review, but I wanted to let you all know that it was definitely noticed. The service from the bartender was fantastic too. Let me start by saying that my husband and I are regulars here. We typically come on the days when Anastasia is working at the bar and normally would be very happy with the service. On this particular day, 1/30/2019, we arrived with my in laws and son. When we arrived, we waited at the door for about 5-6 minutes for someone to greet us. There were no employees to be seen around 1130am. Once finally greeted and taken to the table, we had to ask for the table and seats to be cleaned due to food on the seats and leftover sticky soda on the table. Haylee promptly approached us and took our drink orders. While she was friendly and the order was correct, we still had to ask multiple times for things, and at one point, my husband had to get up and go to the bar and get the limes I had asked for. It took more than ten minutes to receive just a cup of sauce. The wings were so dry that I was afraid to send them back due to how long it took for us to even receive the order. The thing that has irritated me the most about this is that the dishes and beer glasses were left sitting on the edge of the table waiting to be picked up and they were never tended to. They just kept piling up. At one point, one of the managers (dark hair) even walked by, looked RIGHT AT THEM and just kept going! He even had an empty tray in his hand and didn't pick up one plate or beer glass. We finished our 2nd round of drinks with the plates and glasses like that before flagging down another server and asked her to remove them. This was definitely not acceptable.

There were hardly any pickles on our fried pickles order. And there were four of us and what was there were stuck and not fully cooked. Other than that, Courtney was great as our waitress. And loved the triple bacon cheeseburger though it's misleading cuz we thought it had three meats.

We have loved this location for the 4 years we’ve lived here. The food and service are always dependably great! Kit is our favorite server but we haven’t seen him in a while so the others have been great as well. The last 2 Fall seasons though, while they constantly advertise for it, they continue to not have San Adams Octoberfest. I look forward to this beer every year and knowing I can go to BWWs and have the coldest Octoberfest on draft, while watching football is why we usually go in 3-4 times in September and again in October. This year they have yet to carry it from the last week in August when we went, the 2 times in September and from then I have called 3 times, including again today, and they have not had it any of those times. Very disappointing and the reason we have stayed home and enjoyed our own food and Octoberfest since this location was out of it or just never brought in this season. We will be back later in the year but during the Octoberfest season, we will avoid this location if they cannot carry it, even though they advertise for it.

This is a typical bw3. The food is decent, bar service is excellent. They have good lunch specials. The music can be loud. They put food on a cart outside the kitchen for servers to deliver. Sometimes things sit there and are delivered less than hot.

I was just disappointed in the food. My wings were hard like it was cooking in old oil. I ordered 6 original lemon pepper and it had no lemon pepper. It seemed like someone just sprinkled lemon pepper on there after they wore cooked and it didn't stick to the wings. The fried pickles didn't have that sour taste from a dill pickle. Tasted more bread than pickle. Service was great and all the sports events were entertaining.

One of the better BWW's that i've been to.. Service has always been ok.. Food is hot and fresh.. the only complaint is that sometimes it does look rather dirty.. the floors were sticky near the bar.. and we've had a dirty table... take out is always a breeze. Overall a good experience.

I am not certain why I keep giving this location a chance, everytime I'm here the service is terrible, the servers never seem to know what they are doing and all employees just walk around as if they oblivious to what is going on around them. I sit and wait for a server for quite a while, drinks go empty, food comes out at all different times, my daughters were finished with their meal by the time mine came out. Typically when people go out to eat they want to eat together if something takes longer to cook you make that first, before it's done start the other items so they all come out together. This store definitely needs work.

We use to go here a lot but have not been in a few months. The service really declined. They became slow with the orders, whether they were busy or not, and the wait-staff didn't really seemed to care. At our last visit, my friend pulled a long hair out of her nachos (yuck!). The food is pretty good, most of the time, but if they want to retain customers, they should address their customer service.

My friend and I are having lunch here. He ordered a bloody Mary and a beer. The guy brought him a beer. I ordered tea but decided to have a bloody Mary also. The manager and the server REFUSED TO bring us 2 drinks at one table. We aren't intoxicated or rude. The manager accused me of wanting to give the Bloody Mary to my friend. But, THEY WILL GIVE US a PITCHER OF BEER if we ordered it. He said THAT THE BEER IS 1.6 as a DRINK. So, it's like 2 drinks. They didn't ask him which drink he wanted. They just didn't ever bring him a Bloody Mary. We also waited forever for our order to be taken. I've never been treated so rudely or like a criminal in my whole life. I feel like I'm being treated like a child and a criminal. We are actually nice people who just wanted a meal and a drink. I wanted to leave. What's funny is they my friend is actually a contractor who works for BWW Corporate office as a builder. And, he claims that every BWW was supposed to change the chicken serving according to ounces, not wing count after COVID. He ended up with 10 small wings and drums. So, if this is the case, this location has not updated their menu accordingly.

Went here for dinner and sat at the bar like we do for most places thinking that the bartender and the people would be great. Bartender probably talked to us maybe 3 times one to get us plates, order food, and take back our cold food. The manager Phil made our drinks both rounds and talked to us more than the bartender. She only catered and chatted up to her regulars. She could have cared less about us. There were 2 young men who had one beer each probably been waiting forever for their bill. Our fried pickles were under cooked. Our fries and wings came out cold. The drinks were good, thanks to Phil. My husband and I love a good bar to watch the game but needless to say we will not be coming back.

These two new girls on Friday night working the bar have zero customer service skills. I came in alone, but others who came in with someone else were waited on almost immediately.I waited over 10 minutes to even be noticed with 3 people sitting at the bar top. I finished by first drink and it sat empty for another 10 minutes which the other bar tender cleaned the drain. The other one flat out refused to even pay attention to me. It just felt like neither of them wanted to be there. I come here frequently but will be coming less.

My family of 5 went on a Tuesday because it was BOGO burgers. We go here often but usually get wings and my oldest son is the only one who gets the burger. We thought because there was a deal we’d try the burgers. The 4 of us ordered burgers but our youngest wanted wings. We thought perfect, 2 and 2. Buy 2 and get 2 free. Well… to our surprise the burgers were not bogo although I asked the waiter(who was nice by the way)multiple times to confirm that the burgers would be buy one, get one free. Once we received our bill (which was over $100) because we decided to get an appetizer since we were told the burgers were bogo, we asked about the discount. The waiter told us we could speak to the manager and he comes out to tell us the language on the special says “buy 1 burger and get the 2nd free” which he says means only one burger per account or ticket. What the what? $15.95 is not going to break me but it’s the principle of it all. My family and I dine there often spending $100 but now I’m skeptical of going back for being lied to.

What the heck BWW, I place an order to go and spend a lot of money for it. PUT UTENSILS IN THE BAG, I wanted to eat it at the park. Now I have to take it home for UTENSILS and its cold before I get there.

Can yall please bring food out at once!? We want a FAMILY dinner. Last couple times I been here they bring out one plate, then 15 mins or more later maybe another... I want to eat food WITH my family, not stare at people eat or have them waiting for our food. Yall gotta fix that.

Food and drinks were great, however our server Macy was awful. She barely checked on us, we had to flag her down every time we needed anything. Our drinks also took 10-20 minutes to get to the table, and we saw them sitting on the bar ready to be served. Macy was not even the one to deliver these drinks, it was other servers. I am a server so i understand being busy, however we consistently saw her standing around talking to other employees rather than doing her job.

Our server was kind and helpful but seemed to be overwhelmed my the business of the restaurant. To only have 3 servers on the floor for a completely full restaurant is crazy. When your servers are overwhelmed - the customers lack service. I am not blaming our server one bit. I think this is completely a managment thing. The food was awful too. Cold, and just overall not good. BWW... DO BETTER.

server’s name was evan. he was not attentive whatsoever. it took us over 15 minutes to even get our drinks even after he said he would be right back with them. i saw him attend multiple other tables excluding ours. it took him 20 minutes to put our appetizers in when tables around us who sat way after us received their food way before us. i understand it was busy tonight but there is no need to provide poor service to one of your tables with only 2 people. the table behind us got their drinks immediately after he took the order. food wasn’t hot when we got it and he didn’t come to our table once after our food was out besides providing the check.

Burnt chicken in spicy chicken sandwhich. Tenders were good. Perfect collection of sports and such. Burnt food taken off check. 10/5 service and atmosphere. 1/5 food. 2/5 overall.

I called in an order for 30 wings and the 5 tenders. I requested Ranch for the sauce and received some random sauce with the Ranch. The tenders were alright, but the wings were hard and cold. The fries that came with the order were also cold. I will not be getting anything from here again.

I was excited bringing my daughter here for a quick bite. Upon arrival I had to pretty much seat myself. The tables were filthy I ask someone to clean but the place was so dirty I couldn’t believe my eyes. I decided to stay since we were already there pretty much starving. We ordered a margarita with patron, nachos, potato wedges with cheese, and two ten piece traditional. The nachos were cold, the margarita was lemon lime I ordered strawberry, the waiter told me they didn’t make that particular margarita in that flavor…wow unbelievable I just stared and him and told him it’s fine when he tried to change it by saying “ my bad we do I can take it back” however I just kept it. The wings were very dry with almost no sauce. The potatoe wedges were great! I won’t ever eat here again.

My sister and I came in for lunch. She ordered the large chicken salad, and I ordered traditional bone in wings. Server was attentive and helpful for the most part, did have to flag her down for drinks/refills. My sister said salad was ok, but my wings had to have been pre-cooked or left over because they were not even warm when they arrived at the table. I asked for wings to be wet, that didn't happen but that's ok because the two sauces I chose were not good. The garlic parmesan was also cold and sour like it was old/bad. Spicy garlic was just a raw garlic flavor. I know BWW is a chain and probably don't care if one or two patrons have a bad experience, which is unfortunate. Disappointed and will not return here!!

I have not had good experiences with Buffalo Wild in the past, but decided to give it another try. Got Ultimate Sampler. Came out quick, but fried pickles were stuck together and not cooked thoroughly. Boneless wings had strip of uncooked meat in the middle. Well we did it in spite of bad reviews. Should have listened to the reviews! Wings weren't even warm. fries cold. (We did take out) I'm not even sure what the coleslaw was supposed to be?

We went there the other day. 6pm ish. Our appetizer wings tasted like they had been reheated. They were dry, crispy and you had to chew very thoroughly to not cut your throat. Ok fine. Appetizer. They have to cook the other wings fresh right. Wrong. I only ate 1 and I couldn't even try anymore. What a waste. Get it together.

Our 2nd attempt to eat at this location a few months apart and both visits went the same. Horrible waiter/waitress service, food was brought out individually instead of together causing food to be cold once everyone had their mea. Fries are horrible, stale and cold. Both times sodas were nothing but carbonation. Restrooms were a complete disaster and disgusting. The 1st time we went was during dinner time hours and today was just after 2pm. Each time we waited 20+ minutes to even get out drinks. There was 5 waiters/waitresses in our area and no one acknowledged us. Even the table next to us had problems with their food order. Just a horrible experience that we will not be going thru again

This location was horrible. We arrived on time to pick up our online order. We had been told they would be right out. 5 minutes latter she came out with the wrong order. 10 minute latter a different server came out with the order. My wife requested the manager has she felt 20 minutes past the time of pick up provided by there system was not acceptable. The Manager cared less and made excuses like he was a kid. I spoke up an mentioned his team needed managing to be successful and he made another excuse. The icing on the cake was the food was actually bad. the chicken was fatty and grizzly. The flavors were bland and overall I will not be coming back.

Overall the worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve ever had. It took an hour to get the food finally out and when it did come out it was cold. Our drinks were empty the entire time and when trying to get the waiters attention he would just turn around and walk away. We then had to wait for our check but were asked for our phone number so it could be quicker. We weren’t able to even see our check our card was just taken. And we were never given a receipt, and for the place to be rather empty it was amazing how poor the service was.

We were seated at a dirty table. Menus were filthy. Waitress doesn't come by. If I wanted to order for a whole table on my phone I would've just got door dash. We will never go back again. Went to Wingstop,it was wonderful.

In the past 10 visits to this location the Food and Services had been GREAT. But today for the first time the Bartender today was VERY VERY Rude. After siting for about 5 min we asked for a Beer and we were told it would be a min. Once we received our Beers about 15 min later we asked for the Big Screen to be changed to the Lakers Game and the Bartender stated she didn't have time at the moment because she was stocking glasses. Not Good service and the bar wasn't busy.

Went in on Tuesday night for dinner with my family. We ask for the BOGO but was informed it isn’t that anymore but it was buy one get 1/2 off the same amount. So we order 20 & 20 and ask if we could split up the sauces 15,15 & 10 - the waitress said yes and we ordered our meal. When I got the check they only gave me half off 1 -15 order and charged me full price on the other 10. The waitress then said they only do the special on 15. Why didn’t she say that in the beginning so we could have ordered differently. Anyway the manager reduced the bill by less than $2 and said that was the best she could do. To say the least I wasn’t happy but signed the check and threw my receipt at the table I was sitting at. Well the manager took offense to my action and said I wasn’t being very nice and wasn’t representing a Christian view. I walked back to the table and picked up the receipt and placed it on the table. During this time 3 or 4 of the wait staff were calling me names and asking if I were a man? At this point I ask for my receipt back and crossed off the tip. I do not recommend anyone visit this establishment and especially having to here half the staff bad mouthing me as I was walking back to pick up my piece of trash and place it on the table. The original receipt was for 93.19 and the new receipt was $91.something What a joke! The wings were very small as well.

I was using the restroom when a man and his 3 kids entered the restroom without announcing himself. The manager and general manager said he can use whatever restroom he wants and said this is a new generation. They did not care my privacy was violated and I had no choice to choose rather I wanted to finish going to the bathroom without a man coming in there or not. Total disregarded how I felt

This place suuuckksss. The waiters & waitresses just stand around talking to each other while you wait an hr for your food. The beer on draft is piss warm. Get this. I ordered chicken tenders and asked them to sauce them with a wing flavor (seems pretty simple in the fact that it is a tossed wing place) and the waiter said yes that’s totally fine and then he brought them out to me and said they legit said they didn’t want to toss the tenders in the sauce and just brought it out in a little cup to dip the tenders in. I also ordered a Caesar salad that took almost an hr to bring out because i asked for the dressing on the side and he came back to our table about 30 minutes after i ordered it and told me the kitchen had to remake the salad because they drenched it in the sauce but it took another 30 minutes to even come back out.. like it’s literally lettuce and dressing on the side. This place wasn’t even packed yall. I’ve never been to a buffalo wild wings and i won’t be going back either.

Not Trucker friendly. The manager at this place is very rude shouldn’t be a manager. This guy calls the cops if you park your truck to shop around for 5 minutes. The street doesn’t have signs not to park. There’s a hotel nexts to buffalo wild wings where truckers rent rooms to rest . When you in your room resting police calling company saying truck has to be move or will receive a ticket. Basically you loose your room you rented and have to leave because the manager at buffalo calls the police once he sees trucks pulling up.

Well the wings turned out really good. Waited 30 minutes+ from the time we ordered till the food was served. 2 large wing orders and 2 Baskets of chip with cheese. What really upset me was all the up charging for stuff that I have never been charged for ever. Please check the receipt for yourself almost 5.00 worth of randomness. Asked about this and was told they would take it off. Well they only took off 1.20. Truly disappointed in my local BW3.

We have been going here for years, food never disappoints service is iffy at times but this place has gone to hell, the bathroom faucet is dangling from the countertop there is a whole in the wall near the toilet, just overall ran down and filthy

Drinks & service were good, but there was a beard hair in our wings under the wing crust. We told our server and she had them remake the wings but didn’t have a manager come talk to us or offer to take them off our order. Obviously I didn’t have an appetite after seeing it and would rather have just not paid for them 🙃

Ate there Saturday 12/7 at 1p in the afternoon. We have a party of 12. The wings they served our side of the long table were all barely warm. When we sent them back as not fresh, they brought back the same wings they slightly warmed up, guess under heat lamp. That is completely unacceptable. room termperature reheated wings. when the fries finally came out, also had been sitting out too long.

I think it would be good practice for management, namely Jason Williams, to learn to extend an apology when food is returned. Because no one places an order, drives to get it, waits for it, pays for it, leaves with it, tastes it in route to destination, and returns with it -when food is satisfactory. Trust that the customer is unhappy for their valid reason, extend an apology, attempt to make it right or give a refund (all without offering your opinion that the food looks ok to you) (you didn’t taste it)

Worst wings I've ever had. Very overcooked and tiny. Good atmosphere just not the wings to match. Chipotle BBQ dry rub but the rub didn't make it on the wing

I did a doordash for a customer last night and the guy was very rude and was in the back of by the kitchen not doing anything and he was helping out with the orders but he wouldn't even come and help me then he had an attitude he finally gave me the customer's order he had a attitude. I like Buffalo wild wings but yeah that is one of the worst Buffalo wild wings in Waxahachie there is

As a server I completely understand busy nights it can be hard but they were not busy what’s so ever. My waitress was not present what so ever had 3 hairs in the wings. So I asked to speak to the manager and he was damn near worse then the server so rude just keep saying okay and like I didn’t want my whole meal discounted or anything I just wanted new wings that’s it no one wants to eat there food with hair in it. And then I asked the manager for are check and he said okay did not tell are server at all or get them him self so I had to ask the hostess to get are server and she yells at him for getting her but the thing is he did nothing wrong.

Each time I have ordered here it was something wrong with my order! You can go up there for a refund or remake however. I've been a few times and there were never any workers around! Had to go look for them each time! Tables and seats are filthy, i have found food in seats!

One and done here at the Waxahachie location. Had a large takeout order. Got home, missing fries and on top of it a bite out of the burger. Brought it back and the manager says "oh, that's a tear in the bun from them being careless, definitely not a bite". Y'all can be the judge of that in the picture. No refund, or comp...just oh we are sorry and will make another one. Don't go here!

Our WHOLE order was COLD!! Is there a rating with ZERO stars? The appetizer was the only thing that we enjoyed. There was trash under our table, the order was COLD, and upon asking for help from a server it seemed like we were not welcomed there at all. The tall gentleman server was clearly not willing to help at all. He was not our server but I asked for him to HELP US and from a distance he seemed indifferent and not helpful. This is most definetly the Last time I visit ANY Buffalo WILD WINGS and with this being my FIRST time here, well first impressions last a long time. He did offer to get OUR server to aid on our issue. The server finally came by and took our food away. I am still sitting here 30 minutes after she has taken our COLD food and no progress. I truly hope they didn't spit or reheat the same food they took from us. Not a happy customer at all.

This place isn't even worth the one star. I placed an online order and arrived a little early, so I expected to wait a few minutes. Well, twenty minutes later, I finally received my food, and it was all cold. If I had wanted cold food, I would have gone somewhere for ice cream. I was able to have my food remade, but I'm pretty sure they just reheated the same food. The French fries were soggy, and the wings were overcooked and dry. The restaurant wasn't even half full, so it can't be blamed on being too busy.

$12 for 5 “tenders”. Are you kidding? Additionally, the pickup rack sits directly under a vent, so if you aren’t there to take them from the attendant, they’re gonna be ice cold. Never coming back. They’re assuring my loyalty to It’sJustWings down the street.

This place is trash. My husband ordered a triple bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. He received the wrong burger and 5 onion rings. When he told the waitress the wrong burger was given to him she said , "oh, what do you want me to do about it"!? Do your job and get him his correct burger.!! Is what I wanted to tell her, but I did not. She took the burger and then came back and said, they are making your correct burger it will take a little while and shrug her shoulders. She didn't care and the burger took like 7 minutes to come out, very unprofessional! I ordered boneless wings, they were cold and flavorless. Never again!

I placed an online order for some wings, fries and celery. I drove 30 minutes from Lancaster to Waxahachie to pick up my order. When I arrived to the restaurant I was handed a bag, my order was not shown to me. When I got home I had no fries in my bag. I called to the restaurant and spoke with the Manager Jessica and she said that they do not do combos with fries after 2pm. I told her she could gonon her phone and order the same combo I ordered if she did not believe me. She refused, so I am now an unsatisfied customer. I paid almost $20 for some wings and celery. This is not good business or customer service

They always find a way to mess something up with the food. The fries and wings are never fresh, they’re pulled straight from under the heat lamp. The fries are stale, and the wings are dry and hard. No matter how polite I am or how detailed my instructions are, something always goes wrong with the order. Honestly, if I didn’t have to drive another 35 minutes to go somewhere else, I wouldn’t come here at all.

Ordered take out. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:40. Husband went to pick up and stood there for almost an hour. People came in after him picked up their orders and left. Kid answering the phone said yeah we had a lot of orders and we’re waiting on tenders. Literally an hour after it was supposed to be ready for 3 tenders? Really? Then left out the regular fries that went with the wings. And chips with a baby queso. But there was no way my husband was going back in.

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. Service was abysmal at best. We only saw our server twice before literally begging other servers to go get her and still we barely saw her. I would’ve understood if it was busy but there were only 6 tables on the floor. We ordered APPETIZERS and got stale queso with the rest of our order which came 30 minute after ordering. Before we got our food the table behind us got up to leave and heard us complaining and said they had the same complaint, they told us good luck as they left. When we finally did get our food some of the order was wrong and we couldn’t tell our server because she was nowhere to be seen. As I ate my food I found multiple hairs in my wings. Naturally with all of these negative things happening we asked to speak to a manager. This was obviously a mistake because he acted worse than our server. We told him all of our complaints, he never said apologized for the service, the only thing he said was “What do you want me to do about it”. 2 of the people I was eating with up and left because of how angry they were. We begged for our tickets for 30 minutes and when we finally got them my friend paid with cash and the server WOULD NOT give the correct change back even after telling her we wanted it back. The server was rude, the manager was condescending, and the was 0 help, apologize, or complimentary food even after finding a hair in mine. If you go to the restaurant you better hope you don’t get the larger female server with a nose piercing and multiple ear piercings, and if you do you better hope that the large bald white manager isn’t on shift. Worst experience ever.
