Love the cappuccino ice cream. My fave!

We went in with an order for 6. The Manager a young woman was so sharp and friendly. You packaged all the orders for the food separately and perfectly. The same with all the ice cream orders. We never experienced such pride in Customer Service!

Pretty good normally. We had an issue with our order the last time I went but they are normally good.

We had a great time getting ice cream. I got butter brittle and pistachio almond in a cake cone. It was so good. My husband got his childhood favorite, the tuxedo sundae. He said it was just as he remembered it. It was busy, so I guess everyone had the same idea. The line moved quickly, but it was worth the wait.

The late night ice cream fix is the best. Thank you for being open.

OK so lowkey Braums at this location has been showing outt. EVERY order I get comes out AMAZING. I only ever get the ice cream and it’s so affordable and does not melt fast. They also gave my dog a pup cup which was super nice not to mention the African American beautiful teen girl or young adult at the window was very nice and outgoing!! I LOVED MY ICE CREAM ALOT!! 💕🎀🎀 THANKS BRAUMS!

I wish they had some of these down where I live in San Antonio. The burgers and fries are on the higher end for fast food fair, and the ice cream is really good. The interesting thing that I like to see when I get the chance to stop at these restaurants is the miniature grocery store that they have near the entrance. Not only can you stop to get something to eat, but you can take care of the grocery shopping, too. It's an interesting combination, and it's interesting to see a small grocery store in the day and age of big box grocery stores. It has some good stuff for sale in it, too.

I always get the yogurt swirl on a cone and it's great and my husband gets a banana split, custom made and they always do it perfect. He loves it! We go here all the time! Great prices too!

Braums famous for ice cream, milk, buttermilk, yogurt, bread. Most of my friends ask me to go to Braums to buy A2 milk and I went when I got a chance, its worth their reviews.

Braun’s has the best egg nog Even though it’s 40 miles away from me here in Waco it is worth the trip and the seasonal hot chocolate ice cream is a favorite too. Wishe we had a store in Waco.

The young lady name tag said Mia absolutely loved how cheerful she is greeted every customers that came up to order & she let other know she would be right with them! She was seemed to stay very calm and professional even when it got busy and being the only one up front! I love the food here so my family and I come here often, but she is the only worker I have ever seen here that just went above and beyond! & when it began to get slow she stayed busy cleaning and wiping down the front area and ice cream area!! 🌟🌟🌟this young lady needs a rise!🌟🌟!!! Treat her well you can't find many like her !

Really good burgers, and tons of really good icecream to choose from. I had a banana split, and shared it with my dad. Definitely worth getting. There's also a market also, but I haven't bought anything from it.

Great food! I had the strawberry poppyseed salad. The fresh lettuce, blueberries, strawberries with pineapple and roasted almond pieces was a refreshing flavor combination. The French fries are always hot and just crisp. The line moves really slowly, and the wait is longer than many fast food places, but the quality is worth it.

I’m only giving this a positive review for the fact that these 4 employees went above and beyond their job as a customer service front line representing braums! The girl manager of course on staff today with grey hair and glasses was rude and very unprofessional. My kids who are the ages between 5-10 stated “ no one deserves to be treated with that much disrespect”. This manage (didn’t get her name) would call these people out on the floor in front of customers and she didn’t care at all about how rude she was. If corporate doesn’t do anything to address this then I’m pretty sure these employees will be finding other jobs due to her lack of respect of any human being. See the reason we came is because my daughter loves mint chocolate chip ice cream however, she is lactose intolerant so when she does get to enjoy her favorite it makes her day. They didn’t have any on the line so I ask Nai’ari A. If I can buy a pint of mint chocolate chip and they could scoop it in a cone for my daughter. She said “ she didn’t think it would be a problem since I am buying a pint to take home. Well this manager yelled at her and said “no you can’t just do that “ the moment I walked away. So I went back and asked for a cone to be able to scoop it myself since the manager didn’t seem to care at all. Theses employees deserve a manager with a better attitude and a raise for going above and beyond to making a child’s enjoyment of ice cream happen. Braum's is new to me. Service has been great and food on point. Prices on meal deals are cheaper than other fast food places.

We always enjoy Braum's! The food is good, quick and hot, great prices. The ice cream and malts/shakes are yummy. They get a little overwhelmed by big groups and the tables don't get wiped down quickly. But we still like coming with the family!

Was very busy on the Saturday evening when we went in. They only had 1 employee working the in-store ice cream counter. She was very overwhelmed, but did what she could to try and keep up with the rush. Ice cream was typical of what you'd expect from Braum's. Just wish management would have more than just 1 person working the in-store ice cream counter at a time they should know will be high traffic.

Our cashier was super nice and he was very understanding and we had no issues ordering so the service was great! He received a tip from us but my friends and I overheard his manager being rude to him after he received the tip from us. Not sure why he was being scolded for that.

Missed Braum's so much!! So happy there is one in our little town. Food is always fresh and yummy. Sometimes we have to clean our own table, just goes to show how many people are eating there!

I really like the food from here. Unfortunately the past couple of times I have visited this restaurant a could not bring myself to purchase anything. The areas where they prep food is covered with food, sauce and ketchup. There is food in the floor in the prep area and the floor is always sticky. I am afraid that eating here will make me sick due the lack of cleanliness.

Food taste amazing however some employees can work on customer service and wait time needs attention. Also no need to do a whole family that's behind me in line before getting my order.

The people attending the drive-thru are pleasant, but without fail they're ALWAYS out of bananas... it's just a nuisance when we wait in a long line and then they hit us with, "sorry we're out of bananas." Like arent y'all a grocery store too? Lol, grab some from y'alls produce. But for reals, it's a hit or miss.

The ice cream was average, the guys behind the counter were friendly. Whatever cleaner the put on the floor make it slick and sticky at the same time, not a fan.

Who ever was working? The window at drive-through was completely unprofessional. Not only did you not greet me at the second window, but continue to hold a whole separate conversation with your coworker while handing me my ice cream without any condiments or napkins! The lack of customer service is a reflection of the poor training in this establishment. Best of luck!

The young lady who gives you your food at the window, on Saturday night was very rude and had no Customer Service skills whatsoever. Maybe she needs to be put in the kitchen or cleaning the bathrooms for now on, very rude

Friendly staff. But not sanitary. Person who fixed my ice-cream Sunday did not wear gloves. No staff had on gloves. In result of this when scooping the ice-cream. The staff members hands touched my actual ice cream. I have never seen where no one would be wearing gloves. You are dealing with food, so I did not understand. They also gave me my Sunday with no covering I had to ask for one. I also asked for a flavor of ice-cream with my Sunday where they had it labeled, but that was not the ice cream in place of the flavor. That could be an issue if someone is allergic to anything. But overall friendly staff. Neatness to say I did not eat it.

Burger was delicious but the drive through was extremely slow. Waited at the speaker to order for 4 minutes before even being acknowledged. Drove to the window to pick up my order and the server opened and gave me a bag with way more than I ordered so I said this isn't my order, its too much food. She took it back without saying anything. I then waited for 5 more minutes to get my food also without anyone saying anything. As much as I like the food I probably will not return to this location.

This made me sad. Honestly the building is nice and clean. No trouble there. The food was even good and as expected. But the plump girl with pink hair was less than kind. Very judgemental and confronting to customers and her coworker. I'll probably come back as the food was fine but maybe I'll go to a different location in the future.

Sat in line for 20 minutes before I was able to order. Placed order, waited an additional 10-13 minutes to get food. Cashier tried to give shakes 14 minutes before food was done. I understand being short staffed. Not upset with staff, just feel that these guys need more help. Where is upper management on nights like this to help this team out? Smh

I love their burgers and ice cream, but honestly im tired of going there and 1st lack of employees, 2nd the ones available act like you're not even there and 3rd looks like pick up window and ice cream are most important than people in line to dine in. Last time waited almost 30 min to eat after order was placed. So frustrated with these people!

So to start they were out of basically everything we wanted from chicken to pineapple which is disappointing but whatever. We order a burger and salad and go site and wait. After 25 minutes and hearing multiple numbers after ours be called we have to go up and remind them we exist. Get our food and its fine but one thing is odd….. there is pineapple in the salad….. the reason we couldnt have an aloha burger was no pineapple. First and last visit

I ordered my food thru the drive thru, there was no line so it was pretty fast. I got my food and pulled up so that I could get my food out before getting on the road, i pulled my burger out and the paper is COVERED in grease, the grease dripped all over my car the grease was leaking thru the package. I pulled back around and asked for a remake and they did remake it, but no “sorry for the inconvenience” or anything.

Came by to at 10pm and ordered a pint of rocky road and it was literally just 3 scoops… it that case I should of gotten the individual scoops. The cup felt empty.

On Sunday evening we visited Braum’s for a shake. It was busy and we waited in line for several minutes watching the team work efficiently to get everyone served as quickly as possible. I ordered a peanut butter chocolate shake. I’m not sure what it was that I received, but it wasn’t peanut butter chocolate! I returned to the counter and was told they were sorry, they didn’t make a peanut butter chocolate shake! No offer of a refund or to allow me to make a selection from what they did have. In the meantime, the burger we ordered sat at the counter for at least 10 minutes while we waited on our order number to be called. We finally approached the counter, yet again, and was told that was our order. They were kind enough to offer to make fresh food.

Walked into store and it smelled sour, like the mop water was not clean water! The store was very unclean and trash was on tables, and flies were everywhere in the store. Flies were all over the ice cream coolers. All over while ice cream was being prepared. There were plenty of employees available, so not sure why the store was so unclean. The flies all over store took the cake. I will not be visiting this location for a long time!!!!

Absolutely dirty. I mean come on you have health codes that are required and it’s not met. Scooping ice cream with dirty hands, no gloves and wiping your hands on your filthy aprons. Disgusting. Ice cream top covers dirty. Touching your hair and proceeding to scoop ice cream. You all should be wearing hair nets around food items. Come on, you as employees and as human beings should keep your work environment clean, is that how you live.

Food is really good, but that's the only reason why it's not 0 stars. The customer service is absolutely terrible, the employees were talking and arguing instead of getting people their food. The place is a mess, in the kitchen and in the seating area. It took more than an hour for one milkshake. It is a poorly managed place and there is no organization at all.

I went and got a chocolate shake. It was for my cousin. I just wanted a taste, so I took a few gulps. The shake had loads of nuts in it. My cousin is highly allergic, but I'm grateful to find out before hand.

Edited review The last three times I’ve been, they got the order wrong. They refused to fix it when I told them it was wrong. Last night, my burger was so gross.🤢 Just avoid this Braum’s. Trust me. It’s the worst Braum’s in the state. One more thing. I think someone is stealing credit card info at this location. I’m not 100% certain, but we’ve had fraudulent charges after visiting this location on multiple cards. —- Original review My favorite fast food place in waxahachie. The fries are below average, but the double cheeseburger is a good value. The milkshakes are great 70% of the time. Once in a while it tastes like they forgot to add ice cream. But when they get it right, it’s the best fast food for under $10.

I have gone to this location several times and have seen them struggle as in everything about it was terrible. However, I have chosen to put that aside and chalk it up to just a rough night (even though it’s been like everytime that I have gone), until tonight. Tonight the service was completely unacceptable. The manager on shift for 6/24/24 during the closing shifts customer service was complete GARBAGE! I went into the food line to order fries( food) and a shake, like I have several times before just fine, and before I could even finish my request she rudely interrupted and told me to go into the ice cream line. I told her I was ordering food and she said I still had to go to the ice cream line. All because she didn’t want to help her team out and work. As I was standing in the ice cream line the customers behind me asked her if there was more of the ice cream she was scooping the manager completely ignored the question. Once I got my shake it was covered in chocolate ice cream where I had to wipe it all down with napkins. I have worked in the food industry for several years and have been a manager and can confidentially say that the customer service at the Braums waxahachie is unacceptable. Best to go out of the way and make a trip to another location.

Horrible service I went through the drive-through and ordered the new peppermint brownie sundae holiday Sunday and the girl did not use peppermint ice cream. She is regular ice cream and then began to argue with me and tell me that there was peppermint in a brownie girl. I used to work there, so I don’t know who she thought she was fooling But anyways it was horrible service. This is a little young Mexican girl that works the drive-through anyways it was horrible service and I don’t think we’ll be going back there. They need to fix this.

The food is okay. Ice cream good. My complaint- I ordered a ice cream sundae they have advertised (all over the place) they didn't know how to make it for 1- and for 2... the assistant manager (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) TOUCHED THE COOKIES WITH HER BARE HANDS!!! We will not be returning - which is sad because my 98 year old grandmother loves it here.

Ordered two sundaes with butter pecan ice cream and they were out of that ice cream, but instead of telling us so we could get another flavor, they made them with very little ice cream, I tried telling the kid at the window, but just ignored me, I asked for the manager who refuse to come to the window because she was busy, but I told the kid I would wait for her and she did come to the window but only to say they can't take our sundaes back, so we're we're screwed and there was nothing we could do about it. If this wasn't enough my husband also got the wrong cone with his order. Those kids working there need proper training. Last week also didn't get our complete order. Spent +20 min in the drive through. Ordered 2 small strawberry milkshakes. We were told to pull forward & park and someone would bring them out. 10 min later I went inside. There was an unhappy customer at the counter & both workers seemed very uninterested. Finally saw a worker go outside with my order. This place is not run well at all. To top it off the milkshake was mediocre

Went through the drive thru and asked for a second styrfoam cup (we ordered a single dip ice cream in a cup). I was informed I’d have to buy another single dip ice cream to get a second cup. I told them I don’t want another ice cream. I offered to pay the $.10 it probably cost for the cup but was told I couldn’t “it’s company policy” that’s not allowed. I threatened to call corporate to register a complaint and asked if they really wanted to go through all the hoops of dealing with that over not making a customer service decision to give me an extra cup (even if I paid $.10 for it). I even told them I know it’s not company policy as I’ve worked for Braum’s AND I get them all the time at my local one North of Dallas. Just mind blowing customer service is down the drain over a less than $.10 styrofoam cup. The so-called manager at the window said he couldn’t give me his name since he’s a minor so I asked for another manager. Definitely won’t waste my time stopping at this location ever again!

Literally some of the rudest and most disgusting personalities for customer service I have ever encountered! I rarely go here bc of the staff but had to today for my niece! Aside from the lack of communication on the drive thru speaker and bland personality when we pull to the window they push the food out to you with the most irritated attitude and when you ask for anything like a bag they look at you with disgust and can’t even help put the stuff in it. Just rude and disrespectful! As a person in customer service myself I could never imagine treating my customers like this! How are they still open? Do better Braums!

I came for a banana split, and I asked for it in a particular serving, I like the vanilla in the middle and chocolate and strawberry on either end of it with specific toppings. Isaiah decided that he was going to choose my toppings when I noticed he was already putting his topping that he chose. I stopped him, but it was too late. He already poured a lot. He then proceeded to finish it with pineapple chunks. THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. My friends fries were cold and limpy. Find another Brahms don’t come to this one. You’ve been warned.

This location needs a major intervention. The food took 1hr to come out. Drinks (cherry limeades and shakes) weren’t ready with food. 15 minutes later we ask about our drinks, they’re still not ready. We waited another 15 minutes so our food was cold. Still no drinks yet. I asked to speak to manager but she outright refused to talk to us. Drinks were made wrong when received. This location needs help!!!!!

I remember why we don't usually come here.. been in the drive thru over 45 min. But my daughter really wants ice cream.. and still have 2 cars to go and 6 behind me lol.. they are slower than grass growing..

We sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes despite the fact that there were only 3 cars total in the drive thru, once we were at the speaker they had me repeat the order (2 tuxedo sundaes, no nuts) 4 times, and still put nuts on it. the staff at both windows were also very rude and rushed us.

What a joke and a racist restaurant. Will NEVER come back. They help all the people of color then when a white person was up next for ice cream they ignored them and the line halted. Plus all the folks working there looked like they hadn’t washed the clothes, very filthy. I will drive to Mansfield for a cleaner store and staff willing to help folks despite their race.

If I could give this place a zero I would the manager shouldn’t be a manager some older guy skinny. I asked for a manager I got a shift lead when I walked in there were 5 un occupied tables dirty as hell I said where am I supposed to sit another lady walked out ragged 2 tables picked up to cups and when back in the back . The table in the pic has been there 45 mins and still isn’t clean

Absolutely terrible service at night nothing but rude teenagers and sloppy food. I waited for 45 mins in the drive thru for a meal and the order was wrong and when I told the cashier she was very rude and upset when i asked her to correct my order. The manager was very rude as well by asking me in a demeaning tone “How can I help you” loudly after I had already spoken to the girl about my food and then I explained to her what happened and she rudely again said word for word “Okay. So how can I help you?”

Went in and ordered a burger with no mustard no pickles, just to make sure they aren't on the burger, they put it on the burger anyway, accident no problem, then they went to remake it, and just wiped mustard off and put the burger back together... I explained I'm going to need a new burger because I don't eat mustard... They said it is, and clearly in the picture you can see a substance on the burger, and it smells like mustard... Never coming back smh

Was imagining this or is the #1 combo a burger meal? I specifically remember ordering a number one, burger meal with cheese. It wasn't until i was about 30 minutes away that i opened up my bag to grab my meal that i realized i got a very sloppy chicken Sandwich. Honestly, it looked like a sandwich that was meant for someone else but then They didn't want it. The wrapping was half on and it looked like it had obviously been opened too remove the picked i didn't want. Because i could still smell the pickles. I was absolutely grossed out. The most expensive fries I have ever had. I wish i would have taken a pictures of it, but i was driving. I also decided to buy a gallon of sweet tea from the market. "Sweet" was the farthest thing from my mind when I took a mouthful through my straw. It literally had that grimy taste you get when tea has been sitting there all day. It is literally still sitting in my fridge. The tea i poured straight from the urn had a similar taste. As for service, the cashier was nice enough, she was just not paying attention. Service at this location was definitely faster, but still lacked quality. When the young lady brought my food to me, I asked her for ketchup. She gave me this annoyed look, plopped the ketchup on the counter and allowed me to stick my hands in the container. Do you get where i am going with this? I attempted to thank her, but she was more interested in the conversation she was having with another employee and did not even acknowledge me. Again, many employees lacked masks. This leads me to believe you do not have a mask mandate. At the end of the day, i ended up driving another two hours before i found suitable food. The most expensive fries i have ever had helped, I guess. THIS store was definitely cleaner than the last, but a bleach towel on counters at both locations would not hurt. Fingers crossed my next surprise visit to one of your locations fairs better.

Andrea is very unprofessional , someone else needs to take over this store . Everytime I walk in there there flys and gnats flying everywhere. Front Counter never has any staff only one person working with two lines one with ice cream and one for the burgers never no help. Her workers work hard for her just to stand around in skull people.

Employee at this location had no regard for food safety or customer care. Location put driver thru above in store even though the line was around the grocery dept. Management was more concerned about inventory at this time than weather clients were being taken care of. I waited for along time to get my order placed and that’s when proper food safety was not applied. I was upset and wanted it done right just ignored. Left and went to Dairy Queen better everything.

Went through drive thru for a 1/4 lb cheeseburger combo with a cherry limeade and a butter pecan shake on the side. .1. The line was slow and long, after reaching the speaker to order i had to wait an additional 3minutes , 2. My shake was handed to me without a thank you or here you go ma'am NOTHING! 3. The cherry limeade was handed to me in the same manner.....no words, just silence Was so ready for my shake and cheeseburger, after putting straw in shake I took a sip and it was nothing but a watery mix of sour tasting milk and chopped nuts...I immediately made a u-turn back to Braums Waxahachie + Before I got there i called and asked to speak with a Manager, the girl that answered the phone was laughing in the background and stated somebody wanna speak to a Manager VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The Manager identified himself as Hector, answered the phone as if he was answering his home phone not as a person in charge of running a business that is in the business of the serving the public😡 I told him I see why your employees are putting out trash to customers by the way you answered this call! I explained the situation and told him I'm coming back for a refund because at this point I do not trust that you all.will remake it properly, asked him to meet me at the counter because I'm back in the parking lot while still talking to him I entered the Braums and stood at the counter, no one acknowledged I was there, I was ignored and the employees acted as if I was invisible! I stood there for at least 8 minutes! While waiting to be treated like a valued customer, I opened the burger up and it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted! My Fiancee entered the Braums and said we need our money back for this Limeade too, it bitter, not full, and theres no cherry flavor, it was NASTY! Then a girl comes and ask can I help you. I told her I needed my money back for this trashy shake and this "cheeseburger" that WAS NOT HOT ENOUGH TO EVEN MELT THE CHESSE ON THE BURGER! The same Manager I watched come into the restaurant and to the back several.times without acknowledging me either. It was not until there was 3 customers b3hind me that someone acknowledged me! Unacceptable! The Manager seemed to be unbothered by my disgust in what his employees had put out! He proceeded to act as if he didn't know how to process a customer refund and continued to peck on the screen for at least 5 MORE MINUTES!😡 It was only until I started recording he all of a sudden remembered how to process a refund! This Manager and his employees blatantly, willfully, and wantonly played around with my Fiancee and I 2ith no remorse nor fear of consequences!!! THIS ...HAS...TO....STOP!!!! EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE NOW AND IF SOMEONE DECIDES TO SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA TO EAT OUT THEN THEY SHOULD BE SHOWN SOME RESPECT AND GET EXACTLY WHAT THEY PAY FOR AND RECEIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMERS YOUR DOORS CAN AND WILL BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!😡😡😡 SN: I WENT TO SONIC WAXAHACHIE AND WAS THOUROUGHLY SATISFIED WITH MY CHEESEBURGER, CHERRY LIMEADE AND STRAWBERRY SHAKE!

We had a terrible experience tonight. The drive through team was extremely rude and the manager refused to talk with us. We tried calling back and could hear him say in the background “just let them call corporate” and then we were hung up on. There are too many other options now to choose from- I would go somewhere else.

I will never return. The first time I visited, I encountered extremely rude behavior. So I tried again January 4th, 2026, around 7 PM, the employee working the drive-thru was unprofessional and discourteous. This matter needs to be addressed.

I've lived in this area for nearly decade and have been to this location several times. The service used be pretty good a few years ago but recently it's been horrible. About a month ago we went to get ice-cream and I asked for a scoop of peppermint and was told they're out. Ok, no problem. Asked for mint chocolate chip and they were out of that too. So I asked for a simple cup of vanilla soft serve and they didn't have that either. At that point I just told they young lady that I didn't want anything and she rolled her eyes and walked off. Other times we ordered ordered food and had waited 20 minutes for it. Nearly every time the employees seem annoyed when they have to interact with customers. I used to work at Braums as a teenager and other restaurants, as well as retail so I understand how obnoxious and rude some customers can be. I always make sure to treat those working in the service industry with respect but the employees here are just annoyed with anyone who comes in wanting order anything.

Poor customer service, Waited forever and then they said they were out of vanilla ice cream. What? How are you out of Vanilla, the base of everything. Especially if you are advertising holiday ice cream!! Poor planning.

This has to be the worst location I've ever been too. Rude and they act like your bothering them because you actually came to get something. They always seem to be out of things aswell. Just go down the road 10 seconds and get something else definitely not worth coming here.

Terrible all around. I try to be gracious, I understand things get busy. I worked fast food for 5 years, I know what it’s like to have your hands full. But terrible customer service is not excusable. And it’s unpleasant every time I visit. Most recent experience. Waited two minutes at the drive thru before I heard from anyone. I even made low audible noises to let them know I was there. I had to roar my order cause they weren’t listening. And then the guy on the speaker ended my order by doing a loud burp on the speaker. I get handed the wrong persons order, they must’ve forgotten the guys order in front of me. They then tell me to park up ahead while I wait for my shake, so I do, but they take so long, the car behind is stuck and can’t leave so I make a loop around the building and park across from the drive thru window. I wait and wait, and nothing. I have to call them and let them know I’m still waiting for my malt. Rather than apologize, I’m asked why I drove off. The girl finally comes out and rudely hands me my shake. Terrible and inexcusable. Oh yeah, I tried calling them, was waiting for 5 minutes for them to answer. Terrible service.

The customer service here is awful- they are rude, and put little to no effort into anything that ordered- they will give u an ice cream that is drilling and sticky- I mean there’s just no regard for going the extra mile or putting in effort. I hate that because I’ve been to other brams locations all over Texas and it’s not like this. I don’t know who Managment is- but they take no pride in developing their team - students won’t get jobs in the workforce outside of high school and be allowed to conduct themselves like that- so why not develop them at this one?! I mean I shouldn’t leave here agitated every time I come because the employees are just simply rude… good grief, I don’t need a ref carpet rolled out but a little effort is expected as you are being PAID to do so.

The employees at the drive through register don't know how to count or give back your change. The place is horrible. I know kids now days don't know how to count money, don't know what to do if you give them pennies, but they can't even in put the right amount in the dang register, so if you don't give them bills, they don't know what to do, what kind of math are they teaching these kids now days. Horrible

Do not eat here... Girls on the drive through were pissed before I pulled up ... Seriously not masking that they were mad at God knows what... Mean mugging me while they hand me food... I'm sorry I ordered a number 1? With a sweet tea? Like was that how you knew to hate me? Didn't even ask for ketchup... Ordered, the lady that took my card was nice but then I get to the food window and I'm met with hatred ... Also the burger was wet from a clear liquid on the bottom so I didn't even take one bite.This place needs to be shut down ...

The place was so dirty and it didn't look like it was from a day of business. There is slime near the ice dispenser. Lots of employees, but none were cleaning. Management needs to make cleaning a priority and make multiple rounds throughout the day. I honesty don't know how they would pass a surprise inspection as this is the 2nd time I have been here (don't live here) and both times it was nasty. Also, while they wore gloves, they took money at checkout and went back yo getting food with the same gloves.

Fiance wanted ice cream, she had braums at another location. So we went to our local location. Drive through was out a ways but nothing seemingly ridiculous. It took 37 minutes to get to the order kiosk. I ordered little Caesars, got out of the truck walked over, picked up the food and walked back before there was any movement. At 48 minutes in line we paid, cashier sounded like he was done with the day, understandable at 10pm. Line moved a little quicker but then we get to the pickup window and they say all their cakes were moldy so they didn't have any cakes for the sundae . . . "do we want a replacement?" I had never been to a braums before so I don't know what they had, I didn't even know there was cake in the sundae. We asked what would a replacement be? And the answer was "well we can make it without the cake" the poor girl was out of her depth, she was obviously not set up for success. I can almost understand not knowing until they started to make the sundae so I can understand maybe not letting us know before we paid. But no manager came up, no offer of discount, and for the proverbial cherry on top . . . the sundaes were sadder than an ASPCA commercial. No extra anything. The hot fudge looked more like a Hershey's syrup, there were more stems than cherries. As for the ice cream scoops, let's just say I've seen bigger. The only reason to maintain sanity after all of this was to embrace the fact that they acknowledged the mold and didn't try to serve it to us, but they've lost our business.

So sad, folks. This Braums was so filthy dirty, and they had 12 employees there! The floors were so slippery. Took my mom for a sundae and didn't want my mom walking anywhere for slipping!

Dirtiest place probably in Waxahachie. While I understand most staff appears to be high schoolers - if they can’t perform, fire them. If the owner hasn’t visited, maybe they need to, fire the general manager if that’s the problem. If the owner is aware… health department may need to make a visit. Plenty more people out looking for a job that would be willing to work keeping the the floor from being sticky, counters from being nasty, and generally keep the store presentable. While this Braums has always been on the slightly dirtier side, it’s now too much and I will not be going back. Clean the place!!
