⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The sandwich was really good, and the smoothie was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!
The food is amazing and the service is great. We are planning of bringing out of town family.
We tried the hot cocoa and it was amazing! Love this place
Smoothie and Latte were good, shade, breeze, veiw, and service were outstanding. Would stop at 🐢 bay charging stations again.
Very accommodating and able to make some substitutions to work with dietary needs. Issue we noticed with sandwich was quickly resolved after receiving food. Fast service and kind employees.
The people in here are always super nice whether you’re here for food or just some Red Bull. I used to use it as a study spot with the view of the sundial
Great food and fast service. We enjoyed the food and had a great time.
This place has quite the atmosphere and their butternut squash soup was delicious!!
Excellent food, delicious and at o good price first time here and I love it
Friendly and peaceful atmosphere on a hot summer day! They have plenty of options for hot and cold beverages along with a cool collection of raw food commodities like honey, olives, olive oil and many such. Outdoor and window seating available. Great vibes and Morten/antique ambiance. Friendly staff. Likes their mimosas and cold macchiato. Would recommend to check it out when you visit sundial bridge.
Unique for Redding. Creative and delicious food. They are new and were out of some items we wanted. Service was good. Thank you Autumn: a great server! The view and outside dining is good. Will return.
A nice cafe near Turtle Bay and the Sundial. Gift shop, restaurant and seating inside with additional seating outside in the patio. The chicken salad was decent and a fair price. My kids got the grilled cheese. They pack a lot into the meal to try and make up for the price. The grilled cheese looked good but my kiddos are picky. Overall a great addition for the area.
The is an amazing little store I had a mimosa it was absolutely fantastic. It was almost perfect the staff us super super nice . He greeted me and was was super nice 👌. 🥪😌 I would 100% go agian . I even bought a membership to the park so be prepared for a better update.
Excellent food and service with both indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy this magnificent museum and the nature area. I got the Egg BLT sandwich which was delicious. Sat on the patio and enjoyed the view of the Sun Dial Bridge.
Great coffee! Good place go watch the water or enjoy the outdoors while sipping some good drinks. Like to run around this area for recreational. The lavender lattes are exceptional
Beautiful place, cozy, excellent service, and the food is tasty and well-seasoned. The location is incredible, worth taking a stroll on the bridge after visiting the café.
About 25 of us ladies met at Branch House this evening. The food and drinks were excellent! I loved the outdoor patio ambiance, along with the heater and ceiling fan availability. The service was also great! You order at the counter, but we still had someone stopping by to check on us and they even did two little ice cream scoops so we could sing happy birthday to two of the ladies! We ended up staying from 5:30-8pm and could have easily stayed longer! This is right in front of the Turtle Bay entrance and front of the Sundial Bridge, so the only true downfall is how far the parking is from the entrance. However, there is a little roundabout you can drive and drop people off if need be. Not a huge deal (and it’s not super far), but something to note if you’re unaware of the area. Definitely check it out! It’s worth it!
If you're looking for a dining experience that combines delicious food, beautiful scenery, and impeccable service, look no further than Branch House Riverfront Bistro. This place is like a dream come true for foodies. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The decor is modern and elegant, with a touch of rustic charm. And the best part? The views of the river are absolutely breathtaking. It's like dining in a postcard. The food is equally impressive. The menu is creative and diverse, with something for everyone. But what really sets Branch House Riverfront Bistro apart is the service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make your experience truly special. In short, Branch House Riverfront Bistro is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner, a special occasion, or just a night out with friends. The food is delicious, the views are spectacular, and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend it.

We had the pleasure of visiting for the first time today, and the food was truly delicious! Our server, Victoria T, was absolutely fantastic, she made us feel like family. Will be coming back to see her for sure!
A truly wonderful experience! The staff is super friendly, with real smiles and great service. The food is great, I enjoyed a warm cinnamon bun and a great cup of coffee. The atmosphere is just great. Sacramento River, Sundial Bridge and watching both Mom's and Dad's having fun family time with their kids.
Friendly and quick service! The chicken bacon sandwich was super yummy. I planned to only eat half, but it was so good I had to finish it!

My wife brought me here as a part of a single blind study(n:1), in which I did not consent. I ordered my americano, and it was unfortunately very fruity, like Theory’s regular roast. I’m very much not a fan of theory’s roasts. Turns out it is theory coffee, and my previous opinion on their coffee has been statistically substantiated. Overall, it’s a cool place, and I’d probably go back, but not for their espresso.
The only reason it's not five stars is, the cookies kinda sucked..... Lol. I had the chicken salad sandwich, and my GF had the blackened salmon Cesar, both were outstanding. The view of the Sacramento River, was great too. Service with a smile! Great spot!
Lovely outdoor space. The kids area needs some clean up. But enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches and coffees.
Beautiful scenery and nice menu. Great place for a quick bite and drink
At Turtle Bay and at the foot of the Sundial Bridge. This is nice place to hang in the early morning before the park opens. There’s lots of space, it’s quiet and there are games to play, board games inside, corn hole and shuffle board outside. However the food is disappointing. Mediocre London Fog that was primarily water and a bit of oat milk. Passable but nothing special.
Quick Summary New Sheraton restaurant that is right next to the Sundial Bridge. Food was pretty good, but I assume the low rating is because of the very long wait (as they work out the kinks). They have plenty of games, people watching, and the Sundial Bridge to make your wait more bearable Food- 4 stars Blackberry beet salad- this was pretty good. Ingredients were fresh and tasted farm-to-table Tacos pibil- pretty good as well. The meat was a bit dry, but balanced well with the pickled onions Short Rib wrap- similar to the taco. Lots of flavor but the short rib was a bit dry. Having some extra aioli on the side really helped Service- 3 stars The servers were all very nice and accommodating. It just took a long time for food (the line moved pretty slowly) and about 25 minutes for our food to arrive. Although there's plenty of attractions to make the wait more bearable Ambiance- 5 stars Plenty of entertainment in this fast casual restaurant. They have cornhole, shuffleboard, a gift shop, checkers (haven't even mentioned the people watching and Sundial Bridge). Bottom Line Fast casual (almost cafe) style restaurant right next to the Sundial Bridge. I wouldn't go out of my way to try it, but it's a great spot for lunch or dinner due to its location and ambiance
Lifesaver when you don’t want to spend any second in 100F with ur 14-mo old. Matcha latte is too sweet but we paid for the vibe!

Sip and Saturday was relaxing atmosphere. The garlic Parmesan were tasty and nice size wings but unfortunately majority of the 8 wings were cold. I couldn’t even eat one because it was so cold and the veggies as a side were wilted and not fresh. Glad they were happy hour price otherwise the rating would have gone down.
I was really excited to try the charcuterie board but was told they don't serve it anymore but it's still on their menu both inside the restaurant and online. Instead I had the blackened salmon tacos 3 street size for $15.00 and the corn tortillas were hard, the salmon was good and so was the coleslaw mix on top. Overall I don't think I'll try the food again but I'll stick to the drinks they offer.
They could have a gold mine here with a little extra put in. The service is awful very slow, always out of everything. Beer selection terrible. Food prices ridiculous for what you get. This is such a great location that could be doing so good if they put in some effort. We got the charcuterie board and it was terrible plus by the time we actually got it, we were all done with our drinks. Everytime we try to stop for a drink, they are out of half the drinks. Someone new needs to take this place over, it is a prime location.
I just wanted to share some feedback from our recent visit. We were disappointed that the buffalo wings were served with old-looking carrots and celery (I attached a photo). The service took quite a while, which we understood since it can get busy, but we were hoping the food would at least make up for it. The salmon tacos didn't have much flavor and seemed to be missing lime. The smash burger was good, and the mac and cheese was decent, but overall we left not fully satisfied. Just wanted to let you know in case it helps improve the experience for future guests.
Summary: go if you want to enjoy the view and be around people, or sit and have a coffee/drink. Avoid food. Description: We were a group of 7 and decided to go here because of the location and pictures online. Great vibe, great interiors. Cute place. The tables had a view of the sundial. There was a farmer's market around and many families had come. Great time to come here on a weekend for brunch. However, the food was disappointing. The margherita flatbread tasted as if it was frozen and reheated. Hot honey chicken sandwich was a little better, but dry and didn't have enough of the hot honey. The salads were okay. Didn't try the coffee. Note that their menu options have changed.
I had stopped at this place a year and a half ago or so after a visit to turtle Bay with family and enjoyed it. This time was a different experience. They were out of probably 1/3 of the menu items. The portions compared to the price of our entrées was OK. It was two tacos for $15 and they were delicious but lacked any real flair. We also got the charcuterie board to share and were deeply disappointed. It didn’t have half of the ingredients listed on the menu. I walked by another table that had ordered the same theirs had different things than ours, but still didn’t have everything listed. We essentially got some slices of mozzarella and Swiss cheese slices cut into triangles with salami. It was very disappointing, I included a picture and the only thing missing is the few slices of strawberries. My daughter grabbed when it was set on the table.

We went to branch house as a group of about 10 people and ordered in two separate groups to make it easier for the baristas. When we were there on Monday the 16th of June and the two ladies who were behind the counter making drinks were incredibly rude, slow and didn’t seem to care about the quality of drinks they were putting out. I ordered a smoothie and it was hardly blended, just chunks of fruit and ice. Another person in our group went up to the counter after drinker her coffee and asked if they sold the coffee beans that they use and she flat out said no and when she noticed the bagged coffee beans on the shelf she asked if those were the same beans and the lady behind the counter said yes but still wouldn’t sell them to her. When I’ve been before it was great and the drinks were very solid and came out quickly, but I hope the ladies that we were served by don’t remain there.
I come here a lot because it’s right by the sundial bridge. It’s so nice outside when the sun is out and it’s light and breezy. My main motivation to eat at Branch House is because of the atmosphere. I just wish everything else about it wasn’t so mediocre. The service staff is nice, but I barely see anyone there during peak hours and they work very slowly in the kitchen. My friend and I go there usually for a sandwich and salad. Minimum wait time is about 30 minutes - for sandwich and salad! This last time we wait nearly an hour for a sandwich and some fish tacos. We had to take it all to-go because our work lunch time was ending soon. The craziest part is, there were no other customers waiting. We were the only people there sans this one small family who already had their food/drinks. When we got back to eat our meal, the taco’s tortilla wasn’t even cooked (it was just straight out of the bag) and there was barely any fish on it. My sandwich tasted good, but the grilled chicken was so overcooked/dried out I was coughing the entire time. They also cut the chicken into tiny strips, which doesn’t make sense in a sandwich because the second you pick it up, all the chicken falls out. TLDR: Food flavors tastes good, but prepared poorly and cooked badly. Wait times can be up to an hour even when it’s not busy. Only come here when you have a lot of time to wait around.
Went in ordered a 22 dollar charcuterie board and 2 beers. 30 mins later ordered another round of beers..still no charcuterie board served. Went back in 45 mins later, they forgot we ordered the board and offered to make and deliver. 15 mins later finally delivered to table with only cheese, fruit, nuts & crackers .. no meats as the menu suggested. Totally disappointed. Yes they did fix it by refund but still.

Aside from 1 other person, I was the only customer in the place and nobody was sat outside. I ordered a coffee and a turkey cranberry melt.... Coffee was from Theory so it was bitter as hell, and the melt took forever and never came until I asked where it was, but when it came it had no cranberry and no melt. So, since they horribly screwed up one of the simplest sandwiches known to mankind, I didn't bother asking them to remake it in fear they would screw up the remake! And I have had crap results the other 2 times I was here, but this was by far the most obvious "don't go here" sign I have received from a place in a very long time (last one was the new Vitality Bowls location where they just microwave everything and it hurts the stomach and tastes like cardboard). Branch House needs to change it up alot. I firmly believe they would routinely mess up a grilled cheese sandwich at this point. I mean, it's a $14 sandwich I paid for but it felt like a Dollar Store item. I can get WAY better at Orchard's little deli.
The absolute worst coffee/matcha i have ever had in my life. Seriously. It’s like they put the entire sweetener bottle in it. It wasn’t even the right color or taste it was HORRIBLE. The lady behind the counter was super super rude when my 93 year old grandma asked for more creamer. You are better off going anywhere else for coffee literally ANYWHERE else.
Zero vegetarian options unlike menu on Google Maps. The folks at the front desk will likely win an award for hospitality given how rude and out of touch with reality they seem to be.
1000 hours to deliver any food to table. Staffed by 1 person as far as I see. Not my problem. Left without food after paying.
Poor service, food prices are too high for the quality of the food, the atmosphere is pleasant.
Went to grab take out for my birthday dinner to have a chill dinner at home! It was a menu item I’d had before that I loved. Unfortunately it did not match menu description this time & was a lot less than previous time. Tried calling to let them know what had happened, sadly they promised a call back that day and never did! Disappointed- this place has so much potential!
