Friendly family business with very authentic Mexican food. Amazing tacos and their salsa is super. Great flavor with a nice kick 🌶! It’s a must on our short “when we go out”to eat list! 😋

Just moved back into town and I got a buche wet burrito for lunch. It was amazing! I got some extra cilantro to because it was so fresh. This is definitely my go to spot now. Never had buche and now I can't get enough.

The best authentic Mexican food in Redding. I have been waiting for a place like this for years. Family owned and ran. You must Tru the Barria Tacos on Thursday Fridays and Saturday,it will bring happiness to your day. I go there every week for a lunch date with my wife. Also home made Horchata YES!

I’m visiting from Los Angeles and I came in for lunch. I ordered the a green wet carne asada burrito. That thing was massive and the salsa was FRESH! The whole thing was perfect. Meat was tender and the burrito delicious. The owner is onsite, taking orders, wiping thrown tables. You can tell she takes extreme pride in her food and business. Best Mexican food in Redding. The staff are always kind. Sometimes, depending on what you get, it feels a little pricey, but for authentic food, it's worthwhile. It might be cheaper elsewhere but then the food elsewhere will taste cheaper too. Overall, this place goes out of their way to make you want to come back again and again.

Absolutely amazing food and service is right there with it. I was greeted by a very nice young gal who was polite and who was well, educated as to what the menu offered. Five stars two thumbs up

Los Cachorros Taqueria is by far one of reddings BEST resteraunts! I love their food. The chicharon, the Barilla soup and tacos, the carnitas and elotes.... Excellent food, excellent service!

I just tried this place for the first time this evening and we were very pleased! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic dinner. The food was delicious. I found my new favorite chicken quesadilla! It was packed full of flavor in every way, the most authentic tasting quesadilla I have had. We will definitely be back and recommending this to our family! Also, the inside was clean and appealing. Thanks for the great experience!

Seriously one of the best spots in Shasta County! Anything we've tried there is delicious...their homemade tortillas are so good! Love the fiery quesadilla...love the rice and beans...it's all good! Always friendly staff behind the counter as well. This has been one of our faves for a while and will continue to be! Definitely recommend!

Came in last night after seeing a picture of Birria tacos online. Unfortunately, they do not serve them everyday so I had to settle for a Chile relleno plate. It was fantastic. The rice and beans were also very good. I absolutely stuffed myself. The medium hot sauce is closer to hot than medium. Very good flavor. I did not try the mild sauce. So...I came back today to get some Birria tacos. Also very good. Now...I'm getting an enchilada order to take back to the Bay area for lunch tomorrow! Great food. You need to try it!

Their handmade Tortillas were hot and delicious as well. We will most definitely be back!! If you like Taqueria style dining they are open for sit down dining. The staff are awesome too!

Food is great tasting with good portions, we give it 5/5, their customer service is a 5+/5 and they offer a Veteran discount 5/5. We eat here regularly. I visited this place when it first opened, and it was amazing then. However, working in the restaurant business for as long as I did visiting a second time.I contemplated that it might have gone downhill as many restaurants do as time passes. However, today I tried an enchilada lot of late.And I must say as simple as an enchilada plate can be every piece of it was delicious! Most Mexican restaurants don't really bother to put much time and effort in their rice and beans.And they were both were fabulous. Lastly , I want to mention how friendly the staff was , and it was impeccably clean! I'll be back very soon.

Definitely the largest burrito I’ve seen in town and super tasty! My husband loved it and I’m sure would have it again. I have some food sensitivities and so unfortunately my stomach didn’t take well to it (which is nothing to do with their food and not their fault at all). It was delicious though and next time I’d probably go for tacos instead!

They're hot sauce was homemade not too awful hot but very good flavor I had three small containers with some chips. Gentlemen look like maybe the boss or the owner came out and asked me how my meal was and shook my hand and said thank you for coming in. Nice people good food

Very inconsistent food and not authentic. The quesabirrilla is not like any other I have ever had. I have had at least 50 others and this was the worst. It was a flour tortilla huge quesadilla that was mushy. All of the other offerings I have had for the dish are crispy corn tortilla type tacos and dipped in a delicious broth. I was very sick all night after eating here last night. The empanadas ordering were not authentic at all. In the past nachos were extremely soggy. I have had two good experiences with four bad so I probably won't be back.

Cheap with sauces and ingredients. Even if you call ahead and ask. The corn 🌽 barely has any mayo (so cheap) and no Cheetos only dust, the Cheeto taco is gross. Sounds great, really isn’t. Then you are given a gross green sauce and no salsa.
