Fresh. Flavorful. Friendly. Every detail has been attended to at this charming restaurant. Organic and gluten-free are centerpieces, rather than side mentions. You definitely want to come with great expectation of marvelous food. My chicken pesto crepe was as good as it gets, and generous enough to supply me with lunch the next day. The quantity of chicken was high. My guest and I shared an apple spice crepe (La Normande) on a gluten-free crepe. I was dubious, but I detected virtually NO difference in this alternative crepe. It’s not the expected buckwheat, but a clever blend of other grains that produce and excellent crepe, neither tough nor gritty. For later in the day, you’ll find a surprisingly rich array of organic wines and beers. I’ll be back to peruse the offerings some evening. Meals are served on such lovely pottery. Many would hesitate to serve guests in these pieces, much less in a restaurant, where breakage is more common. The owners/chef are quick to respond to your interest. Indulge a chat if you have time. You won’t be disappointed.

The food was delicious. Salad looked beautiful and they have the best crepes in town and Shasta County 😃🙌 we had also Levander Matcha latte and it was delicious also 👍 definitely coming back 👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding! Le Testimony Organic Bistro is a true gem in Redding. Every dish we tried was a perfect blend of bold, vibrant flavors and wholesome organic ingredients. You can taste the care and quality in every bite. It's rare to find food that feels this nourishing and still absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff made the experience even better with their friendly, attentive service. If you're anywhere near Redding, this place is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!

We got the pesto chicken, the turkey and spinach special with the chicken and rice soup. Goodness wasn't good! You can get anything you want gluten-free! There were only two people in here and we got our food surprisingly fast! 6 out of 5. Definitely come back!

Stopped in for dinner and are so happy to have found this gem! We ordered the Chicken Florentine savory crepe. The crepe was so lite that the other ingredients were front and center. It was so flavorful and the combination of ingredients was perfect. Yum! We also ordered the special Blueberry Beet Salad with the side of toasted soda bread with butter and the savory chicken lentil soup. I know it’s too hot to have soup today, but we are so glad we did. It was AMAZING!! The beer salad was refreshing and a perfect blend of ingredients. It feels so good knowing the ingredients are organic and healthy for me. The owners were super friendly and helpful explaining the menu, as it was our first time here. We will be back!

Absolutely loved my visit at Le Testimony today. The service was exceptional, and food was just as good. I would highly recommend the drinks we ordered off the menu as well (matcha latte and chai tea latte). Also super please with the gluten free and dairy free options!! A hole in the wall shopping mall location that is run by a couple who created the menu themselves. One of the best organic salads I’ve had while traveling. I enjoyed talking with the salad chef owner who is passionate about creating delicious, healthy organic dishes, and and helping his customers to be healthy as well. A very nice relaxing atmosphere and decor.

As a work-traveling vegan you get so bored with lackluster add the fake meat vegan choices. I’m an adult who needs creative wholesome French Thai fusion as something different. Even the complex broth in what should be simple vegetable soup had my tastebuds delightfully guessing flavors. Top it off with lavender latte and a black bean brownie, you heard me! Kookie hours aside the couple who own it are worth meeting. If I was a local we would be fast friends, please go!

I wish this cafe was closer to my house. I was looking for a place to eat which had organic ingredients (I have autoimmune disease and it's important for me to eat toxin-free). I ordered vegetable omelette with potatoes and soda bread. The bread was one of the most delicious bread I've eaten. Also the apricot jam was so good I asked for more. Everything was super fresh and it felt good nourishing my body with healthy ingredients. I couldn't not mention how friendly the owners were - they have wonderful customer service skills. I was happy to support them and hope to come back again soon. Read someone mentioning religious music - haven't noticed it at all today and while I'm not religious at all - you're coming to their restaurant, you can't tell them what music to play at their restaurant, you're their guest.

Been on a road trip and we needed some clean, healthy food. Not only was it clean, healthy and organic, it was delicious. The owners have created a little oasis and we ate outside on their plant filled patio. I had cream of mushroom soup with a Greek salad, amazing!

Wow!!!!!!! I can still taste the chicken pesto crepe. Oh my dear, Yahweh- was that the most delicious ckn. Pesto I've ever had in my life??YES. The owner is a sweet and very busy lady and she definitely knows what great customer service should look like. Amazing! The guys in the kitchen- well, it wouldn't be what an amazing place it is, without you all cooking back there and serving too! Yes it was super busy and a bit of a wait- BUT soooooooo well worth it!!! A bit pricy but that's because (and my daughter can appreciate this more) it's Organic and we all know how expensive organics can cost business owners and consumers alike. Well, amazing crepes and matcha lavender drink and amazing customer service. Be patient and this place will NOT disappoint you. Thank you! And thank you for the military discount. And I love the wall decor about God. Outstanding job!!

My husband and I love coming here for breakfast. We love sitting in the outdoor patio surrounded by all the plants! The food is always fresh and delicious, the quality of ingredients they use is amazing and the owners are always so kind! They deserve all the business! :)

There are several indoor tables, and you can order there or via their website. We were there early and the chef and wife had a moment to share their story and explain the food. Absolutely delightful food and experience. Highly recommended.

They were exceedingly kind and we marveled at their work ethic in both producing such devoted care to tending to their customers while producing such excellent food. Speaking of the food, it was delicious and it was enjoyed by the whole family from the oldest to youngest. We hope to return here again when we travel through next time.

We had the turkey zucchini omlette and berry + banana crepes with homemade hazelnut sauce!! 100/10. What makes it even more special is that they are not ashamed to spread the gospel! Good coffee too. It was a great stop for breakfast. you may have to stop by by when we’re heading back home.

Went here with a friend for brunch almost two weeks ago. When I went in I was immediately greeted by a woman and asked if I needed help using the kiosk. Me and my friend both got the build your own omlete he got a side of fruit and potatoes and I got potatoes and toast as my side. Really enjoyed the way they cut the potatoes and make them with ridges. The fruit looked super fresh as well. My only complaint was the amount of Jam you get with your toast. I wish it was a bit more. They infuse their water with lemon and orange and it's excellent. For sure I would come back.

Hands down one of the best places to eat! Take your wife or friend here for a great meal in a place with good atmosphere and even better owners. They are the kindest and accommodate any dietary restrictions, while keeping everything so clean. The food is prepared on another level by a cook who actually cares about the food and quality. Go check them out.
