I have never once had a bad pizza from this place. They’re always making it yummy even when it’s super busy. They don’t cut corners!

Today was the first time I tried this pizza and it was DELICIOUS!! It had a tons of toppings and had really good flavor! Will definitely order again.

The place is set up for takeout or delivery. Ordered inside and the pizza took about 15 minutes. Order the beat Pizza it was great.

I was interested in trying this place on the chance they were locally owned. They are! Staff was very friendly and made me feel more like a neighbor than just a customer. I assumed I'd have to be there awhile as I ordered several pizzas on the spot and waited, but it was surprisingly quick. More importantly, this was hands down the BEST pizza I've had in a very long time. Will definitely be coming back often. Can't wait to try their other items! Support this DELICIOUS local business!

Unfortunately, this place doesn’t have much of an atmosphere, but it does have good pizza. I think this is my second favorite in town next to good Times Pizza. Yes I mean even better than cinders.

I've been ordering from Shasta Pizza Company for years and they have always made great pizza at great prices with great customer service. Tonight they went above and beyond. I forgot they don't carry Dr. Pepper and was reminded when I requested it that they don't carry Dr Pepper so I decided to opt out of ordering any other soda because I already had Pepsi at home. Not only did they show up quicker than the delivery time given but the drive also had a 6 pack of Dr. Pepper. I was blown away by the amazing customer service they provided. I highly recommend Shasta Pizza Company if your looking for amazing Pizza, Sandwiches, Pasta, Wings, or Fresh Salads, also you get to support an amazing locally owned business.

We ordered the XL cheese pizza. It was soooo good. And the house made ranch was excellent.

If you're lucky enough to have the Shasta Pizza on Victor near you, your blessed to have a fantastic meal in store. If you're happening to be traveling and in the area, don't pass up the opportunity to enjoy their food. We had the killer bacon chicken pizza and what a treat. From the moment we called till delivery was outstanding. Don't call the one in Anderson.

Always incredibly fast and incredibly tasty. I liked their garlic sauce at first, however, after trying it a couple times since I don't feel it tastes the same and I stick with tomato. The pizzas as a whole are amazing, the cheese is plentiful, the toppings are fresh (although who the heck has red onions but not green... Green onions are the best for pizza IMO). I usually do delivery from them and it has never been longer than 30 minutes from order till they're ringing my doorbell.

Found this place trying to find a local pizza shop and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered something called The Mountain I think. I paid $27.00 for a medium and it was worth every penny. The staff was quick to greet me, take my order, and even though it was very busy, I got my pizza in 10 minutes. The Pizza was amazing. I'm only traveling through Redding, and I wish they had this place in Washington where I'm from because I would totally order from here every time I want a pizza. 10/10 would recommend if you want an awesome pizza.

Pizza is pretty good but everytime I go in here, it feels almost like going over to a friend's house in which their parents aren't very clean or organized. It's not like disgusting or anything, but it could definitely use some TLC. Cobwebs on walls and scattered papers randomly around just seems like they don't really care about appearance. Maybe they don't, and only care about putting out a good product. Not sure but they do put out a good product.

We enjoy their pizza for the most part, only complaint is sometimes their food comes way too salty, almost to where we cannot eat it. Overall we enjoy supporting a local company, and 7/10 times it is just fine.

Very good pizza. Great sauce nice topping portions. These guys know what they are doing. Very consistent. You always know what you will get when ordering pizza from these guys.

Great local chain of tasty pizza. Friendly employees, they also have rather tasty lasagna and salads that are worth mentioning. Generally busy, most delivery times are 40 minutes to an hour, however the pie is good enough to wait for. If you want to do an in store pickup that is a handy option on a busy Friday or Saturday evening.

The pizza was really good! Didn't realize there was no dining area, just to go orders but I found a nice park to eat my lunch in. I will return!

Pizza was alright, nothing exceptional. Got a Hawaiian and everything tasted alright. Food was ready on time. Got cheesy bread and it was flipped over and stuck on the cardboard, making most of it just bread. Value wasn't bad, but not the cheapest place for the value.

They charged me $9.00 extra. I was told $29.08 over the phone and when the delivery driver arrived I was charged $38.08. I was refunded the $9.00. So that isn’t a big deal and is forgiven. But the pizza was the worst ever. It was disgustingly greasy we ended up throwing it away after a slice. My fiancée and myself could not stay out of the bathroom after. Would not recommend. Minus the pizza not being great, the customer service was amazing. They were very understanding that we were over charged and refunded the money within the hour. I give the customer service a 5 star but the food itself I would give a negative 5 star.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:04. I spoke with Kasey. At 9:15 I called and Kasey informed me the delivery driver went to the hotel next door and would be right here soon. 10 minutes later the driver arrived with my pizza. The pizza was cold, they did not bringe a receipt, and I ordered extra sauce on the side as the other time I ordered here the pizza was a bit dry. So and he and 20 mins, cold food, and not my complete order. When I asked the driver she just said she didn't know with a puzzled look on her face. I had originally told Kasey during the 1st phone call to add a good tip onto the order, when I called to complain and recind my tip, I expressed these things to Kasey. His only concern or apology was "she was supposed to go to you 2nd." To a perspective customer: I sure hope you're 1st on the delivery route if you enjoy hot food, and if they get your order wrong, dont expect them to make any efforts to make it right. To the owner: good luck staying in business with shining examples like Kasey and the delivery driver running your business into the ground. It was very apparent they "didn't care." I'd actually review the pizza bit it's cold and dry, so all incan comment on is my experience. I'm on the road 42weeks a year and have had my fair share of poor performance from a pizza place.... this however takes the cake.... this is the first experience at an eatery to motivate me to make a comment. Worse pizza delivery experience ever!

Terrible Service!, I called Sunday Night at 623pm I asked for a !2" Lei I And I asked if I could get a thick crust and I was told it costs extra I said Ok, Then I asked for a Hot Roast Beef Sandwich and a Pepsi 2 liter for delivery to my Churn Creek Address and they said it would be 1 1/2 hours Was I ok with that I said sure they said 37.07 I said add a 5.00 tip to that She took my credit card info and said they would have that right out. I get a message at 7.34 pm saying they don't do thick crusts on a 12" and he wasn't going to send it out like that That if I wanted to redo my order they would be glad to help me, So I call them back they same person who left the message answered the phone and said can You hold and if you want delivery were not doing anymore tonight. I will not be coming back to this place, and anybody who asks about Shasta Pizza will be told about this experience. It's got nothing to do with their food, ingredients, and ultimately their pizza. It had everything with them turning down diners which is terrible and horrible business reputation.

I have ordered pizza from this Company for quite a few years...they have always had good customer service and great food!! Until last night. First my order was wrong and not all there. I called and they made it right. No big deal, then she delivered the right pizza and the missing order and the toppings were not even on the pizza. They were slid off and sticking all over the box. So they again made it right with me and delivered a THIRD pizza....great customer service, I thought, right? NO!! The delivery driver was so irritated that she had to deliver a third time to my house, she actually had the nerve to do a burn out in my driveway. SERIOUSLY!! I called and let the acting manager know that this happened, hopefully they will get the message back to the owner. It was very uncalled for and unprofessional. Honestly I wouldn’t be writing this review at all, if she wouldn’t have done that.

Although the pizza tasted ok, it wasn’t until later a friend told me he noticed a worker cleaning and sweeping, then handled dough without out washing his hands!!!! Hygiene is in question The pizza is overpriced. Neighborhood a little sketchy
