Bria, the shift supervisor at Sourdough Bread Company, and her staff are exceptional. The owner or general manager did an outstanding job hiring her. The bread is delicious, the sandwiches are delicious, and everything is great. I am not quite sure why some people left the negative reviews they did. The only thing I can think of is maybe it is friends or family of the competition. Ignore the bad reviews and try it for yourself. You will love it. And right next door is a place called Crumble with great desserts that you will love as well. Bonus, all staff are beautiful 😻 and friendly as well.
The soup was delicious. They already have very nice Christmas decorations 🎄 the price is little bit higher but service is good 🙂 I will come definitely back 👍

So far so good! The ladies always greet me when I walk in. Super polite. Super fast at making my sandwich and are not greedy with the ingredients at all. I order the Garlic pesto turkey and it never misses a beat. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Always good music playing. I am a fan of Sourdough Bread Co!
Great food my sandwich even came with a complimentary pickle on the side which I loved! Perfect amount of meat and toasted to perfection. My new favorite sandwich place!
Got the large Cobb, only $12 bucks, enormous and fresh!
Possibly the best French dip ever. My husband had a Pastrami sandwich that was wonderful. The bread was tangy and crispy outside, just-right chewy inside. We bought a loaf to bake at home. Hoping it is as good as it was there. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick. Can't wait to try the soups, the salad was like it was picked that morning, chilled and served with excellent blue cheese dressing. We will be back soon.
Not sure why they don’t have better reviews. Our bread was delicious and sandwiches were well made. The customer service was also lovely!
Sandwiches had a good quantity of meat and fillings. Sourdough bread is outstanding. Very friendly staff and the dining room was immaculate. Second visit today and the first was just as good. We will be back!!

I ordered a French Dip Sandwich. The flavors burst in my mouth. The bread was tangy and perfectly crisp. The French Dip was made with just enough flavor. I ate the sandwich so fast and now will need another soon. The staff here are also kind and welcome. Great place.

I stopped by the new shop yesterday August, 25th. First time inside sourdough company, I really like the interior and the design. I was met with a very friendly young man who took my order on register he helped me pick out my sandwiches for the first time, recommended me French Dip and Garlic Pesteo Turkey. Food was pricey, but everything is nowadays. It wasn't very busy in the shop but my two sandwiches took over 20 minutes. I believe the chefs forgot about my order since they were chatting, luckily the register worker realized this and directed the chefs to get my order out. After we were done eating the young man worker came to our table and apologized for the long wait once again and insisted on giving us a coupon for $5 off 20$ order for next time. Over all, me and my husband will come again. Bread was delightful, service from employee was excellent, would only wish quicker service from the chefs.

The service was great. The bread itself was absolutely delicious. My husband says his French dip was really good. The clam chowder we both ordered was warm at best and just okay. The Mac and cheese was different but good. We will try again and definitely a better choice than many other places.

Chowder in the bread bowl overpriced but ok. Sandwiches are good but small for the price. I've had better for less.
Went there today for lunch with my husband and baby. There were high chairs which was nice. I ordered a French dip, I had read a few reviews saying how good it was but to me is was very bland. :( the aju sauce had no flavor and the sandwich had no flavor. I got some horseradish for the second half of my sandwich and that helped. I also got a bowl of clam chowder, the clam chowder was pretty good. My husband got the bread bowl with clam chowder and ate the whole thing. We got mac n cheese for my 1 yr old and she loved it. The prices are pretty high, all that food came up to 50 bucks which seemed like a lot but it was a good amount of food. The clam chowder and mac n cheese came with bread so that was a nice addition. The bread tasted fresh and good. The staff was nice and attentive. Only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of flavor in the French dip. If you get it, I'd suggest horseradish or something else to put on it.

The food is good, but service not so much. I had to make them redo a sandwich because it was the wrong toppings, and then shorted 1 side pickle on the entire order. Do better.

Ordered food here recently and experienced a few failures in staff training that could've ended badly if I had a food allergy and/or didn't catch the error in time. There were some glitches with my order getting entered correctly and the server's lack of familiarity with the menu - she said she was new, learning takes time, not holding that against her. She did the right thing and asked a coworker if the salad had raw onions, as I was asking for the salsa to be excluded if it contained them. "No onions in it at all!" the guy proclaimed. "Great! I can't eat them," I replied. Sad trombone, it had raw onions. Discovered this too late to go back and ask for it to be made without the offending alliums. tldr: staff need more training to correctly answer questions on ingredients, and on paying attention to what they're handling so maybe they notice the ingredient a customer has specifically flagged. The food is okay-ish otherwise.
First and probably last time in. Ordered online, which was convenient. Ordering is kind of confusing because of the condiments. First downside, was the price. $10 for a 4-in sub. I assumed the sub would be a little more than 4-in because other places I've been to say they have a 4-in sub, but it's larger. This was more like 3.5-in. Pick up those easy, although the employees looked at me like I was crazy when I walked in and stood at the pickup sign. Sub quality was all right. Nothing exceptional. The bread was good, but the meats were just decent. Overall, the food wasn't good enough to warranr the price.

I ordered salad and sandwich before my 4 friends. They got there’s and I was still waiting. they were almost finished eating 15 minutes later. Also a person came in after all of us and he also got his food. 😞

We chose this place because someone suggested it. We Attempted to order online but it required a credit card payment so we called in the order. The employee rambled of breads and toppings, I said I wanted the sandwich on the "fresh baked sourdough" as described online, she just repeated the same question ignoring what I said asking what bread I wanted. She had the same response with all 4 sandwiches ordered. When we received our order is was almost inedible. I used 5 napkins to wipe the mayonnaise off my sandwich but it has completely saturated the bread I couldn't eat it and tossed it in the trash and have to get something different for lunch . Also there was such a small amount of meat for a $10 4" sandwich is was comical. The photo is after wiping some of the mayonnaise off.
I think they got my order confused I ordered a 8 inch sandwich but they put the 4 in meat on it won't be going back there

The employees were more interested in what was going on in the parking lot than taking our order so we left. And honestly there was nothing interesting going on in the parking lot. November 17, 3:15pm.
I dislike leaving bad reviews. The order was missing the Mac and cheese. "Sourdough" Bread, more of a white French. Chewy, missing air pockets and not squish test worthy as such. Cheese, best part of the sandwich. My last straw, the paper straw. After paying too much for a sandwich, ($26) I was left unsatisfied in every aspect. Including the brisket reminds me of pre-cooked bacon strips.
So the girl who made our food doesn't really understand how gloves work in food service she put on gloves took our order touching the screen, counters and everything with gloves on then made the food which is pretty gross. 40 bucks for two sandwiches with chips is pretty crazy price. The pesto didn't even taste like pesto
