Not as friendly as other Starbucks in the area but the drink was made correctly and tasted good. Gotta ask for light foam on a soy latte otherwise it's pretty much all foam.

I go to this location every week since it’s the closest to where we leave. I am not sure if the person that helped me out over the weekend is new or altogether has a nasty attitude. I was taken back when the conversation started out as “what do you want??” When starting my order through the drive through. I did order a drink I haven’t tried before and their response was terrible and snarky when it came to explaining the drink. Because of this attitude, I decided to cancel my order and go elsewhere. The lady apologized but are you really sorry for being rude? When I drove up to see who it was, they looked upset with their job and had a nasty look to their face. I am going to take my business elsewhere until changes are made. If you hate what you do, then find a different job or mask it by killing with kindness.

This is an extremely small Starbucks. It was upsetting that there was nowhere for me to charge my laptop. This location has NO electrical outlets! Additionally, the Wi-Fi does not work. I tried connecting two of my devices and neither worked.

I’m at this Starbucks 5-7 times a week, usually before work. Yesterday I was met with a new person, she asked if I needed a straw I said yes, I didn’t get the straw until I asked for it after she gave me my order. I order TRENTA but was given a short straw with a nasty attitude. She looked like the same person that had a nasty demeanor at another place of business I go to. There are plenty of jobs that you don’t need to talk to customers, I suggest she go work somewhere that her bad attitude won’t be seen.

I was in on 12/23. When I pulled up to the window I was Greeted by the Starbucks employee so I gave my order then when they didn't respond I said hello, I was met with rudeness but ok fine retail is stressful. Then I handed over my card and was given a grande instead of a venti fine no biggy. I specifically asked for soy milk the cup said soy, it was NOT soy. I have a mild dairy allergy if you have any allergies stay away from this location.

Man in pigtails was wearing a mask while serving food/drinks and while I understand germs are unavoidable, if a staff member is sick they should not come into work. Food handling is so susceptible to illness and I don't want a sick person dealing with my food

I will never come back to this particular location. About a week ago my mom and I went in to grab 2 drip hot coffees. My mom pulled out a $50 bill, which I noticed, and almost stopped to ask the cashier if they accept larger bills but, did not. I had turned to look at other items when the cashier handed change back to my mom she (my mom) stopped and said “wait I gave you a $50 bill”. To which the cashier replied “no you gave me a $10”. I turned around and corrected her stating that my mom in fact gave her a $50 and she needed to get her manager. The manager comes out opens the register and said “no there is no $50 bill in here”. I was livid and before I could make a scene the manager turned back to the cashier and said “you said she gave you a $10?” Which I assume she noticed there was not a $10 in the register and the $50 “magically” appeared and we were then given our correct change. Neither the cashier nor manager were apologetic at all. On top of that my drink order was wrong. I was given a iced tea instead of a black drip coffee 🙄

We ordered 2 venti iced matcha lattes and one of them did not look normal, you can see the ice is all the way to the bottom, it would not be a problem if it tasted good, this has 0 sweetener. I could not drink it and can't go back to get a new one🤦‍♀️

Ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher, half of the drink was ice and water. Doesn’t look and taste like the ones made properly by other locations I’ve been to. As you can see it has about one piece of dragonfruit that usually gives it some flavor. The drink tasted sour instead of sweet like it should be because of how watered down it was. If you want a drink that tastes properly I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Today’s date and time: 08/ 06/2024 4:05. We just stop by this Starbucks and the girl doesn’t let you speak or to finish ordering. She was very short and with lots of attitude - she even roll her eyes when we were leaving! I understand if you’re not having a good day, but no customer should put up with attitude! One thing you can count in every Starbucks is good service and a nice pleasant atmosphere. Didn’t happen this time…
