I have been a native to Redlands for 35 years and watched this town really grow with business. This joint has really good pizza! We ate there as a family and had good service. The pizza is expensive, yet good! “You get what you pay for!” 🍕

We had a bad experience right before leaving for a road trip. The man doing delivery runs accidentally grabbed 3 orders (including mine) and delivered them. The woman at the register was so embarrassed and remorseful. She wrote our names down and promised to make it right. We ended up getting our food after a long wait and all was well. A few weeks later I went back. The woman at the register was different. Her name was Daniella. I told her what happened and that the woman had written my name down. She could not find it. I was upset, but decided to order anyway. Daniella took it upon herself to make a phone call. She came back and told me that they would cover the entire meal!! Then when she came out with my food, she had added a few wings to each order because they were super small in size. Mountain Mike’s in Redlands has the best staff. Mistakes happen, but they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Still the best pizza and wings combo! Thank you!

If you want to try the biggest pizza in town....and you love quality toppings piled high on excellent crust...check out mountain Mike's. The xlarge mountain size has 20 slices and is seriously two feet across! It's around 45$ but for the amount of pizza you get, I am pretty dang impressed. Well made pizza by a very polite and helpful staff in a super clean establishment. Even the bathroom was immaculate. Well done,mountain Mike's!

Pizza is amazing and service is outstanding!! We had a group of about 20 for my sons birthday party. Vishel had everything set up for us before we showed up and was accommodating with us as different needs came up. The venue was a perfect setting but Vishel’s service really was what allowed the party to run smoothly, allowing us to enjoy our time together. Thanks again!!! 👍

I hadn't heard of this place before but went on the recommendation of a friend and I'm glad I did. Although the pizza was great, for me it was the sides that really stole the show. The mozzarella sticks in particular were some of the best I've had in socal. They have beer on tap if that's your kind of thing, and a large screen tv ,but it is equally family friendly with various arcade games. Service was fast , friendly and punctual so no complaints there. Parking was ample, but it's only a few blocks from the new train station in Downtown Redlands as well.

I was so surprised to find this place in socal, so had to stop and go in. This place has the best combination pizza (in my humble opinion) I've ever had in my 52yrs of eating pizza. Lots of toppings and the crust is great too. If you've never had a pizza from Mt Mike's I challenge you to try it for yourself and let me know what you think.

My significant other and I drive an hour and a half to this Mountain Mike’s every year on my birthday and have done so for the past 3 years. Every year we have the best experience without fail! The food is always incredible, the staff is friendly & kind and we love the environment as it’s relaxed and welcoming. Thank you so much for the team at this location for always putting in the extra effort during our visits! You all are the best! It’s worth mentioning that we take the time to drive out because Mountain Mike’s was our favorite when we lived close to one in NorCal. We had good experiences at those ones too but because of the consistency & awesome staff at this specific location, it holds a special place in our hearts. I love their vegetarian options. Ingredients are super fresh and plentiful. The crust is yummy. Definitely not little Caesars. I’ve only been here twice, and I’ll be coming back more often. Customer service is great, people behind the counter, see knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Just a really good pizza joints that’s above and beyond.

Went for the 11am buffet and it was excellent the price is inexpensive and it comes with a drink. If you make it by 11am the pizza is fresh and hot. When you get your slice you know it's right when the cheese is stringy like 18 inches. I recommend this place for value, taste and quality.

The pizza is on a rotation schedule and fresh out of the oven. They offer a similar buffet for dinner for a few dollars more on Monday and Tuesday evenings as well. The only thing that's missing here is a good arcade (more machines would be better). Superb food and staff!

Me and my family went to this place and ate at the lunch buffet. The food, service, and atmosphere was amazing! The pizza was super good, and the lady at the counter was very helpful to us. There wasn't a lot of people, so the ambience and feeling was very nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anybody thinking of eating here.

The pizza was good, if a bit pricey, but you're gonna pay more if you want pizza that's better than most chains. My only real complaint was that the wings were very overpriced for the quality I received. I'd go back for the pizza, not the wings.

Pizza was good. However 2 medium pizzas (1-specialty and 1- single topping) were $30 so it's pricey. I wanted to try something different but for the price I'd rather have others around Redlands.

We had pizza and jalapeño poppers. The pizza was phenomenal. The crust was done right, crunchy on the bottom and the dough was perfectly done. The marinara sauce was great. We were disappointed in the poppers. The breading was not really crispy. I was hoping for a much crunchier breading, they almost felt like they were frozen and nuked.

Place is really over priced. Two large pizzas with 8 piece wings and two drinks will run you $76. No lie. Chicken pizza with bacon is delicious. Pepperoni is mediocre that resembles microwave/oven store bought pizza.

Made a order at 5:15 i was too busy watching the 49er game. I looked at the time and its been over a hour plus. I was wondering why other people that cane after us was getting served before us. So i asked about my pizzas. They came out and they were warm not hot since they have been sitting for an hour. Didnt say again i needed to go. I was late late. Any ways get home and the wifes pizza had onions. We asked for no onions. Even said it on the order. We called a complained. They didnt make it right and only offered 20% sad. Not happy. Not happy at all.

The pizza itself was good but the noise level was rather loud. There was about seven big screen TVs displaying the news or sports which felt intimidating. The wait for the pizza was somewhat longer than expected but the employees were very patient and considerate with all of the customers.

Over priced for the very average pizza they offer. Salad bar was pretty good. If you are getting pizza in downtown Redlands, there are much better options at the same price point. Tried it once, I won't need to go back.

Went to lunch here with family during the week. Pros: Great salad bar selection. The servers were friendly and highly apologetic for good reason. Cons: The temperature was extremely hot inside to the point where I was uncomfortable and sweaty. This never happens, anywhere. The loud noise next door due to construction was so obtrusive we could not hear each other from across the table. Most dissatisfying though was the pizza. It was extremely forgettable and had almost no sauce on it. It seemed like it was just cheese melted on bread. The all you can eat pizza did not come out until 15 to 20 minutes after we arrived.

Great pizza! Definitely on the pricey side. Ordered 2 mountain size pizzas, and a small chicken pizza for $93. The issue is I placed the order and I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It took 10 minutes to get there and we waited an additional 45 minutes. If you're going to charge premium prices, have better service. Service should match the price. That's the point.

Got there about 11:45. Buffet hours 11am-2pm. The guy did not seem to talk much English. He had to put spoons and tongs in salad bar after I got there no pizzas up so had to wait about 10 mins. Fresh pizza is ok but took about 10 mins. between pizzas and there were about 8 people there for the pizza buffet before the first one came out. Guess can't complain to much not many places you can have lunch for about $10. Been there a few times since then and seemed to get better more pizza nice viriety then yesterday was bad again. Got there about 11:30. There was 2 partial pizzas up both pepperoni about 10 or so mins brought out another half pepperoni half meat lovers. 1215 someone walked in and was told buffet was closed. No more pizza came out. Two woman that came in about noon after the last pizza was put out bought the buffet. They thought more pizza was coming out when they got to it only about half a pizza was left. They were told buffet was over after they paid about noon. Sign says 11-2. Also price went up $2 not a big deal every thing is going up.

This was the second time that we have taken out pizza from this location. The first time we got a "lite" sauce pizza instead of the "white" sauce pizza we ordered. Understandable mistake. The second time we ordered "extra sauce" and was charged extra for the sauce. We ate the "extra sauce" and feel that it was not extra! The other pizza we ordered was dry as well. Mountain Mike's is one of my favorite Pizza place from Northern California. Unfortunately, it is not the same coming from down South. Hopefully this location gets their sauce on track because nobody likes a dry pizza. I will try this location out once more. Hopefully it doesn't strike out.

Sausage pizza was very light. Submarine sandwich was dry and the bread came burnt. Asked for Canadian bacon on the second pizza and it came to the table with no Canadian bacon, Bacon bits only? Really? Pepperoni pizza was big and too expensive for something that resembled that Bisquick pizza I used to make as a teenager. The lack of communication skills that the personal displays made for a bad experience overall. Maybe next year I guess. I don't know. Maybe not.

There’s something in the soda machine that gives you this horrible awful taste I tested them all, and they were all bad Do not drink the soda I think it needs to be tested by the health department because who knows what could be in there But the pizza itself tasted fine

It's true that the employees are kind...and that they apologize a lot. I would have given them at least four stars because while they're extremely slow, the pizza is good. But, then this happened a few months ago: 12:25 - I order a pizza on the app, it says it will be ready by 12:45, I wait in my car until then 12:45 - I walk in and the person at the counter says they're really sorry, but they're having staff issues and my pizza will be another 15 minutes 1:00 - I come back to pick up my pizza, he apologizes again and says it's going to be another 15 minutes 1:15 - I come back inside and he says it will be another 10 minutes, it's almost done, he says he's refunded my money through the app and says I should wait anyway because it will be ready soon 1:25 - Another employee comes out, apologizes, and says it will be yet another 15 minutes. I told her to keep it, I've already been there an hour, I'm late for work, and the other guy already said he refunded my money. I'm late getting back to work, I have no lunch, and the $20ish I paid won't be available to me for at least a few days. Perfect. Then it gets better: I never get the refund. I would call, but I really don't want to deal with it anymore. It's a bummer because I really like their pizza, but I have other problems in life and I don't need to invite more.

Place was clean and employees were nice, but.... Guy at the register could not count change, literally. I need .96 in change, he tried to give me 7 quarters and 5 dimes... I had to help him. We ordered two mini pizzas, one with pepperoni, mushrooms and olives... It came out artichokes, mushrooms and olives and was doughy on the top of the crust. The other was supposed to have artichokes on it (veggy pizza) but it didn't. Pizza was ok... Not a lot of flavor. Crust was nicely crisp although it needed a little more time in the oven as it was doughy on top. And the beer was... Off. Very likely not coming back.

Went there tonight because they have the best pizza. We had a party last week we ordered several pizza’s. This place is really expensive but worth the money. The reason for the one star is because we actually went there tonight the gentleman said sorry there is a party who BOUGHT this entire side of the room, but every single table had a reserved sign. I said there is only 3 of us he said you can sit outside( in the 58 degree temperature.), I said no thank you so we left. I think the gentleman could’ve been more professional and/or a little more accommodating. So basically Im giving the personal a one and the food a 10.

First time here and never returning. The lady at the counter taking our order was irritated and rushing us to order. Ordered wings, they came out slimy, with broken bones, and were completely frozen from the inside. The pizza lacked flavor, the tomato sauce lacked flavor, the cheese was too thick on the pizza, and there was barely any pepperoni or sausage on it. The only plus was the jalapenos were actually spicy. Not worth the drive out.

We waited almost an hour for our pizza while the employees were all chatting it up and eating brownies by the register. It was not busy at all. After 50 minutes they brought out 1 of the 2 pizzas. They said they dropped the other pizza and had to remake it. Are you kidding me?!?! The pizza they did bring out was cold and tasted like cardboard. Had the pizza been hot and tasted good, I may have been able to look past the fact that it took almost an hour to get half our dang order. We have been to Mountain Mike's in Moreno Valley and it was soo good. I couldn't wait to go try out Redlands. Huge disappointment and we will not be back! We got our money back and did not get any dinner and barely any apology. Way to go guys! I don't even know how the pizza took so freakin' long. I honestly think they forgot to make it. Ugh!!!! 🤬

I recently reviewed this place and praised it and still stand by, at least, the quality of food. However, just today, my girlfriend called to place an order for pick up. Immediately answering, the woman says nothing but, "can you call back at a later time". No explanation, nothing. We were both confused and my girlfriend asked what she means. Again, no explanation, just asking us to call back later, again, confused, my girlfriend asked what time. And the employee responded with, "just call back in 10 min, sorry." What the hell is that??? Never coming here again, which sucks, cause this was probably one of the best tasting pizzas I have had.

When me and my husband walked in this pizza place service lady was rude to us the pizza was really greasy and upset my stomach, The TVs are so loud you can’t hear yourself talking to anyone, when my husband was ordering our food the lady kept saying we don’t have water cups and we don’t have plastic cups to refill your drinks cups and they did saw costumers with them, so they gave us paper cups. What kind of pizza place doesn’t have water cups or plastic cups to refill your drinks😡 and a customer service was horrible. Plus my husband couldn’t understand the lady because she was not caring and couldn’t hear my husband. And they don’t have there price on there menu so you have to ask how much or just spend all your money on a pizza and salad.

I ordered my pizza at 6:05pm this evening online I arrived at 6:55 and was told my order was being re-made ? This is the 2nd time this same thing has occurred here.. I normally do not write reviews but I think this really has to be addressed .. I am ordering in advanced so I can avoid a wait so if your online option does not work than kindly remove it from your website .. worst customer service for pizza pick I have ever had .. FYI the next person in line to pick up was advised the exact same thing??

March 1st 2024 whoever worked the closing shift tonight is an awful employee. I wish I could give 0 stars for the serious lack of customer service and quality for value. My gluten free pizza was so small it was a ripoff!!! I was not happy with my purchase so I called to ask about a refund so over the phone I was instructed to bring the pizza for the refund. Upon arrival the man at the register was unwelcoming and immediately disregarded anything communicated over the phone and insisted my complaint "wasn't valid" and said this many times as l explained what is absolutely reasonable. My pizza is not worth $25 when it was 1.) made incorrectly and 2.) the smallest pizza l've ever seen and paid for. I even left a tip and my order was incorrect. The man working tonight had no concern for my order and insisted on refunding me for half my toppings instead of a full refund as I requested and agreed upon on the phone. My experience was HORRIBLE and if you find this review please know they are a complete rip off and don't count on any refunds from these people. Not a reputable company!!! This is the second time we have a bad experience here. I’m not sure if it’s the owner but he is so rude. The first time he rushed me off the phone and when my husband went to pick up the order it was wrong and he told my husband “is she sure this is wrong” like yes! If you didn’t rush me off the phone you would have paid attention to our order. Now today we called to place an order and were immediately put on hold. They didn't even bother answering and stating “thanks for calling, I am placing you on a brief hold”. So I kept calling and the man told my husband that we needed to wait on hold first so my husband told him it would be nice to be greeted first and notified of being put on hold. The first time we contacted the customer service they gave us a gift card loaded to my app. Today we tried using the gift card in store and the worker wouldn’t accept it. The pizza isn’t that great and not worth putting up with rude service.

I submitted the order by accident using Uber eats, literally less then 1-2 passes by and I cancelled the order, it was still processing, they said a cancellation fee will be charged (never stated how much), I get a receipt available hours later, received showing a “cancellation fee” of $46.40!! WtH!! Contacted Uber Eats and they stated Mountain Mike’s closed the ticket/receipt with that cancellation amount. Totally NOT acceptable! Would definitely NEVER order and or recommend this place. Scammers.

Not worth the wait. I guess our first mistake was to think we might get timely service on a Friday night. I can't say I was impressed. The place was busy, but not packed when we came in, but quickly had standing room only. The only people getting any food were those picking up to go orders. Waiting over an hour for pizza with two less than 10 year olds in a busy, loud venue was not worth it. Should have just made pizza at home or ordered in.

$18 for a small single going pizza? Need I say more? Ordered a drink and it was just shy of $30. One would think I was in the Beverly Hills posh restaurants. I don't care how good a pizza is, it's not worth this price, especially with this economy.

Didn't even order. The guy on the phone right now at 8:44 on 6/21 was rushing me to make my order. Cut me off mid sentence as I speaking, called me the wrong name after asking what my name was for the order and then proceeded to say that the name wasn't necessary. So why ask me for it in the first place and waste my time?? Everyone in the car with me after I hung up were all exclaiming how rude he was. We will never give this place a chance moving forward and I will make sure everyone I know knows how terrible the service is here. Waste of time and energy. Incredibly rude and seeing how the other reviews say the same, I really shouldn't be surprised.

I went to have lunch on my lunch hour for their buffet. I didn’t want to wait long for pizza. I went to the salad bar and it looked old and nasty. Instead of lettuce it was cabbage. They had no pizza made for the buffet and we had to wait 20 minutes for pizza and they brought out 1 a medium sized that had half pepperoni and who knows what the other side was. Then we waited for another one that never came. We asked for our money back and they could not refund us because it had to come from corporate. Luckily I bank with Schools First credit Union and I will open a case with them and this location will be investigated as well as calling the health department.

Another restaurant that pictures were deceiving. We received our pizza and the ingredients didn’t look fresh at all which was the first deal breaker. It was so bad that we had to order pizza from old and faithful Domino’s to satisfy our tastebuds. First impressions are everything and needless to say we won’t be giving this place a 2nd chance

Waste of time, slow service, one pizza brought out every half hour for a whole lunch rush at the restaurant. 16 people here with two pizzas out every hour and lack of concept to only take one slice since we all need to share the scheduled pizzas. Salad bar had rotting vegetables, nothing seemed fresh. Pizza was not great. Not impressed.

Poor service, rang order wrong 2 times ordered small pizza got charged for large, ordered 1 trip salad bar got charged for all you can eat. 3 reg dressed kids just walk in back area 5 min later walk out with food boxes just laughing, Very slow service and unprofessional workers not caring for the business aspect. Pizza is ok. The beer is bad, it's flat and does t taste right. The soda is even worse, I think there machine has not been cleaned very good in a long time. The lady that served us was rude. I had been to this place once before and it was the same. I would not recommend this place.

I ordered through GrubHub and my order was incorrect I asked for no bacon because I don't eat pork and they put it in anyway. The guy told me over the phone that they received the order correct so why did they put the wrong ingredients? so I had to drive all the way over there to replace my order after paying a delivery fee.Then when I received my order it was still incorrect they didn't add the sun-dried tomatoes I paid extra for but I was so hungry I just took it and left when I got home and began to eat the pizza I noticed the bread was still doughy so I only ate the meat and cheese off the top of the bread and I found a piece of bacon on my pizza...I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This was my first time trying them and for my order to come out like this is not cool! 40 bucks down the drain!

The only reason we came was for the discounted food. Food: Disgusting cleaning chemical taste on every single bite of food ruined $50 worth of food. Besides the cleaning chemicals they added to our food, it was also dry, tasteless and over cooked. Overall: We will never eat here again. Our stomachs hurt and we threw away 90% of the food because we couldn’t eat Lysol on food. I don’t want an apology I want a refund. Worst Mtn. Mike experience. I prefer the one owned by cleaner, richer people in New Port beach. No offense…in any way…but take that however you please.
