Food is delicious. Had the Ahi Tuna, asparagus and wild rice pilaf. For dessert we had cheesecake, so good! Service was excellent!
I visited CA for Thanksgiving week and my friend reserved dinner for us on a Tuesday night. We sat upstairs which was absolutely beautiful. Very quaint setting. The decor was lovely. Our server was absolutely fantastic. Very genuine in his service to us. The food. OMG, absolutely wonderful! I had the lobster tails and asparagus and my friend had the steak and wedge salad. We each had our two limit glasses of Chardonnay, 😉. I loved getting dolled up and going to dinner with my gf but you certainly do not have to get dressed up. Just go and enjoy a scrumptious, delicious meal with great company, even if that's by yourself! Much love ❤️ .
We made reservations and they seated us quickly. The ambience was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful in menu selections. They even provided a complimentary dessert. There are apparently see night specials, we overheard the table next to us discussing. We were not told about them and we did put “date night” on our reservation. It may be a local thing! Either way, that would not keep me away from this great restaurant and experience. The inside is decorated so well and we loved the Sinatra hits playing in the background. Thank you Greensleeves for our experience.
It's delicious, the service is pleasant, it's warm and cozy. We ordered their signature salad, a burger and French fries. We waited a long time, although there was only one table occupied in the restaurant. Our waitress was helpful and attentive. The dishes were presentable and tasty. We were satisfied.😋
We’ve eaten here multiple times and it is always delicious. I am not much of a meat eater so I was hesitant on going to a steakhouse but did for my husband and I’m so glad I did! I have yet to try anything from here that isn’t mouthwatering. The Thursday night sweetheart special is a fantastic deal for the best dinner around. The artichoke appetizer is especially incredible. This last visit was for our anniversary and they even brought out a special dessert for us. The manager even came out to greet us when my husband complimented the meal and service. Our waitress was a sweetheart and gave great recommendations on drinks and our meal. The atmosphere is laidback, intimate and friendly. We’ve done a group dinner with friends upstairs that is also a lot of fun. 10 out 10, would recommend. I’d say Greensleeves is the best restaurant in Redlands.
Our experience at this upscale steakhouse was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the establishment. The food exceeded our expectations, with each dish prepared to perfection. The drinks were equally impressive, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The service was impeccable, with our waitress and the water boy providing attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. While we didn't catch their names, the bartender, Josh, stood out for his exceptional attentiveness and skill. Overall, our experience at this steakhouse was wonderful, and we would gladly return for another memorable dining experience.
Had 2 of the best steaks I’ve had in my life last night. Came here to celebrate a close friend’s birthday and this place didn’t disappoint. I asked the bar tender prior to being seated what he recommended and he said the NY strip and the Filet mignon. I usually order a ribeye, but decided to try what he recommended. Both these steaks were phenomenal: perfectly cooked, and almost spoon tender texture. I’ve eaten a lot of steaks at some of the nicest restaurants and I can say both these steaks were in my top five best steaks I’ve eaten in my life. The menu says prime, but this was prime like I’ve never had before. I wonder where they get their meat from? This was trulynext level, pillow-soft tender texture, absolutely spectacular steaks. I also topped mine with Gorgonzola and grilled onions 🔥. My favorite side was the truffle mac & cheese and the asparagus was on point too, you could skip the mashed potatoes. The calamari was also great, very fresh( no fishy taste) and firm to the bite, not rubbery whatsoever like a lot of other places. The compound butter they make in house was very delicious . Our waitress gave me some to go after she saw devour 4 servings of it over bread. I’ll be back next time I’m craving a high quality steak at a palatable price. Awesome service too!! Very accommodating for our party of 9. 10 outta 10 in that department. Highly recommend for my carnivores!
Definitely an enjoyable dining experience. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and this restaurant was highly recommended. I tried the Bone Marrow appetizer and Prime Rib, my wife enjoyed the Ahi Nachos. We were blessed with an attentive Staff that were there when needed, but didn't hover. Nice, comfortable atmosphere.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I did have 1 minor inconvenience. The restaurant was to cold 🥶 for my liking. Other than that. 10/10
I rarely dine at establishments where I make reservations especially somewhere that has China cloth napkins and white, starched tablecloths, being treated by a colleague I ventured out. From the seating, warm bread and cocktails we were treated attentively. Pricey YES but turns out they boast “Tomahawk Tuesdays” . If you enjoy quality steak cooked to perfection you will definitely be pleased.
Place is one of a kind in town... Once you sit down, it is just calming. Great decor and lighting. Staff is professional, courteous, and attentive. Food is excellent. Portions could be subjective on size, on both extremes having had stake (minimalistic) and lamb (food for 2-3).
Um... ITS SO HARD to leave this review because I just truly believe that they were simple and honest mistakes BUT I AM HONEST EVEN TO MY OWN DETRIMENT. Crab legs were cold, pork belly was good just needed to be warm at th least. AMBIANCE was great! Service was amazing, Jake went above and beyond which makes me sad to leave this review. Definitely will come back a give them a second chance!
This is not one of your ordinary neighborhood steakhouse specially when it comes to their food and specially the warm kind service. Inside is very nice, warm and cozy place to spend time with your love ones. The ambience inside the restaurant is right on the spot. If you have a date, first time or not, this is a perfect place to bring that special person, or the whole family. We started with an appetizer. I ordered the Ahi Mango Nachos and Calamari. The Calamari is cooked to perfection. The outside is crispy and inside is tender. The cocktail sauce is made in house and just has the right horseradish spice to it. The Ahi Manho Nachos is a unique one. I haven't had this before. It is chunks of avocado, mango and ahi tuna on top of a large crispy nacho chips drizzled with wasabi mayo sauce. Our side dishes are Lobster Mac and cheese, Thyme mushrooms, mashed potatoes and crispy brussels sprouts. The Lobster Mac and cheese has the right balance of cheese and butter. It doesn't have a tremendous amount of cheese unlike a traditional mac n cheese so you can also taste the butter, chunky lobsters is generous in serving. The Thyme mushrooms has the right saltiness and the thyme compliments it. The mashed potatoes is done right. It is not chunky but it is not mushy either. Crispy brussels sprouts is a bomb. It fried to crisp and I can tell it has a balsamic vinegar to it. It is sweet and tangy. Main dish are Ribeye steak and Filet Gorgonzola pasta. Ribeye steak is cooked right as I ordered it. It has a crispy char on the outside and juicy and cooked the way I ordered it. The Filet Gorgonzola Pasta is very delicious too. The steak, ai believe it is a filet mignon, was cooked the way we ordered it. The pasta sauce has blue cheese on it. Desserts, we ordered their cream brulee and chocolate cake.with vanilla ice cream. The cream brulee is so delicious. Crispy sugar top and the chocolate cake is well paired with vanilla ice cream. And desserts are paired very well with their own brewed house coffee. I also tried their Manhattan Mule cocktail and it was done right. Joshua is the bartender and also our server. Service is top notch. Kaden is the one who brought all our food. And Carlos came by to check on us on how the food is. It is very rare to get this kind of 100% satisfaction specially on a Valentine's day very busy night but this place managed to accomplished everything. I can tell they are very busy but still manage to give the best service. I highly recommend this place. Bring your family and friends to this place and I promise you, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! Their Steaks are from Colorado and it is a Prime steaks. Also, I am a big supporter of local restaurants like this one. Small businesses that are targeted by the hypocrisy of California government officials. It is time to help these small businesses.
Amazing food and service. We came here for Valentine's 2021. The steak was cooked to perfection and so tender. Really nice atmosphere, will definitely be back.
I loved the twin lobster tails and im in the shop right now
Definitely a five star experience!! Service was great, food was awesome, atmosphere was nice (though a little cold). Will revisit next time we're in town.
I was in the Redlands area for work and decided to try out Greensleeves for a nice dinner. Coincidentally, it was Valentine's Day, so I got to order off of the specialized Valentine's menu! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great!
It was a great adult atmosphere. Steaks were well cooked and their sides were delicious. Our server was very personable. We went on a Saturday night for my husband's birthday and the menu was limited because they had sold out of much of their selection as the week went on, especially after a holiday like Valentine's Day. Just something to keep in mind.
GreenSleeves amazingly held my entire 60 person wedding ceremony and reception dinner without a flaw! Dean and Amanda went above and beyond in making that day special even though it was their first request to hold an entire ceremony in their restaurant. The food, the overall quality, their attention to detail, and service staff were absolutely amazing. My guests loved their meals and were in awe at the high end look and feel of such a hidden treasure. I highly recommend them for date night (amazing steaks) or any other event you'd like done with class and elegance. I couldn't have asked for anything better. To hold an event, call and ask for Amanda! Photography: IG @dynastyempressphotos
Everything was cooked to perfection and to order, my compliments to the chef. The service staff was polite friendly and very helpful. The hostess answered questions, even though she was busy, and I even received help from another waiter. The ambiance on the first floor is simply phenomenal and the second floor boasts a lovely decor that is more of a lounge style. I will be returning in sampling more of their delicious menu.
Food was amazing!!! We had the bruschetta and bone Marrow appetizers and both were presented beautifully and tasted just as great.. Both of our steaks were cooked correctly to temp. The roasted asparagus was tender yet crisp and the white truffle mac & cheese was out of this world!!!
This place is 10 out of 10. The food is so delicious! The ambiance is beautiful! The service was excellent! One of my new favorite steakhouses in the Inland empire!
Excellent meal. The prime flat iron steak was cooked to perfection, the asparagus was crisp and tasty, and the garlic mashed potatoes were amazing. The dimm lighting was nice touch for us to enjoy our 20th anniversary dinner.
The food here is top notch worth the price. The service was excellent every one of the staff was friendly and helpful.
Definitely a nice place for all kinds of occasions. Try the calamari, filet mignon, lobster mac n cheese, and chocolate cake. Server Andrew was awesome also.
My experience here at Greensleeves Steakhouse was top notch. This restaurant has a calming atmosphere with lighted candles, soft music, and a very helpful, professional staff. I ordered the salmon and every bite of it was delicious. This is a great spot to have a classy date night or a celebration dinner. Thank You Greensleeves Steakhouse for your phenomenal hospitality!!
My husband and I went to GreenSleeves last night for the first time, and we were SO happy with our experience! It was our two year anniversary, so we wanted to go somewhere special, and we found this place on yelp, so we thought we would give it a try. We called to make a reservation in the morning and had requested to be seated somewhere romantic. The entire place was candle lit and quiet, with music playing softly in the background. Our server, Genece, sat us right away at the perfect two-person table and congratulated us on our special day. The menu items were reasonably priced for the high quality of the food. Genece had great recommendations and was extremely attentive and polite. She made sure our waters were always full, and she managed to be very watchful of our needs without being interruptive. My husband got the filet mignon and the mashed potatoes, and I got the white truffle mac and cheese and broccolini. The food was incredible. The mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes were served in these little cast iron crock pots. We also had the bourbon vanilla gelato with a poured over espresso on butter pound cake and biscotti for dessert. Yes, it was as delicious as it sounds. Genece even put in two candles for us, which was the nicest thing. We felt so special the entire time, and we will absolutely be going back and asking for the same server. I'm sure all the servers are great since everything about this place was very nice.
We had an amazing meal, awesome service, in a beautiful setting. We arrived just as they opened on a holiday Monday and were the only ones there for our dinner (which we really enjoyed because it was our anniversary). I think they typically get pretty busy but we happened to beat the crowd. Our dinner was perfect and they surprised us with dessert to help us celebrate. You MUST try the dessert with the pound cake and gelato that has espresso poured over it. It. Was. Divine. I will definitely be back.
Fabulous steak cooked to perfection. We arrived as the restaurant opened and were warmly welcomed. Excellent martinis, great oysters Rockefeller, fries just as you’d want them and a reasonable choice of wine by the glass. For sure it’s expensive, but worth it.
Absolutely amazing experience and food. We started with the bruschetta, shared the ribeye, mashed potatoes, and mac n cheese. The Chimichurri and peppercorn crust on the steak were out of this world! I’m not a whiskey drinker but the basil Bourbon smash was fantastic!
Food was amazing with a cozy ambiance. Ordered the 20 oz ribeye, which practically melted in my mouth! Loved the performer, playing acoustic guitar and relaxed renditions of some of my favorite songs. Service was prompt and friendly, with knowledgeable staff to provide recommendations to suit your palate. Highly recommend 👌
Josh is the absolute best he never disappoints he gets everyone taken care of at 1000% I can’t wait to meet the owner to let him know what an amazing team he has !! We always make it a priority to do all are big dinners here. Party of 40 with a great service happy hearts and a full tummy!! Also the location had a great presentation screen !
✨ 5-Star Experience at Greensleeves Steakhouse! ✨ From start to finish, our evening at Greensleeves was nothing short of amazing. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy—perfect for a special night out. The food? Absolutely delicious. Every dish was cooked to perfection, from the appetizers to the steaks, which were tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. And let’s not forget about the blood orange martini-so delicious! But what really made the night memorable was our waiter, Joshua. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations and ensured everything was just right throughout the evening. His service elevated the entire dining experience. Highly recommend this gem in Redlands for anyone looking for quality food, great atmosphere, and top-tier service. Ask for Joshua—you won’t regret it!
We came for our anniversary dinner. Everything was delicious. Staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed the ambiance.
By far my favorite steakhouse. Food is always amazing and you won't find better service in the IE! Highly recommend this place... A reservation is a must!
My family and I frequently go months resturant and not once have we been disappointed, fantastic food, great service!
Celebrated my birthday here. Downstairs is the more fancy vibe while upstairs is more of a lounge /sports bar vibe. Food was fantastic and cocktails were fancy and delicious as well. Servers and hosts were all top notch!
A Perfect Date Night Experience My wife and I had an unforgettable evening here. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a fantastic night. The music was perfectly chosen, creating a relaxed yet upbeat vibe that complemented the overall atmosphere. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the salmon—cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. It was clear that attention to detail went into every dish. My wife couldn’t stop smiling all night, which says a lot about how much she enjoyed the experience. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, striking the perfect balance of professional and personable. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our evening. For dessert, we opted for the ice cream cake, and it did not disappoint. The creamy layers and decadent flavor were the perfect sweet ending to a great meal. All in all, this was the ideal date night. Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere—what more could we ask for? Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable evening out.
I would give them 10 stars if I could. This restaurant has gone down in the history of my culinary memory as one of the very best at which I have ever had the privilege to dine. The steak was precisely what I imagined when I asked for medium rare. The asparagus with hollandaise were everything one could want from the dish and more. Every staff member with whom I interacted was so amazingly kind and assiduous; in my own work, I model my customer service after theirs for how exemplary I found it to be.
Very nice restaurant. We went as guests any future visits will be for very special occasions. Our food was excellent. Trying a bit of others choices, the calamari was excellently seasoned but too salty. The lobster Mac & Cheese lacked salt. The steaks and lamb were cooked perfectly. Everyone else seemed satisfied with their food. The service was awesome. Everyone very friendly. The atmosphere was cozy, beautifully decorated.
We had a really pleasant experience at the new Greensleeves Steakhouse. The waiters were really nice and made sure we had a great time. My wife and I went to celebrate my birthday, they offered us a glass of sparkling wine. The menu is centered around meat obviously and has a nice diversity of specialties and choice of steaks. My wife had the rabbit. We were expecting a plate in sauce, the item on the menu lets you think like it is, but instead the meat was served on crostinies, she liked it but was a bit disappointed on the execution. I took the 30-day dry aged tomahawk, most expensive item and it didn't disappoint. The meat was cooked to my likings, medium rare. They partnered with a farm and serve very nice cuts. The meat had a deep beefy taste and a nice crust. I would have put 5 stars if the piece was better finished though. It was missing a last touch of sea salt, or a garlic and rosemary butter. I really appreciated the service, they didn't ask if we wanted a desert, figured out that we ate plenty already. Instead, they offered us a nice small desert for my birthday, nice touch. We will definitely come back!
Food was good, but we waited a bit longer considering our reservation. They also ran out of my first choice dish (prime rib) and 2nd choice (short rib). I went with rib eye instead which was fine. Servers made up for it with their service. Lobster and bone marrow were great.
Hubby and I were glad to find this steakhouse! Food was excellent and staff was great. Ambiance was elegant with modern music. Highly recommend their ribeye steak with bernaise accompaniment. Also, the brocollini went well as a side. Hubby also tried their wagyu burger but it was a little dry. We’ll stick with their steaks. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice dine in experience!
I loved the warm and trendy ambiance! I get it, it’s a STEAK HOUSE, higher than average prices are to be expected as steaks are their specialty. I ordered scallops. Not recommended as a MAIN COURSE item. I’d revisit but will stick to ordering steak. The serving size of the scallops was disappointing to say the least. Luckily I was able to fill up on appetizers and dessert! The scallops were on the smaller side, the largest barely measuring close to 1.5 inches in diameter, and that’s a generous measurement! The lemon wedge is about 2” in diameter for comparison. The presentation was messy and left me wondering when the scallops were coming🤣🙄… Nicked 1 star for the less than impressive scallops and another star for the lack of attentiveness of the wait staff. Had to flag down someone to order a cocktail 10-15 minutes after being seated. Meal took longer than average time to arrive and as others have stated, meals were already cooling down when placed on table, wait staff never asked if we wanted another drink or if everything was alright with our meals. Odd. This was a Wednesday, I’d hate to see what its like on a Friday or Saturday!!
We came here to celebrate my birthday and we made a reservation. To begin we had to wait a while just to check in the had 1 host and that person would take the party to their table and then return so it would take some time. We were seated upstairs. We order the red pepper pasta and the wagyu burger, bone marrow and cocktails. The food was good 4 stars but the service was not good . The had the total of 12 tables upstairs but only 1 server and 1 bartender. Once we place our order it took over an hour to get our food. Not sure if we will be returning, truly wish they would work on their customers service.
I was there with a large group of people. I ordered the ribey which is my favorite cut of meat (when prepared properly). The quality of the actual meat was equivalent to a steak you would find on the clearance rack at Walmart. Cooked perfectly, staff was fabulous but quality of the meat was less than average. While I would eat there again, I would not order the Ribey.
The food was exceptional, but the service was unfortunately lacking. Initially, the service was prompt, but that was the highlight of our experience. Although the staff mentioned they were short-staffed, I didn’t expect it to impact our visit so significantly. It took an hour just to place our order and complete the meal. Overall, we spent a total of 2.5 hours in the restaurant before we were able to pay the bill and leave. This experience certainly left a lasting impression.
All 4 of our steaks were undercooked. Staff was great but a steakhouse should know how to cook a steak.
I don't often review a place poorly, but the food here somehow left my wife and me beyond clinically depressed. During our quiet ride home we agreed that their calamari was okay. It had a large portion size, but nothing to write home about. Their filet mignon was drier than a leather boot. Went through 4 glasses of water to help it go down. Their "prime rib" is just a cut of unseasoned ribeye steak with a side of fake au jus and creamy horseradish. I would rather have gone to Texas road house. Their 'shoestring' fries are just McDonald's fries after sitting for 4 hours in the sun. Droopy and hard. You're probably thinking how are they charging so much for disappointment? To answer your question, they're charging for edible flowers. You get lots of them on everything. Even if you can't see anything in there from the lack of lighting.
Service was really slow. Food was also at a lukewarm-turning-cold temperature. After we ordered, we saw people all around us socializing. They all had been sitting there before us. I thought they were sitting there after eating. To our horror, they were actually still waiting on their main dish to come out. I had seen them eating for a while. I guess it was just appetizers for them. We got bruschetta, which is pretty hard to mess up, but theirs was just okay. We got traditional version, which doesn’t have strawberries. I’ve never heard of a place that puts strawberries in bruschetta. The rest of the food took a really long time to come out, and when it did, it was already turning cold, which made it taste not as good anymore. It seems like the food would taste okay, but the temperature just made it worse. At this price point, it’s not something that should be happening. We have this place a try and probably will not be coming back again. Also, there’s dim lighting, but they would be flickering lightly at times. It makes me feel like they haven’t changed their bulbs or something. The vibe just went from romantic to rundown. It was also extremely cold in there and I’m not one to get cold easily.
