Chicken was crunchy. Sauces are always in abundance. Service is always professional. Would recommend to all at anytime of day of the week, except on Sundays.

I ordered a chicken sandwich. I don't like breast cause it's dry. This sandwich was so juicy and tender. I did not wait to go home and eat it. I will order another soon. Money is tight.
Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday's (Kanye Voice) but they need to be open every day and close for a certain amount of time on sundays church dont start till 11-11:30am and gets out at 2-2:30 pm then after yall should get to work.
Deluxe sandwich with fries outstanding. Amazing how they can infuse white meat with so much juice. Courteous serve greatly enhanced this simple experience.
It was great, I called them after I placed a mobile order to update my order and they were very nice and professional about it.
We all know Chik-fil-A has good food. This location mainly serves takeout, drive-thru, and delivery companies. They are pretty well organized in serving all parties fairly. If you do want to eat on site they have a nice small uncovered dining area outside. It is really busy so do be aware there will be a wait. I only waited about 10 minutes for my food during the lunch rush and the staff was really friendly.
Incredibly polite and efficient staff! Very pleasant experience and food is excellent! Can’t beat the Original Sandwich #1 Combo but Nuggets #3 also a winner. Now they have added Mac n’ Cheese 👍 The App makes it so easy to order and accumulating bonus points is a nice “bonus” for sure.
Love this place. Chicken noodle soup is one of my favorites especially when I am sick. And their salad with the berries when I am looking for a healthy filling meal. Their diet lemonade or diet lemonade shake is FABULOUS!!!
New style set up, no indoor seating even before the pandemic so only outdoor is available. This is a new style mobile order/take out/drive thru style restaurant. That being said still the same great service and food you will find at any other location

Still, the staff are energetic and get most orders correct, or are willing to make quick fixes if something goes wrong.

I went to this location right after work on an empty stomach and was craving a chicken sandwich. I was greeted by a friendly staff member, Alex Rios, who was very kind and respectful. He made my experience a great one and as long as he's still here I will be sure to come back. Great customer service and great food! Thanks to Alex, I will be coming back.

We didn't understand that this location is drive thru or pickup only. We wanted sitdown. We got takeout but it wasn't the same.
This CFA is only a standup joint but they do have outdoor tables. The wrap was cold and just ok.
The Chic Fil A sauce is to die for. It's like bacon; it makes everything taste better😁. The lines aren't too crazy like I've seen at other locations.
Food was good and staff very friendly but my order came out 7 minutes after the app said my order was ready. :/

This is a great Chick-fil-A. The drive thru line moves quickly. Friendly and polite staff. The parking lot is always clean. One word of caution. When you exit turn left and go back thru the parking lot to the side street. There is a traffic light on this street and it's a safer way to exit. If you go right when leaving the drive thru it will put you directly on Artesia Artesia is a very busy street and the cars are going very fast so it's very hard to merge in. Also this exit is set back from the street and it's extremely hard to see around the parked cars on Artesia. You literally can't see if any cars are coming so you just have to inch out and guess. It's very dangerous. So please go left to the side street that has the traffic light.
This Chick-fil-A has been almost perfect whenever I've visited. Google gives bad directions to this place everytime. Thanks to all the good employees 🙂
Great food as always. Can be annoying to turn left from the highway. No atmosphere as it is eat outside only. The place is for grab and go really.
Chick-fil-A always seems to have great food and great service. Do note that this Chick-fil-A only has outdoor eating with no rain protection, so if you don't have a car to eat in, plan to be wet if it's raining. There are heaters above the seating to help keep you warm if it's cold though.
Great food as always! Just need to work on their drive-thru situation. For example, I parked my car and when I was ready to leave the lot, I couldn't get out because of the drive-thru line. Might have to park out of the parking lot next time, to avoid getting stuck in the lot. Other than that, great chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and love their lemonade. Oh one more thing, the seating area is not shaded so prepare to sit in the 🌞.
The staff here is exceptionally nice and helpful. It's a smaller location with a primary drive thru and just outdoor seating. A restroom is available, just remember to ask for the code prior. I noticed in the mornings, food comes out a bit slower, but it taste fresh and I can tell it was just made.

Kinda sucks that there is NO INDOOR SEATING. "Dine in" means outside on the small patio. Drive thru line blocks the entrance to the regular parking too... Very odd setup.... but glad its there
Maybe an off night-but boy did they mess up our order. Missing sandwiches, wrong items, you name it. Hopefully they can dial it in a bit.
Well was my first time there , the crysto frys where Not Good 😐 and also to Cold , they where Not Fresh , and the Size of the Hamburger the Luxe was Small. LAST TIME THERE .
Out of all the Chick-fil-A I have ever been to this is the worst the food was good but the guy messed up our lemonade order did not care to understand what my friend was saying the idea of having an outdoor dining only is a horrible idea it was a complete filthy mess for being on the border of Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach they said they were going to give me a credit not only did they not give me a credit they charge me extra instead of a frosted lemonade for regular lemonade try to explain to me why it's more than three dollars for a regular lemonade
I really like this place. I get great service, every time. HOWEVER. Recently, they've switched over to cheap paper straws and splintering wooden forks. I don't mind the renewable trend, but I really don't like mushy-in-five-minutes straws, and splinters in my mouth. Please, PLEASE upgrade the utensils!!!
I don't know why but my nuggets were extremely salty. Never have I ever been so disappointed. Out of the 8 count I purchased, I only ate 6. Broke my heart!
Expensive yikes! The sandwich was ok. The fries were not to my liking, not bad, just nothing special. A combo chicken sammy, fries and a drink was $12 and change, too expensive. Service was excellent and friendly.

Visited today, Jun 22 '23. Ok, but not what Chick-fil-A used to be. The basic sandwich used to be juicy and nice with no condiments, now it's dry. The 12pc nuggets were also dry and mostly very small in size (~1/4 a McNugget). Much better before it blew up in popularity. No use for Chick-fil-A anymore, particularly considering how difficult it is to get an order and how long it takes to wait in a drive-through line. Not worth it now.
Probably the worst chick fil a experience you can have. Drive thru only with two walk-up order windows. Long line to order with only two cashiers working. They have an outdoor patio instead of indoor seating, and some genius decided to let everyone sit in the hot sun without any shade. Love chick fil a , won't be back to this location.
In the last two weeks, I visited on a Saturday for breakfast and a Monday for lunch. The have new employees who are not friendly and seem to be in a bad mood. There was a 10-15 minute wait on both occasions despite there only being a few cars (3 during breakfast time).
If you come here, go through the drive thru. They pay attention to the drive thru customers more then they do the people that walk up to order. We watch 15-20 cars come and go before we received our order. Good thing I like the chicken sandwiches.
Chick fil-a is ok. Not really a great deal for the $. I went to get dinner for my kid. 2 strips, some fries and a drink $6.78 including tax. Kind of a rip off IMO. Instead, we should have done Carl's Jr across the street. With a coupon, $5 gets me 5 strips with teal white neat chicken, fries & a drink. This gets my daughter 2 meals for LESS than the price of 1 meal at Chick fil-a. I'll give them credit for a good sauce but in terms of value for the $ - I'm a hard pass.
Today, we enjoyed a chicken wrap and hot tortilla soup. Both were absolutely excellent. The wrap was freshly prepared, the criss-cross fries were hot and delicious. The tortilla soup was hot and not overcooked. It has a spicy Mexican flavor without going overboard. The customer rep was pleasant and since we ordered using the app, we mover through the line quickly. Window staff were very pleasant and we quickly received our order. Definitely recommend using the App to order!!

The waffle fries were soft and also not quite warm. The staff seemed nice enough; this location is way laid back and casual compared to the streamlined other locations like Del Amo, or even the one by galleria. I mean, I didn't even know if the lemonade I had was diet or regular as there was only one container and it had both stickers on it. Not coming back as there are better locations.

Usually I love Chick-fil-A and was excited for the new one on Artesia to open. I drove through this morning to grab a quick on the go breakfast while heading into work starving. And I was beyond annoyed when I bit into my chicken egg & cheese Bagel only to find out that the gross taste in my mouth was because the bagel was burnt to a char! Inedible & unbelievable!!! Thanks Chick-Fil-A for not doing the morning basics especially when it wasn’t even busy!
This is the third time they have me a wrong order. On two occasions I called they said they would email me replacement coupons which both times they never arrived in my email. Not in my spam mail either . So I guess there is no point in asking for customer service again. I don't feel like hearing the email lie.

I just went through the drive through and they had me waiting at the window for 10 minutes. Too long if you ask me. My fries were beyond salty, they gave me the wrong dressing and didn't give me my barbeque sauce. The people there need to talk less and pay more attention. Very disappointed!
No inside dining at this one, at all. It does not exist. Dine out,pick up or drive through which 1st of all I thought was strange. 2nd of all, I waited outside for 25 minutes and watched 10 people get their food prior to my lunch for 1 person order. Ummmmm, I finally asked about the order and was told my name was called, and I never came to check on my order?? They have a microphone which they can call your name on when your outside I u can hear it. Makes sense. Well, I surely would not have sat there and heard my name and not gotten my food. It was weird. After they acted like it was my fault that I didn't hear them call My name or recheck on my order, they proceeded to give me a cold order. I laughed and said, warm food please. It's cold outside and I've been waiting. Lol. What a joke.
This place should be called Chik Fil A -Mini. I was not happy with my portion size on my Cobb salad or fries. Usually the salad is filling but today it looked like I ordered off the 500 cal. Menu very skimpy. Fries were the same like some had been eaten out but no they just didn’t fill it up. No my fav restaurant
Stopped for breakfast and ordered breakfast sandwich. They said it would take longer to cook and we didn't understand. Went to the window and she gave us the total which was too much for 2 items. We asked why and the order was wrong. We corrected it, paid and pulled over to wait for food. Once we got it, we checked and of course, it was wrong. Didn't even bother to go back at this point. It was not a complicated order.
I hate to say this, but this Chic Fil A is just not very good. We’ve tried to give it multiple chances since it’s the closest one to our house. The biggest problem is they always get orders wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a chic fil a before that gets orders wrong, and here it seems like every time something is missing. On top of that the employees here don’t seem to meet the standard of service that most chic fil a’s are known for. We’re probably going to just start going to the one in El Segundo.
Today was not a good day for this location. I asked the young lady taking our order for the fries to be cooked well done. She said they don't do that. I've been to hundreds of Chick-fil-A restaurants and I have never ever once heard this. I've been to other fast food restaurants and never heard this. And what's funny is that the young lady acted like she'd called someone to verify, which I know it was all an act. Nice try. The management may need to have a talk with this individual because she definitely doesn't have your company's core value in mind.
Would be nice If I received a large amount of fries in my Large Fry order on this overpriced food. Looks like they only serve soggy medium fries and fill the container half way. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some fries at their Irvine location, and the food arrived cold and with a weird taste. The fries were hard and dry, nothing like what I remembered. The sandwich was bland and the bread seemed old. On top of that, one of the drinks I ordered was missing. I went to talk to the staff, but they told me there was nothing they could do since too much time had passed since I received the food. I felt ignored and frustrated. This isn’t the quality or service I expected from such a well-known chain. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this place.

While waiting to pay at window, everybody in the car could hear the female employees complaining about the customers to eachother in between taking drive thru orders... They were rude and seemed to upset we asked for a second to look over the menu? Maybe they were in there talking about us too before we got to the window? The fries were good at least

Food is great, costumer service good,price ok,time to wait 30 minutes definitely disappointed, not worth the wait 😑, if you don't have patience definitely not recomended this location , and they got my horder ron 👎

The workers were really sweet but they got our whole order wrong! Went around 11 o’clock (after breakfast time) order a 2 cold brews which we got “frosted coffee” instead and a 12 count nugget meal which they gave us 4 breakfast chicken minis!
I told the guy 5 times please don’t put pepper jack and he still rung it up as it even gave me a refund and said he’d fix it then guess what? Put pepper jack on it again I try to be understanding because I worked at a chick Fil a for a year I understand but to have it repeated so many times and still messing up?
This might be the worst chick Fil a in town. Patio area is always dirty, parking is a nightmare during peak hours, and they are constantly understaffed. You have to wait for a staff member to peek through the window to get the things they forgot like sauce, straws, cutlery, napkins, basically everything besides the main food. Also expect to spend a long time waiting for the bathroom because there’s only two and the employees spend a long time in them. Perhaps that contributes to the understaffing...
Went in drive thru and the guy missed my car so i had to wait to order til the end. This has never happened to me before and i hate to be the person to report this but i was on my break. They didn't give me anything else on the side for making me WAIT.
Went there for the first time today. Worker at drive thru kept calling me bro and didn’t give me a chance to look at the menu. Spicy chicken sandwich kept falling apart. Overall overhyped and expensive
The drive thru lady, she is African American with tattoos, no problems with her but her attitude its super bad with taking orders, Rolling eyes at me just cuz I asked her what flavors do they have for the shakes, since I asked for the peppermint shake.

They forget to read " Notes" when you order delivery with uber eats. So annoying. Now I have to eat my fries with no ketchup and chicken nuggets with no Buffalo sauce. What was the point in paying extra for delivery and plus tip if the meal is not complete..

Had an order to place for my team of 5 individuals. I Waited in line for 5 min then got to the window and they tell me we stopped serving breakfast 3 min ago. Sorry! This location is consistently slow and unresponsive. I've waited for 20+ minutes for an order at non-peak times. The quality is fine, but the wait times are exceptionally poor for any fast food chain, much less a chic fil a. Visited again on 8 May 2021 and service was even worse. Order was incorrect and took way too long. What is going on at this location?
They got my order wrong both times Ive been here. Missing stuff and the stuff they gave me was wrong and the fries were half filled... they were able to put all the napkins and sauce in the container without spilling over. My order is on the bag I don't understand how it can be messed up..
First experience ordering from here. I paid 32.00 for my order, and the girl at the drive-thru window handed me 2 milkshakes and told me that was all I ordered. I asked to speak with her manager, and the manager seemed confused. I told her what my order consisted of, and she apologized and still handed me the wrong order. I paid an additional 8.00 to correct their error, and then the manager handed me two small cups of fruit. I originally paid for 2 of the medium-sized cups of fruit. ** The food was dry. The bread was dry. The lettuce was old. The French fries were overly salty, and the macaroni had the taste of cardboard. The cheese was burnt and dry. The only desirable, eat able item was the chocolate milkshake. ** I Do Not Recommend this location or Recommend Eatting Here. Save your money and go to a Restaurant. One Star and again. No Recommendation. No Way.
Received the most disgusting customer service from this restaurant from its manager/supervisor. I’ve come to this location numerous times to order my food and to pick up for deliveries for ubereats. Today when I went to pick up an order, I was not greeted as usual but I asked the delivery driver next to me if anyone has even said “hello” it anything. He said no nothing at all. I then mentioned to the man in green which must be the manager that he hasn’t been acknowledged at all. The “manager” stated “I’ve been working on orders”. For one thing that’s not a way to respond to someone, and secondly, what does saying “Hello, thank you so much for waiting patiently we will be right with you” have ti do with what your body is doing. You can pack a order while still speaking at the same time. That’s a lame excuse for rude behavior. I do not suggest coming to this location with a rude manager like that. Customer service has never been bad at chick fil a to me until today. When I further explained to the manager that he could still speak to us and not just look at us stand there and not even say hello. It’s really sad what jobs have come to these days and if that type of behavior goes unnoticed and then that means it was okay. Greeting customers is the easiet thing to do on a job. Sad that it can’t get done
We went yesterday and it was a bad experience. My husband's chicken sandwich the chicken was tiny like a chicken strip, we asked for sauce and they gave us 2 sauces and 1 ketchup. We had a big order. I never been to a chick fil a with such horrible service. 👎👎👎👎- gina
I had a very bad experience with this chic fil a today. I eat at chic fil a about once a week for the past 5 years and i always get my nuggets well done but the employees at this location said they couldn’t do any food well done anymore, i was fine with that until i got some white stale nuggets and some old fries that looked like they had been mixed with new fries! I couldn’t even eat my food i had to get a refund and wait in line all over again !!!!! Waste of time
Easily the worst Chik-Fil-a I’ve ever been to. Two employees could not figure out how to put in my order for the Spicy Grilled chicken, then they insisted it was not a menu item and never was, even as I point to the huge promotional sign right behind them and they look at it. I settle for Standard spicy deluxe, they reread the wrong order 4 times, finally get it right. The girl at the window asked if it was okay that they don’t put cilantro lime sauce on it? Idk why that’s a question. I get home, I have three standard chicken sandwiches with pepper Jack. It was so slow I was leaving with whatever they gave me either way. Terrible job all around
Terrible service. Came 30 mins before they closed, apparently they had a power outage while I was ordering and only their fryers were affected. They told me I couldn’t get fries and had to substitute for anything else. Bunch of lazy workers that didn’t want to clean the fryers I’m sure. Cause they had all the power on. The girl taking my order over the intercom even acted surprised when they told her to say they had a power outage.
Horrible service. I walked up to order and Alex couldn't be bothered to look up from the register, say hello, or ask how he could assist. Edward stepped in and took my order. He poured the wrong soda (Dr Pepper instead of Cherry Coke) into my soda. When I walked back from my car to let him know, he made fun of me to his colleagues while pouring me the correct soda mix. All around awful, super unprofessional experience. Definitely not 'My Pleasure'.
Ruined by the African American workers they hire there. Female did not say a word to me. Just handed me my food with attitude. Rolled her eyes when I asked for ketchup. Got better service at Popeyes.
Went today, 1-8-25 and the manger has a lady outside taking orders while we are having wildfires and ash is all in the air. Also it was 9 am and the didn’t serve breakfast anymore. Gave me French fries and full lunch menu. Not a fan of the paper straws here either. Go to another location.
The WORST CUSTOMER service I have ever had in my life!!!! I walked up and the kid already had an attitude! I had to repeat myself over and over even when I increased the volume of my voice just in case he didn't hear me. It was like we don't need your business attitude.... I was at the walk up window on 8/11 .... I will never come to this place ever again. I have a lot of friends that have said the same thing about this location! I have had nothing but GREAT experiences at every other Chick-fil-A before today.....BUT maybe the managers need some training?

Lady with caked up makeup and the guy giving my food. From the beginning to the end. Horrible service. But then doesn’t give me dressing for me salad. Wow. Jus wow!! Update came again. Now I’m missing the whole chicken??!!!!!

I just went through the Chick-fil-A drive-through and ordered a 12-count meal for my daughter. What I received were small, greasy, not-fresh chicken nuggets and barely half a container of fries. I went inside to ask for fresh food, and the service attendants were looking at me and laughing like the situation was a joke—like I was crazy for asking. You don’t pay almost $20 for a meal to get treated that way. Food is too expensive nowadays to be receiving poor quality and poor customer service. This is the second time I’ve come to Chick-fil-A and had this kind of experience. I’m a nurse, and in my profession we cannot cut corners—we have to give people the care they deserve. It’s disappointing to see how far the fast-food industry has fallen. There’s no respect left inside these establishments, and it’s truly sad.
I go out of my way to avoid this one even if it’s the closest. Employees need an attitude adjustment.

But when I showed up, the manager, Natalie, made the whole process way harder than it needed to be—felt like I was being questioned rather than helped. On top of that, when I asked for a simple swap for the brownie because my daughter has a dairy allergy, they wouldn’t budge. I’ve always associated Chick-fil-A with great service, but this experience really missed the mark. Not sure I’ll be coming back to this location.
