So awesome, I hated that the large 3 topping carryout deal disappeared, I really like my pizza with 3 toppings (pepperoni sausage n olives) and until now I thought all the coupons where u could get 2 topping pizzas such as their mix n match 2 medium, 2 topping pizzas (or as many of the listed items for $6.99 each) I got the 1 medium, 2 topping pizza n cinnastix, wouldnt be valid if I had them add a topping to the pizza, SUPER glad I asked n cleared it up cuz I tried choosing their mix n match deal when it popped up on my phone but it didn't register when I went to checkout apparently clicking on the ad does nothing, you still have to find it in their screen menu under coupons, so instead of paying like $31 for the med 3 top n cinnastix n a garlic dip, it came out to $19 after adding the extra topping ($2) plus tax n 10% tip and a donation rounding out the change to the next dollar which showed we saved just over $12, thats enough for another pizza

So I decided to try the carside delivery. I thought, "this is a great idea!" You tell them you want carside delivery along with the location, and you put in the make, model and cor of ypur car. You can select driver side, passenger side and other choices. We picked passenger side. When you arrive, you click in the app or send a text that you are here. Then you put your hazard lights when the order is ready. Order was ready at 7:12 pm, and the pizza was delivered to my car by 7:15pm. Will use again!!

Save yourself a bucket load by ordering online. Don't use the app if you don't want to, you can use the web app by accessing your email and ordering that way. That's how I do it. Check out the coupon deals when you get in there. That's a lot cheaper whether you are picking up or getting delivery it's worth the extra steps

Ordered seamlessly online on their website. It was so easy and ordered it for a later time. Our driver delivered the pizza on time and was so friendly. Pizza was made perfectly and will definitely place future orders!

The Delivery Driver Jose who Worked on 11-19-19 is Excellent. He is a Great Person. I received the Pizza from him for a Group of Senior and he helped me Well.

The store and crew are wonderful and helpful. The Domino's app makes it easy to order from carry out to delivery. Keep up the good work.

We were nearby and decided to eat at Domino's. Their pizza and everything for the price is great. If you want fancy pizza, go elsewhere. We had our pizza and pastas and the place was clean and the staff was great. They did everything right the first time. How wonderful. Parking is easy and there is next to no wait time. The location is very nice. We love how quiet it is there. It is just comfortable. We loved the pasta so much we decided to take a mac and cheese home. It was great. It is stuffed with cheese and flavor. We love everything here. And if on a budget this is the place to be.

The ast mgr Daniel has great customer service ! I had an issue of being charged once here and once in another shop. Daniel was very attentive and called me back 3 times to fix it, and ultimately offered a full refund of the order even though it’s not their shops fault.

Easy to order and track, pizza is good if you know what to order. I know it's weird to give chain food five stars, but if you want fast food your expectations should be fast food that isn't horrible, these guys exceed every time. We've ordered from fancier, slower local shops and they don't compare. We always do pick up so I can't report on their delivery service, but their handmade crust is phenom.

Solid place to order from. Definitely better when they aren't busy.

If you sell pizza, grated cheese and red pepper flakes should be included. It's like pulling up on a Chevron and they make you pay for air and windshield water.

Let's say that Domino is perfect for a movie's night , my fav is the stuffed cheese bread, but the pizza honestly is just american pizza , with cheap ingredients...

The soda refrigerator was clearly marked "do not touch, we will get your drink for you". But he told me to grab my own drink. I said, "are you sure?" He said, "yeah, go ahead and get it yourself." I did because he turned and went about his business.

I ordered two pizzas: one didn’t have any cheese on a third of it and the other had no sausages on most of the slices even though I ordered extra. The service was fast but the quality was subpar.

One time I ordered to the esplanade (0.5 miles) dude showed up an hour later and pretended nothing happened / it was a normal delivery. Pizza was cardboard lol I was sad

Worst on-line Pizza ordering in the history of pizza ordering. 4 times...I said FOUR times we've ordered Pizza on-line {So. Redondo Beach store} and NEVER once has our order been ready or even received. Once they kept our $8.00 and would not return it...even thought we did NOT get our pizza. IF you order a Dominos pizza from the South Redondo you better NOT be hungry.

I tried calling this place and they just kept hanging up on me. Then the person on the other end threatened to call the cops on me. I sent corporate an email thanking them for introducing me to the wonders of Fresh Brothers. The manager contacted me and forced an employee to apologize to me over the phone and they promised me a coupon that was linked to my phone number and would be good as long as I called from that phone. I have since ordered pizza twice and they have not offered me a discount and I haven't asked for it because I work in the food industry, I know what people are capable of and I don't want any trouble. Now I just try to pick up my Dominos at the Hermosa store, they are awesome there.

Terrible on-line experience - poor explanations and details. Impossible to easily send customer service an email comment. Good prices with on-line coupons, staff was good, but corporate policies and practices are atrocious. If the CEO was with me through this process many VP's would be looking for new jobs.

The manager Ruby is RUDE and has HORRIBLE customer service skills! Dominos just lost a loyal/repeat customer because of her! I cant tell you how pissed I am. I cant believe that Dominos would hire such a horrible person!

Very dishonest place, I bought a pizza for $5.99, the manager Jason, asked me if I wanted my receipt, I said no, when I got home I realized that they charge me $12.86, immediately call Domino's and Jason apologize saying it was a system, I said that I will go the next day to pick my money, I returned 3 times and I still can not recover my money. I tried to call the headquarter , Fernanda Martinez is the person responsible for these complaint, I left few message but she never answered me and now the her mail box is full. I think I lost my money, but Domino's pizza, lost a client, never again I will return to consume a product of Domino's a friend how live in Redondo Beach said, that always happen there,

if i didnt have children at my house , i would have cancelled this order and drove to costco, why you ask, since when do you have to have an email address just to order a pizza. now it will be months to cancell all the crap that i will see in my inbox. thanks Dominos you suck never again.

I ordered a handmade medium Pizza yesterday (3-21-20) around 7 PM from this location with extra cheese option in addition to other toppings. Handmade because it is advertised to have cheese edge to edge. Unfortunately I didn't check when I got it or I would have not even picked it up. The Pizza had barely had any cheese or topping. Some parts of the Pizza didn't even have any topping or cheese. I always get the same order from Silver Spur store and we love it. I highly discourage Domino's fan to order from this location. If it was my first experience with Domino's I would never go back. I hope someone in management spend the time to read these comments and implement a QA process for this store.

The employee said they would credit me I said I ordered the food over an hour ago for a reason and I wanted what I ordered. I was told it would be another 30min. So over an hour to get my food. Very disappointed ☹️ in the service.

By far one of the worst locations of the chain I've been to. Order was the exact opposite of what I've ordered. And even after I had the cook put it back in the oven, after I had asked for that to be well done, it was still doughy. Tons of tomato sauce although I had asked for easy sauce. OK, sure, it's a chain, but threre was absolutely no attention to detail.
