Quick and fast! Tasty food. Clean, comfortable restaurant, and friendly staff. Our go to Wendy's in the neighborhood. It's normally crowed with families, teenagers and seniors but the service is quick. There is a drive through ... be prepared during rush hour, it could be a 5-10 minutes wait. Overall, recommended!
This is consistently the busiest Wendy's drive-thru I've ever visited! It isn't uncommon to find 15 or more cars ahead of you and a 20-minute wait. But, it's worth the wait. The food is fresh and hot - right off the grill or out of the fryer. The staff is professional and efficient. I especially like the pretzel pub burgers with fries and strawberry lemonade.
Great and accurate service. Social distancing organized I posted my order and in a matter of minutes was bagged up and ready for me. Everything was piping hot! I really love the App! Keep up the good work!
Fast service puts the fast in fast food. It was prepared so quickly that we were surprised how fast it was. Fries probably would be fresher if it was prepared fresh but it's not a complaint.
I used the kiosk to order because it was the lunch rush hour and the kiosk is faster to order, You still had to wait a few minutes for your food due to the drive in window service at this location. Food was good and hot, tasted fresh. I usually go to this location after grocery shopping across the street (Trader Joe's). I will try to go earlier to avoid the lunch rush.
This Wendy's l like this is because it has been renovated. The foods that I like at wendy's is the junior bacon cheeseburger and the frosty. This is because both of them tastes good. The service is awesome and the atmosphere can be noisy.
Had a quick bite with the wife before shopping at Trader Joe’s next door. I love that it has its own parking lot, which is rare for a fast food chain in Queens. The price to value ratio is actually amazing. The taste is great and filling. $20 to fill us both! We each got 2 small burgers, drinks and fries. Topped it off with some cookies. Atmosphere was decent, clean and upbeat with the crowd. The staff seemed to be pretty attentive and experienced. Overall we are satisfied and would return again!

The food was good, no complaints, the young man whose job was to take care of the lobby did a great job. he kept it very clean, and this place has a high volume of customers. I wish I had gotten his name. He deserves the praise because I have been to this location before, and it's not always upkept like the job this young man was doing.
This Wendy’s has stepped its game up. New look, new drive thru cash window and pickup window… The biggest improvement it needs is more attention for their bathrooms and condiments stand. Keeping those areas clean and filled will win over more guests to return. The drive thru lines be crazy…. But be lazy. If more than 6-8 cars is on the line and it’s still an open dining room time, just go inside… will save you about 10-15 mins of waiting on the drive through line… and less likely your food is prepped and will be a be cooler…. Go inside and get it hot… You have been warned. Good quality is good. Service is polite and smooth inside. After a long day, be sure a $5 Biggie Bag, and swap the drink for a frosty will make your day. :)
Establishment is clean, calm environment, good amount of seating area & tables. Service from employees👨🍳👩🍳 treated well, no long lines, & budget friendly. Food🍟🍔 is really fresh. As many times I've been there with my family👩👦your not bothered by others at all. People of all ages are to themselves their happy & content. Highly recommend A++
Always fresh and never frozen. Quite honestly I have never really ordered anything at this location that I did not thoroughly enjoy. Dining area is always clean. Only criticism is that the waiting area for to go orders is small so at peak times it can feel a bit claustrophobic.

I just LOVE Wendy's Asiago Ranch Classic Chicken sandwich. Plus their French fries are very good, and they now have a Coca Cola Freestyle machine, so I can order Lime Coke, which I really like!

Went on 9/22/25, the service was quick, hot, fresh and delicious my family enjoyed the meal. They did not forget any sauces. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is worth it.
My sister has been to this place and ordered the baked potato, baconator, and many other things. The food was wonderful. The service was slow because it was mealtime. The atmosphere was lots of people eating there, and many other things.
Recently stopped in with my daughter early Saturday morning to pick up breakfast for my family. Cindy was absolutely amazing. She was hospitable, and made sure our big order was accurate. She went above and beyond. By far, this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. She is certainly the GOLD standard!

I came up here to get breakfast and there was no difficulty getting my order done, the place was very clean and the food was delightful. I heavily recommended the Frostyccino. Doesn't matter what flavor, either one will knock your socks off. I say I got lucky and came at a good time but it shows this place has potential to be almost perfect when it wants to be.
I think the only two options on the drive through menus was a 4 piece and a 6 piece. I pick up a 50 piece nuggets called the "party pack". They were so quick. Haven't been there in a while. They have lots of new sauces like Hot Honey and Ghost Pepper. Kids and I ate them so fast I didn't have time to take a picture.

Fast service, probably the fastest service I ever had from any Wendys establishment I've been to. Renovated and clean. Has a parking lot and drive through. Friendly, efficient and competent staff. Just missed a perfect score because some of the people that eat here are less than tolerable to be around. That is no fault of the establishment, but never have I ever had a completely enjoyable dine in experience because of some of the other patrons who frequent this place.
Decent service. Use the kiosks to customize your order at your own pace. They will give you a receipt once you pick up the order. 2 Drinks machine are available. Ample seating available. Drive thru and parking also available. Great for a quick bite and nearby the Trader Joe's/Michaels.
Ive been coming to this Wendy's for years now. And while you can pretty much count on it being super busy, this location is more than adequately staffed with people that know what they're doing for quick service, and professional service, and the result is food that's cooked properly, at the right time at the right temperature. I don't recall ever having a bad experience here. Drive thru is open late 7 nights per week giving this location the additional double benefit of added reliability and convenience.
Great. They had allowed certain number of customers to walk in & purchase rather than wait on the drive thru. Guard was EXTREMELY pleasant to deal with. He asked to form a line outside as 3 people were allowed in at a time. It was a smooth transition in and out!!! Highly recommend going here. Say Hi to the guard, Spanish fellow.
The food was good. We placed an order through the app. We had a large order, so we pulled into a parking spot after pickup from drive-thru to check if we received everything. Completely understand that the times have changed and everything has a price. Ordered the chili with sour cream. Paid the extra $0.50 for the sour cream and it was left out, so we went around the drive-thru again and asked for the missing sour cream. The guy at the intercom was extremely personable and ready to help. He advised us to just pull up to the window and they'd take care of us. Once we got to the window, the girl jumped straight to letting us know that we had to pay for the sour cream. After explaining to her that we had paid via the app and that it was missing in our bag, she made the face of disbelief and said that there's only one sour cream per order and that we would need to pay an extra $0.50 if we wanted another. After re-explaining again that we never got one, she gave us one measly sour cream with so much facial attitude. Recommend putting more personable people at the window.

I ordered on the keyoisk and it was easy. Didn't wait long for my food. The lady behind the counter was working really hard and is a total Rockstar. My only complaint is they didn't give me ketchup for my fries and the wifi was not working. I did try to get ketchup but, it was crazy behind the counter.

We initially went to try out the orange dreamsicle frosty and we decided to order meals. The frosty is delicious and so are their fries and spicy nuggets. My Mom ordered the fish fillet but she said they over toasted it. The service was fine but they were very busy so it was a bit slow.
First off...do NOT go between 3 & 4 when school lets out ( you have been warned ). Now...I am ok with Wendy's food every so often..and this is actually the closest one to my home. But they always agree up my order...or....I walk in and there's a crazy line....or...ther a no line...but there's the most unpleasant employee waiting on me. It's always one of these..and though I only pop into this location perhaps 4 times a year...I never left without saying "WHY do I keep coming back here" ? But their burgers and salads... perfectly fine...just go somewhere else UNLESS you are doing drive through...which is the ONLY reason to come here.
This Wendys has always had good tasting fast food. There food requires time to cook. Best to park and eat inside waiting at Drivethru always ba ked up Clean and Quiet inside.

It can get very crowded at noon and service is as fast as they go as it gets busy. If you go off peak times it's the best and the food is always fresh. The frosty machine is always working which is a plus especially during summer. The staff is friendly and attentive. Clean place as well

Staff was nice but they are crowding everyone in a small space to wait for orders. Instead of opening up the floor for customers to spread out. Makes no sense. And they have social distancing signs everywhere. They have the dining room blocked, which is not necessary because they already removed the chairs. So nobody can sit anyway
The food is good but takes forever to be ready. You order a drive thru and ended up being required to walk in and wait over 20min for a fast food order. Unbelievable! It is disrespectful with the clients needs. Total absence of organization.
Fresh food, friendly cashier however drive through is very slow, took about 20 min with only 5 cars ahead of me. They are a busy Wendy’s, it’s about time you guys start getting out meals quicker. You’ve been in operation too many years to allow your customers to wait for 20min. Prefer going to another Wendy’s near by instead of waiting 20 min here. You guys must improve in drive through, please find ways to Cut down on time. There is always ways to improve when running a business.
The food is fine however preparation/ service is really slow. The additional drive thru lane does not seem to add any improvement. I will only order from this Wendy's if I see minimal cars in the lot or drive thru. I won't even pre-order through mobile without seeing the amount of customers even with pickup inside as an option. The workers are so busy, you have to be proactive in getting one's attention to pickup your order.
Food was great and prepared correctly but I went around 2pm and they could not keep up with the orders. Took maybe 20 min from pulling up in my car to getting my food and I pre-ordered online. If your looking to skip the line I suggest doing carry out and going inside instead to just pick it up.
Not bad, but not the best. If your looking for fast food place with plenty of parking and a drive through option, this place is fine. Service is not very fast, but that's because there are so many people coming here, especially at lunch time. The seating area is pretty big, which means you shouldn't have to worry about that. I thought I also saw a security guard, so I'm not sure what that was about. There are better places to eat at, but there are worse.
3* for taking my bacon cheese baked potato. I have been a Wendy's Fan for close to 40 years. They removed the bacon cheese potato and thought the baconator fries would take its place.
Workers are nice but the wait is always so long. They only have 1 person working the cashier during rush hour so it's at least a 15 min wait just to get to the front of the line. Since they're busy, a lot of sodas and condiments are not refilled. Go through drive thru. It'll be much faster and seems like more priority. Food is good. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of seating and the place looks nice.
The employees like to listen to there phones at top volume, when they're on their break very annoying.
The two soda machines they had didn't have any ice. The worker behind the counter put ice in our cups but wasn't enough. The soda from the machine wasn't mixed right so it was mostly flat.
Stopped there for some late night bites & got their $5 deal. The quality of sandwiches seems a little lower than the ones in the city. It was kinda dry and the fries were a bit greasy. The place seems decent and service was good. They have a seating area as well. If you're in the area after shopping (lots of different types of stores are in the area) and want to eat something real quick then you might visit here.
This is a generally clean location with a nice parking lot and ample inside seating space. It also features two very nice soda machine with tons of customizable options. I'm giving this 3 stars though because the serving line is confusing and congested, and the food prep is very slow
How are you going to charge me extra for something, and then not give me the thing you charged me extra for?
We ordered 2 Dave's single burgers, one was a meal the other a single. Small chile, small frosty costs over $30, took over half an hour, chile was like water, burgers were a mess. The employees are all eating lots of food in dining area for over an hour while we were there. Wendy's used to be good but not anymore
It's hot inside with no A/C and multiple people were complaining about having to wait too long.
This is a neighborhood place but unfortunately they seem to concentrate on all the Grub Hub/Uber Eats to go orders. Walk ins are forced to wait a long time to order simply because the delivery people just walk up and flash their phones into the order takers face. I have not been here for a long time and telling my neighbors to go to McDonald's where their system seems to be better.
Well I can't speak for their dining experience but their drive thru experience waiting rates among one of the worst. I've seen at least a good 15 to 20 cars piled up waiting to be served on any given overnight with very little to no movement. AND THEY HAVE 2 LANES TO ORDER FOOD. To be fair, perhaps people don't see the sign to order from both lanes but I would imagine the quiet lane would realize the silence and send someone to tell people to order from the non busy lane. I'm sure they are trying their best but this is a surprisingly busy Wendy's location considering that one can drive to one in Long Island City and spend less than half the time to get their food.
Love coming here just not this location. Every time I turn around if there's an issue with the app they want to argue with the customer as if I need to leave school with a child to argue with adults about a coupon because of a technical difficulty on a corporate app. If the employee who was taking the order was actually paying attention to what they were scanning they too would have noticed the error but instead they acted as though I did not know what I was talking about and chose to argue and all I did was ask for my money back. Try another location for better customer service.
Very cute location, the upgrades to the building are nice BUT lets get workers who actually want to work. It should make no sense i come in the middle of the day theres a FULL staff but BADDDDDD SERVICE. serving old food after you wait 30 minutes for your food. Everyone that works looks relaxed, chilling, talking but lets make the food fresh and have good customer service lets start there. Gets a 2 because it's clean and updated.
Where exactly do you form the line to order? It was my first time there today and a lady and I entered at the same time, some customers were standing at the pickup sign and she asked them if that's the line to order, they told her no and pointed to other end, so I followed behind her, after a cashier was finished taking someone that was ahead of us order, she came off the register then another cashier went to the register where the pickup sign is and she said next looking in our direction, while she was taking the lady's order two people came in and stood by the pickup sign and I stood there and watched as she took their orders as if she didn't know I was next in line. I had to walk over to the other side to place my order. So two people came in after me and placed their orders and got their orders before me, I'm not sure if it's a race thing and I wonder if she would've gestured for me to come over before taking those two orders if I was Hispanic as they were. Another thing is I asked for the strawberry ice tea and she told me it's at the fountain where the soda were. They should have a sign telling people were lines are form like every other establishments and their employees should treat everyone equally.
On May 28, 2025 at 90-13 Metropolitan Rego Park, NY, I ordered grilled chicken wrap ($6.79 + tax). I couldn't understand the enunciation of the person who took my order and I made her repeat what was in the wrap. However, she was very patient with me though. The wrap was poorly done and the chicken DID NOT taste like chicken at all. It tasted like it was chemically processed. Nevertheless, because I was starving and it was raining hard, I had no choice. I will NEVER order that wrap ever again. I regretted eating it. On the positive note, the senior Indonesian cleaning lady was very alert and attentive in keeping the restaurant clean and well organized. I give her a high five for a job well done!

Always love this wendys but the service is the slowest ever for fast food chains. Did a mobile order and went through the drive through late at night since the restaurant was closed, i was in the line for 35 minutes. Only to come out with one of my orders messed up. Ok. Not even sure where to begin. My family hasn't had Wendy's in a while so we changed it up and went here for dinner. I placed a mobile order which said would be ready in five minutes. I really didn't believe that but ok. Well I arrived there like 10 min later to a high line at the pick up counter. People said they were waiting like 40 min for their food. Some were requesting refunds. Not sure what was going on but the manager was having words with an upset customer. It was crazy. There was an older lady who was trying to get the orders together but I don't understand. Maybe they were short handed but it looked like enough people were there they just needed better organization. Instead of hustling drive thru. do the orders first order then next. If it wasn't for my kids I would have left. Food was cold which I don't get since it wasn't ready. I hope this was just a bad day and not the norm. But I will not be going back anytime soon. I waited like 30 min yet some before me were still there when I left.
Rude employees. Placed an order that was accepted, they told me they do not have the order and offered no clarity as to why. Had delivery company contact them and they gave them the same attitude, not even asking what order they were calling about and just started saying that they do not have that order.

As I order a baconator. Cashier was fine. However the food was not AT ALL what I ordered. And as I politely ask for my sandwich they gave me a classic chicken sandwich which is not what I ordered for my son. As I ask a third time what’s the problem, they mention to me there new employee is fairly new to the US, has no real citizen papers and it makes me worry about MY FOOD SAFETY that I’m sure they have to take under there REAL name and information in order to be a worker. Or am I wrong? AS Wendy’s customer for 20 years, I’ve never had this unsafe practice and what else can that location be hiding? I’d re-evaluate the food and workers there. This is for my fellow people reading this. BECAREFUL.
This location is known for having extremely terrible customer service especially at night drive-thru. On 06/21/24, something very simple could have been averted if RICHARD (the employee with the most disgusting attitude ever) chose to listen to what the customer is asking for rather than doing what he wanted. He was rude, got loud and tried to embarrass me in front of his coworkers. The manager even told him that his behavior was unacceptable. This is the level of training it seems that Wendy’s gives their employees and tolerates. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
Can’t seem to figure out how to receive an order and make it. My order number was up on the screen, disappeared, and then when confronted about it, I was simply told to call my bank to dispute the transaction. Ridiculous waste of time and effort, people running the register need to redo their customer training. No offer of compensation either.

I went through the drive through and this man who I believe is the manager was extremely rude. They first didn’t take my order down correctly. They gave me a regular spicy chicken sandwich when I said plain and then made a fuss about it. He ended up changing the sandwich to plain as ordered. Then we tell him that they didn’t give us the small fries. He then asks his employee if they put the fries in to which the employee says yes. The manager proceeds to say that he believes the employee basically calling us liars. I was blown away by this because no one is going to rob them, it’s literally Wendy’s they have to be so for real right now. And making a whole fuss for a small fry was insane. He needs to work on his customer service experience.
Me and my husband went to Wendy’s to get a late night meal. When taking our order in the drive-through, the worker was very rude and had cursed at us in Spanish multiple times thinking we did not understand. We asked her to repeat our order a couple times because her accent was a little bit thick we just wanted to make sure that she was getting her order correctly. And lo and behold she still got it wrong even after cursing us out. We will not be coming back to this when he’s location.
Ordered breakfast was told pull back from the camera n come back aroynd the drive thru did that then was told to pull to the side someone will come with food to my car. Waited over 10 minutes, no one. Finally went inside and asked for a refund that still took another 5 mins with no one else in the store. Horrible service in the morning and afternoon
Order was wrong, nuggets were cold. I ordered a special krabby patty meal and they didn’t have ice cream for the special frosty. I still paid the same expensive price and didn’t get one of the 2 special part of the order. Waste of money and time. Could have spent the same money and gotten an elevated burger at five guys at the $15 I paid
Dont order mobile pickup for after 11 pm. Store is locked and you have to ring a doorbell camera while hoping they dont ignore you. Walked to drive thru window and was told they were shortstaffed and to just wait to pick up a ready order. Waited 15 minutes outside to get cold food. Lovely. I recommend to just order for drive thru pickup, since they dont ignore you there.
COLD FOOD. I stop to eat here at nighttime. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE THE FOOD IS SERVED COLD. THE PATTY IS COLD, THE NUGGETS ARE COLD, THE FRIES 🍟 ARE COLD🤢. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE LADY THROUGH THE SPEAKER “CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FOOD IS SERVED HOT BECAUSE I’VE ORDERED BEFORE AND THE FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD.” SHE DISREGARDED WHAT I SAID, SHE DID NOT RESPOND OR ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT I HAD JUST SAID, SHE SIMPLY STAYED QUIET FOR A MOMENT AND THEN SAID “DRIVE UP.” AND WHEN I GOT MY FOOD GUESS WHAT? THE FOOD WAS COLD‼️🙄 I DIDNT WASTE MY TIME DRIVING BACK AROUND TO TELL HER FOR A SECOND TIME. WHEN PEOPLE DONT CARE THEY DONT CARE. INSTEAD I FIGURE I WOULD HOPEFULLY BE HEARD BY LEAVING A REVIEW. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER IVE ALREADY TOLD THEM THIS BEFORE. Again, I eat here at night. I don’t know if the night crew is lazy or what. Maybe they pre cook the stuff and let it sit and then when you order it its already ready BUT COLD. Or maybe they cook the stuff in cold oil. YOU KNOW HOW UPSETTING IT IS TO EAT COLD FOOD? ESPECIALLY COLD FRIES AND COLD PATTY? ITS LIKE WATCHING AN ACTION MOVIE ON MUTE. I actually love Wendys. I often visit another location in Yonkers and they got it down they know what they are doing. BUT THE STAFF MAKES IT OR BREAKS IT. If they are not properly trained how to make those juicy and hot patties and crispy hot fries, then the experience is ruined. MANAGEMENT PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF this location is close to my workplace.
They are charging twice. I went yesterday to get some food there and they're charged twice on my card. So, I went this morning to try to get a response from the manager. She was rude and unhelpful. She denied that they're did twice and was like a obsessed with it. So, I called the bank and yes. They're charged twice. So, please be careful in this location. They're charge twice.
We went to pick up our mobile order, the lady at the front desk was very rude, our order was ready and she refused to give it to us and ask us to wait. We try to ask again and she ignored us totally. Unacceptable. And our order was missing chicken nuggets and all our drinks were prepared incorrectly. 😤😤😤
If you have any ounce of self respect, you will never come here! There is no point of having 2 intercoms if you’ll only service 1. Had two cars go after me at the other intercom while patiently waiting on the other intercom until I had to simply skip. You are also sandwiched between the cars behind you and in front of you at the drive thru so you can’t leave. Then after I skipped the intercom and went straight to the pick up window after 15 minutes of waiting, the service I encountered was disturbing. After I said thank you and was met with no response I simply left while being stared at. Atrocious service. Never okay. Will never return here.
Drive thru is horrible. Ive been on the right side lane for over a half hour. Ive watched 5 cars from behind me get served on the left lane. They are not attending the right lane. Manager needs to pay mind to what is happening outside as well. It sucks to be repeatedly skipped. Ive lost my appetite from being so frustrated with this experience. And the kicker is that you cant get off this line. Wait it gets better , the lady attending the window has the only attitude. I cant be how rude she was. Never coming back here and i will do my best to spread the news.
In my last review last year I rated this place a 4/5 with just small concerns, particularly in the food. In my last visit I didn’t even bother picking up the food. The employees are extremely rude and the drive through DOES NOT MOVE. I was by the ordering station to be asked 4 times what I would like for my order just because THE LINE WAS NOT MOVING. I stood in line for 30 minutes only to have Uber eats drivers cut in front and press their orders on the employees. Either have the restaurant open to have drivers come in and pick up or don’t fill delivery services orders at all. It’s a liability of having delivery people walking in between moving cars in an active drive way. A lady came up to the window to ask what was going on to have the window shut on her for “yelling” when it seems like she was just asking for an estimate of time. Finally when I pulled up to the window to ask what happened the server rudely talked back. My last visit before this was bad but this was beyond terrible. Sadly I won’t be coming back. Go at your own risk.
This place spent a lot of money upgrading the building and making it look very nice. And yet the service is abysmal. The last 3 times I've been here my order was incorrect. Tomato and Mayo included in sandwiches for people with egg and tomato allergies, regular nuggets when we asked for spicy. Most recently I came in on a Friday night. It was incredibly busy. I placed an app order and watched the screen waiting for my name to come up. I saw my name marked as ready and went up to ask about it and was told it'd be coming soon. They continued to call names for several people who came after me. I told the young lady behind the counter my name disappeared from the screen 15 minutes ago and she rolled her eyes and walked away without a word and continued handing out orders. I spoke to the young man also prepping orders and told him the Wendy's app thanked me for visiting 20 min ago and I still didn't have my food. He laughed and told me not to be so mad and grabbed an order off the rack that had been sitting there for 20 minutes. Before I asked the first time he called out the name Allison not Alonso. So obviously I never claimed the food. By the time I received it, it was obviously now cold as it sat on a rack with no type of warming and I wasn't going to ask or wait for a replacement as at that point I'd been there for 30 minutes. While I feel bad at how busy they were there's no good excuse for such poor service especially at the ridiculous prices of fast food nowadays. My order was still incorrect and I didn't even eat it. I was so upset I just threw the food away because I wasn't in the mood to heat it up or even eat at that point. And conveniently for Wendy's the form to communicate on the app doesn't work so now I have to air my complaint in a public forum.
This is the worst wendys. How is this place still running. Foods always cold and takes for ever. Makes no sense. U would think if it took forever it would come out hot. This Place is.gross
Food is good, but the setup and delivery takes a very long time. I went through the drive through on a Saturday evening. It took a half hour after ordering to get our food. My child was very hungry. There are two drive through lanes which converge after you order. It makes no sense. I went inside today and ordered also. The line was long and there was only one register open. It took a long time to get to order and to get the food, but it was shorter than the drive through. The food is always good. The setup at and behind the counter could be better. Other fast food chains are able to process orders much faster.
Requested & paid for bacon on 3 sandwiches & received no bacon--ordered a Frosty & it was liquid soup when received. Couldn't, they tell that they had poured soup into the cup before they put the lid onto the cup. I guess they just did not care. I received a refund for the Frosty. However, I didn't know that I had no bacon, until I reached my destination I will never return to that Wendy's on Metropolitan Av near Woodhaven Blvd in New York
The food is mostly always good here, but the Indian lady that works the drive thru late night is such a rude person. She rushes you, while screaming and talking over you all at the same time. Not the first time I’ve dealt with her attitude. But tonight my BF ordered a meal, he said “make it a large”, and she said “that’s not what I’m asking. I said what drink?!” I can see she’s really overwhelmed and everyone inside looks stressed around her.

This is the second Wendy’s restaurant that I’ve been to where they put a tiny piece of lettuce on my spicy chicken sandwich. I’m not sure if this is how they train their employees to make such a sandwich or if Wendy’s is running low on lettuce. This isn’t what the spicy chicken sandwich is supposed to look like. No wonder people would prefer going to Chick-Fil-A
This location is always a hit or miss. They have a a dozen and a half employees but everyone is so disorganized. Examples are: if you order on mobile for drive thru pickup, and you announce your order at the drive thru, they struggle to find the order. If you order by mobile for carryout out, you will be standing there at the pickup by the register and 5 different employees will stare at you, will not announce your name and will just put your order on a rack on the back for it to get cold. If the manager is aware of the situation, instead of apologizing, they will just pretend they are deaf or blind to the lack of consistent service. I try to avoid this location at all cost.
Terrible experiences at Wendy's on Woodhaven Boulevard!!! I came twice to this drive-thru since they redesigned it to add a second lane, but what a mess!! Been stuck 20 min now. And cars are not moving. Why would you add a 2nd lane if it's for the service to suffer so much from it? Did you double your kitchen and staff? Unfortunately it does not appear so.
First off, Roxana was very disrespectful. I came here on a Sunday night. She responded with, “What” followed by a deep sigh. I ordered two Spicy Asiagos, they both have no pepper jack cheese and no bacon. If I didn’t want cheese or bacon, I would’ve said that. If I can give 0 stars I would.

This place at times gives me cold food and the app for points also free merch is worthless even after contacting customer service they don't do anything not happy. 6/11/23 Went for a fast meal and got brown lettuce in a chicken sandwich they really need to recheck the quality of their meals
