Steak nuggets were awesome
Any Time HILSA IS ON DUTY AT PLANO RD. LOCATION YOU WILL ALL WAYS GET FRESH FOOD FAST..THANKS HILSA Michael & Jeremy Leach of old section Richardson Texas 75081
Consistently good! They certainly are Thinkin' Arby's when it comes to quality. Now all Arby's has just has to spruce up their dessert menu with a chocolate turnover and I'll start coming again.
What can you say but love my French dip I get there. I wish they would ask if you want fries or potato cakes. I always forget to get the cakes.
I haven't been to an Arby's in a long time. The staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean. Most importantly they got my order correct!!
Come for happy hours sliders for 2-5pm($1each), the cheese sticks and a jamocha shake.. Awesome... 😊 Clean venue, quiet environment and courteous servers.
Drive thru order of a French Dip, and a Reuben. Food was correct, hot, and tasty. Little expensive, but better than a fast food burger.
Fast friendly service and knowledgeable staff. They really go the extra mile with a smile. Update...remodel inside looks fresh. Staff still very friendly and knowledgeable.
The shift manager Keron was very nice and gave fast service. The food was hot and the bourbon bbq brisket sandwich looked like the picture, she personally brought our order to the table. Two thumbs up!
Servers are polite and fast at their job. The food was hot and tasty. Would definitely recommend this place.
Dining area has been updated and is clean. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Food was delivered fast and was hot and fresh. Doesn't seem to ever be too busy here so it tends to be quiet.
Friendly staff, good service and specialty in that day one old lady went because she got lost from her nursing home. There gave her water offered food. That was really nice of them! Also the food was really good! ☆
I love arby's since 2006! Their roast beef and curly fries cannot be compared. Great deals and value for money. Would definitely recommend.
The guy that was running the register Sunday April 14 2024 was a great customer service employee. It’s rare you meet some that’s just a great human being in general! The guy was genuinely concerned about where my order was and was very communicative about the status: ! Honestly give the guy a raise!! He’s awesome
Always fast service and fresh food. However, this time my burger was still pink on the inside. I only ate around the edges.
It was great! We finally found a shake machine that was working & had the spray whipped topping at this Arby's. We had a coupon that gave you a free shake when you buy an entree/meal at regular price thru the end of the month & wanted to use it. This place had it, after 4 tries at other Arby's. The orange vanilla shake was delicious, as well as the turkey gyros. The staff & atmosphere were welcoming. Thank you Arby's.
Very polite cashiers and order takers. Inside restaurant is incredibly clean including restrooms. Food is always fresh and orders are correct. So many tasty choices. This is the best Arby's around!
Arby’s Curly Fries – A Serious Warning for Dog Owners I’m writing this to warn other dog owners: Arby’s Curly Fries almost killed both of our dogs. We’ve always known fries aren’t healthy for dogs, and we don’t make a habit of feeding them junk—but over the years, we’ve given plain, regular French fries as a rare treat without issue. That’s what we thought we were doing this time. But Arby’s curly fries are something else entirely. They’re heavily seasoned, coated, and contain ingredients like onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, artificial flavors, and who knows what else—all things that can wreak havoc on a dog’s gut. Within hours of giving them just a few fries each, both of our dogs (Izzy and Cami) were in visible distress. We had to go into life-saving care mode due to obvious high-gas, potential torsion/bloat symptoms, including: • Nervous pacing and anxiety • Panting and increased respiratory rate • Tight abdomen sensitive to touch • Attempts to vomit with nothing coming out As longtime dog owners, we’ve dealt with just about everything—but bloat and torsion are the one condition we fear the most. It’s sudden, deadly, and there’s almost no time to respond. Thankfully, because of that fear, we always keep bismuth (Pepto-Bismol) and simethicone (Gas-X) on hand. Administering them early was the only reason both of our dogs made it through the night. Had we not recognized the symptoms and been prepared, we truly believe we would have lost them both. This was not just an upset stomach. This was an avoidable near-death event. Two days after the event, we’re still dealing with the severe gut issues these spiced-up Curly Fries and our lapse in judgement created. Please learn from our mistake: ✅ Never feed curly fries or anything seasoned to your dog ✅ Keep emergency stomach meds on hand—simethicone and bismuth have earned a permanent place in our dog care kit ✅ Know the signs of bloat, and act immediately We’re not blaming Arby’s for making curly fries—they’re not made for dogs. But this is a WARNING for dog owners like us who didn’t stop to think that not all fries are created equal. We’ll never make that mistake again.
She was nice with a smile got my order right hot and fresh thank u
The first time since I was 15 that the curly fries werent burnt or tasteless. Good job, one Arbys had good fries in a decade. In that same amount of time I can remember 3 good Long John Silvers encounter. Use that information however you want to. Im pretty 😐
Love Arby's. Glad they brought back the cordon bleu.
I eat there often and love it 😀
I've been several times in the last few weeks to take advantage of the sale on the new beef and cheddar sandwich with bacon that have been on sale 2 for $6. I also have been using the coupons that I received in the mail to buy different items with the discount and get some for free. Upon my visit today 9/13 they had a gyros 2 for $6. I ordered the original Style my friend ordered a ham and cheddar slider and received a free order of loaded curly fries with the coupon. I love the flavor and the amount of meat on my gyro. I love how they have remodeled the store the staff there is always friendly and fast. We even got to joke around a little bit upon my first visit when I told them I wanted to take a picture of their t-shirt and I told them I was a Google guide they had no clue what that was they said they're going to start looking up places now. They loved how the pictures turned out The food there is always made fresh nothing sitting around under the heat lamp like some of the places do. I've been telling people about the new Bacon sandwiches and they told me they didn't even know there was an Arby's around here. I'm going to do my best to let people know that we have an Arby's in the area and that it is a great place and they need to come see for themselves and become a returning customer like me. I love to ring the bell on the way out to let them know that I enjoyed my meal but it makes me laugh too because all I can think of is the bell at Long John Silver's and that it was the only restaurant I ever knew that had a bell at the door. It seems so strange to have one at Arby's but I'm glad they have it to let the staff know you enjoyed your meal. I think it helps with morale when they get thanks for the work they're doing.
Update 02/22: Visited again and this time the service was good. They have acted on the issue that I had reported earlier and improved. The Sandwich and Fries were good this time. I would highly encourage the management to keep up the good work and maintain the quality and taste!
My food today was fantastic. The young man working drive-thru at approx 1:30 pm on 3/5/26 was so kind and helpful. He seemed to like his job. I asked him for black pepper and he gave me several packs without asking. We all know it takes several packs of pepper since there is only 10 grains in each pack. Very insightful of him. This has never happened at any drive thru restaurant I have been to. You normally have to beg for more. Yea, nice guy with light colored wavy/curly hair!!!!
The fish sandwich is good. However, I recommend checking before leaving to make sure there is enough tartar sauce on it, as it tends to be dry without it.
I love Arby’s the fries are so good I got a fountain drink the Coca Cola was better than any other place
I haven’t ate at Arby’s in a few years and this was a great experience. The restaurant looked clean in the kitchen and dining area, as well as the person at the window. The sandwich (corned beef on rye) and crinkle fries were hot and delicious! I was expecting leftovers as it was very quiet at 10pm and no other customers. Service was very good and positive. I would definitely eat here again! My large sandwich, fries, and drink cost ~ $12.50 with tax.
4 stars Only because they forgot to give me a straw at the drive through. Sandwich was delicious fresh hot and juicy
I wish we had a Arby's here. I love the beef and cheddar and curly fries. I will stop if I'm passing by one.
This Arby's is actually really good one of the best ones I have been to in a long time. And the customer service is top notch. All right I wanted to add to this review I love Arby's so much just a little reminder they have the new Diablo sandwich out buyer beware, anyway their new cinnamon caramel shake is so good highly recommend it! Just wanted to say that.
Arby's is one of my favorite fast food places, and wish there were more locations. I like the traditional roast beef sandwich with Arby's sauce on it, along with the Beef N' Cheddar sandwich with it's sweet Catalina sauce and onion bread. I have enjoyed Arby's since I was a kid. The Reuben sandwich, French Dip, and the chicken sandwich are also menu items I like. All food items are made on an as ordered basis for freshness, and always have been. I remember back in the 1970's how the Arby's big hat neon sign with a border of yellow light bulbs would flash on and off in a "chase" pattern like an old school movie theater marquis. Take a look at the picture of the Arby's sign I took years ago. This sign is long gone, but I wanted to show you a piece of fast food history.
They’re on their A game in here. I’m here for lunch and they’re cooking up and serving the food fast. Love service when it’s at this speed And when your food is ready the person announcing the order numbers knows how to project her voice making sure people can hear from anywhere in the room. In like most fast food places where they’ll have someone that sounds like a mouse behind the counter. I only have an hour for lunch and don’t want to waste time. Food was good too. Dining area is big. Lots of big windows. A lot of sun light coming in. I would come back here as long as they keep up with this speed in service. A+ place.
They just remodeled and the place not only looks good, it's also more functional for the customers. My favorite thing though is they finally have honey Dijon mustard at this location to dip my fries in.
The new Gyros are great if you can't get authentic Greek or Mediterranean. Excellent sandwiches as well. Like the curly fries and jalapeno poppers.
Arby's is my choice for fast food during Lent because they have very tasty Fish sandwiches at a great price (I wish they served them all year). This Arby's location is my favorite because the staff is always well-trained and friendly and they keep the place clean.
This is a really fancy, elegant Arby's. The only negative aspect that we can find is that they don't sell the Homestyle french fries anymore, and that's almost the only thing that my gluten intolerant daughter can eat. Greek gyros , though, are wonderful!
Arby's is typically a super slow place especially going through the drive through. This one however was fairly quick and efficient. Sometimes I avoid going to Arby's if I'm running low on time . I will definitely come back
I had 2 double beef n cheddar sandwiches that were really good. Lots of meet and cheese. I give 4 stars because I miss the potato cakes.
Typically a quick visit because the staff is pretty efficient. My orders have been accurate. I wish they had more coupons or that the coupons covered more than 1 person.
Ut 2as good. The mabafer at the location I go to is really good. She has been there a long time and sge did everything herself today. I like manager provides excellent customer service a'lways!! The roast beef sandwiches we're good and they were fresh and the bread was fresh it was hot and tasted good!
I used the drive through here, their delicious fish sandwich is seasonal and I probably won't be able to get it after Lent. Two sandwiches for six dollars is far cheaper than McDonald's lousy Filet'oFish. Delicious, flavorful, not overcooked, enough tartar; Arby's does it right!
Okay so I love Arby's! The Reuben is so good and of course the beef and cheddar how can you go wrong. I unfortunately had to do four stars for today because of what I ordered. Honestly it should have only been one star because I've never put something so revolting in my mouth. So disappointed in the mac and cheese. The noodles are starchy and there is way too much cheese sauce. And of course if the cheese sauce even tasted good it wouldn't have been that bad but none of it was good. Get the normal Arby's stuff you know like what Arby's should make, the meats! If you get the mac and cheese and you are disappointed at least you were warned. 😜
I prefer this place over McDonald's
Got the burger and it was luke warm. Probably would have been delicious if it was hot! Curly fries are usually the best, but this time tasted old. The place was not busy at all. The two working were friendly. There was also a rotten egg smell when we walked in to the restaurant.
Was greeted when we came to the door food was good gray hospitality and service from employees
Personally I've had great luck with this location. We enjoy the roast beef and curly fries, even though it's fast food. The new guy working the drive through was great, he was easy to understand and repeated everything back how we ordered it. Prices are competitive to other local fast food.
Arby's is a pic of utter depression with food that neither meets the quality or value of other chains, but this location is clean and polite. If you wished to eat at an Arby's, this is a good location.
I don't visit Arby's very often. My most recent visit reminded me why. The Philly Cheese steak was far below expectations, and in fact wasn't even a steak sandwich at all, but a roast beef sandwich with what I thought was no veggies until the manager pointed out the two(no exageration) small pieces of sauted peppers hidden under the meat. They added more per my request but then I noticed they warmed the sandwich in a microwave, turning the bread into inedible rubber. The disappointment was not having to take the sandwich back, but the fact that they really did not know what a Philly sandwich was, and that they would serve food that was far below par. I give them three stars because I believe the manager honestly wanted to make me happy, and secondly, because there was at least one customer who rang the "good service" bell on the way out. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm for Arby's, at least from what I have experienced. I do not recommend this chain.
Not sure that it is Arby's fault but driving thru for food yesterday, I was struck by the terrible smell of something like an open septic system around their drive thru and ordering kiosk. It was sickening and I should have asked why but grabbed food and drove away asap. Both parties eating the order became ill with gi distress soon after eating and extending to today, 24hrs later, my fault for lack of wisdom in not questioning the source of odor at least. The employee was courteous and the food looked and tasted good so it may all be coincidental.
Registers were experiencing software difficulties which made it difficult for the staff to take our order when we arrived. Through no fault of the staff we waited more time than we wanted to to receive our food. Staff was pleasant and food was "OK".
Food is usually very good but employees aren't particularly friendly. Restaurant is clean, restrooms not so much. This location used to have a really good manager but not sure if they are still there. I'll keep coming but they need some work.
Very nice drive thru staff. Unfortunately my French dip didn’t have the dip. Cheese sticks were pretty ok. I’m sure the sandwich would’ve been better with the au jus.
Food is good customer service is a zero. The front cashier doesn't look at you nor greet you when you walk in let alone tell you the change amount when paying cash. The place was empty and I can see why.
Good hot food but drive through forgot about us when they told us to move forward for just some chicken nuggets. Luckily I don’t live close to this Arby’s
I am saddened by the quality of the food here. I really used to enjoy going to Arby's, but the quality of their sandwiches has gone downhill. My favorite has always been the French Dip, but not anymore. The French Dip now comes with cold, un-melted cheese and barely enough juice for dipping. The other sandwiches are microwaved to death. I'll be finding another spot to eat after my last 2 visits here. Very unhappy with what they've become.
This franchise on Plano Road recently updated the interior space... But unfortunately it is reflected in the prices of the food. Ordered a Ruben sandwich, and what was delivered was some warmed marbled bread, corned beef, and sauce. Where was the sauerkraut? Why wasn't the bread toasted? The item just didn't match the photo, if you know what I mean. I watched the gal behind the grill put the sandwich together, and she was just painfully slapping down a pattern of ingredients as if she was reading directions, not as if she knew what the final product was going to be. Obviously it wasn't all that great. It could have been better. Much better.
Arby's is my lunch spot when I am in a hurry. Very consistent, enjoy the sauces, miss the pump dispenser though. Covid has made those things go away in a lot of places and Arby's is one of them. Pricey for fast food but I keep going back. Must be good.
The food is okay for fast food. I do believe it's priced too high, though. I always end up wanting to get a meal but end up just getting a main entree due to the prices. A sandwich is about 6 dollars. They're good, but not that good.
Cold food and turned the lights out before 10 as I was leaving. I guess they didn't want to cook anymore. I'm pretty sure that serving me room temperature beef is dangerous
While ordering from the drive through they failed to mention they didn't have the meat mountain(secret menu item) until we pulled around to pay. So it took excessive time to even get our food and they weren't busy.
Honestly the place itself is ok, but unfortunately I got sick from the food I had here a few days ago. It's not completely the fault of the restaurant, as it was probably contamination from a customer touching something, but it's still the reason why I can't give them a good review. However, they've probably cleaned by now, so just tread with some caution.
Not very busy despite being there during what should be the lunch rush. The fries would have been better if they were hot. The spicy chicken sandwiches just tasted off. Everything else was just ok. The place is in need of a good clean.
Drive thru person was dry and rude. Not welcoming at all. Food was cold and dry also.
Stake nuggets are like dry beef stew nuggets. Seasoning is plain. Curly fries are too greasy, not dry and crispy like before. Time in Drive-in line is a little too long.
staff is very rude kicked us out and recorded us just talking and doing nothing wrong and was very disrespectful to even the parents and and told us not come again
We purchase food... Why is it a problem when you purchase a fish sandwich you refuse extra tartar sauce Your not McDonalds Your sandwich is expensive asking for extra condiments should not be a problem. This have happened before it needs to stop! Smh!
I went there today as I was craving their hot French dip sandwich. When I got home with my lunch order it was horrible! There was no dip for the sandwich in which it was cold, meat and bun.
Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, nobody came to the microphone. Drove around to see employees inside talking. They didn't take anyone's order in the drive through.
Unsanitary conditions as restrooms have been closed to public preventing access for customers to wash up. Assume this is because restaurant is unable to maintain clean restrooms in the first place.
Mixed old fries with fresh fries. Very unprofessional on speaker and at window. No customer service. Don't care about food quality
I show up at 6 PM on a Saturday, and there are cars in the parking lot, but no one answering the drive through speaker. When I went around to the front door, as people are exiting, it has a poorly spelled sign stating that they are "understaff, we are close."
I ordered food for delivery from here. I paid an ungodly amount for two people. Bill was around $40. And no we didn't order that much. They gave us no straw for our sodas. They gave us zero sauce for our sandwiches. I'll never eat here or order from here again.
Came by tonight at 9:40p. Their hours clearly state drive through is open until 10p. As I drove up I see that their sign lights are off, so it wasn't a surprise to see that the drive through menu and lights were turned off. I hurried over to the next closest Arbys because this has happened before and I was able to order at the other Arbys, but not this time. I got to the other Arbys in north Garland before 10p, and the lady at the drive through said they already put everything away because they close at 10... I said its not 10 yet, and she ignored me. If you cant serve your customers up until the time you have posted for your hours of operation, then change your hours of operation.
Sorry, the employees here just DON'T CARE!! I came in with a coupon, handed it to the counter person, and they charged me full price, after I told them about AND showed them the coupon!! What is this world coming to??? Isn't there anybody who cares anymore? Plus, when I did get my roast beef sandwich, it barely had any meat on it. PATHETIC!
Team member was so rushed she cut me off mid sentence twice. Waited in the drive-thru for 30 min with no room to back out and leave, was not acknowledged once I got to the window for 5 min, fries were room temperature at best, and got the wrong drink. Submitted the online survey that day, and have yet to receive a response.
Unfortunately it requires I give a minimum of 1 star to comment, but they are horrible and don't deserve any. I went last night before they closed and they messed up my order by charging me for 1/2 lb sandwiches but giving me the small version, didn't put cheese on my roast beef cheddar, and gave me a chicken sandwhich still raw and frozen in the middle. The black woman night manager called me a liar then called the police on me when I asked for a refund. They sided with me but said it's a civil manner and could only ask me to leave the property, without my food or a refund. Absolutely the worst service ever in my 41 years and I typically love Arby's but had never gone to this one before. Whatever you do don't go here, they suck!
they had me pull to the parking lot to wait for my food. I asked how long, because I have a screaming baby in my back seat. she said just 1 minute. I asked to make sure there was Arby's sauce included. she said there would be. almost 5 minutes later I get my food and no sauce. I called the store and was told it would be a second. 3 minutes later I had to get my crying baby out of his car seat back go in to get it myself. I won't be going back. they always have the slowest service out of any Arby's I've been to
I always order a BLT and I always get a lot of bacon. This time, today, they gave me maybe two strips of bacon. I have tried calling but they don’t answer the phone. I guess I’ll have to drive by there tomorrow.
These guys always have an excuse to not serve you: only cash, system is down, we are closing early... I love Arby's, don't judge them by this location. There's lots of good ones around, that you'll end up going to anyway.
This place is a mess. The girl working the drive thru cannot understand what a Crispy Buffalo Chicken wrap is. Twice now she has given us the Chicken Club. The first time my wife drove there and complained. Now we will just remove this Arby's from our rotation.
I came to this location and stood in line for 10+ minutes because the cashier was less than competent of getting my order right despite me repeating it 7 times!!!! I ordered a 2 for $6 and a small fries for $1.99 and somehow she gave me a total of $14 and change. Very frustrating since I went on my lunch break to have to spend a total of almost 20 minutes for my food. Also noticed two people who ordered after me got their food before me. Won't be coming back 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Cold food. Curly fries and the crinkle fries were cold and hard. Last time I came here the chicken strip on the kids meal chicken slider was hard as a rock. It looked like it been sitting out for 8 hours and then MICROWAVED- I know what microwaved chicken looks like. Food quality here has completely gone out the window. we will never come here again. Four years ago this location had bad customer service but the food was at least hot and correct. Now it's cold, old food and no one seems to care.
Brisket was dark and then a little pink on it. Tried to eat a piece of meat and vomit. Usually no problem, but the brisket look like it had been sitting around. Then when I tried to contact the listed number, wouldn’t go through
Three times asked for sause to go nobody speaks English always wrong my fault for not checking. Always check your order.
I didn't get a chance to order anything. First of all, the smell upon walking in wasn't pleasant at all, I tried to chalk that up to a possible sewage problem. Then as I walk through the door I see the cashier walk towards the drive thru window area. So nobody is at the counter, there's another employee behind the grill area sweeping and no one else in the store, parking lot, drive thru except me. So why am I standing at the counter for several minutes without being greeted or acknowledged at all. Exited the door and thanked the Lord, because I had a feeling food was going to be terrible. I'm going to X this location off my list.
The cashier Amy doesn't listen to what you order. I got the 5 ps fish and I got chicken. Then I got a roast beef sandwich wanted cheese but didn't get it. I tried to call them and no answer so I drove back up here and they told me thier phone was in the back. I was told that by the manager. When the phone in back they don't want to listen to customers complaints. Worst customer service ever.
The service was very goodThe country rib style sandwich was the worst I've ever had in my life it was dry no taste it's amazing how they can get that thickest strip of pork without any evidence of a bone having been there. Dry, tough no taste. Really! Smoked. Where is the pink from smoking. The porkbelly sandwitch was the best in the world. This is the worst. Waste your $$$$ at your own risk.
Terrible. Called in to order 7 Beef 'n Cheddar Doubles when I was 12 minutes away. Took another 7 minutes after I arrived, while they assembled orders for drive through customers. After that delay they didn't even make the correct sandwiches for me! I ended up with 7 Original Doubles.
Said the milkshake machine was broken but was not and did not let me sit where I wanted to sit lady at cash register is very rude
Really craving arbys monday deal. Drove to the only arbys open till 11. Got there at 10 50. No one took my order. Pissed....
Worst lunch I've ever had. Stale bun cold fries and swimming in suace... I had to throw it out.
This location always smells bad. Sewer issues. It's not healthy or pleasant. Twice now I've tried nope. July 21st again tried to dine there. The smell is still there and noway those employees don't know. It's gotta be your drain on the floor. Must put water in itcuz the odor is backing up into the place. I give up .I'll dine at another location..
1 star is because I only received half of what I paid for. I had coupons for 2 beef and cheddars for $6. I drove to local Arbys, said I had to coupons for 2 orders, meaning 4 beef and cheddars. I was getting them to put in the fridge at work to cover my lunches ahead. I paid $12.99. I asked her if she wanted the coupons. I gave her both, she gave me back one. Didnt think anything of it. I pay, I head back to work. I ate one put other 3 in fridge. First one had cheddar, great. I heat up my 2nd cheddar n beef at lunch the next day, but lo and behold no cheddar . I'm hungry so I eat it anyways because hey it's an Arbys sandwich. I decide to check the 2 remaining. One has cheddar the other doesn't. I had clearly stated I had 2 coupons for 2 beef n cheddars each for $6 per coupon. I wanted 4 beef n cheddars, I got 2 with cheddar, 2 without. Disappointed
