I just loved their food and the free salad is looks like a different dish. But still u can get any drinks u like,sauce u like,u can get pickles n onions extra. Although u can get free vanilla ice cream. Which I just loved so much. About the barbecue sauce burgers r awesome. I eat a lot but the day I went I realized I can not eat a lot. I really have a small stomach. But u can get a lot good food in a small price. They r very nice. Everyone should try their food at least once. I'm going there again 😊

I have heard rave reviews about this restaurant about it having great BBQ,and it did not disappoint! The ribs were fall of the bone and their casserole is delicious! I was surprised how fast I finished it. They were decently priced for the amount of food that you get. I had the ribs with two sides (not pictured), and a drink that came out to be about $17.50. Customer service was good,I plan to return to try out other items.

My son and I visit here frequently, but lately, the quality of the sides in particular have dropped. The corn on the cob had sat in the water so long that the cob was falling apart and made eating it unpleasant. The rolls were dry and hard, and the potato cassarole had a strange flavor. Also, the sweet tea was almost out when we arrived for lunch, and both employees were standing around on cell phones. We were able near the end of our meal to go up for refills finally, but that freshly made urn had a chemical taste, so our refills were undrinkable.

I didn't quite get my money's worth here. The prices are not cheap. The Brisket was good but I should have had it without the barbeque sauce. I didn't quite like the BBQ sauce. The macaroni and cheese was okay but I didn't enjoy the barbecue beans. I wanted to rate 3.5 but since I can't do a half rating on Maps, I settled for 3. Maybe I will increase the rating when I try more on their menu next time.

They gave me chopped brisket when I asked for sliced. And when they gave me sliced, they are very stingy with meat' portion, onion, and pickles. Photo says all. I would rather go to Dickey's at 1211 14th St, Plano, TX 75074. They are generous with portion and follow instructions.

I thought it was a fluke the first time but the second time was even worse. Dickeys corporation needs to come down and retrain for multiple weeks. Food was dry and absolutely no bark on my brisket. They might be baking the brisket instead of smoking them . My brisket looked grey and was bland as hell. I’m so sad the one on buckingham closed the service was bad but the meats were good.

Absolutely terrible experience. Do not even think about ordering the chicken wings here—they were disgusting. The barbecue beef sandwich was just as bad: fatty meat stuffed into a tiny bun. I paid nearly $40 for one poorly made sandwich and 10 pieces of awful wings. The smell alone was unbearable—I had to throw it all straight into the trash. I couldn’t even take a full bite; just trying it made me feel sick. This was hands-down one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I will never return to this place.

This is the second time I've been there in two years. And it's the worst brisket I've ever had both times. It was so dry and hard, it wasn't even edible. I ended up throwing half a pound away. I learned my lesson, no reason to ever go there again. Now I know why there's never any cars in the parking lot.

I placed an order for 2 new sandwiches ON YOUR APP. When my husband got there to pick up my order, he was informed that those sandwiches didn't exist. The lady told my husband "this happened yesterday with some hot dog order, I don't know where these are coming from but we don't have the ingredients to make it and I'm not learning a new menu item this close to closing." They had no idea what they were and then said they'd just give us regular BBQ sandwiches but that was the best they could do. The price of the 2 sandwiches i ordered BY THEMSELVES were $9 & $11. Plus a tip.. f or doing their jobs - because it was a TO-GO order so in my opinion that doesn't require a tip but I foolishly added one any way... I paid $22 for my food, didn't even get what I ordered and was basically told you get this instead, deal with it. What I was given was worth half of what I paid. They didn't even throw in the BBQ sauce I requested. And no apology or retribution was even considered for the lack of knowledge regarding their own menu. I will not be returning to that location. I would think for what you guys charge your customer service would be a little better. Guess not.

1st time ordering from this business … I’m here on a trip in Dallas and I ordered Uber eats … this place ESPECIALLY If your going to use Uber eats as a delivery service, you need to have better protection for the food … seriously it was extremely cold ( I understand delivery times aren’t going to be fast ) but PLEASE GOING FWD GET BETTER SEALS AROUND THE FOOD … it’s just uggh I wasted 32$ on sketchy looking food …. Don’t order this food online… I recommend you order it in person…. At least tape the bag up or something …
