The hamburgers are delicious, and so is the Artichoke Dip appetizer! The waitstaff is pleasant and just attentive enough. The bar area is sometimes a little noisy, when you just want to dine, but during happy hour it's expected.

Today was our first time in this location. To say the least we were created with a smile and welcome. Jeff the bartender made us laugh and feel like regulars almost instantly. We then started speaking with the other regulars and felt at home instantly. This was by far the most enjoyment at a bar in the area we have felt after moving here 10 years ago. Ed the manager came out and treated us like we have been coming in for years. So with all this being said this is by far the best experience we have had in a long time. We will be here weekly from now on. Please reward Jeff the bartender and ed the manager for making this place feel like a second home.

We visited this location yesterday to celebrate a birthday. I haven't been to an Applebee's in years because the food, Service & atmosphere was horrible in my areas. However, this location put Applebee's back on the map for our party!!! Our waiter, STEPHAN, was "The Icing On the Cake!" He was the Best WAITER we have had this year!!! We were not an easy party for ordering food. He greeted us with such Friendliness, he was Very polite, Very patient and Service with a Smile throughout our whole experience!!! Greeting when entering the door, atmosphere, friendliness of the staff was Great as well!!! FOOD: HOT AND WELL PREPARED!!!! I never finish my plate! But did today. Ordered Take out for Sunday Dinner. We came after a very late graduation ceremony on May 24, 2024, around 11:30pm. Before us we had a table of 12 guests, another table of 4 guests, and the restaurant was almost full of people, thought we would have to wait for a long time but it was quickly to be seated & had our appetizers: chips, salsa, fried cheese. And then our main course also came fast. We liked our food. I had cajun chicken with shrimp. My husband had grilled chicken. My son had a burger & my daughter had bbq ribs. We love the melting mashed potatoes. Guests were kept coming because it was the only restaurant opened until 2am but I could see the service was great. All staff that night was came out & running around to help guests. We will be back.

Lunch at Applebees on a very rainy Friday. Greeted warmly and seated promptly. Restaurant was clean and the menu was enormous! So many choices. Our server Marla T was great. Always smiling and helpful. You have real jewel with Marla. Food was good, presentation and taste was good. We've lived in Richardson for several years and this is our first visit. We will be back again. And I hope we get Marla.

[9/8/2022][$13 endless boneless wings] There wings are the level of Chinese buffet boneless wings. These are below McDonalds. For the price, wings weren’t bad but you shouldn’t expect wings to taste like BB.Q Chicken or primary chicken wing places. First Garlic Parmesan flavor was weak and wasn’t not like other Parmesan flavored wings from other stores. Second was the sweet asian Chile that had gochujang flavor. The third was the honey pepper which was just sweet. These wings are salty and would pair well with beer. Fries were salty. These are bar food. Nacho was good. I gave 5 stars given the price. I wouldn’t get these boneless wings for $13 a serving. You would be better off getting frozen wings and air fry them for yourself.

Came here late at night after having a real bad experience at another establishment. Sat at the bar, and the lady that was the bartender really turned our frowns upside down. Food was great, I got the fish and chips and it was awesome. We also got the grilled cheese burger and it was very good. Our server Nathan was incredibly helpful and positive. You should give him a raise. But I have one very big complaint, this is a big issue that needs to by addressed imideatly. I got a kids menu in addition to a regular one for entertainment while my food was cooking. And while examining the crayons that were with it, I discovered that my orange crayon happened to be an IHOP CRAYON! This is a huge oversight that needs to be addressed immediately. When I asked for my kids menu I expected ALL my crayons to be applebees branded. This is a travesty that I am very disappointed in. Do better. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Like any other Applebee's in the city, this restaurant is a great one as well. The restaurant was fully packed, yet they didn't forget to check on us every now and then . The spinach and artichoke deep was a great one to start with. Chicken broccoli Alfredo was fabulous. And the salmon Cajun style was juicy and tender. We loved our date night thoroughly. An extra ✨ for their accessible entrance, accessible seating and accessible restroom.

We go to this location (125 North Plano Rd) a lot and that’s because the service is always so wonderful. Today (10/3/25) was no different. Our sever, Tahnee, was super sweet and very attentive. It seemed like she was the only one working today but she handled everything beautifully. I always look forward to going back. Never a bad experience.

Hands down one of the best bar experiences I’ve had in a long time. During the ice storm of 2026, Bryant went way above and beyond, somehow keeping an entire bar area fed, drinks flowing, and spirits high while the weather outside was doing its worst. He was attentive, upbeat, and genuinely entertaining, even under what had to be stressful conditions. It was our first time at this Applebee’s on Plano Rd in Richardson, and thanks to Bryant, it absolutely won’t be our last. Great service like that turns a rough night into a memorable one. I came here with my dad and sister and they were nice and helped us decide what to order. despite the other reviews i read complaining about the wait, i got my food in a reasonable amount of time. And it’s a restaurant – not a fast food place, so the food will of course take time to prepare. Some of you guys are so impatient, if you’re not the one making the food you shouldn’t be complaining.

What amazing staff! We came in for New Year’s Eve a bit late and they were short staffed, you could tell everyone was a bit stressed. But not ONE employee made us feel uncomfortable, unwanted, etc, they in fact went above and beyond in their service. The teamwork we saw was remarkable; our server Lexie is the sweetest person on the planet, the hosts even stepped in to help her now and then and also had outstanding customer service, and after our food took a while to get to us, one of the cooks came out to deliver it herself and explain that they were short staffed. We weren’t even upset at the fact that things were taking time, they CHOSE to communicate and apologize, and we appreciate y’all so much. Please give your New Year’s Eve staff a shoutout for their service, we have genuinely NEVER had such a great experience at any restaurant. 100/10, we will be coming to this location only from now on!

Best service ever. I had a gift card with a limited amount, and the server took the time to make sure that everything rung up and gave me a tally of everything so that I didn't go over. Look at this delicious meat, so tender and juicy. Everything hot and fresh. Appetizer was the spinach artichoke dip, super hot and fresh. Definitely going back again soon!!

The bartender was polite and helpful. Four-cheese MAC & Cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders was ordered for dinner. It actually looked a bit watery for the Mac & cheese and not much “cheesy” could be tasted. It’s sweet because of the honey pepper sauce. Chicken quesadilla was hot with the quite tiny chicken inside. It tasted a bit dry. Well, I enjoyed the beer and cocktails here. ——— Revisited for several times, the service was still great. Meeting the manager and several bartenders, they were so friendly and showing the enthusiasm about the people and work. I was taken care very well by Deidre, Emma, etc. and felt so welcomed and relaxed dining/drinking at the bar and watching the games. This location could be the best in the Applebee’s restaurant chain in the area. The manager did a good job running the business.

I walked in around 11 pm and the host was really nice. She got us a table closer to the kitchen so that we wouldn’t get cold. Our server was amazing, he checked up on us and made sure to keep giving us food. We ordered the all you can eat for 14.99 and it did not disappoint. The quality and quantity of food made it so worth it. The shrimp was very crispy and so were the fries. The ribs were full of flavor and smokiness. The boneless wings were drenched in sauces. The servers here are good. The food is good, not fantastic but a good place to go to late at night. I usually get their appetizer combinations. The Spinach and artichoke dip is the best though. The boneless wings are good with the honey BBQ sauce. The quesadilla and cheese sticks aren't that good but then again I'm not a big fan of cheese sticks anyways, it came with the appetizer combination. The nachos are good, big enough to share with three people. They have good drink specials late at night which is a good thing especially if you're hanging out with your friends or after a night shift with coworkers.

Love going here for lunch. They have amazing lunch deals that last till 5pm and part of that is a one dollar brownie and icecream dessert that was the perfect portion for us. I highly recommend trying the fiesta lime chicken & the grilled cheese with tomato basil soup nice options for lunch. However I wasn't thrilled with the way their parking is set up that's the only thing. It's hard to park in front or close by. Other than that all was good.

Good restaurant for the whole family. The service is a little slow and the restroom is not very clean. There are a number of TV sets in the bar and in the common area that can help while waiting for drinks and food. The salad was not too fresh with withered leaves. Parking is limited near the restaurant but there is more space nearby.

We went late and enjoyed happy hour prices. Prices affordable and food is good given the price. Drinks are weak. Our waitress was great.

On December 25th, I went with my family, and we had to wait because it was a holiday, and there were a lot of people and not enough staff to serve us. They told us we would have to wait more than half an hour, and we accepted. Not all the tables were occupied, but they said it was so they could serve the customers better. We waited for approximately fifty minutes, and then other people arrived, and surprisingly, they were allowed in before us! We continued waiting even longer, and when we finally got in, we noticed that the customers who had entered before us were already having dinner. It took them another 20 minutes to take our order. By the time they finally took our order, the customers who had entered before us had already finished their dinner and left! Our order was wrong; they didn't bring us all the food we ordered, and when all my family members had received their food, the waitress told me that they no longer had what I had ordered (a soup).

We dined at this location last Sunday for lunch and were very disappointed. First of all, Applebee's needs to invest in renovating their dining areas at all locations. The decor looks old, dark and dated. However, the area was clean as far as we could see. We were seated immediately because there were only a few customers in the dining area and sitting at the bar watching football. The server was nice and did her best. It took approximately 30-45 min to get our food from the time we placed the order. When it finally arrived, it was mediocre at best and the chicken wonton tacos were cold. Applebees was a great place to eat back in the day and prices were very reasonable. I can't say the same about today. I didn't take any photos of the food but we ordered the Four Cheese Mac-N-Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders and Chicken Wonton Tacos. Overall, the experience did not impress. We probably won't return to this location anytime soon.

We ordered an appetizer and food at the same time. 37 mins later (and hardly any tables filled) we got our food but not the appetizer. So we got the appetizer after that. They over charged me on two items but I was so ready to go I just paid the extra $4 so I could get out asap. Won’t be going back there.

I had one of the worst experiences ever and will not be returning. I went to celebrate my birthday with my father and was sat quickly which wasn’t the issue. The waitress who served us didn’t show proper hospitality and made us feel unwelcome sim the environment. She barely checked on us and we waited 10 minutes for drinks which would’ve been fine if it was busy. I left extremely dissatisfied and didn’t even get my free desert.

When we finally did see a manager she came from a table that seemed to be occupied by employees and one of the women was drinking. When we left we saw the manager that talked to us and the woman that was drinking in the back hitting vape pens that smelled bad. We haven’t ever been this disappointed by an Applebees visit. I felt sorry for my busy bartender. He did everything he could with no help from his staff or manager. Thank you to the bartender for doing what you could. Let’s just say when you walk in to a place and there is no one at the hostess stand but you want to just eat at the bar, you go to a table. Sat there a while and for what I assume to be the manager came over and said so you need a menu? We said yes and he said well Then maybe you should not have sat down with no one knowing. Took a few mins later to flag down a bartender and unlike most places who take your order he screamed to the other bartender, tend to your table….she finally made it over. She was nice but we knew her ‘regulars’ were more important than us. Not a good way to gain new business. The manager continued to give us a weird vibe and when we asked about a military discount, he argued how the question was worded vs most places who say absolutely. Decent food….yes, would I return. Absolutely no!!!

First and last time attending this location. The sign on the door said no ice available. Oddly there were several other food and grocery stores where ice could have been allocated? Went there yesterday (Friday evening) with my teenager. It should have been a sign of things to come when you walk into 3/4 empty restaurant on a Friday. I decided to give it a chance anyway. Starting off, the menus we were handed were dirty and grimey. The 'steak' was 75% grizzle and fat, the rest of the meat had a disturbing purple'ish color. My fish and chips were terrible, the proportion of grease to the fish didn't quite cut even. Not even the mozzarella sticks were actually melted inside. I had gone there because I hadn't eaten all day and I left about as hungry as I walked in. Im surprised they are still in business. I got my receipt with the $10 gift towards another purchase if I leave a review on another site, but I'm not ever going back so no point in filling it out. If you want edible food, don't go there. Again, I feel sorry for the friendly staff who works there.

Online says open till 2:00am maybe yall should fix hours online stop giving people false information

Food, drink, and service not good. We had to ask the greeter for a waiter. The appetizer was not good. So we left. Too bad. They need the money cause it was empty.

Parking is small, location is not bad. We ordered the whiskey bacon burger and the Tex Mex bowl and a side of mash potatoes, they brought the wrong plate which they kindly changed for the right one. The burger was plain and oily, they forgot about the mash potatoes and they took for ever to refill our drinks.

Ordered almost $30 worth of food. Beef nachos, which were okay at best, a side of chicken tortilla soup in a big cup that was less than half full of mush and no type of soup at all (see pictures) it also looked as if they microwaved it after it was already inside of the cup and a gallon of sweet tea that tasted absolutely horrible. First time getting food from here and will be the last.

The bartender with glasses and tattoos sucked , completely ignored us the whole night but attended everyone around us and managed to get other peoples food out before ours and they came in later , there was hair on my food and she just had the worst attitude .

My husband had taken me and the girl out on Mother’s Day. We received our food and it was okay. No as good as other locations I have been too. Now I only drink water and had a huge gulp of this nasty river water. Look at the picture of how must water I drank in a few seconds, I almost threw up. I asked for a supplement and was told I can pay for a drink. The manager MISTY did not satisfy us as customers. We were left high and dry. WE had to go to the gas station across the street to get water. WATER DRINKERS DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY DO NOT FILTER THERE WATER AND IT TASTES LIKE THE RIVER. When I was a manager in the restaurant field I learned that the customer is alway right. Obviously, this is something the lack at this location. Customers must be satisfied in order for business to keep running.

We’ve been dining at this place for two years, and today will probably be our last visit. The previous bartenders and staff were always friendly, respectful, and made great drinks. Unfortunately, the new bartender today was rude and very slow. She made a Perfect Patron Margarita in a large glass instead of the usual small glass and shaker. We didn’t mind the portion size, but it was completely different from how it used to be presented. A margarita should be served in a smaller glass with salt on the rim so we can actually taste it the way it’s meant to be. On top of that, the steak was overly greasy, which made it heavy and unpleasant to eat. We also had to wait a long time just to get the menu and place our order, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. It’s really disappointing to see the service and food quality drop so much over time.

Applebees is financially a sinking ship due to their shady and unethical buisiness practices, high menu prices, and how they nickel and dime the customer by charging for minor things like a very small side of Ranch dressing. What are they going to do next, charge for water to drink? I already paid a high price for the entree I have included a picture of in this posting. They could have used a smaller plate, but probably put those tiny food items on a bigger plate as a mind trick. How stupid do they think I am? Applebee's deserves the reduced customer patronage they have been getting in recent years; I will not be going back, until they offer special deals I think are worthwhile, but I am not counting on it.

Worst dinner to ever have with my MIL, first off took 30 minutes for our food on an almost empty restaurant, took 20 minutes for one alcoholic drink that was water down and I could tell it sat. When we finally got our food (30 minutes later) someone finally checked on us for the first time 15 minutes after receiving our food. We received our food cold and soggy. I wish I was over exaggerating and lie about all of this. When we order her bday dessert took another 15 minutes before we got the dessert (Togo) and for our check. Manger came and dropped off our Togo food, did not talk to us after we said we wanted to talk to him and didn’t comp anything off the bill even though 1 out the 4 of us ate our food. Will never be back. And will be going to HR about the experience.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but i had to on this one.This is my third time coming to this location and their service sucks so bad. I ordered the steak meal, I asked for Medium rare, I cut into the steak, it was so raw and very bloody. I asked the waitress if they could cook it longer she took it and 5 minutes came out with another steak. I knew it wasn't going to be cooked by how fast she came back out with another steak. I cut into the 2nd steak she brought me and it was more raw amd more bloody then the first one. I couldn't eat it. I just ate the mash potatoes and broccoli. I asked for the manager he just offered me a free appetizer on my NEXT visit! I won't be returning to this location.

Had to change my original 5 star review to 0 if I could! Right away they have a sign saying 30 minute wait and turning customers down when its dead inside. Waitress was off. She almost got the manager because she claimed my ID was expired! The nachos were disgusting! Barely any meat and the guacamole was already brown! My beer never showed and the bartender was just talking to the 2 people she had at the bar. All 3 times I had to go fetch my own beer! And they still want a tip? No way! They should just shutdown if they cant even take care of 5 people in there!

Walk in sat at the bar, ordered a Trio appetizer to go at 5:30pm 02/02/2026. No other customers were there. About 30 minutes later there are 6 total tables 3 in bar, rest out on floor. Two come in to order food to go. EVERYONE GETS THEIR MEAL, but me! I watched them order. I watched your staff take everyone’s order to them. I was told they where working on my order hour after I placed my order! By 7:29pm I paid for my order @ 6:45pm. I walked out so upset! With nothing! There were 4 wait staff, MOD, bartender, Expo. So how can 8 tables including to go orders all receive their meals, and I order lousy appetizers that had wings, dip, chip, cheese sticks? HOW HARD IS THAT?

Horrible experience, tried to give this location another chance but ITS NEVER RIGHT!! Lack luster of a sense of urgency, slow service, food is 4 out of 1-10! Its just pathetic!! WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! Sodas are flat, the alcoholic drinks are watery! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. As long as I've lived in this area I have never came across a restaurant with a racist server. I made a complaint about my food due to it being poorly cooked so the manager was extremely accommodating and replaced my meal. All the managers on duty were very nice, but the guy with the ponytail was rude. I walked in at 11:15am stood in front by the bar and the server didn't acknowledge me for like 8min then two lovely ladies that were the same race as him came in and he immediately ran to seat them. I asked him why he didn't acknowledge me and he stated I was at the bar and walked off. Me and my Husband was the only customers inside till the ladies came in.

My burger was cold, the bun was hard enough that I could have broken the plate and my waitress was very slow to return and check on us. I didn't eat the food and when she finally returned and I complain about it nothing was done about it except I was offered a to go box for a burger I couldn't eat.

Super slow, the service was always in the back and we never received silverware until after we ordered food. Than when we did get food my steak was raw, I ordered medium and most it was blue.

We literally walked in, stood at the door and didn't get any type of service. There was a bartender with glasses entertaining customers. We were clearly visible. No hostess, no servers, nothing. We left. Oh the time is 10:51 pm. Do better applebees

First off, took about 10 minutes for a DIFFERENT server to get my drink order. Then got drinks. I had 3 kids with me, 1 kid got their food, wrong. 5 minutes later, the other 2 got theirs. After 30 minutes of waiting, I never got MY FOOD. I was patiently waiting, they looked understaffed, granted there was like 5 servers and like 6 tables. So I asked to cancle MY food, manager comes by and is loud and says is there anything he can do. How about train and hire correctly, and handle stuff before it gets to that? I dunno. So I ask for the check, he gets it. Then I wait 5 minutes for my server to come get my card. Hands down, the absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

Sooooooooo yeah. Won’t be back here. Been here 2x and both times it was terrible. I gave it a second chance just because I know sometimes there are bad days..but 2x. Yeah that’s not a fluke. This place needs a serious overhaul top to bottom. Management and servers alike. We were literally 1 of maybe 5 tables in the entire restaurant and waiting 20mins for WATER…not a cocktail…WATER. The silverware was filthy. And the plates were waaay past due for being out of service. Thought it was dirt too but then noticed it was the coating off the plate…yeah bad look for an establishment regardless of the chain. This Applebees needs some serious help…

There were roaches on our table. This is unacceptable in any industry, but worse in FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY. I paid the tab and we left immediately when we saw this. Three ROACHES crawled across our table and up the wall. This disgusted us and my lunch date vomited the lunch she just had outside. Absolutely disgusting. The server was nice and sweet, elderly lady that was great. I feel for her working in a nasty environment. GROSS GROSS GROSS

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. This is by far the worst restaurant in the Richardson area, it has went down hill since they hired the new bartender. DALLAS is her name to be exact, she is absolutely horrible, unfriendly with no customer service skills at all. me and wife arrived at 11:30 new years eve just last night. We were refused service by the horrible bartender Dallas. Before we could even sit down at the bar she told us that it would be 30 to 45 minutes for anything we wanted, mind you that the bar rail only had 4 people around it. She said that she would not be able to get to us for the next 45 minutes, we said we didn't want to eat we just wanted to have a beer each, a bottle beer at that. She said that she was to busy to get us anything at all because she had people to take care of and dishes to wash. We were in disbelief, it only takes 5 seconds to twist off a beer cap and give it to us. We asked to speak to a manager and her reply was that she was the manager. We have been coming to this location for years because we stay right down the street. We have never been treated like this ever before. It was embarrassing to say the least. So as we walked out she made a joke about it to a customer at the bar and thought it was soooo funny that she turned us away. I never know a place to turn down money because they need to do there dishes before they take care of there guest. The guest are the reason that she even has a job, without us customers spending money there would be no job. I definitely will not be back to this location as long as Dallas is an employee there. I also will be letting everyone I know that comes to this location to stop going here. Thanks Dallas for making our new year rememberable. You suck and I definitely hope you are replaced. Bring Tasha or sam or even Brian back. Please get rid of her asap. I will also be calling corporate first thing in the morning.

I think corporate should be looking at this location in Richardson. We were a party of 4 arrived approx 6 pm on a Friday night. No greeter, restaurant was not busy!! Was seated by the manager and received service pretty fast.. then went down hill after that.. ordered food.. and drink from the bar. Approx 45 minutes later received cold food but really hot plates. Burnt pretzels, soggy shrimp and fried pickles. After food was dropped off server asked if we needed anything.. We asked for ranch and extra napkins. Never saw a server again. I ate the cold burger everyone else did not eat because there food was soggy and cold.. approx 7:45 server came back and asked if we needed boxes to go. I asked how long had the food been sitting at the pass because everything thing was cold.. I said I ate the burger just because I did not see our server to complain. I stated that I never got the ranch nor the napkins. The server asked me if I would like to speak to the manager.. first of all don't ask me if I would like to speak to the manager. Just say sorry about the issues let me have the manager come talk to you.... Anyway I said yes I would like to speak to the manager and could we get the fried shrimp and the pretzels redone and put it into a to go box.. no problem.. about 25 minutes later the manager brings the shrimp and pretzels over on a plate.. we stated that is suppose to be to go.. he turned around and went to kitchen and put them in a to go box and had the severer bring the box back to us... Never saw nor spoke to the manager.. then it took another 15 minutes to get the bill to pay.... Anyways there is even more to the experience. I feel that this location needs to be retrained or needs to be closed down.. I've read some of the other Google reviews and my experience seems to be on par with some other people... It's too bad because Applebee's is labeled as a neighborhood feel good restaurant and bar.. not so feel good.. hope this will help improve this location...

This was the worst experience we’ve had dining out in quite some time. Arrived there tonight at around 7:00 pm and we were seated immediately. Host saw our 7 year old standing in front of us but didn’t grab us a kid menu, so we asked for one as he went to seat us. That should have been our first sign as to how the experience was going to be. There were only about 10 tables occupied, including the bar area. That should have been our second sign. Waitress came over right away and took our drink and food order. Then we sat there for 20 minutes with NO food. Not even the appetizer we ordered. At that point, we just walked out. On the way out we noticed no one had food and others seemed just as annoyed. At no point did anyone come over and tell us why/what the delay was. This was were management needed to step it up. The table that sat next us (about 15 minutes into our wait) got their appetizer immediately (chips and dip) which just added to our frustration. On a side note, the place smells like the carpet has been soaked and molded for some time. Quite dingy. And not to mention that our waitress had her two toddler children sitting at a booth while she worked. Not sure her circumstances or reason for having them there, but I’m pretty sure there’s a policy against that. As slow as the place was for a Saturday night at 7:00, she should have just gone home with her children.

Sat at the bar and order Togo. My food took 30min to come out. And I couldn’t even order a drink after she took my food order she did not acknowledge me until the food came out. I Subbed out my fries for mash potatoes and I never got my mash potatoes. In the bartender defense she went to the back to grab the mash for me but I had already waited enough and she was taking to long so I left. My burger was also supposed to come with a tomato soup never got that. The thing that made me mad and caused me to drive back for a refund was the wings. I had ordered garlic Parmesan. Look at the picture. The process for getting a refund was not simple either. Apparently the manager on duty do not have the power to refund me without taking it out of the bartenders pocket. So I had to give her my phone number and last four of my debit card so she could email a higher up to issue the refund. And I have to wait for a call from the kitchen manager. Just over completed and stupid in my opinion. Update, I still haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve gone back to the store and called the store on different occasions. Both time I talked to a different manager and they told me all they can do is send an email and wait because my refund hasn’t been issued yet and they are managers from different store filling in for the day. I wish I could give this place negative stars.

VETERAN’S DAY 11/11/25 @ 9:10pm I came in with my wife to celebrate Veteran’s day and of course get my chicken tenders which were okay, my wife got an appetizer platter and that was really good she enjoyed it however the service was incredibly slow and not many people were there ordering food. Of course we were patient and got through it but when we were done and went out into the parking lot we discovered that our car was gone. I am letting yall know now that if something were to go down in the parking lot of their business THEY HAVE ZERO SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE! There is one little camera on the “To-Go” side but it ONLY captures the 3 parking spots right under it! Talk about USELESS!!!! As a Vet that really rubbed me the wrong way. Y’all need to do better and fix that!!! I would expect that out of Garland not Richardson. You are better off asking local businesses for their footage DEPENDING on where you park your car! Just making the public aware. 🇺🇸 Otherwise, the manager showed incredible concern and even called Richardson police for us and giving us useful advice. Thank you. We got our car back in one piece lol💯

It was the most horrible experience about service and food. Waitress she had no clue of she was doing. Food took for ever and the ribs we order were so hard they look uncooked, mi side of mushrooms cold and flavorless. We didn’t want to ask for a different dish or even mention it was my birthday because we didn’t wanted to wait another hour. We spend almost more than 30 min waiting for our checks to be corrected. I really appreciate the other 2 waiters trying to help her but what a horrible experience.
