Opinions de Fuzzy's Taco Shop Richardson
Never had eaten at Fuzzy's before. Didn't know anything about them or that they had so many locations around Texas (and other southern states)!! Yum!! Had fajitas taco platter, refried beans, and potatoes to go. This was about 30 mins before they were to close....which means sacrificing quality in many cases. Not the case at Fuzzy's. Excellent food. Thoroughly impressed. Can't wait for them to expand into Ohio someday.
I love fuzzys tacos! They have such great good. This location is great for families with small kids since there is plenty of space and it's open with plenty of space between tables. The staff here was very friendly and the location was clean and very well maintained.
I had the shrimp, egg, & cheese, and the bacon, egg, & cheese breakfast tacos. They were amazing. The flour tortilla is not too thick. It has great flavor. I will definitely be back!
My first time at this location. The food was great. Everyone was very friendly. I took the time to dine in, and the facilities were very clean. I loved my tacos, and I splurged for Nachos as well, which were excellent for the price. Great location, friendly staff and great food. What more do you want?
I always get the shredded brisket burrito with a frozen house margarita was an extra $1 shot. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! I promise if you get both of these items, you will NOT be disappointed. Fuzzy's is definitely the go-to margarita spot for sure.
Always great service here. The food is on point and the Dr. Pepper is the best fountain DP I've ever had. They have the syrup and CO2 just right. Silly but true.
They have great margaritas! The food has always been good. My friends and I love their chips and queso. They have a great margaritas deal on Mondays that is too good to pass up.
Rikki is the coolest manager you could ever want to deal with. He is honest and hard working and could tell he was a team player. I always get their pork tacos with avocados and when he’s there I know he has made sure they didn’t leave the avocados out since they have before. GREAT TACOS!!!!
It was excellent. The cashier didn't know the basics of Mexican cuisine but the female cook/runner saved the day. She was awesome. Highly recommend.
That was my first visit to this location in Skillman because they just opened for business a few weeks ago, and we were very surprised for many reasons: Its a brand new restaurant!!!, everything is new!, its a huge dining room!, full bar!, manager and crew members very nice! The chicken chilaquiles that I ordered so delicious! So, the place has become one of my favorites to visit more often any time, I noticed that they open early morning and closes late nite whit full menú, so I can order breakfasts the hole day... So grateful whit places like that.
Without a doubt the best Fuzzy's I go too. In fact, it's so great I won't even consider visiting another Fuzzy's. Everyone there greets my family a huge smile, most of employees have memorized our drinks and food preferences. Food is nearly always perfect. Some of the best damn margaritas too. If you see prickly pear on their menu and think it sounds nasty, give it a try. It's one of the best damn flavors I've ever had in a marg. Can't really beat their prices either. It's an all around win.
Really enjoyed the shrimp tacos. Received excellent service.
The service was good before and they have made it even better. The food is still great as always. The music was a little bit loud for my taste. The ice tea is awesome. The 'skinny guy' taking orders was outstanding!
Whether you want a quick bite or a full meal they've got quite a selection on their menu served at this Mexican style restaurant. I have grilled fish and fried fish and shrimp for the tacos, bowls and dinners They not only sell food but they sell beer and mixed drinks with different price specials during the week. The staff is fast and friendly and they keep the tables cleaned off. They have seating area outside so you can enjoy your meal or just drinks when the weather is nice. They have some very unusual flavors for their margaritas I had a Frozen strawberry mango one and it was quite good and my friend had a prickly pear flavored 1 on the rocks. It's family-friendly they have a children's menu and a couple of TVs for your viewing pleasure.
We always have a fantastic experience at Fuzzy's. The staff is super friendly and quite charming in their upselling ways to get us to say yes to that extra shot in our margaritas. The food is always worth coming in for. Thanks for being our go-to for our local Tex-Mex fix.
The customer service here is amazing!! Joshua is the best. Described in detail of the menu and all that was to offer. Very patient with us. Catered to us. Made us feel not like we were just a number or a sale. Even refilled our drinks too. Very professional.
Maria was so wonderful and took the time to explain the meals to super sweet lady
Was wowed this morning when they brought the food right out to my car even though I’d placed an in-store pickup order, not curbside. The staff here have always been super friendly, and the fact that they’re willing to go above and beyond like that shows that they really care, so bravo. Oh yeah, and the food is consistently awesome. 😋
There's 2 things I come here for, breakfast tacos, and the nachos. Fuzzy's breakfast tacos are always full, more so than most local breakfast tacos, so I feel like I get my money's worth. When I'm not getting breakfast tacos, I'm ordering shredded chicken nachos. You get a heaping plate of nachos with a good amount of chicken, pico, queso, and their garlic sauce. I never leave hungry after the nachos. Atmosphere can be a little crazy at times with it being right next to UTD but it's generally pretty chill.
WHOOOOO!!! That hit the spot. Dude at the counter was SUPER polite. I would definitely go to this Fuzzy's again! Very, VERY friendly staff. Their hospitality and energy was amazing. I enjoyed every moment here, from the loud excited greeting when we opened the door, to the "Come see us again, we love you!", when we left. Super chill vibes, keep it up, y'all!
Ordered a grilled chicken and carnita tacos on a flour tortilla. Both of the meat came out tender, with toppings that were adequate. Service was great. Will return to try out more of their menu items
Breakfast, lunch or dinner, coffee, tacos or a chilled adult beverage, this has always been my go-to hangout spot. They even accommodate for when I bring my dog on the patio. Lourdes is the manager here, her and her staff are always very cheerful and pleasant! They help you feel like family and always take good care of you! Thank you!
Thank you Martha! I was greeted by the sweetest cashier…. She was very patient with my complicated order. She explained everything to me very clearly and I got my food quickly! Fuzzy’s never disappoints… thanks again Martha!
Vanessa has a great personality, great on the job training skills. And Meche her food was great and the temperature of the food was on point. Fuzzy recognize these wonderful employees
Quick service and great food. The indoor seating was pretty cold the past few times I went, but the outdoor seating was fine so I didn't mind. Good spot to eat by UT Dallas if you're a student. Their nachos and birria tacos are great.
Stopped in today on my way home from an appointment during Happy Hour 3pm - 5pm I've passed this location dozens of times over the last five years but hadn't thought about checking it out because I'm a Torchy's snob.😳😊 I had a $5 frozen margarita swirl and two $3.50 tacos (brisket & shrimp) I couldn't finish both tacos because they were stuffed and filling. The brisket taco was tasty and hit the spot. I plan on having the grilled shrimp taco for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised the frozen margarita swirl had a decent kick to it. I didn't need to ask/add a tequila float to it as I typically do at Torchy's (for an additional cost). I ordered a couple to-go margs to see what my husband thinks but I certainly give my visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The staff were very pleasant- I will definitely be back!
A Hidden Gem on Campbell Road: Chef Jose’s Fuzzy’s Delivers Every Time Fuzzy’s on Campbell Road in Richardson isn’t just another local spot—it’s a testament to culinary pride and consistency. Chef Jose, who also co-owns the restaurant, has clearly set the bar high when it comes to quality and hospitality. From the moment you walk in, the restaurant’s immaculate cleanliness sets the tone. It’s obvious that care and attention to detail are part of the culture here. But what truly impresses is the food—served hot, fresh, and with precision every single time. I’ve now dined here on three separate occasions, and each visit has been equally impressive. Whether it’s breakfast tacos, enchiladas, or a quick bite during lunch, the dishes come out flavorful, fresh off the grill, and plated with pride. You can taste Jose’s dedication in every bite. Fuzzy’s is more than just reliable—it’s quietly exceptional. It’s the kind of place you want to keep coming back to, knowing you’ll be met with warmth, consistency, and top-tier food. Chef Jose deserves every bit of praise for the magic he’s created in this corner of Richardson.
Good service very polite. Your tacos are going to run anywhere from about $2.50 to four dollars each. Well worth the money they are the best tacos around. Edit: went again. We’re from Missouri and can’t get any good Mexican food there. This place has the best taco’s in the world and just as good customer service.
Popular location in the tony Canyon Creek neighborhood of Richardson serving locals, UTD students and hungry dudes. A variety of unique but affordable taco's including delectable fried shrimp taco. ($2.39 - $2.99) Mmmmmm Who wouldn't want a fried shrimp taco? But where are the fried crawfish tacos? Bring those back! Tuesday's Are For Taco's is hyper-popular and for good reason! $1.59 for ANY taco! Even those good shrimp ones that hungry dudes like! Now that Corvid is official over they should bring back those grilled tortas! Huge Mexican rolls served with delectable Latin Fried Potatoes - Diced potatoes cooked with onions and seasoned with Fuzzy Dust! And the GARLIC SAUCE! It's simply ADDICTIVE! It goes well with everything!
Y'all, my family LOVES tacos. Like really, really LOVES tacos. Our favorite place to get our taco craving under control outside of home is Fuzzy's! We frequent here and should probably have our names on our favorite table. My absolute favorite is the tempura fish taco on corn tortillas. I just had this last night & my mouth is already watering just thinking about it! We always order the shredded brisket nachos and share them because they are a HUGE portion!!! And can we just talk about their garlic sauce for a minute?! If you love garlic as much as we do, I suggest asking for extra sauce on the side like we do. It is amazing! Also, the fact that I can order a breakfast taco any time of day makes me extremely happy! I haven't had anything bad here! BONUS TIP: Bring your Fuzzy's branded cup back & the refill is cheaper!
The food was good, but almost every meat selection for the two-taco meal incurs an extra charge. Curiously, the ground beef seems to be more like shredded beef; so that's certainly an upgrade from a typical fast-food taco.
Fuzzy's may seem like Mexican Fast food place, but their food in comparison to some of the places I have been to is pretty good. If you feel like having a quick bite to eat, this place is ideal. If you want to keep it really healthy, you can also tell them not to put any sauces in the food) (like burritos for example). Pricing is fair. They stay open till 10pm, unlike many places that close off by 9pm. good place for a quick snack. clean
I love fuzzy tacos but I prefer the one in deep ellum. The fuzzy powder and sauce is half the price that it is here and the margarita are more affordable. At this fuzzy taco I got the impression they didn't even know their drink specials that were written on the board.
So, this place went through a rough phase awhile back: stale chips, slow service, poor customer service. They've since cleaned up their act and are much better now! I eat here nearly every week.
This place is solidly okay their fish and shrimp tacos are excellent but other meats I wouldn't recommend. Unless of course it's a breakfast taco you can't go wrong with that. It would be super nice if they had a green sauce I guess ya can't have everything.
Quick, cheap, and good food! You order at the counter then pick your own seat at the restaurant. There appear to be two bars, one at the front register and another at another wall in the main dining room. You can also sit on the patio (which is dog friendly btw). When your order is ready either your buzzer will notify you or they'll call your receipt number at the window, then you pick up your own food. It all comes out very very quickly. The employees are pretty attentive and will bus your tables for you. Food was good but not amazing. I had the spicy pork tacos which I highly recommend. The meat was kind of lukewarm so I would imagine they kind of make a big batch every couple of hours. It was pretty tasty though and not too juicy that it made the tortillas soggy and fall apart. You get a view of the highway and the river. In the spring time the hills are covered in bluebonnet so the scenery is very pleasant. Good place for a cheap meal!
This is a cool spot when you want to get out but not deal with crowds. I had a great time with my friends. $2 Jell-O shots and decent priced tacos. Customer service is not 5 stars but it doesn’t matter because it is a pay for your food and do your own thing type of place. I will be back!
One of my favorite places. Decent price on good food. Lots of sitting area, and some of the best queso you can get in fast casual. It can get a little loud but the food is consistently good and sometimes that's a feature more than a problem. Great for large groups or just quickly grabbing food and going
09/26: I have to update my first review and knock off one star. Today we went back and had a delicious lunch and when I went to ask for a little bit of habanero sauce to take with the two tacos that we bought for later, The manager tried to charge me $.89 per packet of habanero sauce. Kind of screwed up the vibe of otherwise great lunch. The food is great at this location, but the manager needs to not be so frugal. Here’s my initial review: Hands down the best Fuzzy’s near Rowlett! We’ve enjoyed this restaurant and their friendly staff multiple times and recently ate at the one off 75 and Park and that opened our eyes! This is the location to go to when you want solid Fuzzy’s! The staff and Sunday chef is great!
Great fast food ! Awesome breakfast tacos cooked on flat top with real eggs. Tortillas are fresh made. Fuzzy sauce is exceptionally good on eggs. We buy it by the bottle for home. All tacos are filled with fresh ingredients and served hot . Delicious food , good service, and nice atmosphere. Drive thru is another option if you’re in a hurry. Put this on your preferred list . See ya soon!
What happened to Fuzzys? They changed there salsa which is not at good as the fire roasted. The vegie taco was mostly iceberg lettuce instead of squash. Not much of a fan anymore. That's too bad. Not many vegan choices around.
Im not sure what happened to Fuzzy's. It started out as a beautiful relationship. Like any relationship all good will eventually turn bad. The meats always cold now, the chips was stale that day well the last 3 times i went. The atmosphere doesn't have no vibe anymore and the person behind the counter was drunk while taking my family's order. Imagine how that came out. So with that being said... I think its time us to go our separate ways. Nice knowing you Fuzzy's sorry it had to end this way.😢
Had an issue with my meal after I left the restaurant, I’m sure it was just that burrito since my daughter and wife enjoyed their meals. Called the restaurant back and was able to speak with GM Jacqueline which was able help me. Food is food, but customer service makes the biggest impact. Thank you again Jacqueline.
Unable to scan my app for points. Someone else in my party paid, so they have the receipt but they were letting me have the points since they don't have the app. Cashier wasn't helpful. Just said we don't scan anymore. Queso was lukewarm. Food was ok, not bad.
Girl running register and handling money. Prepared our food without changing gloves. So basically my food touch one of the nastiest things, dirty money. That's been handled by at least 150 people. She also bust tables and cleaned up trash with the same gloves.
Food was just ok, but generous portions. There really isn't any service, so not good not bad. Lots of seating and only a few people on a Sunday early evening.
The young man working at the register didn't speak over a whisper and I had to ask him to repeat himself 3 times before I understood what he was asking me. Please train staff to be better.
Fine for a quick bite or dinner. The beer and drinks are moderately priced. No table service. Order at counter and retrieve your food at the delivery window. Gets really loud when full of people.
They do NOT have Taco Tuesday like other Fuzzy's restaurants have, and the tacos did not compare to the tacos at other Fuzzy's locations. Try a different location over this one in my opinion. It wasn't awful; it was average, but I would way prefer other locations! Other Fuzzy's locations would get a higher rating.
What happened at this location? Food used to be good but ordered a steak fajita salad in which the lettuce tasted unwashed and was poorly chopped. The dressing was great as always but now I will not order it again. We tried with another takeout order and the staff stood around watching my husband pack up all the food himself. Sad.
Visited this location a few times. My order is typically correct but the food is slightly disappointing. Eaten at Fuzzy’s for several years and can’t say it is as good as I remember when they first opened. The location is drab and a little dated. Seems to be fairly empty anytime we go. The staff is generally nice. The tacos are good, everything else not so fond of.
The one in Wylie is better. At the Wylie location they have sauce available even through the pandemic....not here. No bar. Fuzzy Driver tastes like Flintstone vitamins. It's odd. I'm sad here. Live and learn.
3rd time in a row we have not received sides or received wrong food for pickup. Also you have to wait in line behind groups of people ordering to pick up your food since they don't have a pickup area or enough people working. Food is so so compared to Frisco location.
This was my first time to this location... I won't be back. I frequent other locations often, few times each week, so I have set expectations for quality and experience, it's usually great, but not this time. This location was a letdown. The food was cold and the beer was tepid at best. Even the frosted glass was, for some reason, rinsed in the sink so it wasn't frosted, right in front of me. I just took it and then grabbed the queso trio... The shredded cheese wouldn't even melt on it. Every taco, except the egg was not hot... Or even warm...Beans.. yep room temp. Hungry and in a hurry we ate and left. Was very disappointed, and a bit embarrassed since I made a big deal about going. I'll stick to the locations I know deliver good quality food I've come to love.
Been coming here a long time. They stopped taco Tuesday a while back, keeping them from ever getting a 5 star review. So haven't been here in a long time. They changed up the fish tacos and they are garbage. Salads are still ok but the protein has taken a turn for the worst.
This place is great for a quick bite to eat but the food is jam packed full of sodium. I would have rated lower however I do like the bean and cheese burritos with their hit sauce. Good for grabbing a beer or margarita with a friend but worth skipping if you're just coming for food.
As someone who has been to Fuzzy’s locations all over, I was very disappointed in this location. We just moved into the area, so we tried the location for the first time today. I ordered the brisket Nachos, as I do every time, and not only was the entire bottom half of my plate dry chips, but it had a total of 7 chips that had brisket on them. They definitely short scooped me on the meat. The chips were stale and had next to no fuzzy dust on them. Overall, we just weren’t impressed with the food. Subpar for Fuzzy’s. On that note, the employees were all very nice and the location was clean.
I asked for a queso dorado, the girl at the front put down tacos dorado. I realized after i got my receipt it was taken down wrong and went to ask for the queso instead of the tacos. She said okay and clarified that I wanted queso dorado. I said yes and she said they’d have it at the food counter. I waited for about 15 minutes before going back up to ask if everything was okay with my queso dorado. The gentleman at the front asked if that was all I was missing. I said yes and he proceeded to go in the back and pour me a cup of regular white queso with no toppings or chips. I did not know how to respond and had already been to the front three times so I just took it and went back to my table. I just wanted to try the new queso man :(
I've been here three times. All three times it was a dump. Garbage everywhere, almost couldn't find a table because they were either piled with trash or not wiped down. First time, my family ordered the shrimp tacos. The shrimp was cold and stale. The second time I got sick of waiting in line at 4pm waiting for drunk people to make up their minds. The third time I walked in, looked at the place and walked out, not even wanting to bother. If you're into drunk college student food, this is your place.
Had dinner here last Sunday night and my boyfriend and I both woke up with food poisoning... We were extremely sick all day, and had to miss a day of work. We each had a spicy pork taco and tempura shrimp taco, and shared chips and queso. We used to eat Fuzzy's on a regular basis, but this was our first time at this location. We will not be returning customers... Probably to any Fuzzy's. We were very, very sick.
Ordered food online for pick up, paid and was unable to get food as store was still closed at 7:20 am, shows to open at 7:00am. Someone in the location saw myself and a coworker standing out side and simply shook his head at us. Waited for another 10 minutes and the shop was still not open.
Great service but last time I went the chicken enchiladas and Fuzzy's rice were almost inedibly salty. Just attended my friends funeral. My last memory with him was eating here.
2nd time I've been for breakfast, about 3 months apart. I will not be back. 7:30am. Radio blasting ! My friend and I need to lean in to hear each other. It was loud last time I easy here. Too early for it to be that loud. This time and last, even though I said for here its in togo container. Food is Fuzzy standard, they can follow the recipe at least but, morning atmosphere sucks. Not coming back to this one.
Constantly gets my order wrong. I brought my burrito back had bad guacamole on it asked that they give me a new One and put the guacamole on the side ( where’s the avocado )I never looked in the bag they did t put it on the side I had left ,two times in a row even got it wrong I give up even when I ask them to correct a order they can’t do what u ask it’s frustrating Mayb I’m just so burnt out in this place because we eat here constantly and I’m just over it because this happened, it was trashed wasted time and money extremely frustrating I return show them the guacamole was brown then they didn’t even put it on the side when I asked the manger directly.we Discussed not eating here anymore I’m going to try one more time if it’s better I’ll change my review but unreal I ask them to fix a burrito put guacamole on the side which they did not so it was a wast of time, after seeing the brown guacamole it was so gross to think about eating there guacamole again . So ya I wanted a new burrito with no guacamole on it
This is the worst Fuzzys I've ever been too. Customer service was terrible. I had to call back twice to put my order in because I got hung up on. Bathrooms arent clean or stocked. You can see grime on the bathroom walls it's disgusting.
Whoops! I guess we came in when the store had already started closing an hour early. They'd already thrown out the ice tea, there were no limes left for the tacos, they complained about serving me a beer because they'd already cleaned the taps, they turned off the TVs, they turned off the music, so it just wasn't really nice to eat there.
Very disappointing. I placed an order for pickup recently and when I arrived to pick it up, turns out they didn't even enter the order into their system. To make matters worse, the guy started questioning me about whether I even called. I show him that I had called earlier and even called the same number with him standing there and the phone rang. Despite the fact that he was clearly wrong to question me, he didn't even apologize and was very rude and short with me. I decided to give it another shot and ordered the tacos anyway- I'm not sure why because I should have just left with the last bit of dignity I had left. I guess I must have been starving. I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting. The only thing that was sadder than I looked sitting there for half an hour were the measly cold tacos they spent so much time making. Sad sad tacos for sad sad me. They just lost a regular because I'm definitely not going back.
Requires masks. Cool. Don't have one they will price gouge you $1 for a piece of paper to slap on your face with no real virus preventing benefits. Parking lot fairly empty, sure hope they survive turning customers away...
Went here on the basis of the other reviews. Maybe we were there on an off day but we were not impressed. Fairly run down facilities, standard sticky floor and dirty tables. The seasonal hatch tacos were made with stewed meat and the tacos were just a wet sloppy mess. The "famous queso" just tasted like basic Tostitos queso with some pico on top. Wanted to like this place because I love tacos and it's close to UTD, but do yourself a favor and look for other options.
Everytime I come here I express that I am allergic to cheese and can't have cheese on the taco and every time my tacos end up having cheese. This particular time, yesterday around 4 pm and I pointed out that there was cheese, the people in the kitchen said there's not, they continued to argue with me until I had to pick up a piece of cheese and show them. Then they dismissively grabbed it and proceeded to pick it off, I told them I was allergic and they had to make me a new one. Then they literally handed me back the same plate after I watched them pick it off. I am not picky, I have severe food allergies and expressed that at the register and to the cooks/preppers. I found this experience very insensitive.
Bait and switch for prices. Fuzzys advertising taco Tuesday prices but they dont honor it. Place looks rundown and not one other coustomer in the store...enough said.
Jackie was incredibly rude. They refused to give a single packet of hot sauce even after I explained why I wanted one (wanted a couple for later), and I dislike the public bottles due to how crusty & nasty they are. They also incorrectly entered my order and then argued with me after I asked about it. There were a few more issues, but those 2 were the worst.
So I went to this location because I work about a mile away from it. I was trying to take advantage of the $1.50 Taco Tuesday gig. The woman that rung me up let me get halfway through my order and then asked me if I was eating here or to go. I let her know that I was taking it with me and she said- oh no you can't do that today- we don't do that. I told her the website shows that it's for dine in, take out, or online ordering. She said "that's for participating locations, we're only allowing dine-in". So I canceled my order. I called while I was in line to the location that's closest to my house and the gentleman that answered (at the Midway location near Addison) was lovely and said that they can do any of them as showing online. "Come on here. We can make it to go." So the Midway location got my 30$ & FVCK the Campbell one!
Go to a different location. I love Fuzzy's, I order from the Trinity Mills location all the time since it's close to my office. But at this location - there is always something wrong. I order the Shrimp Tempura tacos and they skimp out on the shrimp and only give me 3 pieces, when other locations give me 5 pieces of shrimp. The rice is almost always under-cooked. I ordered brisket tacos and they are cold. If I ask for something like no cheese on the tacos, they never remember it. Every time I order they get something wrong. The cooks at this location are not good - don't waste your time, go to a different location.
Drinks do not come with refills! What would it have hurt, letting me get a refill when we put a second order in today! She wanted me to pay again! Why??? What happens when people sit in person and get unlimited refills!?! Come on now!
They need to change gloves often. Guy was hanging on to same pair of gloves with dear life when he came from the kitchen to take my order and had a huge piece of skin hanging from this finger tip 🤢. Can you say loss of appetite? I would never eat from here again. They are nice but don’t seem very clean and hygienic.
The lack of customer service is astounding. I saw another customer get their to-go order at the kitchen window, so I waited there too. I ended up waiting 15 minutes and then finally walked up to the pickup window and asked where online orders are picked up. I was completely ignored, like I wasn’t even there by two employees. Then, I went to the side of the order counter and asked where to pick up online orders. The young girl VERY rudely said that I had to wait in the order line to pick up my order. The line was all the way to the entrance door! I couldn’t believe that was their only answer or option for customers. Zero friendliness or help from anyone there. Unbelievably terrible experience from the employees. When I finally got home the food was cold and there was no hot sauce in the bag. I paid extra for the sauce and I gave them a tip online before I showed up. I’ve tried calling the store and no one answers and I can’t find an email either. The last resort was this review.
The food was terrible compared to other Fuzzy’s I’ve been to. Looked and tasted completely different. For example, the kids chicken strips were not a strip at all and weren’t breaded but in some kind of weird batter. The salad didn’t have tortilla strips just some bland tortilla chips thrown on top. The iceberg lettuce was wilted and gross. Brisket too salty. The restaurant itself was dirty looking.
Worst Fuzzys in dfw. Ive been to most of them. The food is always less in quantity per portion /taco than other places , esspcially the amount of meat in the tacos (comparatively the shredded chicken , ground beef etc). Its not just a off day, bc Ive tried this place 3 times and its consistently less. In regards to pricing , why even advertise taco tuesday when your taco tuesday prices are the same as other stores NORMAL day prices? Case in point the fuzzys in addison on midway road. A shredded chicken taco over there is $2.50 cents . On THEIR taco tuesday , theyre tacos go down to $1.50. Yall never had taco tuesday before until recently, perhaps you implemented it bc of slow business..but your tacos are on average ONE dollar more than other fuzzy tacos. Go ahead and compare your regular shredded chicken taco price to the fuzzys taco on midway road that is 5 miles away.. In fact there are two fuzzys on midway road , both a dollar cheaper across the board regarding tacos. Pure greed. I understand these are individually owned franchises, but this one is greedy as heck. I understanding maybe a $.25 cents difference or what not,but youre the SAME franchise, serving the same food , but your quanity is less but you charfe more....and ONE dollar more for the same item. Shame , smh . There is why other fuzzys are usually busy amd ive noticed yalls outfit is slower than most. For good reason , I can see why. But to incorporate your "taco tuesday", but your special prices are the same as other stores everyday normal prices for the same item. Not cool
We ordered through their website and it was delivered to the wrong house. The photo of delivery was not our porch. Their website told us to call the store with issues so we did. They said you can’t order through the website, asked how we knew it was delivered wrong, and told us we were incorrect and needed to contact someone else. When we explained again he still told us we were wrong and hung up on us. So don’t order through their website if you are really wanting food from them because they will be less than helpful if something goes wrong.
