Best out of the franchise! Went there today and was blown away by the friendliness of staff, the teamwork efficiency and quality of the food. Every member of the team does their part, and the manager there has great leadership leading from the front. Wiping down tables, trash taken out, taking orders, expediting. Plus the vibe is super upbeat. Love it

Service is wonderful. It was our first time here, and the person getting our order was patient and answered some questions we had. There is a self-serve salsa bar, which I found amazing. Everything was labeled. I enjoyed everything. They also offer aqua fresca and beer. There were plenty of seatings. Tables were clean!

Barria tacos were amazing! Very flavorful and not too greasy. Quesadillas were just as good food came out. Quick service was friendly. I would definitely come here again for tacos.

Santiago was fabulous! Very attentive - gave the best costumer service. Food was also delicious! I had a tripa and carnitas sopes very yummy. My husband had birria tacos that had a very generous amount of meat.

The food was fresh and tasted great, the service was excellent and very prompt. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you receive. Tacos Y Mas is definitely my go to place going forward.

Some of the most authentic tacos I've had in the Dallas area, and being a native Mexican, I know authentic. I tried the steak tacos. Great flavor, excellent quality meat. Go for the corn tortillas though.

Amazing art work on the wall as soon as you walk in towards your left. Then I was greeted by Jose. He helped me out with details and description of what everything was. Polite. Helpful. Cool as a fan. The only reason I didn't give everything give stars was because two of the tacos ( I got 2 of 2 different kinds of tacos) were really greasy. The flavor was amazing. But there was too much grease. I'm getting to be an old man though and so I can't do it like I used to. So it may just be me. Great place, Great service, and Great food. The salsa bar is fresh and has a lot of options for every heat level.

I tried several things. The nachos were ok but not my favorite. They are massive. The Big D breakfast burrito was the star of the show. I would come back just for that. Overall this place was awesome. Great decor and music.

Neutral experience on service and atmosphere as this was a delivery order. I have driven by and seen this location almost daily and wanted to check it out. Prices are reasonable and they do offer family packs and certain discount specials. I ordered a small variety of carnitas, fajita beef & chicken tacos. Unfortunately all of the tacos were very dry (meat and tortillas). The fajita beef was so broken down and almost shredded & chopped it was not like any other “fajita” beef I have ever had. The elote was also very soupy as they did not drain the corn at all while preparing so it tasted underwhelming and more like corn juice than anything. Overall I would compare this to fast food vs an authentic street taco shop. I did like that they serve clearly fresh cilantro, limes and onions. I really wish they didn’t mix the cilantro and onions, I am used to street tacos having them separate. I personally would have loved more cilantro. Overall it was underwhelming. Would give any business the benefit of the doubt on a bad day, I can’t say as it stands I would be interested in returning.

Ordered the street taco platter with rice and beans (barbacoa on flour tortillas) and 4 street tacos (2 pastor and 2 bistec on corn tortillas). The orders came out wrong. The 1st order: received corn instead of flour. 2nd order: received barbacoa instead of bistec. We didn't ask for the 1st order to be corrected, but we did get the 2nd order corrected. The food was a bit cold too. Unfortunately, their bistec looks and taste like roast beef. The barbacoa was a bit bland. The bistec was also bland. I also didn't care for the pastor tacos either. It was just too mushy. I can only assume they cook everything in a crockpot. I know taste is subjective. The service wasn't great considering it was dead when we ordered. The staff was friendly and very quick to fix their mistakes. I really did appreciate that. If the food was better for my taste, I would come back.

The staff is friendly and the place looks nice, but the food is not great. I tried the steak and al pastor tacos. Both didn't taste of much. I also tried the rice and beans. Both were bland. The beans tasted like they came from a can. The salsas were very mild and bland. The prices are similar to other taco places with a poorer tasting experience. Reminded me of texmex food.

Went for taco Tuesday and the tacos were NOT good at all. Like NOT one bit. I tried the birra before and that was straight & I could get those again but the street tacos was a heck no. No flavor at all & the steak tacos were dog food like. Service is good tho. Nice ppl.

Also, they give the smallest side of consome. Extremely disappointing. I was craving birria I knew I should've gone to my normal spot that I go to, but this was closer so I took a chance and was highly disappointed.

Initially, I noticed that I had been overcharged for my order, which prompted me to seek clarification. Instead of accepting responsibility for the mistake, the cashier seemed defensive and eager to shift the blame onto me. I attempted to explain my concerns by asking questions about the charges on my receipt. I wanted to understand why I was charged a specific amount and whether it was justified. As I sought answers, the cashier's demeanor became increasingly uncomfortable. Instead of providing clear explanations, he responded with, “Well, do you want a refund?” This was confusing, as I had not explicitly requested a refund; rather, I was looking for an understanding of the discrepancy. Moreover, I had been informed by a female staff member in the back that my order would be remade due to an error. My main request was simply to receive a refund for the excess amount I was charged, yet it felt like he was reluctant to address my concern seriously. Ultimately, I walked away without any resolution, and my request for a refund for the overcharge was ignored. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and the lack of accountability from the staff was disappointing. Consequently, I can only give this establishment one star due to their failure to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide satisfactory customer service.
