Great burgers!! We visited on a Saturday afternoon and were immediately seated. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. There is a burger for everyone as well as sandwiches and miscellaneous dishes such as meatloaf and chicken strips. Our food came out pretty quickly considering there was 7 of us. We ordered the jalapeño burger, Big Mike, kids cheeseburger and sliders. Everything was fantastic. All the burger were perfectly cooked. The burgers are huge and can easily be shared. The fries and onion rings are great!

Been a customer since 1978 at the original Greenville Ave location- the one with the ghosts. Today’s classic cheese burger was just as spectacular as my first one. It’s in my top 3 burgers. My wife had the Frito Pie and said it was the best ever. We shared the onion rings and they were golden brown and crispy. The location is a portion of the Luby’s Cafeteria that was redeveloped containing two other restaurants. This location has decor and atmosphere reminiscent of the first location. This is a family friendly restaurant but also has a great sports bar .

Alright where to start. First and foremost I’ve seen this place and always called my attention but not enough to go in finally decided f it let’s go. TLDR; food 10/10 if you want it spicy just ask to make it that way, Jason was awesome drinks were bomb. The place- it’s a nice lowkey place when we went it was kinda empty was very chilax feeling, k kinda outdated furniture but it really gives bar vibes. I would suggest adding a pool table, snuffers seems like a cool place to come have drinks, some apps with friends (and if a pool table was there shoot some pool) bathrooms smelled like bleach love that makes me feel it’s clean. THEY HAVE A CHANGING TABLE (becoming a parent you have no idea how important that is and how much of an inconvenience it is when places don’t have one) Parking is pretty easy and lots of space. Time for the nitty gritty, The food- the food came out very quick, VERY HOT (we liked that) food was really good we were very pleasantly surprised as we really didn’t have high hopes since (it was kinda empty) but man it was good. 10pc half Lemmon pepper half buffalo wings 9/10 crispy, juicy chicken, my only con is that the buffalo wasn’t spicy enough for MY taste but it was good. Pretty sure I could have asked for more spice but i didn’t. They did not skimp out on the ranch which is pretty good. Honey hot chicken sandwich 9.5/10 very crispy and juicy it has a very good kick to it but the honey kind overpowers it at the end, overall still a very good sandwich. Kids chicken tender w fries - pretty self explanatory very simple but man that chicken 10/10 Loaded cheese fries - this was the ✨star✨ think a loaded potato but 10x better comes with all the fixings cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and chives they don’t skimp out on anything so it’s loaded LOADED. (I will say try to eat it first because the cheese won’t be as melty as it is if you eat it fresh) we got a large and honestly we couldn’t even finish half of it, it definitely is a good app if you want to come get some drinks or catch up with friends. I got a sweet iced tea and honestly it was very good I like to taste the ✨diabetes✨ and it was giving just that 10/10 The service- honestly service was pretty top tier given our ages and that we have a child other establishments we’ve gone to tend to slack on the service so we kinda expect that. But Jason was our server and off the bat super nice very attentive, never had to call him over or ask for refills. He was taking care of most of the people there and service never slacked 10/10 (give him a raise) Overall our total was like 56$ before tip, which was really reasonable considering the amount of food we got (pluckers could never 😒)

Snuffer’s is a great restaurant. We had exceptional service and exquisite food. I highly recommend this tasty 😋 and delicious restaurant. They have 🍔, 🍟, chicken 🐓 sandwiches 🥪 and so much more. They even have some good ole fashioned home cooked type foods and some Mexican food options as well like nachos.

Loaded cheddar fries with bacon, cheese, and jalapenos, dipped in ranch dressing are a must! Best cheddar fries anywhere. Burgers are good, everyone should try this place! Update:. Went in for the state fair food. We ordered one of each. We liked the fried bacon, frito chili pie nachos and fried oreos! Least favorite were the mini corny dogs with chili. Get soggy fast! Update:. Back yesterday for more delicious cheddar fries loaded and split a burger! Good as ever!

Lots of sports bar choices virtually everywhere in the Dallas area. We were meeting friends and this Snuffer’s was convenient. I wouldn’t call it outstanding but the food and service were quite good. I had the lunch special burger with loaded fries which was good value. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Food was GREAT. GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE .. Do I recommend this place ABSOLUTELY..💯 . It’s been a while since I visited. So yes, to hang out and have fun with friends and family. Not very busy just right time. LIDIA was our server and she did an AMAZING JOB. Didn’t interrupt as much at all like other places. Great food and customer service. 👍…

Snuffer's is a restaurant built around cheese fries, and they never disappoint. If you haven't had them, they're a must. On this visit we started with cheese fries and fried mushrooms. The cheese fries were excellent, as always. The fried mushrooms were exactly as described, fried mushrooms...nothing special. If you're really into fried mushrooms, you'll probably enjoy them. We ordered the starters at the same time we ordered the burgers, and they were delivered about a minute apart, so the burgers were well cooled before we finished the appetizers. We like the addition of sliders to the main menu because they're smaller and allow my wife to pick something smaller to match her appetite. She ordered sweet potato fries, which is an optional side, and the sweet potato fries came out extremely greasy, almost as if they'd been put in the frier to thaw then immediately put on the plate. Another minute in the frier would have been appreciated. I had a cheeseburger, all I requested on it was pickles, onions, and mayo. I don't know where the miscommunication happened, but it came out with pickles, onions, mayo and a lot of mustard. I must admit, the burger itself was perfectly cooked, and the poppy seed bun was fresh, just a problem with the order. Our server was prompt, and we would have given 5* for service if not for the arrival of burgers a minute after appetizers. Again, it's worth a trip to Snuffers for the cheese fries, especially if you've never had them.

Six months ago the review would be different, but unfortunately, after dinner tonight, it’s just not the same. We visited the Richardson location this evening on our way home. We arrived just before 5 so there were tons of open tables. We followed the sign instructions to seat ourselves by turning right to find closed tables (there were signs) so we continued around to find a table. Several of the waitstaff were making faces at us, which was weird, because we were just trying to find a non closed table. Then we saw the menu :( It’s been cut significantly since our last visit and drinks covered nearly the entire back of the menu. We ordered the happy hour fried mushrooms - the portion was so small for two people, we would’ve just ordered the full size gae we known. I ordered a classic burger with cheese and my husband had the mushroom swiss, both requested medium, and we shared a large loaded fries. The fries were great and as expected! My burger was practically raw on the inside. I ate about half and then just couldn’t stomach the rest of anything. Disappointed with this visit unfortunately, hopefully it turns back around.

I was so excited to get a chance to take my girlfriend here. And what a disappointment. I ordered the Chicked Fried Chicken. I'm fairly sure it was a frozen Swansons dinner. The gravy was very watery, tasteless chicken if thats what it was. See Pics. Not country gravy by no means. My gf has the salad with spicy chicken strips, which has was burnt so it was not edible. I would recommend another place. So disappointing. Service was good but not good enough to overcome more than an extra star. This would be a one star if not for the waitress.

The second visit was not the charm. The family had visited before and I felt it was over priced, bad service with inferior food quality. With visitors in from out of town, Snuffers was one of the options at hand so better the devil you know. The place is located in a strip mall with many other food businesses. There is plenty of parking around but be careful if you have a SUV due to door slams by other cars.. The place has an Applebee's feel to it with a strong sports theme. We sat down and waited for our server who only showed up to take our order and two more times. Just like our previous experience the customer service is bad. The menu is simple and not complex. You'd think this would allow better quality of food yet that is not true. We ordered the traditional burger, nachos, chicken strips and chili fries. Look if you want a tried and tested formula, go to Applebee's the food here was not good. The nachos were warm but burnt? How? I don't need to go further. I feel great place for beers and a game not for family dinner especially at $53 plus tip.

Update: went back for lunch yesterday and loved it! They definitely improved the service and whatever the kitchen issue was. Our food was delicious and came out in good time! Update: Went back today with friends looking for a good burger but the service here is absolutely terrible. Asked 3 servers for water and 15 mins later we ended up going to the bar to get our own waters. We ordered our food and 40 mins later still no food, not even the fries were out yet. The restaurant wasn’t busy either. I love the food but not worth the terrible service. Original:The cheddar fry’s and how fast they come out are the reason for the 2 stars. Besides that, it wasn’t a place I’ll be returning to. After taking our drink and cheddar fries order, they never came back. After almost 40 mins someone finally comes back and we complain that we just want the check due to the long wait(close to empty inside) and she stays completely silent, gets the check, and drops it off still completely silent like we were doing something wrong.

My family and I have enjoyed Snuffers over the years but unfortunately the Richardson location is not up to the service level as other locations . We arrived at 6 and seated ourselves following the sign instructions and sat for 15 minutes. Not one one staff came over to acknowledge that we were there. The waiter in our section was talking to a customer and never looked up or around the entire time. My family and I moved to a different section and sat there for another 5-10 minutes. Again, no one came over to greet us or acknowledge we were there. We left and wont be back.
