I eat here every Wednesday. Food is fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Never have to wait. Always attentive to customer needs. Quiet atmosphere. Music isn’t so loud that it prevents conversations like at so many restaurants. Highly recommend this location.

Delicious , affordable, and aptly named. Not one to slander, but it surpasses the other salad joint down the road without question. Worth the extra few bucks for improved quality and a wide array of choices. Was helped by a gentleman named Ryan who was extremely pleasant.

Tried the Berry Boost Salad and I’ve got to say—it really impressed me. Super fresh and full of flavor! The spring mix was crisp, and the grilled chicken was a great addition. The fresh blueberries and strawberries added just the right touch of sweetness, while the praline pecans brought a sweet crunch. The homemade honey citrus vinaigrette pulled everything together with a light, zesty finish. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for something fresh, flavorful, and just a little fancy.

Mom got the Texas Taco salad (she enjoyed) and I made my own with the grilled avocado—a vegetarian’s dream! Im on a strict diet and the manager was nice enough to dress my salad with lemon and olive oil. It’s the little things sometime. Great place, we’ll be back!

The service at my local snappy in Richardson is always 10/10!! The store clean, the food fresh and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Always remember my order and treat me like family!

Location is great. Lots of other choices nearby. We ordered Grilled Avacado and Texas Taco salads. The crew did make mine wrong but still came out great. I do wish they have more Snappy Salads around DFW especially in the Rockwall area. The employees were super friendly and the service was great. Would I recommend this place to others or come back. I definitely will.

Their salads are amazing! I just knew about this place few days ago and have tried 2 different salads, grilled avocado and chimichurri steak. Both of them are so good. Very tasty and filling. The dressing is awesome. I just wish they gave me more of the arugula instead of romaine lettuce in the steak salad. Updated: I also tried the yellowfin tuna salad. The fish was so fresh. Love it! Steak wrap with sweet potato chips was amazing! Especially the chips, so thin, crunchy and flavorful

Fantastic salad shop. Very fresh ingredients. They are generous with the additions from the Monster section. The bathrooms are clean and private. The place is very organic. The cups are made from corn. Paper straws. The wood tables are wood recovered from a warehouse.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the portions are very generous. There's a wide variety of fresh vegetables and great dressings for the price. I came during the lunch rush hour and was still served in under 8 minutes. I ordered the Cobb salad with chipotle dressing and an order of the daily bread. The dressing had a nice kick to it and the avocado was fresh AND ripe! The daily bread was garlic stuffed bread, served warm with butter. I'll definitely be back!

I enjoyed my chimichurri steak salad from here. I came during the evening. No line at all. I'm assuming everyone orders from the app. The restaurant was clean and the food looked fresh. The steak in the salad was cooked and seasoned well and there was plenty. The bowl is pretty big so you'll have enough salad to make you full.

The man that helped me was really nice, so service was great. However I ordered a chipotle wrap and they completely forgot the salsa with the tortilla chips, and it was uncomfortable because there was a guy soliciting banana bread inside the store, going around to each and every person. When I got to work, I was upset that there wasn’t any salsa.

Unsanitary. I am not a germophobe, but these workers wore gloves like it was to protect their own hands. I walked in to the girl rubbing her nose with her glove. I said nothing, she made the salad. The manager walks by, also in gloves - pulls up his pants, rubs his nose, then opens a cabinet to touch food. The cashier used his gloves at the register, then took them off to bag my food. He grabbed a fork for me and put it in the bag using his full palm around the tong-side of the fork. I grabbed my own, to the confusion of the salad maker. She asked if I didn't need it, and I said yes I got my own, he touched that one. She put the touched fork back in the fork tray. Stunning. Also if you get it with dressing, be warned they use like a half cup. It's so much.

Do not eat at this snappy salad, the lettuce was old and had beetle eggs!!! I was extremely grossed out as I had already ate several bites, I just really hope I didn’t eat a piece with the eggs. I went back to the restaurant and the man at the register apologized and said he will TRY to get a refund, he couldn’t asure me said he needed to ask permission. Ridiculous. I asked if they wash the lettuce, they told me they washed it a day before. It’s really shameful, I work nearby and will eat their wraps at least 2-3 times a month but after this I’m really grossed out.

Where do I start? First thing, let me say that the chimichurri steak Salad is great when made correctly. I visited this location Friday evening. My girlfriend and I were the only ones in this location and they still managed to totally destroy my order. I ordered the chimichurri steak salad only to drive all the way home to find I didn't have the chimichurri dressing. We called back up to the establishment and the shift manager invited us to come back up to get the dressing for the salad. I drove back to the location to get my dressing and the shift manager offered me a brownie for the inconvenience. Wow! I took the dressing and preceded to leave and on my way out I encountered another couple returning their salads because their orders were messed up as well. There's more to this story. I drive all the way back home, sit down and get ready to eat my salad only to find that they didn't bother to put the spicy avocado in my salad. At this point, I vowed to never return even though my girlfriend eats there 3 times a week. I mean, how can you totally destroy a salad which only has a few ingredients. I normally restrain from leaving negative reviews but this place is ridiculous.
