La La Land Kind Cafe is pure joy on a plate and in a cup! The food is as beautiful as it is delicious (look at this avocado toast masterpiece 🤤). The coffee is wonderful, and the staff live up to the "Kind Cafe" name with every interaction. It's the kind of place that feeds your stomach and your soul. Highly recommend for anyone who loves good vibes and great bites.

I la la love this place. The drinks are always made consistent! I love the cups and the different colors for the different holidays. And I adore the app- which lets me pick my drink, my location, and my pre pick up time. Making it such a breeze to drop in and grab my order and head straight to work with a hot perfect latte!!!!! Such an incredible chain. -the Campbell location is 7 minutes from my work and I love this place!

I tried the French toast matcha, and it was decent. However, I would have preferred it to be slightly sweeter or have more cinnamon. Overall, it was okay, but it would be better if you mixed it before drinking.

We ordered ahead but still had to wait a bit. Drive thru was busy but there was plenty of parking for pick up orders. Employees were friendly and kind. Drinks are always yummy and the almond pastry hit the spot. We love La La Land!

A recent addition to the Richardson area, and in just the right spot (north side of Campbell, west of 75). I've heard of LaLa Land Kind Coffee but never made it down to Dallas to try it. My first visit I veered from my regular almond milk latte & joyfully ordered the holiday s'mores latte. Chocolate drizzle inside the cup, your choice of milk, espresso & topped w/toasted marshmallow fluff, graham cracker crumbles & more chocolate drizzle. It tasted AMAZING! I asked them to go light on the chocolate because I wanted to actually taste the espresso & other flavors instead of just sugar. It was made perfectly. There's decent parking w/15min limit parking out front. They offer a walk up window or drive thru BIGGEST BUMMER is there is NO INSIDE. If you choose to sit outside there are maybe three tables with chairs. The vibe is definitely "get your drink to go". The drive thru is good, but it backs up fast & speed is not the name of the game at La La Land coffee. They take their sweet time so you'll be in a line a while. The app does allow you to order ahead and they finally started a rewards program (hooray!) This place is BIG into matcha Prices are competitive to others The packaging is cute & everyone is so friendly! They have a few fun looking pastries & a lot of avocado toast options that are good. My go to is an almond milk latte or an iced almond milk latte with coconut cloud - YES they offer a dairy free cloud option and it's SO GOOD!! The Chai, hot or iced is really tasty as well. The La La Classic Avocado Toast comes with lemon zest & sometimes it's too much, but overall it's really tasty. My favorite is the almond croissant & my kids' favorite is the The Hazelnut Toast or the Brookie Croissant.

The coffee and food are great! Employees are great as well. However you can’t order and get your items in a timely manner when ordering at the restaurant. 20+ minute wait at the window and 35+ minute waits at the drive through. I am not sure if it is unorganized, understaffed, or if they are literally brewing everything there from scratch But I would recommend you order online before showing up!

We waited 30minutes… when we had already put in the order before time. We went to ask the cashier how much longer for our 2 drinks.. she didn’t communicate well enough. People that came after us, got there beverages before us. Which clearly doesn’t make any sense. Anywho, the wait was WORTH IT… we truly enjoyed it.

I love LaLa Land and have turned so many friends and family onto it. This is my least favorite location because it’s always so chaotic. What’s the point of ordering on my app when I have to stand in a long line in the hot sun to ask for my order?!? It makes zero sense and such a waste of huge space. They need to open a pick up window. The drive thru line takes WAYYY too long.

Instagram-worthy? Maybe this is true for the first month of opening. I was disappointed to see it the place degraded. The pictures are the proof… Fresh layer of paint and power wash hopefully bring back the place to what it looks like on the website, so pearly white, surely that is fake and heavily filtered. Nevertheless the matcha drink was okay. I was not impressed. They allowed me to use clean Starbucks Venti reusable cup as an acceptable bring my own cup : )

I’m 9 months pregnant so I can’t really tolerate anything spicy and was so excited for my toast and then this happens :( I didn’t realize until I got back up to my office.

Update: customer service is really attentive and caring! And despite this unfortunate experience, they went above and beyond in ensuring customer’s voices are heard. The first three photos are how the queen beak avocado toast with egg now looks like and the last photo is how it used to look like! It seems like they have chosen simplicity over quality. There was a sliver of avocado and cream cheese, and it looked like it had been pre-made! As a customer, I was not happy to have paid over $13 for a piece of toast that didn’t even have a generous amount of topping. The bread wasn’t even toasted either, and you could tell it was sitting in a fridge before they gave it to me. Very disappointed way to start my morning… I was really looking forward to it.

love this place but I came by on friday to pick up my usual mobile order at the pick up window and had to spell it out for the guy working at the register multiple times. a blue haired girl then came by and rudely told me to wait when I tried asking if that was my drink at the counter. It was a little busy so I gave them some time but ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my strawberry fields and toast to be handed to me. after reminding them of my order, the girl handed my drink and toast very dismissively before talking to the person behind. unusual and disappointing for this location, which has always been great at handling customers on a busy day!

Idk what happened to this place? It used to be one of my favorite places to go. The stag was always so friendly. Like friendlier than I had ever experienced in any other customer facing business. I would tell everyone about it. But now, it’s almost the complete opposite. They barely speak to or acknowledge you. I always feel like walking up to the window that I am a bother to them. It’s very strange and off putting.

I have given this place so many chances and today is probably my last. Every time I go through the drive through the wait is way too long. When I pull up to order there is just silence. No “hello”, no “we will be right with you”, nothing at all. Today I waited a good seven minutes before I finally said hello because I honestly thought the ordering system was not working. Only then did they apologize for the wait and took my order. Management really needs to work on basic drive-through communication and customer service. When I got to the window the girl did not tell me my total and pushed the payment screen toward me so fast I did not even have time to tip. When I politely asked for a straw she had an attitude and shut the window hard. I am always on the go so I do not think I will be stopping at this location again, even though I do love a good LaLa matcha!
