This mom and pop Italian dine in is my favorite spot to hit here in tri cities. I’ve had multiple dishes from these lovely folks and I’m always walking away 3 sizes larger than when I came in. They are always very respectful and treat you with love and kindness. HIGHLY suggest you stop by for a bite to eat and maybe try their German cake or Italian cake. Both have incredible and unique flavors!

I have had limited opportunity to eat at this restaurant thus far. However, the food has been exceptionally delicious every time. The proprietors have always been friendly and helpful with my selections. I really hope that more people will frequent this establishment, I believe that they deserve our patronage.

We ate there tonight and it was our first time. Food was amazing and so was the service. It is a family operated restaurant. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. We will be eating here again.

Love the salads at this place! We’ve gone for work lunches and it’s perfect. I haven’t tried the more filling main coarse yet but man does it smell and look good! My stepmom is Italian and I miss some good authentic Italian food. Definitely recommend this place!

We celebrated 44 years of marriage here at Napoli’s. We both had the Veal Parm and we would definitely have it again. The secret sauce that has been handed down is superb! We encourage you, if you have not been here, it is worth the drive, come give it a try! You won’t be disappointed.

Food was delicious. Would be nice if they had a lunch menu with smaller portions. Will definitely go back.

Our favorite Italian restaurant!! Our favorite in Tri-Cities, or anywhere else for that matter. We’ve gone about 15 times and can’t get enough. Highly recommend it. 10/10 ❤️

10/10 recommend this place! Everything was perfect! We got bread rolls, Caesar salads, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp tortellini and Alfredo carbonara. Everything tasted insanely good and server took very good care of us!

My fiancée and I visited Napoli as a means to discover a new local restaurant that brings culture to a community that continues to grow in diversity. With that being said we could not have been happier with our experience. We were greeted right as we walked in by none other than the owner/chef immediately after walking into a beautiful dining hall that was adorned with gorgeous tapestries, art and an awe-inspiring stone pillared central wine hub. The owner greeted us and found us to our seats with a welcoming presentation. The waitress was also welcoming and endearing as she took our orders. She gave us wonderful appetizer suggestions that were indeed as delicious as she claimed them to be— this was the Mozzarella Sticks with a light and comforting tomato sauce accompanied by garlic bread and the most decadent and refreshing olive oil, mint and garlic drizzle. We ordered the Spaghetti Puttanesca and the Cannelloni and when I say I had to take a moment to come back to my body from another dimension of food heaven, I mean it. Before I forget to mention it, I must mention that everything is made in-house from scratch making the food that much more angelic. From the environment being inviting and comforting— the owner/chef and waitress being so kind to us and treating us like family—to the food being some of the best I’ve ever had. This place is a gem for sure and deserves every dollar it earns. This is a “must go” for anyone who loves food and a truly fine dining experience that feels like it’s being hosted by family. 5 Stars!

This was the best Italian meal I’ve had for a very long time. I highly recommend. I ordered take out and he had it ready with 15-20 min. Delicious sauce and used only beef in the lasagna. The pasta trio was better than I imagined!

This is a hidden gem. The food was on point and the best Italian restaurant, in my opinion, in the entire region, and then some. It's definitely one of the best in the entire PNW! The food is always fresh and generous portions. Favs are the sliced Italian spicy sausage in red sauce and the garlic bread. The Marsala is over the top. It is a drive getting there, but it's worth the trip! The entire place is ran and staffed by a husband and wife team-just the two of them-and they do a fantastic job and it shows in their food. Give them a try...you won't regret it!

I went in for an early lunch around 10:30 on a Thursday. Was so happy they were open at that time. This place is amazing!!!! I had the lasagna and I have to say I have never had better!!! The bread with olive oil and chunky garlic oh my gosh out of this world. Best food I have had in so long. Wish these authentic people would have owned this place when I worked at PNNL full time. Please come and try this place out so we can keep them!!!

Great food; not a great location. Actually, the location is no problem for me, but the food is sufficiently good that I want these guys to succeed, and they are bit out of the way. My thought was the food was sort classic italian, and I mean this in the best way. We went with classic red for my dish and alfredo for my spouse's dish, and they were true to form, but very well and enthusiastically seasoned. They serve some garlic knots with garlic and olive oil, and they don't skimp on the garlic (as it should be). The restaurant is still working on their liquor license, so if you have to have wine, it may be a couple of weeks/months. The dining area was handsomely appointed, and the service was competent and quiet. Check it out, support this new business!

S
Sheridan Nault

The seafood combo w/white sauce was excellent. My wife had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and could only eat half she says it was the best in town. THERE LIQUOR LICENSE WAS APPROVE ON 8-13-23. We will return soon to enjoy our meal with a glass of wine. Excellent hostess.

Great place for a relaxing dinner. Come with your patience because they are a small family business, so it might take a while but the service is friendly and the food is fresh. It was perfect for having a long dinner catching up with friends, and we never felt rushed to leave.

The owners were working and so nice. Really is a family ran restaurant. The food was Amazing!! We had the chicken marsala and the spaghetti with the works. The sauce was fantastic. The bread was also great. Yum. It’s a bit of trek out there but so so worth it. We will be back.

We had the fried calamari as an appetizer and it was outstanding. Perfect texture and crunch. I had the veal parmigiana and just like remembered growing up back East. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I really hope more people learn about Napoli’s. Authentic Italian cuisine owned by the nicest Italian couple (she waits tables/he cooks). The food is AMAZING and the service was top tier. It’s worth the drive to north Richland!

It was delicious! I had Chicken Primavera. The meat was juicy, the veg was very fresh and high quality, and the pasta was perfect. The garlic knots were so soft and fluffy. I can't wait to go back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I had the most amazing date night at Napoli’s! From start to finish, everything was outstanding. We ordered the garlic bread, shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, and Chicken Tetrazzini, and every dish was absolutely phenomenal—so flavorful and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere inside was beautiful, creating the perfect setting for a special night out. The service was also fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff who made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a wonderful dining experience!

Went here for a family dinner. The food was amazing. We were a family of 8 with 2 other couples in the restaurant. Service was a bit slow, but the service staff was great. Friendly, nice atmosphere, kept the drinks coming. Would definitely recommend if you're not in a hurry, want to enjoy your food and your company.

We've eaten here dozens of times and absolutely love it. Our favorite restaurant in Tri-Cities. The food is incredibly delicious and the service is great!

J

The Chicken Parmesan Sub was solid—crispy, well-seasoned, and satisfying—but the real standout here is the Chicken Piccata. It’s a must-have: tender, lemony, and perfectly balanced with capers and a rich, buttery sauce. The atmosphere strikes an impressive balance between classy and comfortable, offering an elevated dining experience without inflated prices. Delicious food, refined vibe, and excellent value—this spot punches well above its weight.

L
Lorraine Wilson

My new favorite! Everything our group tried was delicious. The garlic rolls were a standout, presented in a large basket with at least two per person. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Everything including the bathroom was spotless. Prices and serving sizes were as expected for a nice evening out. Our server offered extra cheese for our salad, checked on us while we got settled and let us linger for over an hour after unobtrusivly clearing and settling the bill. We have had a run of bad experiences lately. This place restores my interest in going out for dinner! The location was unexpected, far out on George Washington Blvd in a non commercial area, but it is worth the drive.

M
Mike Timmerman

Decidedly the best Italian joint in town. A real hidden gem. Authentic cuisine, from bread to sauce to dessert. Nicest staff. Reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor, try it out.

A
Ann D'Angelo

We (3 of us) tried 3 of the hot subs. It's something I really miss from the pizza places in NY. They were delicious! Very much like back home. I ordered to pick up, it was ready right when he said it would be. Price was average for a sub. The bread was perfect!!! Nice little crunch on the outside, so good! I'm looking forward to trying their other items soon!

I'm Italian and cook Italian food at home. I've tried every single Italian place here in the Tri Cities and the rest are trash EXCEPT for this place. Real Italian food! Fresh! Pasta cooked perfectly! The location makes it a great hidden gem. Worth it! Go ...don't walk...RUN!

t

We had an incredible dining experience with a number of dishes, and each one was as delectable as the last. Service was good. Given the somewhat remote location of this establishment, perhaps coupled with the newness of the restaurant, they were not even remotely busy on a Thursday night. The word needs to get out on this place or else it is unlikely to survive. If you want an authentic Italian meal that is wonderful from the first to the last bite, don’t hesitate to try them out. I guarantee you will not regret it and you will be back. They also recently obtained their liquor license so they will have spirits and wine very shortly.

We had a great experience here! We went for lunch so it was pretty quiet. Service was quick and friendly and our waitress was attentive to my one year old. The food was priced reasonably and was delicious! We had the tiramisu for dessert and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!

Napoli's Italian Restaurant offers an authentic taste of Italy with a warm, inviting atmosphere. From fresh seafood dishes to rich, flavorful pastas, every meal is made with high-quality ingredients. The friendly service and cozy setting make it the perfect spot for a casual night out or a special celebration. Whether you're craving a savory seafood pasta or the always classic spaghetti, Napoli's delivers a delicious dining experience that will keep you coming back for more!

The spouse and I had Chicken Parmesan and a Lasagna for lunch. The chicken parmesan was excellent. Nice piece of chicken breast. The sauce for it and the spaghetti was flavorful. Nice amount of cheese. Ate the spaghetti and half the chicken then made a chicken parmesan sandwich for dinner that night using the leftovers. I give it a 5. The spouses lasagna was not what we expected but it was still very good. It didn't have layered wide lasagna noodles and ricotta cheese as we are used to. It was more like wide noodles mixed with sauce and meat and baked with a lot of cheese on top. A quick internet search taught us that evidently this type of lasagna is normal for lasagna in northern Italy so that must have been what this lasagna represented. Now we know. The lasagna was a 4.5. The rolls were great and we loved the garlicky oil for dipping. The service was pretty good. We had some fairly long wait times to get take home boxes and the bill but other then that it was fine. Overall I give the meal a 4.5 out of 5. (I rounded up my review score)

I am 66 years old, and have dined at many Italian Restaurants. Napoli was by far the best. The food ,service and atmosphere were great. I will continue to patronize this establishment as long as I can. We will always refer this establishment to everyone we know.

This is the first time I have tried Napoli’s, and it was fantastic! I ordered the chicken piccata, and the chicken breast was THE most tender/juicy, and flavorful I have had anywhere in the Tri-Cities. The quality of the food is far superior than the Italian restaurant a few miles further on G-Way. It is so worth it to drive a few more miles into the PNNL area for the best Italian in the Tri. They also serve free garlic bread with a garlic infused oil before your meal that is to die for.

S

I came here to celebrate my grandfather’s birthday, it is a quiet, relaxing Italian place to dine at. I ordered the chicken Alfredo linguine which was absolutely fantastic, their bread rolls and garlic oil are also a must try, I have yet to try anything else on their menus but I will be going back in the future to try their different selection of Italian food and drink, our waitress was very kind, soft spoken and she even brought over some Italian lemon cream cake, the cake was perfectly sweet and flavorful and even brought over a free slice on the house for my grandfather. Could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend

Came here for dinner with my family and had a wonderful experience. This is a family owned business, a very clean environment. Now to the food. It's absolutely WONDERFUL! We ordered fettuccine, the combination ( alfredo, spaghetti, chicken parm), the salmon, the spaghetti with meatballs, and chicken sicilia, and it was so so so good. Absolutely delicious authentic food. Wonderful service. We truly enjoyed everything here. If you're craving a delicious meal with wonderful service. Come here!

My significant other and I have been customers of Napoli’s ever since we moved into the nearby apartments over a year ago, and honestly, the word “amazing” doesn’t do this lovely family and restaurant justice. Every single visit, whether dined in or taken out, has been a perfect experience. The restaurant has a quaint, calm atmosphere with quiet, pleasant music often playing in the background. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the food is D E L I C I O U S. I can honestly say that I don’t think I’ve had better Italian cuisine. You can taste the heart and soul this family puts into every dish. They always have great customer service, and you never wait long for your food. My only “complaint” is that I wish more people knew about this place! Napoli’s is the best Italian restaurant in the Tri-Cities (and very possibly the whole of Eastern Washington) and I highly recommend and implore everyone to support this excellent restaurant and family.

The food is outstanding! We enjoyed everything. The garlic rolls are amazing. We have been here a few times now and each time we try something new and have not yet been disappointed. Excellent food, attentive service, and a quiet atmosphere. It's a little remote and hidden out in N. Richland but well worth the drive from anywhere in Tri Cities for a relaxing and enjoyable evening out.

Amazing authentic Italian restaurant! It’s family owned and they demonstrate a great care for what they do. The service was great and they were very attentive and kind. It is $20-$30 a person but it’s authentic classic Italian and the food did not disappoint. All of the food we ordered was amazing! Their location is not a busy spot but it’s definitely worth going out of the way for. 😄

Go! Just go! Scratch made sauces and the scratch made tiramisu was divine. Everything was fresh, simple and delicious. They are a bit out of the way but it is worth the trip. Authentic Italian food. Definitely, a cut above other Italian options in the Tri-Cities. I can’t wait to go back. 🥰

My wife and I decided to eat at Napoli's after reading the reviews and we were pleasantly surprised! The garlic bread is amazing, the calamari was cooked to absolute perfection, in fact the best calamari I've ever had, and our chicken dinners we shared with each other were both very good! The chicken Murphy was incredibly good! The service was very good as well! Very hard working people who you can tell care about the food and experience they are providing! Will definitely be coming back!

My mom is Italian, and it felt like she was in the kitchen making the food. Portion sizes were seriously impressive, they don't skimp on FRESH garlic, and the prices were very reasonable! I loved the combination plate with lasagna, chicken parm, and fettuccine Alfredo. My wife had the works spaghetti with meat sauce, meatballs, and sausage. And of course, we couldn't leave without a cannoli to-go. The food made me feel like I was at home, which is about the highest praise I can give! Everyone we talked to had a thick Italian accent, so you know it's legit!

First time at Napoli's tonight and it was amazing!! It was well worth the drive! Everything we ordered was homemade and the best bread, spaghetti, and tiramisu we've had in our life!! Big portions, as well. We love that it's family owned and the family is super friendly and welcoming! Our kid loved it, too!

First time coming to this new Italian restaurant, it was an amazing experience the waiter attended us pretty fast and the atmosphere was just so peaceful and relaxing. My experience here was great and the restaurant is really clean, the food was delicious and the bread is made from scratch as well as their despertar. The tiramisu is a must have as well as the Italian cake and canoli. The food was great and authentic will go back again.

One bite and it was SO good, I seriously almost cried. 😭🤤 I LOVE Italian food.. 🍝 but TC really doesn’t have a lot of awesome options when it comes to Italian. Or at least I thought! It seems like it’s in the middle of no where, but it was only a 15 min drive from West Pasco. 💯 worth it!!! My husband got the seafood combo and I got the spaghetti with meat sauce. And of course garlic bread! So put on your stretchy pants 😜, make the drive, support a local biz + get ready for a very memorable meal!!

J

Delicious! The food here is amazing! Service was a little slow, but very friendly. I think there were only two people working. The place itself has the vibe of being an old fast food place turned restaurant, but it's nice. We will be back.

Definitely a mom and pop. Garlic bread starter is a must!! The garlic oil is delicious I wanted to pour it on everything! My chicken Alfredo was rich and creamy and plenty of sauce. Chicken was juicy and not dry. So good I had been thinking about the garlic rolls since we left. Our server was very nice we were greeting by the chef as well. Beautiful inside which you might not expect from the exterior.

First timers. We'll be back. The place was clean and spacious. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was hearty and tasty. It would be a great spot for a big group. The portions were good sized, the garlic bread knots were delicious! I didn't have room for dessert, but I'm looking forward to eating a cannoli next time! My husband had the eggplant parmagiano and I dont remember what mine was called but it had chicken with a light, creamy white sauce with broccoli, spinach and tomatoes.

Food was very good. No need to go to olive garden for good Italian food. Prices are very good for the size of the portions served here. Family owned. Husband is the cook, wife is the primary server here. Both are very friendly. I especially like the Italian sausage and peppers. Sauce is very good. Last photo I added was only a half portion. They do have several veal dishes available. I personally like the veal marsala.

Recently met a co worker here for lunch because I heard so many good reviews. It was very quiet on a weekday, not many customers. Service was fast and the food was fantastic. Our host brought us garlic rolls to start… we knew if the entree was anything close to the quality of the rolls we were in for a great experience. I’ve had many Fettuccine Alfredo dishes and this was very different from any others. Deep flavor, excellent seasoning, and the cream sauce was unlike any other. Price for the portion and quality was fair. The dining room was very clean. The decor and furnishing are the same as the previous restaurants that have gone before. The landscaping and exterior however could really use a massive overhaul. From the road it looks abandoned, closed, and really didn’t know until we tried the door if it was open. A solid weekend of cutting down all the vegetation and a power wash would wonders.

This is a new restaurant with very good reviews and decided to try it out. In the evening it appears that it is closed since there is little lighting here. My wife and I went to dinner. We were immediately greeted and seated. The restaurant was clean. The staff were polite and engaging. We really enjoyed and will be back!

The calamari was perfectly salted, tender and crispy. We ordered focaccia but it more resembled a baguette than the airy square pieces I have had before. Chicken Verona is one of the best dishes I have ever had. Chicken breast with spicy "pink" sauce was great.

The calamari was perfectly salted, tender and crispy. We ordered focaccia but it more resembled a baguette than the airy square pieces I have had before. Chicken Verona is one of the best dishes I have ever had. Chicken breast with spicy "pink" sauce was great.

Delicious! The food here is amazing! Service was a little slow, but very friendly. I think there were only two people working. The place itself has the vibe of being an old fast food place turned restaurant, but it's nice. We will be back.

This was such a cute, quiet restaurant! I ordered the Chicken Diana and it was amazing! I loved everything about it! The sauce, the mushroom, artichoke hearts, noodles everything! Significant other ordered the shrimp Alfredo and the sauce on that was way better than anything I’ve had before! My two smaller children had the chicken already, from one picky child to another, they loved their noodles!!! My youngest had sauce and everything all over her face by how much she enjoyed it! Also ordered the spinach dip appetizer and oh my goodness it was amazing! Instead of going to big end Italian restaurant like Olive Garden, please come to this family owned restaurant instead. Way more with your money and for better taste and food! I can’t wait to come back for a date night with no kids to try some of the wine and other items on the menu!

I went here on a Saturday Night with my sister to have a baby free night. It did not disappoint! To the accents of the owners, to the custom way they will make your food, It was a 10 out of 10 experience. Their garlic rolls with their garlic and oil is exceptional. They made me a fresh pot of coffee at 3pm and it was chefs kiss (That’s for the mom’s out there!), I got the shrimp fettuccine (asked for spicy!) And please let me put you onto this. It blows the regular fettuccine out of the water! The cook did not skimp on the spice and It was exceptional and more than I could have hoped for! My sister got the ravioli with the white sauce, but she also made it spicy and was obsessed with it! We shared the Roma salad and it had a very citrusy vinaigrette. I loved it! It tasted like they had squeezed fresh lemon all over it. It had capers, fresh Shaved mozzarella, all of the good stuff! I was blown away by it. I went on Saturday, and I’ve already gotten it again and it’s Monday! Lord, help me! Anyway, give it a visit

Beyond gorgeous and immaculate with great food. I can say enough about the best bread I have ever had but I have to say the pasta as great too! Seriously the bread is 20/5 garlic knots the size of a baseball and melt in your mouth. The service was wonderful, I am excited to take friends there with us!!

Best Italian food I have ever had. The food was fantastic. It deserves 10 stars. It is so worth the drive. Can't wait to go back. You won't be disappointed.

Great food (but be sure to have a breath mint handy for the garlic!) at a reasonable price. The only issue we had was the speed of service; we ended up being a bit late to a function while we waited for food. Plan accordingly!

Second visit. My first experience was an excessive wait before being served due to s back up in the kitchen. This visit the restaurant was busier, but the service was much more efficient. The service was still slow but much improved over my past visit. The food was excellent, everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The atmosphere was slightly noisy, but bearable. I mention this for to my challenges with hearing clearly when there is higher ambient noise. Excellent place if you want to spend time conversing with those in your partyv and want to make an event of your experience. If you're grabbing a bite before a movie this might not be the place. Napoli's is a great choice for Italian food. I recommend it.

The food is really excellent, the marinara sauce and the garlic bread is incredible, I had the veal and it was really tasty and tender. I would absolutely recommend giving them a try, but bring a bit of patience, the owners are a husband and wife team, he does all the cooking and she does the serving, we had to wait a bit to check out as things got a bit busy. I hope things work out as it is the best authentic Italian food I have had in a long time. Also the prices are very reasonable.

Wow! We went on a Saturday at about 4:30 pm. It’s out right next to PNNL in Richland. The outside of the building is a little worse for wear, so we didn’t know quite what to expect. We walked in and there was literally no one else in the building. We were sat right away. Everything was clean and I was wondering why no one was there. I think it must be the location. Our waitress took our order and to be honest she wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t super friendly either. Our food was fresh and arrived very quickly, and the highlight was definitely the garlic bread! Wow! The price was very reasonable. And overall we left very satisfied.1000% worth the short drive. Waaaay better than driving through the weekend traffic on Gage and waiting for a table at Olive Garden in Kennewick.

I had a roma salad with artichoke, black olives and the usual salad ingredients but I wouldn’t recommend salad.. but the other dishes the chicken pasta spinach dishes looks better, baked pasta etc looks much better in effort.

“Suspiciously Dark, Dangerously Delicious” When we first pulled up to Napoli’s, I’m not going to lie… I thought we were about to either solve a cold case or get recruited into a secret pasta cult. The outside was SO dark. Like “are they closed?” dark. Like “did the electricity bill bounce?” dark. I genuinely checked the door twice before committing. But we were hungry. Brave. Slightly dramatic. Inside? Not super warm and fuzzy. Not mean either. Just kind of… neutral. Like the staff has seen things. Like they’ve emotionally bonded with the marinara and that’s enough for them. HOWEVER. The food?? Oh my GOD. It tasted like someone’s Italian grandmother was in the back whispering “mangia” while stirring sauce that’s been simmering since 1987. Everything tasted homemade in the way that makes you want to close your eyes dramatically after every bite. The pasta was perfect. The sauce? Rich. Comforting. The kind that heals generational trauma. Garlic bread? Illegal levels of good. I would fight politely for it. It’s the kind of place where the ambiance says “low lighting witness protection program” but the food says “family recipes and love.” And honestly? I respect that. I don’t need twinkle lights if the lasagna is transcendent. Would I go back? Absolutely. I’ll just bring a flashlight and lower my expectations for enthusiasm — but raise them very high for carbs. Napoli’s: come for the mild mystery, stay for the homemade magic. 🍝✨

Decent food, good wine. The Marsala sauce was delicious but a little disappointing that the pasta wasn’t home made. Don’t know if the bread was homemade either but regardless it was a good meal. Only 3 people working and they were very nice!

The place was nearly full for a Friday night dinner, and I'm glad they are receiving good traffic because the food is delicious. I think they need one more person working to increase efficiency. The rolls were soft, moist, and the star of the show was the garlic oil, laden with huge chunks of garlic. So marvelously pungent garlic it's spicy. Chicken marsala was different than a cream sauce, and quite tasty with large shroom slices. The pasta trio was a comforting combination of noodles, sauce, and cheese. I was disappointed with the meatballs - I was expecting something handmade and these just seemed like frozen balls.

Underwhelming at best, unfortunately. Came here with my husband for my wedding anniversary dinner. It seemed there was only two servers and one person in the kitchen. Having worked in the food and service industry, this surprised me for a Saturday night. The layout of the restaurant is small, so you can quite clearly see the kitchen. At one point, there was 9 tickets in the window, so obviously it was quite a wait for the food to get to us. The food itself was fairly disappointing. The rolls were bland and covered in (i assume) olive oil and some raw chopped garlic. There was a bowl of oil and garlic that came with it, but unfortunately did not add any real flavor. The soup had a thick layer of grease or oil on top that left my mouth feeling slippery and unpleasant, and the alfredo had so much greenery in it you could mistake it for a light pesto. My husband said his chicken was also oily and bland, and the "white wine" sauce on it was definitely red, so that was confusing. Overall it seemed like a nice location and concept, but for Italian food, there are definitely better places to go.

The food was okay; some meals were more appealing than others. The dinner buns are soft, light, well seasoned, and come with extra garlic in oil. The server was professional but didn't check back, and we had to ask for more water.

Service was byfar the worst. Considering the price I wasn't impressed at all, one beverage not a single refill. It was over an hour before our food was brought to us. We got there at like 5:15 pm we didn't get our food until 6:30. I'm fact other parties received their food before we did and we only ordered 2 plates. I was contemplating leaving but our food finally showed up. The chicken Alfredo was mediocre but the lasagna was great. For the price and service it wasn't worth it unfortunately. Place has potential but needs significant help

We went for lunch. Cute place but we were the first to be there. During our entire lunch, only two other parties showed up. Ordered the sicilian marsala and the chicken cacciatore. The marsala was super salty and the sauce tasted off. The cacciatore was just OK. A few pieces of chicken and mostly vegetables. Not sure why the rating is so high.. We don't plan to return.

Very disappointed! I was craving some authentic Italian food and decided to check out this restaurant after looking at reviews. I have no idea what the hype was about, but you could definitely tell the wife(owner) was not thrilled to serve. Had an attitude and expression on her face as though she could care less about our dining experience. The husband(cook) could do way better with the flavoring of the food. I doubt the food is from scratch as stated. Frozen warm mozzarella sticks. Fettuccine Alfredo was bland. To much green herbs and hardly any parmesan cheese. That's what makes the sauce! Pricing was way to expensive for this dining experience. The wife could do way better, if she wants her patrons to feel welcomed. She gave us attitude out loud in front of the restaurant while we were still seated. All we did was ask why we weren't told before hand that there was an extra charge for using our debit card. Do better, or don't run a business for guests. It's no wonder this restaurant was not busy. Not worth your money. Make the drive to Olive Garden, at least the ambiance would be better there. But I don't recommend this place!

Appetizer and service was good but our main food wasn't so good. The chicken tasted dry, and really over cooked. But the garlic bread and the stuffed mushrooms was on point.

We ate here in March of 2024 and I’m just now getting around to writing this review because I remembered how bad it was. We got the stuffed manicotti and the penne arribbiata. The manicotti was greasy and disgusting. The penne was average to bad. The sauces tasted worse than Rao’s from a jar. The service was slow and the interior was… underwhelming, to be generous. I legitimately can’t fathom how this spot had so many five star reviews. I guess the bread was pretty good at least? But they served it with this cheese/spice olive oil that tasted fake. Honestly, we will never be back. Maybe we caught them at their absolute worst, but I still wouldn’t try them again. It wasn’t particularly cheap either.

Food was way too expensive for what you got. My shrimp tails were still on my shrimp. They had beer taps with no beer. Had to get wine, gave us a bottle of wine and had to open it ourselves. Server didn't even open the bottle for us. Garlic bread seemed pretty with just a little garlic butter spread on top.

A
Abby Petersen

I wish I could say ANYTHING about their food but I never got around to that... I waited 20+ minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge us. There was only 4 tables even seated in the restaurant so it wasn't busy AT ALL. We got seated, waited and waited and waited. She never even got over to ask us for our drink orders. I never complain about places when they are busy, but they weren't busy... 4 tables isn't considered busy... We wound up walking out because 20 minutes is just too long to wait for a drink order. I had high hopes for this place but I was sadly disappointed.

S
Spencer Bodine

We had a reservation of 15 people, so an above average wait time was expected and acceptable. But it took nearly 45 minutes before they finished even bringing out water to our tables. Over an hour later several of us were still waiting on our food, and after they finally brought everything out, they had completely forgotten about my wife's order entirely. The food itself was alright, but far too expensive for how unimpressive it was and the extreme wait time when the restaurant was half empty made the entire experience terrible.

B
Bri B

I had such high hopes for this place…Drove an 1.5 to check it out on my birthday and was disappointed in every way. Service was rude and never checked in after taking our order. Over priced and food was not good. Tried chicken Marsala and my friends tried the combo and shrimp Alfredo. All was bad! Lasagna was like one layer. The Alfredo tasted like dirt and the Marsala tasted like sautéed mushrooms. Definitely not worth the money or time.

I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. This place was horrid… service was absolutely terrible, food gross, and expensive. Truly in disbelief how this restaurant is still open.. Reminds me of the restaurants you see on Gordon Ramsey nightmare series.

We had a 6:45 PM Valentine’s Day reservation, which we booked 3–4 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there were no other customers waiting to be seated — we were the only ones at the front. Several tables were empty but covered in dirty plates. We waited about 10 minutes before being seated, which was understandable. However, after being seated and given menus, we were completely ignored. As more guests began arriving, we noticed the server attended to people who had come in after us. Meanwhile, we waited about 40 minutes without being asked if we were ready to order or even offered drinks. Not once did anyone check in with us. I understand this is a family-owned restaurant, but basic customer service and communication are essential — especially on a holiday like Valentine’s Day. A simple greeting when we walked in, or letting us know they were busy or short-staffed, would have gone a long way. We traveled from outside the Tri-Cities area for this reservation, so it was not only disappointing but also a waste of time and gas. After waiting that long without acknowledgment, we decided to leave. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place based on the lack of service and communication.
