Great food and always open. Especially for the late night wifey is hungry run. Id say only 4 stars as the food is inconsistent depending on cooks, that could be just experience talking in the food. Most of the time though no issues and always will come back.

Nice place...But not a value food The taco is small acordint to its price. i.e it is pricey according to its size. Nice dining in place. I rated 4 stars to the nice, friendly casher" young small white teen girl" she was welcoming and shetook care of me. Restroms are outside... you have to walk our to get there.

Food was great, Quick Service. Few tables were dirty. Not specifically these people waiting in line(pictured). But I see a lot of people complain about the drive-through wait time. Nobody's inside ordering. You only wait so long because you have to wait in queue to order and you can't order till the next car moves. While inside multiple people who orderd and get their food faster. I ordered and got my food within 5 minutes and there were 4 people inside waiting in line before me

The service was fine. I understand that with buying fast food, you take a risk and if you have a bad experience move on. I’m writing to share that I’m disappointed that the food appeared to be old. The cream cheese bites also looked as if it was old or overcooked. Lesson learned.

made a drive thru pick up and when i got there still waited about 20 minutes for my food (it was 1 in the morning and only one car in front of me) when i finally got my food and got home i picked my taco up and the bottom stayed

Terrible customer service. Employees are rude. Took 20 minutes to get our order of 2 strawberry lemonades, 2 tacos and a hamburger. Asked for some hot sauce packets and the employee acted like it was the most difficult task of the day

I usually don’t leave reviews unless something stands out—good or bad. In this case, I felt like people should know what to expect. I’ve been to this Del Taco a few times over the last year because options in Ridgecrest are limited, and each visit has been hit or miss. Mostly miss lately. First off, the staff isn’t rude, but they’re not exactly friendly either. Most times, it feels like they’re just trying to get through their shift. I get it—it’s fast food, but even a simple greeting or acknowledgment would go a long way. The food is another issue. Last time I went, I ordered a couple of tacos and a Del Combo burrito. The tacos were soggy and fell apart before I even got halfway through. The burrito tasted like it had been sitting around for a while—lukewarm and kind of bland, like they forgot half the ingredients. And for some reason, the fries are either super fresh or cold and soggy—never in between. Drive-thru wait times are unpredictable. Sometimes it’s fast, but I’ve also sat in line for nearly 20 minutes just to get a small order. Inside, the dining area usually looks okay but could use more regular cleaning. Tables are sometimes sticky, and trash bins overflow if you catch them at the wrong time. Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s the worst place ever, but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to eat here. If you’re craving Del Taco and have no other choice, it’ll do—but don’t expect much.

I don't expect much when visiting any fast food place- especially Del Taco. I stopped by here because I arrived into town early for an event and just wanted to order some french fries. The fries were fine but the place was filthy. As I was ordering someone came up to the counter and told the worker that someone had spilled their drink (see picture). I sat in the restaurant for over 30 minutes and in that time several workers walked by the spill... not one worker decided to clean it up.

Foods fine, But rude service, asked the cashier(ilanny)for help with the kiosk but she was rude and snappy while assisting. be patient with struggling customers next time, Do better (ilanny)

If I could leave no stars on service I would, apparently the del taco employees aren't just fantastic food service workers but lawyers too. I was informed that it is in fact "illegal" to go through the drive on a bike or scooter. Not only that but as I had no way to lock up my vehicle they asked that I leave it outside while I got my food. When I looked up these alleged Penal code violations I found no such laws, turns out the employees lied to my face. So if you come here on a bike or scooter, do yourself a favor and simply don't, or be sure to have a bike lock as you will not be allowed into the establishment.

The food was acceptable, regular fast food fare. Good enough nothing to go on about. What stood out to me was the costumer service, they failed to upgrade a fry which was upgraded, and completely failed to give me a burrito from a meal. I didnt even hassle the fry upgrade. They went to the extent to send an employee to look at our table and assess whether I had received the proper items. She was no gum shoe detective and failed as miserably at that task as she does in the kitchen. I had ordered a total of 2 burritos. There was one wrapper for a burrito and she still managed to determine i wasn't shorted a burrito. That in itself is embarrassing and infuriating. The manager conducted her self as unprofessionaly as her crew. Even when i was given the item in question she was still acting like i was trying to rip the store off of a 4 dollar burrito. The lack of respect and lack of accountability will ensure i never eat at Del Taco in Ridgecrest, Ca again. I can sincerely say i would venture to eat a burrito of a truck stop bathroom floor before I support such a unprofessional institution.
